        4.19혁명의 투시도법- 1950년대 법감정과 숨은 주체 -

        This article attempts to clarify the legal emotion that made the April 19 Revolution possible and how the protagonists of the revolutionary period were established, by reading the novels together with the legal emotion of the time that appeared in the newspapers in the late 1950s. The violence of judicial power in the 1950s was the cause and result of the trend of authoritarianism and power worship. Both intellectuals and the general public had distrust in and fear of the order of law. In particular, the military police, who had a position above the law guaranteed by law, infringed on the rights of citizens in public and private areas. Their absolute power was reinforced by the Martial Law Act and National Security Law, which became more absolute while the division of the Korean Peninsula became permanent after the liberation. The violence of the law and alienation from the law gave people feelings of fear, shame, and insults beyond anxiety and anger. In the 1950s, many writers-intellectuals thought of such reality in an ethical level rather than a political level. the April 19 Revolution was achieved by various driving forces in a revolution who broke through the limitations of the 1950s and acted as political actors. In this context, we need to remember that there were hidden subject in the revolutionary period, who think ethically about such political issues and put their time to the present, including themselves, back in a single historical period called the postwar era. Their thoughts did not develop into political ones, so they could not come out as revolutionary forces in reality, however, when the revolution took place, they could play a role in approving that. They tried to play their own roles of the times, by looking into and internalizing the revolutionary forces as a transcendental and absolute vanishing point. In addition, it can be said that after the April 19 Revolution, the success of the May 16 coup was also supported by the attitudes(viewpoints) of intellectuals who thought about the reality from ethical perspectives rather than political ones. 이 글은 1950년대 말 신문매체에 나타난 당대 법감정과 함께 소설들을 겹쳐 읽어봄으로써, 4.19혁명을 가능하게 했던 법감정과 혁명기 주체의 정립 양상을 규명하고자 한다. 1950년대 사법 권력의 폭력은 권력만능, 권력숭배의 풍조의 원인이자 결과였다. 법질서에 대한 불신과 공포의 감정은 지식인, 일반 대중 모두가 느끼는 것이었다. 특히 법률로 보장된 초법적 지위를 갖고 있던 헌병은 공적 영역과 사적 영역 가리지 않고 시민의 권리를 침해하였다. 이들의 무소불위의 권력은 계엄법과 국가보안법에 의해 강화된 것으로, 해방 이후 분단이 고착화되는 과정에서 절대화되었다. 법으로부터의 폭력과 소외의 경험은 불안과 분노를 넘어, 공포와 수치, 모욕의 감정을 느끼게 만들었다. 1950년대 상당수의 문인-지식인들은 이러한 현실을 정치적인 차원이 아닌 윤리적 차원에서 사고했다. 4.19혁명은 1950년대의 한계를 뚫고 정치적 행위 주체로 나선 다양한 혁명 주체들에 의해 성취되었다. 이와 함께 우리는 정치적 문제를 윤리적으로 사고하며, 자신을 포함하여 현재까지의 시간을 전후시대라는 하나의 과거 시간으로 묶어서 뒤로 물렸던, 혁명기 숨은 주체들이 있었음을 기억할 필요가 있다. 이들의 사유는 정치적인 것으로 나아가지 못했기에 현실에서 혁명주체로 나설 수 없었지만, 혁명이 일어났을 때 그것을 추인하는 역할을 할 수 있었다. 이들은 혁명 주체들을 초월적이고 절대적인 소실점으로 응시하고 내면화함으로써, 자기 몫의 시대적 역할을 감당하고자 했다. 아울러 4.19혁명 이후 5.16 군사 쿠데타의 성공도 현실을 정치적으로 사유하기보다 윤리적 차원에서 사유했던 지식인들의 태도(관점)에 의해 뒷받침된 것이라 할 수 있다.

        뇌 신호원의 시계열 추출 및 인과성 분석에 있어서 ICA 기반 접근법과 MUSIC 기반 접근법의 성능 비교 및 문제점 진단

        Recently, causality analysis of source time series extracted from EEG or MEG signals is becoming of great importance in human brain mapping studies and noninvasive diagnosis of various brain diseases. Two approaches have been widely used for the analyses: one is independent component analysis (ICA), and the other is multiple signal classification (MUSIC). To the best of our knowledge, however, any comparison studies to reveal the difference of the two approaches have not been reported. In the present study, we compared the performance of the two different techniques, ICA and MUSIC, especially focusing on how accurately they can estimate and separate various brain electrical signals such as linear, nonlinear, and chaotic signals without a priori knowledge. Results of the realistic simulation studies, adopting directed transfer function (DTF) and Granger causality (GC) as measures of the accurate extraction of source time series, demonstrated that the MUSIC-based approach is more reliable than the ICA-based approach.

