A simple and sensitive liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method was developed andvalidated in rat plasma for quantification of tadalafil, anovel therapeutic agent for erectile dysfunction. Tadalafiland acebutolol (internal standard) were extracted byliquid–liquid extraction with tert-butyl methyl ether. Thechromatographic separation was performed on a reversephase C18 column with a mobile phase consisting of 0.1 %formic acid and acetonitrile (45:55, v/v) at a flow rate of0.3 mL/min. The protonated analyte was quantitated bymultiple reaction monitoring with a Waters QuattromicroTM API mass spectrometer. The calibration curve waslinear over a concentration range of 2–2000 ng/mL, and thelower limit of quantification was 2 ng/mL with a precision(CV %) of 10.9 %. Acceptable intra-day and inter-dayprecision and accuracy were obtained at 3 concentrationlevels (3, 200, and 1500 ng/mL). Tadalafil was found to bestable in a battery of studies, including bench top, freeze–thaw, and autosampler conditions. The validated methodwas successfully used to determine tadalafil concentrationin rat plasma samples after oral administration at a dose of1 mg/kg.

본 연구는 가스통 바슐라르의 상상력 이론과 디자인 사고와의 관계를 찾아보고자 하는 의도에서 시작되었다. 연구의 방법으로는 상상력 이론의 전개에서 바슐라르의 이론을 검토하고 디자인 사고 과정과의 관계에 대해 찾고자 하였다. 연구의 대상으로는 스탠퍼드 대학원 디스쿨의 디자인 사고 플레이북과 아이데오의 교육자를 위한 디자인 사고를 선정하였다. 바슐라르의 상상력 이론과 디자인 사고와의 관계성에 있어서 다음의 2가지의 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 바슐라르의 상상력 이론에서 인구 통계, 행위, 동기, 사용자 데이터, 사용자의 문제, 연구 주제, 프로토타입, 행동, 욕구, 관찰 내용, 사전 지식, 이전 결과, 미래 상황이 질료·물질에 해당된다. 둘째, 디자이너, 사용자, 타인의 관점은 작가의 의지, 욕망의 정도를 알아보는 데에 중요한 기준으로 나타났다. 본 연구 이후 바슐라르뿐만 아니라 다양한 상상력 이론과 디자인 사고 관계 속에서 중요한 기준을 찾아내기 위한 자료로 활용되길 기대한다. This study began with the intention to explore the relation between Gaston Bachelard's theory of imagination and design thinking. As a research method, the relationship between Bachelard 's theory and design thinking process was focused on the development of imaginative theory. For subject of study Design Thinking Playbook of Stanford D. School and Design Thinking for Educators of IDEO were selected. As a result of analyzing Bachelard 's imagination theory and design thinking, two research results are derived. First, in Bachelard's theory of imagination, demographic, behavior, motivation, user data, user's problem, research topic, prototype, behavior, desire, observation, prior knowledge, transfer result, future situation correspond to material and substance. Second, the viewpoint of designers, users, and others appeared as an important criterion for recognizing the author's will and desire.

This study examined the significance of ddeok-cha in traditional korean tea culture history. The lack of specialty publications in the manufacture of ddeok-cha has limited studies in this area. This study compared and analyzed the literature and documents to determine the manufacturing method of ddeok-cha that was recorded during the end of the cho-sun period through exchanged poetry and letters. Tea drinking, storage tea, and tea ware have chan-Ged according to the tea manufacture method. Therefore, the environment affecting the quality of tea must be consi-Dered when analyzing the process from the cultivation of tea to manufacture of tea, tea critics, tastes, tea drinking method. According to the tea manufacturing method and, treatment, the practical considerations can be understood through an evolution process. Ddeok-cha consumption has a long history laying in tea culture. Socially, the historical environment and people’s life naturally descend deeply, hardly being eradicated, (Ed note: Pleas echeck blue highlighted and the tea drinking custom can be found even inrecent days. Korean tea culture has similarities in tea manufacture to China and has a long history. Ddeok-cha, which has an unbroken tradition, is a classical Korean tradition in its original form. This study suggests new viewpoint according to the ddeok-cha manufacture method recorded in the literature. comparison analysis with an understanding of the tea manufacture method was considered to increase the chance theoretically, whereasin terms of traditional tea culture, ddeok cha has not attractedsufficient attention.

In this study, we investigated pharmacokinetic drug interactions of clopidogrel with P-gp inhibitors in rats and dogs. Following the oral administration of clopidogrel with or without the P-gp inhibitors, quercetin (250 mg/kg), telmisartan (8 mg/kg), and cyclosporine A (10 mg/kg), in rats and dogs, the plasma concentration-time profiles of clopidogrel carboxylic acid, a surrogate marker for the bioavailability of clopidogrel, were determined. Co-administration of the quercetin, telmisartan and cyclosporine A significantly increased the area under the curve and peak plasma concentration of clopidogrel carboxylic acid in rats. However, in dogs, the plasma concentrations of clopidogrel carboxylic acid were not considerably changed by the coadministration of three different kinds of P-gp inhibitors. These findings suggest potential interaction of clopidogrel with quercetin, telmisartan, and cyclosporine A, although there are differences between animal models. Follow-up clinical study is needed to explore the meaning of this remarkable species differences in the P-gp-mediated interaction.
