        초음파 비선형 음향 효과 및 X-선 회절법을 이용한 2.25Cr-1Mo 강의 열화 손상 평가

        It was attempted to evaluate the degree of degradation of thermally aged 2.25-1Mo steel by ultrasonic nonlinear parameter(UNP) measurement and X-ray diffraction analysis of extracted carbide. Artificial aging was performed to simulate the microstructural degradation in 2.25Cr-1Mo steel arising from long time exposure at 540℃. Microstructural analysis (number of carbides per unit area) and measurements of mechanical properties(Vickers hardness, DBTT) and degradation evaluation parameters(UNP and intensity ratio of X-ray diffraction peak of electrolytically extracted carbied) were performed. Both of UNP and intensity ratio of X-ray diffraction peak for M6C carbied to that of M23C6 carbied(IR) increased abruptly in the initial 100 hour of aging and then changed little. UNP and IR were proposed as potential parameters to evaluate the degree of aging degradation of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel.

      • 우리나라 行政區劃線의 不合理要因과 그 改善方向에 관한 硏究

        1. This thesis aims at analyzing the characteristics of the demarcation line of the administration areas in Korea by reviewing the history and background of how it was drawn and at the same time at exploring ways of correcting factors contributing to problems and ineffectiveness of administration. In order to collect data of opinions on this matter from officials actually assigned to the counties and their sub-level administration areas where administration is bifurcated in two separated blocks of areas, irrespective of the administrative efficiency and convenience of the populace in the areas, we selected eight kuns of this nature and sent questionaires to 488 chiefs and leading officials of kuns, myuns and villages. A total of 237 persons, 48.6% out of 488 responded. This data proved to be very expedient and instrumental in carrying out this study. 2. One of the characteristics of the demarcation line of administration areas is that it is drawn on the basis of natural conditions such as the extention of mountains, meandering lines of rivers, the formation of the community, traditional reasons, and so forth rather than on the theoretical as well practical backgrounds imbued with administrative philosophy, which seeks for rational and balanced development of a whole community with two factors in mind: the principle of spatial division as an administrative skill and the principle of spatial harmony for balanced division of administration zones. However, it is true that a large number of local inhabitants have felt inconveniences due to the boundary lines being zigzag or meandering. When we surveyed on the frequency of going to market as an indicator of economic activities of the people living along the boundary lines, it is found that almost 77.6% of the people questioned answered that they were going to markets located in the neighboring kun rather than those in their own administration zones. The factors that lead to choosing markets are usually two: one is spatial distance and the other is the peoples norm of life. Although the nature of the responses may vary according to where people live within the divided block of the administration area, a total of 86.6% of the questioned expressed their hope that the boundary lines would be straightened. This reflects their wishes of improving the efficiency of local administration and convenience of living for effectiveness of the administration cantrol. For example, state boundary lines of the U.S and Australia belong to the theoretical type is whereas sung boundary lines of China and kun(county) demarcation lines of Korea belong to the natural condition (or setting) type. Especially, some of administration demarcation lines of Korea have been zigzay so that one kun is divided into two or more separate blocks of areas as the result of city administration areas within the kun becoming enlarged. There are eight cases of this nature in Korea. 3. Our survey which was conducted to discover in part the extent of awareness of such bifurcation or division by the inhabitants living in the divided zones, showed that only 83.4% of those who responded said that they had knows the fact and the remaining 15.5% were quite unaware of the fact until they came to realize it upon reading our questionaire. This extent of unawareness means that local ranking administration leaders did not pay much attention to the effect of the local administration with respect to the boundary lines. 4. Speaking from the above finding, we are to propose that irrational factors related to the present administration demareation lines be corrected and improved for the following reasons: 1) To enhence the efficiency of administration, 2) To reestablish the system of utilization of resources 3) And finally to enlarge the integrated potentials of various social dynamics. We hope that efforts will be made to straighten administration demarcation lines as far as possible, taking into consideration the opinions and wishes of the people living in the affected areas and zones so that directions of development and improvement on this matter may be effectively explored. At the same time we propose the establishment of long range policies with a view of eliminating disparity in the development between the regions, by implementing necessary measures for development of local cities.

