        In short is as follows to research the present situation and mooted point, to get ready development direction of horticulture equipment in Busan. 1.Area of culture equipment in Busan is that vegetables was formed 1.7% for 435ha of nationwide 82,465ha, florist crops was formed 6.7% for 220ha of nationwide 3,299.2ha in standard of 1998. 2.In the present situation of equipment of vegetable culture, fruit vegetables are a lot more in culture area and productive quantity. There is mainly cultivated tomato, cucumber and unripe red pepper. 3.In the present position of equipment of florist crops area, cut flower is formed 76.8% as 169ha in nationwide florist crops area. There is mainly cultivated carnation, rose, gladiolus. 4.In the usual present position of frame materials in equipment, vegetables equipment is built at 82.5% with iron frames. But iron frames is far the lower rate as 22.6% than 87.1% of nation rate in florist crops. It should be converted to iron frames for the durability and efficiency management of environment. 5.In the usual present situation of covering material in equipment, it is in use soft film as 97.8% and have the lots use of PE, EVA film. 6.In the present position of environment management of equipment, as 88% used soft film which is habitual means, Heat culture is used warm-air heater around 95%. In overhead flooding of equipment, the overhead flooding used hose is a lot most as 50.1%, it its increased the farmhouse which use sprinkler or dripping flooding materials, also. 7.The system of equipment is movable style is 55%, fixed style is 45%. the type is the single span is many more as 73.5% than 26.5% of multi span. The direction is, in case of single span is east and west, in case of multi span is mainly south and north. 8.The nutriculture area is took vegetables were 4.7ha and florist crops were 3ha. In the case of florist crops, rose was 4.3ha and eggplant was 0.3ha. In the case of florist crops, rose was 3ha by crops. In has to consider a special countermeasure in application and supply of farmhouse used the equipment in Busan because Busan was fell behind than other city in nutriculture area and culture technique. 9.In the export of horticulture equipment crops, vegetables are tomato, cucumber, florist crops are rose, chrysanthemum and europeans orchid but the work has not yet born fruit. It must be solve mooted point of low grade article, lack information. etc. So it is brought up the export horticulture.

      • 동부 F_2 世代에 있어서 莢柄長, 莢長 및 莢當粒數에 관한 遺傳分析

        This experimental studies were conducted to clarify the effects of selection, and aimed at estimating genetic parameters such as, gene action, combining ability and heritability on three agronomic characters in Cowpea (Vigna sinensis Savi.). The six different parents and 15 F_2 hybrids by 6×6 diallel crosses were used as materials, and were planted in a randomized block design with three replications. The results obtained are summarized as follows : 1. Vr-Wr graphic analyses Length of pod stalk was found to be inherited in over dominance. and length of pod and seed numbers per pod were inherited in partial dominance. 2. Components of variance: Estimates of additive components of variances were greater than those of dominance components of variances for length of pod and seed numbers per pod. Negative values of F were estimated for two characters, length of pod and seed numbers per pod. The highest heritability value was found in length of pod, but the value of seed numbers per Pod was the lowest. 3. Combining ability analyses: The mean squares of general combining ability for length of pod and seed numbers per pod were higher than those of specific combining ability. 4. Effects of combining ability: The high GCA effects were expressed by variety TVu1857 in length of pod stalk and seed numbers per pod, variety TVu2885 in length of pod. The high SCA effects were exhibited in the hybrids between TVu1857×J78 and TVu2885×J80 in length of pod stalk and seed numbers per pod, TVu1857×TVu2885 and TVu2734×TVu2885 in length of pod. Therefore, it can be concluded that TVu lines could be the useful varieties in cowpea breeding for long pod and high yielding.

