      • SrTiO₃첨가에 따른 (x)BaTiO₃-(1-x)SrTiO₃의 유전적, 전기적 특성

        In this paper, a ferroelectric material BaTiO3 was added to SrTiO3, then (x)BaTiO3-(1-x)SrTiO3(0.7≤x≤1) ceramics were fabricated with stable electrical properties in high voltage. Microstructures and electrical properties were investigated according to mixing conditions of addition material SrTiO3. As a result of the investigation of all experiments, the shrinkage was excellent in 0.9BaTioO3-0.1SrTiO3. The grain size was increased, the curie temperature was shifted low temperature. The 0.9BaTiO3-0.1SrTiO3 was appeared stable property in temperature vs. permittivity. Also, 0.9BaTiO3-0.1SrTiO3 was showed stable dielectric properties at 25~85[C]. V-I properties of specimen were observed in the temperature range of 21~143[C], were divided into three regions. the region I below 10[kV/cm] was shown Ohmic conduction, the region II from 10 to 30[kV/cm] was explained by the poole-Frenkel emission theory and the region III above 30[kV/cm] was analysed by the tunneling effect.

        Thirty dairy cows with pododermatitis were selected and treatment effect of ozone ointment for bovine pododermatitis was investigated. In addition, bactericidal effect of ozone ointment on etiological agent of bovine pododermatitis was evaluated. The pathohistological examination for the pododermatitis, according to application with ozone ointment was investigated. Thirty dairy cows were divided two groups: control group(vaseline group: 15 cows), treatment group(ozone ointment group: 15 cows). Various parameters were evaluated in terms of the lameness score, swelling score, lesion score, WBC, neutrophil, pathohistological finding, and antimicrobial action. As compared with vaseline group, ozone ointment group revealed significant decrease of lameness (p<O.05), swelling (p<O.O1) and lesion score (p<O.05) were shown in hoof lesions on 14 days after application. In hematological findings, WBC count revealed slightly high values within normal range before treatment, however, this was I Corresponding author improved on 14 days after application of ozone ointment. The number of neutrophils was slightly higher than that of normal, however. this was improved on 14 days after application of ozone ointment. In pathohistological findings, normal dermal tissue was found in tissues with pododermatitis on 14 days after application of ozone ointment. In antimicobial action, marked decrease rate of bacteria was observed in feet of all cases treated with ozone ointment. The decreasing rate of bacteria in anaerobic culture was higher than that in aerobic culture.

        만성 췌장염의 임상적 연구

        Background/Aims: Chronic pancreatitis is a chronic inflammatory process leading to destruction of exocrine tissue, fibrosis, and in some patients, loss of endocrine tissue. A multiplicity of causes may lead to chronic pancreatitis; however, chronic alcohol abuse appears to be the etiologic basis in 70-80% of adult patients. As the problem of chronic alcoholism has grown in the our country, the prevalence of chronic pancreatitis is increasing. However, few reliable studies have been performed concerning the clinical features of chronic pancreatitis in Korea. So we investigate the clinical characteristics and diagnostic accuracy of imaging studies in chronic pancreatitis. Methods: We analyzed the 91 patients with chronic pancreatitis who were diagnosed and managed at Anam Hospital, Korea University in Seoul frorn January 1988 to December 199i. Results: The sex incidence showed male predominance with a male to female ratio of 4.7:1 and peak age groups were 5th and 6th decades. Most common cause of chronic pancreatitis was chronic alcohol consumption(54.9%), and the other causes were biliary disease, anomaly of the pancreas, hyperlipidemia, and hyperparathyroidism. Cause was not identified in 20.9% of patients. Most of patients complaints abdominal pain(91%), and other eomplaints were indigestion(73.6%), weight loss (39.6%), jaundice(13.2%) or diarrhea(8.8%). Elevated serum amylase and fasting sugar level were shown in 39.6% and 29.7% of patients respectively. Sensitivity of abdorninal sonogram, CT scan, and ERCP were 59%, 78% and 89% in diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis respectively. CT scan was supetior to other methods in detection of pancreatic calcification and smail cystic lesions, and ERCP was superior to others in detection of minor ductal change. Twenty-one cases were accompanied by complications such as pseudocysts, biliary stenosis, duodenal obstruction, splenic vein thrombosis & pseudoaneurysm. Endoscopic treatment was given in 12 cases and surgical operation was performed in 19 cases due to complicaiton. Conclusions: Chronic alcohol comsumption is a major cause of chronic pancreatitis. CT and ERCP are essential diagnostic tool in evaluating morphological changes of chronic pancreatitis.

Thirty healthy cattle were divided two groups(each of 15) : control group (povidone group), treatment group (ozone solution group). Various parameters were evaluated in terms of the lameness score, swelling score, lesion score, WBC count, neutrophil count, pathohistological finding, and antimicrobial action. The decrease of lameness and lesion score were shown in hoof lesions on 14 days after application of ozonated water. Significant decrease of swelling was shown in hoof lesions on 14 days 1 Corresponding author after application of ozonated water(p < 0.01). In hematological findings, WBC count revealed values within normal range. The number of neutrophils was slightly higher than that of normal, however, this was improved on 14 days after application of ozonated water. In pathohistological findings, recovery was rapid macroscopically and microscopically in the treatment with ozonated water on the hoof lesions and ozonated water was effective. In antimicobial action, bactericidal effect was observed in treatment with ozonated water on the hoof lesions and ozonated water was effective.

And affluent living and the increase of leisure times forster the development of sport for all. Having perceived above tendency, I studied both sport for all and leisure education. Consequently, I yielded the following desirable results; 1. The development of sport for all rests on the leisure education in the system of school education, as a part of lifelong education. 2. Sport for all can change the sense of value and restore human qualities through bettering the way of thinking about leisure. 3. Sport for all and leisure education need leisure life at home. Also they play a great role in guiding youth. 4. Sport for all and leisure education need a variety of programs and capable leaders.

      • 대동물 임상에서의 침술마취의 적용

        Acupuncture is used to treat pathological conditions and to prevent pain from arising. The pathological conditions that can be treated can be painless or painful conditions. Acupuncture analgesia (AA) is a specific form of acupuncture: the stimulation of the acupuncture points must be strong and long (about 15 to 30 minutes) before a local or general analgesia or hypalgesia will develop. Development of modern AA began in the late fifties. Effectiveness of acupuncture in alleviation of pain was quickly noticed and brought to the medical researchers and surgeons. Through their diligent pursuit, AA has been established as a viable alternative for relief of pain and substitution of conventional anesthesia. In veterinary medicine, early successful applications of AA to surgery of domestic animals were reported in the late sixties. Local or regional anesthesia is often preferred to general anesthesia in cattle. Acupuncture was effective in inducing analgesia. Regional electroacupuncture analgesia is potentially useful for standing surgeries in cattle. Some standing surgeries may be easily accomplished using electroacupuncture anesthesia.