        2.25Cr-1Mo 강 인공 열화재의 고주파수 초음파 감쇠특성에 관한 연구

        재료나 설비의 고온 장시간 사용으로 인하여 발생되는 재질열화 평가에는 파괴적인 방법이 널리 사용되고 있으며, 신뢰도가 높다. 그러나, 시험편의 채취가 어렵고 많은 경비와 시간이 소요된다. 전기저항법, 레프리카법, 바크하우젠 노이즈법, 전기화학적방법, 초음파법 등과 같은 비파괴적인 열화손상 평가 방법이 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2.25Cr-1Mo 강을 630℃에서 장시간 등온열처리로 모의 열화시험편을 제작하고, 고온설비부재에서 발생되는 미세조직의 변화와 고주파 초음파의 전파특성(감쇠계수)과의 일대일 상관관계를 규명하여 초음파 비파괴평가에 의한 열화도 평가의 유용성 유무를 실험적으로 검증하였다. 그 결과 2.25Cr-1Mo 인공열화재의 경우 열화가 진행됨에 따라 탄화물의 석출 및 조대화가 일어나며 초음파 감쇠계수는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 그 정도는 침상의 탄화물이 거의 소멸되는 1,000 시간 이후에 초음파 감쇠계수가 급격히 증가하는 매우 좋은 상관성을 나타내었다. The destructive method is reliable and widely used for the estimation of material degradation but, it have time-consuming and a great difficulty in preparing specimens from in-service industrial facilities. Therefore, the estimation of degraded structural materials used at high temperature by nondestructive evaluation such as electric resistance method, replica method, Barkhausen noise method, electro-chemical method and ultrasonic method are strongly desired. Ultrasonic nondestructive evaluation technique has been reported good to attain efficiency of measurement, high sensitivity of measurement, and rapidity and reliability of result interpretation. In this study, it was verified experimentally the feasibility of the evaluation of degraded 2.25Cr-1Mo steel specimens which were prepared by the isothermal aging heat treatment at 630℃ by high frequency longitudinal wave method investigating the change of attenuation coefficient by FFT analysis and wavelet transform. Because of carbide precipitation increase and spheroidization near grain boundary of microstructure to aging degradation, attenuation coefficient had a tendency to increase as degradation proceeded. It was identified possibly to evaluate degradation using the characteristics of high-frequency ultrasonics. Frequency dependence of ultrasonic attenuation coefficient to aging degradation appeared large, which made sure that attenuation coefficient is an important parameter for evaluation of aging degradation.

        6-Sigma경영혁신기법 시행에 따른 방사선과 내부고객만족도의 변화

        Background : The concept of 'service' in a hospital is based on the quality of medical staffs who serve as customer-satisfying media, and this is what distinguishes general hospitals from other business corporations in which customer satisfaction is achieved through commercial products. Thus, the internal employee satisfaction is essential in the improvement of the 'service' and subsequent 'competitiveness' of a hospital. The purpose of this study is to establish internal marketing strategies for a general hospital through regular surveys on employee satisfaction. Method : Surveys on employee satisfaction in radiology department were conducted regularly twice a year in a university hospital with 800 beds 2001 in 2004. The subjects of this study were 35 employees who work in radiology department. The authors developed the questionnaires and the surveys were conducted initially during the first 6 months of the year. After necessary improvements were made by applying 6 Sigma techniques, subsequent surveys were conducted during the latter 6 months of the year and the degree of employee satisfaction was compared. Results : Overall satisfaction increased with a constant rate and the authors were able to assess that the hospital is being gradually stabilized. The degree of satisfaction assessed by multiple choices showed only minor changes. However, as a result of focusing on the demands put forth by the employees through the open questions, the degree of satisfaction increased gradually year after year. Conclusions : It is important to heighten the internal employee satisfaction systematically and harmoniously through the assessment on the demands of the internal customers and feedback-based communications between the management officers and the staffs. Continuous surveys on the internal employee satisfaction will serve to be valuable materials in the establishment of internal marketing strategies for a general hospital.