        Application of GIS Technique for Fire Drill in Hillside Area

        본 연구는 PhotoModeler Pro를 이용하여 공간 정보를 자동적으로 추출하기 위한 기법에 관한 것이다. PhotoModeler Pro는 Windows시스템에서 개인용 컴퓨터 상에서 3차원 공간 정보를 취득할 수 있는 우수한 도구이나 스테레오 이미지를 자동적으로 병행하여 처리하는 데는 충분하지 않은 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 PhotoModeler Pro 상에서 자동생성 프로그램과 DDE인터페이스를 이용한 스테레오 매칭 연구에 관한 것으로, 적용 지역은 사면과 계단이 많은 타테야마 지역(일본 나가사키 시)을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 대상 지역에 대한 자동 스테레오 매칭 결과 100%의 적중률을 보였다. The purpose of this study is to describe 3-Dimensional technique to obtain spatial information automatically using PhotoModeler Pro. PhotoModeler Pro is excellent software with the three-dimensional measurement function used by a personal computer using Windows operating system. However, it is not sufficient to carry out the automatic matching work with two stereo images. This is very large neck as a 3-D measurement software. In this study, the automatic stereo matching work using the self-making program and DDE interface within PhotoModeler Pro was tried. The experiment field is the hillside and stair zone of Tateyama region, Nagasaki City. The results of automatic stereo matching work were very good with 100% hitting ratio of target.

        뇌파/뇌자도 전류원 국지화의 공간분해능 향상을 위한 독립성분분석 기반의 부분공간 탐색 알고리즘

        In the present study, we proposed a new subspace scanning algorithm to enhance the spatial resolution of electroencephalography (EEG) and magnetoencephalography(MEG) source localization. Subspace scanning algorithms, represented by the multiple signal classification (MUSIC) algorithm and the first principal vector (FINE) algorithm, have been widely used to localize asynchronous multiple dipolar sources in human cerebral cortex. The conventional MUSIC algorithm used principal component analysis (PCA) to extract the noise vector subspace, thereby having difficulty in discriminating two or more closely-spaced cortical sources. The FINE algorithm addressed the problem by using only a part of the noise vector subspace, but there was no golden rule to determine the number of noise vectors. In the present work, we estimated a non-orthogonal signal vector set using independent component analysis (ICA) instead of using PCA and performed the source scanning process in the signal vector subspace, not in the noise vector subspace. Realistic 2D and 3D computer simulations, which compared the spatial resolutions of various algorithms under different noise levels, showed that the proposed ICA-MUSIC algorithm has the highest spatial resolution, suggesting that it can be a useful tool for practical EEG/MEG source localization.

        부산지역 구비전승민요에 나타나는 음악적 특징

        This writing is a treatise attempting at a musical interpretation as to folk songs that have been transmitted to today's Busan district. The hitherto research on folk songs has been mostly focused on literary understanding of words to a song, or song lyrics. However, to think of a folk song as an aspect of a song, it could be judged that its musical weight is also considerably big. Accordingly, this researcher thinks that there definitely needs to be a musical interpretation in the overall understanding of a folk song. In such a sense, this writing attempting at a musical interpretation is sufficiently a meaningful work. The research results of this treatise are summarized as follows:First, the folk songs in Busan district mostly account for the ones composed of menaritori which is a musical grammar of Gyeongsangdo folk songs. The folk songs include <a Short Pipe Song> in Buk-gu, <Ssanggeum Ssanggeum Ssanggarakji> at Nam-gu, <Gaetteok Song[randomly shaped rice cake Song]at Jung- gu, <Loom Song> at Dong-gu, a play song <Kwaejinachingchingna -nae> at Yeonje-gu, <Mojjigi[removing the young rice plants from the seedbed] Sound> at Gijang-gun, and Eosayong> at Youngdogu, etc. Second, the beat used in the folk songs in Busan district is found to be Jajinmori, Eotmori, Gutgeori, Jungmori, and Jungjungmori. Among those, the folk songs created by Jajinmori beat have comparatively most weight. The Its reason is interpreted as the fact that the mostly used beat in Pungmul beat is Jajinmori. Third, there exist pop folk songs or the one in other districts which have had an influence on the folk songs in Busan. There are cases where some parts of the song lyrics in other districts were brought onto the folk songs in Busan district. Its exemplary case is <Daenggi Song> at Saha-gu. Similarly, there exist folk songs played whose melody is the same with that of basic pop folk songs except for song lyrics only. <Donpuri> is a good example at Gijang-gun. In addition, the exemplary one of the folk songs in Busan district that were influenced by the musical style of a Namdo folk song <Yukjabegi> in a different district is <Agijewuneunsori> at Jin-gu. Such a phenomenon is interpreted by the fact that the place where the person, who sang this song, was born and grew up is no other than Namdo district. Considered from the above, the traditionally transmitted folk songs in Busan district is found to have cherished comparatively plenty of prototypes so-called regionality in a musical aspect despite the rapid social changes like industrialization and urbanization. 이 글은 1999년 채록되어 2010년에 출판한 「현장에서 조사한 구비전승민요1 부산편」에 실린 음원을 바탕으로 부산지역 민요의 음악적 특징을 살핀 글이다. 1999년 채록되어 최근 출판한 「현장에서 조사한 구비전승민요1 부산편」에 실린 음원을 바탕으로 부산지역 민요의 음악적 특징을 살펴보았다. 경상도 민요의 음악적 어법인 메나리 토리로 구성된 노래[소리]는 본고에서 분석한 24곡 가운데 반을 차지하는 12곡으로 비교적 부산에서 전하는 많은 구비전승민요가 경상도의 음악어법인 메나리 토리의 음계 구조에 의한 선율적 특징을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다.
