The starting switch of single phase induction motor is mechanically operated by the centrifugal force, On account of the complex structure and high frequency in use, it is frequently broken down by defacement. In this viewpoint, in order to turn on and off the centrifugal starting switch fixed to the auxiliary winding in series without a point of contact. I make an attempt to improve conventional structure of starting switch by means of thyristor circuit through experiment.
The automation system of distribution needed to seperate with quick response for the reliability coefficient in electric power transmission which interruption of service and breakdown This paper obtained the plan of the operation on power distribution system by automated distribution systems, and then transmission line and component of distribution automation system are analyzed for the remote supervisor control function. system configuration and its technological fesibility to distribution automation system. And it will be based for improvement of grid connecting distribution automation system.
The instantaneous speed measurement method using a three phase sinusoidal encoder is described in this paper. The proposed method can easily detect the AC motor speed by using that the encoder is directly proportional to the AC motor speed. The performance of proposed method is confirmed by experiment results using speed detection. For the high accuracy of the optimum control system. AC motor speed detection is designed and proposed.
Ultrafine NiO/YSZ composite powders were prepared by using a GNP(glycinenitrate process) for anode material of solid oxide fuel cells. The specific surface areas of synthesized NiO/YSZ composite powders were examined with controlling pH of a precursor solution and the content of glycine. The binding of glycine with metal ions occurring in the precursor solution was analyzed by using FTIR. The characteristics of synthesized composite powders were examined with X-ray diffractometer, a BET method with N_(2) absorption, scanning and transmission electron microscopies. Strongly acid precursor solution increased the specific surface area of the synthesized composite powders. This is suggested to be caused by the increased binding of metal ions and glycine under a strong acid solution of pH=0.5 that lets glycine consist of mainly the amine group of NH_(3)^(+) After sintering and reducing treatment of NiO/YSZ composite powders synthesized by GNP, the Ni/YSZ pellet showed ideal microstructure very fine Ni particles of 3~5㎛ were distributed uniformly and fine pores around Ni metal particles were formed, thus, leading to an increase of the triple phase boundary among gas, Ni and YSZ.
This paper states the scheme which makes powering and Regenerative Brakon operation occur without increasing the number of devices, implimenting Reverse Conductive Thyristor in the chopper circuit. The Powering and Regenerative Brakon operation in the Sepafately excited DC Motof can be controlled continously the only by gate sognal of Chopper Sysem. The above, the Chopper System with a function of powerinf and Regenerative Braking operation proves a study on the theory and experiment.
Single phase induction motor(SPIM) is one of the most widely used type of low power AC motors in the world, especially for domestic or commercial applications where a three phase power supply is not available. Fractional horse power single phase induction motors have no starting torque their own. So there are several ways of starting single phase induction motors. The most common type is the starting capacitor installed in series with the auxiliary winding to increase the starting torque. Also, the auxiliary winding is disconnected once the speed of the motor reaches 70 to 80% of the rated speed. In the conventional systems, this function is conducted by a centrifugal switch. But the mechanical centrifugal switch has many problems such as switch malfunction. This paper presents the new methods of universal starting switch by digital controller to overcome these shortcomings of centrifugal switch.
평판 디스플레이용 비정질 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터의 전기적인 특성과 수학적인 모델에 대하여 연구되었고 이론적인 모델은 실험을 통하여 그 타당성을 입증하였다. 게이트전압이 고정된 상태에서 드레인 전압 증가에 따른 드레인 포화전류는 증가되었고 디바이스의 포화는 드레인 전압이 증가될수록 더 증가되었으며 문턱전압은 감소되었다. 세 개의 변수로 구성된 디바이스의 전달특성과 출력특성에 대한 실험 결과값에 대한 모델식이 제시되었는데 이 모델은 디비이스의 기하학적인 구조를 간단화 하기위한 모델식이다.
Electrical characteristics of inverted staggered type amorphous silicon thin film transistor was studied and experimentally verified. It was determined that the saturated drain current increased at a fixed gate voltage. The results show that the log-log plot of drain current increased by voltage increase. According to the increase of gate voltage. activation energy of electron and the increasing width of Id at high voltage were decreased. Id saturation current saturated at high Vd over 4.5V. Vg-Id hysteresis characteristic curve showed between -15V and 15V of Vg. Hysteresis current decreased at low voltage of -15V and increased at high voltage of 15V.

Double-diffused metal oxide power semiconductor field effect transistors are used extensively in recent years in various circuit applications. One of the most important parameters of any semiconductor device is its operating temperature. The operating temperature is important in determining the reliability and operating life of the device, and it also has a strong influence on many of the electrical pramaters of the device. The temperature variation of the drain current at a fixed bias shows both positive and negative resistance characteristics depending on the gate threshold voltage and gate to source bias voltage. In this study, the temperature dependent of threshold voltage and output voltage characteristics of power VDMOSFET are presented.