        3교대 근로자에서 교대근무기간과 혈압 및 심박수 변동성

        목적 : 교대근무가 심혈관계에 미치는 만성적인 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하였다. 방법 : 4조 3교대의 빠른 순환주기의 교대근무를 하는 1개 제조업체 남성근로자 134명을 대상으로 교대근무마다 혈압 및 심박수 변동성을 측정하였다. 교란변수로서 Karasek의 직무긴장도 모델에 의거한 49항목의 직무스트레스설문지를 이용하여 직무스트레스를 측정하였고, 수면유형과 흡연, 음주력 및 과거병력 등의 사항에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 반복측정 자료의 분석을 위해 mixed model을 이용한 다변량 회귀분석을 수행하여, 교대근무기간과 혈압 및 심박수 변동성과의 관련성을 살펴보았다. 결과 : 대상 근로자의 평균연령은 29 세였다(범위 25∼44). 이들 중 77.9 % 는 현재도 흡연을 하고 있었고, 50 % 는 직무긴장도 모형에서 수동형이었다. 평균 총 교대근무기간은 5.21 년(범위 5.4 개월∼10년)이었다. 수면유형검사에서는, 극단적인 아침형이나 극단적인 저녁형은 없었다. 연령, 직무스트레스, 수면유형 및 흡연을 보정한 다변량 분석에서, 혈압은 총 교대근무기간이 증가함에 따라 통계학적으로 유의하게 증가하는 소견을 보였다(p(0.05). 심박수 변동성은 저주파 및 고주파 영역 모두에서 총 교대근무기간이 증가함에 따라 유의한 감소양상을 나타냈다(p<0.05) . 결론 : 본 연구의 결과는 교대근무가 혈압을 상승시키고 심박수 변동성을 감소시키는 것으로써 심혈관계 기능에 영향을 미침을 보여주었다. Objectives : This study was performed to investigate the chronic health effect of shift-work on cardiovascular system. Methods : We checked blood pressure(BP) and heart rate variability (HRV) at every shift on 134 male workers whose shift type was 8-hour and short rotating of 3 days shift interval. As confoundings, job stress was measured by Karasek's JCQ 49 items questionnaire and circardian type was assessed by morningness-eveningness questionnaire. Smoking and alcohol drinking habit, marital status and past medical history were also acquired. We used the method of repeated measured data analysis with mixed model to show the association between shiftwork duration and BP or HRV. Results : Average age of workers was 29 years olds(range 25∼44). Among them, 77.9 % were current smokers, 50 % were the passive type of job strain in Karasek's model. Mean shiftwork duration was 5.21 years(range 5.4 months∼10 years). In circadian type, no one was definitely morning type or definitely evening type. In multivariate analyses adjusted by age, job strain, shift, circadian rhythm and smoking, blood pressure were showed significantly increasing trends according to shiftwork duration in both systolic and diastolic (p(0.05) . Heart rate variability were also showed significantly decreasing trends according to shiftwork duration in both parasympathetic and sympathetic functions (p(0.05) . Conclusions : The results of this studs suggests the chronic negative health effect of shiftwork on cardiovascular system.