      • 개입이 있는 비선형 시계열자료에 대한 예측방법의 비교

        시계열 자료는 공휴일, 파업, 석유파동, 정책변화 등과 같은 외부사건에 영향을 받아서 급격한 변화를 나타낸다. 이러한 외부사건의 결과로 발생된 관측값들을 특이값이라 하며, 외부사건의 시기와 원인이 알려진 경우에는 이러한 외부사건을 개입이라 한다. 이러한 개입으로 인하여 자료를 모형화하기 어려운 경우가 많다. 그러므로 개입의 유형과 효과를 분석하여 모형화하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 개입을 가진 선형모형에 대해 연구하고 ARCH, GARCH 모형과 같은 비선형 모형과 비교하였다. 또한 예측에 있어서는 Tong(1990)에 의해 제안된 결합예측 방법과도 비교하였다. 실증분석에서는 개입이 있는 선형시계열 모형, 개입이 있는 비선형시계열 모형, 그리고 결합예측모형을 이용하여 RMSE를 기준으로 예측력을 비교하였다. Time series data are influenced by the external events such as holiday, strike, oil shock, and political change, so the external events cause a sudden change to the time series data. We regard the observation as outlier that occurred as a result of external events. In general, it is called intervention if we know the period and the reason of external events, and if makes an analyst difficult to establish a time series model. therefore, it is important that we analyze the styles and effects of intervention. In this paper, we have been studied about the linear time series model with invention and compared with nonlinear time series models such as ARCH, GARCH model and also we compared with the combination prediction method that Tong(1990) introduced. In the practical case study, we compared prediction power with RMSE among linear, nonlinear time series model with intervention and combination prediction method.

        This paper is to research about design and drive system of a switched reluctance motor for a pallet truck application. SRM is suitable for a pulse type source and is researched for home and industrial applications owing to the advance of power electronics technology. An SRM for a pallet truck drive is developed and tested. The drive system has to operate with low voltage and high current. The small size, robustness and high efficiency make it possible to replace with DC motor which is used in a pallet truck conventionally. Test results show that pallet truck with SRM has better drive characteristics than that of the DC motor.

      • 效率的인 下水處理 改善方案에 關한 硏究

        Greeting the local self-government age, local finance independece rate of local autonomy is on very poor state. So, the method of discharge a cleanest water with the least expense in sewage treatment is an important factor to supply clean water to Chung-Nam, Chung-Buk and Daejoen and to preserve a water quality of Daechong Lake. Therefore, in this study, we analysed not only a facilities outline of environment office and operating state for improvement of a water quality but also investment cost, maintenance cost, reduction method of working expenses for reduction of a budget. As a result of study, it is concluded to improve sewage pipe line of separate type and to install a flow control tank and to introduce a remove technique of T-N for the purpose of water quality improvement. Also, the relation of F/M ratio and outflow quality does not exist a regular proportional expression. But, water is the cleanest condition when the F/M ratio is 0.04. And, the most suitable injection rate of chemical material was 20㎎/ℓ for Al₂(SO₄)₃(8%) and 50㎎/ℓ(0.1%) for Polymer(0.1%). As a reduction method of operation cost, it is necessary to manage a technique support team and manage a foul water plant under township by environment office. As a result of comparison of an electric fee, a chemical cost, a by-produce recycle, and a facilities improvement, total expenses was reduced about 9% in 1996.

      • 송아지고기 소시지와 시중에 판매되는 우육과 돈육 소시지 제품의 저장특성 비교

        This study was undertaken to compare the storage characteristics between veal sausage and commercial pork and beef sausages in Korean domestic market. We manufactured 3_types of sausages and purchased 2_types of sausages in the market: T1(B-company product), T2(O-company product) and we made T3(smoked veal sausage), T4(smoked veal sausage with pepper) and T5(cooked veal sausage) products. During 20 days of storage at 4oC, T5 showed significantly higher in TBA value and VBN value (p<0.05). But TBA and VBN values showed normal range in all products. T3, T4, and T5 showed higher total microbial count than T1 and T2 (p<0.05). According to the result, beef and pork sausages in the market showed different total microbial count and VBN values from those made in laboratory. This result could be come from the different additives used and manufacturing processes. However, all products can be stored up to 20 days in the cooler.