        Recently, as the Smart Phone is rapidly disseminated worldwide, it is emerging as an important digital communication media changing the communication types of users. We use the Smart Phone in all aspect of daily life besides communication. The Smart Phone is indispensible tool that has a great ripple effect on our daily life. Therefore, if the Smart Phone users lose or do not bring their phones, they were troubled. In this paper, we make users available to use the Smart Phone, even if they lose or do not bring their phones. To do this end, we develop features that search the phone in case of not knowing where it is, that contact another phone in case of not bringing their phone, that lock the phone in case of losing it. We expect these features promote a expansion and a vitality of the Smart Phone market.

      • 난소성 장액성 낭선암에 특이한 단백의 분리에 관한 연구

        In order to correlate changes in the nature of proteins in the serous cystadenocarcinoma tissue of the ovary with those in the cystic fluid and ascitic fluid of patients with the ovarian cancer, proteins in the ovarian tissue, cystic fluid and ascitic fluid of patients with serous cystadenocarcinoma were isolated by a DEAE-cellulose column chromatography and HPLC. (1)Concentrations of protein in the ovarian cancer tissue, cystic fluid and ascitic fluid of patients with serous cystadenocarcinoma were unchanged as compared with those of controls. (2)Proteins in the ovarian tissues were isolated by a DEAE-cellulose column chromatography into 7 peaks in both serous cystadenocarcinoma tissue and control ovarian tissue. The DEAE-peak Ⅲ protein was divided into two parts (peak ?? and ??) in the ovarian cancer, but not in the control, indicating that the DEAE-peak Ⅲ?? was specific to the ovarian cancer. The DEAE-peak Ⅴ common to both serous cystadenocarcinoma tissue and its control was further separated by a HPLC into 4 peaks each. Although the HPLC patterns for proteins of both tissues appeared to be different, presence of proteins specific to the ovarian cancer was not confirmed in the ovarian cancer tissue. (3)Proteins in the ovarian cystic fluid were isolated by a DEAE-cellulose column chromatography into 5 peaks for serous cystadenocarcinoma and 4 peaks for serous cyst as the control of which the peak Ⅳ protein was divided into two parts(peak ?? and ??) in the ovarian cancer, but not in the control. Two protein peaks (DEAE-peak ?? and ??) in the ovarian cancer, but not control. Two protein peaks (DEAE-peak ?? and Ⅷ) were observed to be specific to the ovarian cancer. (4)Proteins in the ascitic fluid were separated by a DEAE-cellulose column chromatography into 7 peaks for the ovarian cancer and 5 peaks for the serous cyst, of which the peak Ⅳ protein was also divided into two parts as in the cystic fluid of the ovarian cancer, but not in the control. Three protein peaks (peak Ⅲ, ?? and Ⅷ) appeared to be specific to the ovarian cancer. These results indicated that concentrations of proteins were unchanged, but the nature of proteins were changed in the cancer tissue, cystic fluid and ascitic fluid of patients with serous cystadenocarcinoma and that proteins specific to the ovarian cancer were present in at least one for the ovarian cancer tissue, two for the cystic fluid and three for the ascitic fluid. The proteins specific to serous cystadenocarcinoma in the cystic and ascitic fluid appeared to be released from the ovarian cancer tissue and could be used as biochemical markers for the cancer.