      • 식품제조업 근골격계질환 평가 및 개선방안 연구

        국내 산업재해율 중 50% 이상이 근골격계질환으로 최근 몇 년간 급속한 증가수치를 보이고 있다. 특히 산업재해율이 가장 높은 분포를 가지는 제조업분야에서는 작업 특성상 비정형화된 작업을 장시간 정적 작업자세로 수행함으로써 근골격계질환에 노출될 확률이 높다. 최근 몇 년 간 근골격계질환 예방을 위한 꾸준한 노력이 시행되고 있으나 대부분이 대규모 사업장을 비롯한 것으로 중•소규모의 사업장을 대상으로 하는 분석 및 평가가 미비한 실정이다. 식품제조업의 작업 업무는 많은 자동화 설비가 갖추어져 있음에도 불구하고 작업특성상 장시간의 기립자세가 요구되며 불필요한 작업자세가 유발된다. 식품제조업 분야의 작업공정은 작업형태에 따라 들기, 포장, 정돈 제품적재 작업으로 그룹화 할 수 있으며 이를 근간으로 인간공학적 평가도구를 이용한 작업분석을 설시하였다. 근골격계질환 예방을 위한 분석결과 불필요한 작업자세가 유발되거나 장시간 정적 작업을 비롯한 단순 반복 작업이 식품제조업 분야에 있어서 가장 큰 유해요인이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 식품제조업의 작업평가 시 근골격계질환 유해요인으로 관찰되는 부적절한 작업형태 및 작업환경에 대한 인간공학적 평가 및 개선을 통하여 근로자가 안전하게 작업할 수 있는 적합한 작업공간 및 작업형태를 제시하였다.

        혈전 발생의 위험 인자가 없는 환자에서 급성 신우신염에 의해 유발된 신정맥 혈전증 및 폐색전증

        Renal vein thrombosis (RVT) is not an uncommon condition amongst patients with nephrotic syndrome or malignancy. Septic pulmonary embolism (SPE) is associated with risk factors such as intravenous drug use, pelvic thrombophlebitis, and suppurative processes in the head and neck. However, acute pyelonephritis is a rare cause of RVT and SPE. Case reports on RVT and SPE due to acute pyelonephritis are rare. In most of the earlier cases, patients had underlying conditions such as diabetes mellitus, renal carcinoma, calyceal stones, and hyperhomocysteinemia. We report a case of acute pyelonephritis complicated by RVT and SPE that occurred in a patient without any predisposing risk factors for thromboembolism. RVT and SPE were diagnosed using computed tomography and ventilation/perfusion scan. The patient recovered with antibiotics and anticoagulation therapy without any surgical interventions.

      • 중합효소연쇄반응을 이용한 도말양성 폐결핵 환자에서의 결핵균 DNA 검출방법에 관한 연구

        Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is the most sensitive and rapid method for the diagnosis of M.tuberculosis infection. Many reports have shown different methods for mycobacterial DNA extraction, but revealed many differences in simplicity and time-consumption. We studied which method was the best among 7 different ones for DNA extraction from 32 smear-positive sputa, using PCR of targeting 123bp DNA fragment of IS6110. The methods were the following : SDS-Microwave oven method, NaOH Lysis method, Triton X-100, Proteinase K method, Lysis buffer method. SDS-Proteinase K method, Bead Beater method, and Bead Beater/CTAB method. The amplification products were identified by electrophoresis on ethidium bromide-stained agarose gels, and confirmed by restriction enzyme, Southern blot hybridization, and DNA sequencing. All 32 cases were positive (100%) by the 7 different methods. It took 1 hour or more to detect DNA in SDS-Microwave oven method, NaOH Lysis method, and Bead beater/CTAB method. It took 2 hours or less in the others. SDS-Proteinase K method and Bead Beater/CTAB method were simpler and more convinient than the others. These results suggest that SDS-Proteinase K method and Bead Beater/CTAB method might be better than the others for the extraction of mycobacterial DNA in terms of simplicity and time-consumption, although all the methods were sensitive.