      • 각종 단백질 사료의 반추위내 분해도 및 하부 장기내 소화율에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 반추가축사료의 단백질 이용효율을 높이기 위한 방안으로 국내 사료회사에 주로 이용하고 있는 단백질 사료의 반추위내 분해단백질(RDP)과 비분해단백질(UDP) 및 소장에서도 흡수되지 않는 이용불능단백질 함량들을 측정하기 위하여 실시하였다. 반추위와 십이지장에 캐뉼라를 부착한 젖소에 in sacco와 mobile bag 기술을 이용하여 여러 가지 원산지와 종류가 다른 단백질 원료사료의 반추위내 분해율과 소장 내에서의 이용성을 평가한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 나일론백을 이용한 반추위내 단백질 분해율을 측정한 결과 UDP가에 있어 우모분(78.0), 옥수수글루텐(75.2), 어분(64.9), 알팔파 펠렛(46.6), 면실박(44.9), 채종박(42.9), 캐놀라박(41.4), 참깨박(40.6), 대두박(39.2), 해바라기씨박(30.4) 순으로 나타났다. 2. 11가지 사료를 mobile bag을 이용하여 전장 소화율을 측정한 결과 건물 소화율은 49.1%(야자박)에서 97.5%(대두박)까지, 단백질 소화율은 71.5%(우모분)에서 99.6%(대두박), 소화 가능한 UDP 함량은 63.5%(대두박)에서 99.0%(우모분)의 범위를 나타내었다. 3. 우모분, 알팔파 펠렛 및 어분 등과 같이 소화 가능한 UDP 함량이 낮은 것은 비소화성 섬유소에 결합되어 있는 ADF-N 함량도 다른 시료보다 매우 높았다. 4. 알팔파 펠렛은 지나친 열변성으로 인해 ADF-N 함량이 사료들 중에서 가장 높았으며 이로 인해 전장 단백질 소화율은 물론 소화 가능한 UDP함량도 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to estimate the amount of rumen degradable protein(RDP), undegradable rumen dietary protein(UDP) and digestible UDP, thereby utilizing dietary protein sources in ruminant diets more effectively. Ruminally and intestinally cannulated cows were used for in sacco and mobile bag techiniques to estimate ruminal degradability and intestinal availability of protein feed ingredients. The results obtained were as follows; 1. Based on in sacco data, UDP values were ranked as feather meal(78.0), corn gluten meal(75.2), fish meal(64.9), alfalfa pellet(46.6), cottonseed meal(44.9), rapeseed meal(42.9), cannola meal(41.4), sesame oil meal(40.6), soybean meal(39.2), sunflower oil meal(30.4). 2. Actual degradabilities in total digestive tract for 11 selected feeds varied from 49.1%(palm kernel meal) to 97.5%(soybean meal) for DM and from 71.5%(feather meal) to 99.6%(soybean meal) for protein, and digestible UDP contents ranged from 63.5%(soybean meal) to 99.0%(feather meal). 3. Feather meal, alfalfa pellet and fish meal, containing low amount of digestible UDP, also have high concentrations of acid detergent fiber bound N(ADF-N) which is unavailable for animals. 4. Alfalfa pellet has highest in ADF-N concentrations among protein ingredients due to extreme heat damage, thus protein degradability in total digestive tract was also very low.

        VDT작업별 정신사회적 스트레스와 근골격계 장애에 관한 연구

        It has been hypothesized that jobs that have both high psychological demands and low decision latitude("job strain") can lead to musculoskeletal disorder. The objective of this study was to test whether job strain was correlated with the presence of work-related musculoskeletal disorder, especially myofascial pain syndrome(MPS). Information on demographic factors, confounders such as household load and taking care of children or not, and scores for decision latitude, job demand, and social support was obtained by self-administered questionnaire, which had been developed in Korean language, by adopting NIOSH instrument and Extended Karasek Model(16 items). All subjects were also examined by rehabilitation medicine specialists for musculoskeletal disorders. Subjects(n=370) could be categorized into 4 groups, these were, housewives(n=89), shipyard CAD workers(n=89), general female workers(n=79; nurses, insurance counselors, public officials, clerks, etc), and telephone directory assistance operators(n=113). Results from univariate analyses indicated that all demographic factors, all confounders, scores for decision latitude and social support were not associated with the risk of musculoskeletal disorder. However, score for job demand was higher in musculoskeletal disorder cases than others. In subgroup analysis, this association was convinced again, in telephone directory assistance operators. Job strain model showed that the group of telephone directory assistance operators was high-stain group, and OR of musculo skeletal disorder was 2.446(95% C. I. : 1.174, 5.096), when comparing this with the low strain group. In conclusion, job strain is a risk factor for work-related musculoskeletal disorder.
