Primary ovarian transitional cell carcinoma is extremely rare tumor. The histologic subtype was divided from malignant Brenner tumor due to it's own histologic characteristics and chemosensitive nature. Most of recent studies revealed that transitional cell carcinoma has a good response to chemotherapy and long-term survival. Recent histopathologic reports show that transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and of the ovary are immunophenotypically different. We experienced a case of primary ovarian transitional cell carcinoma, and report this case with a brief review of the concerned literatures.

기호와 문자로서의 한자 : 뜻과 소리의 자리

한자라는 용어처럼 그 외연(外延)이 일정치 않은 용어도 드물다. 일반적으로 우리가 한자라고 부르는 대상은 중국에서 쓰인 적이 있는 모든 글자들을 포함하고, 확장해서는 한국과 일본에서 만들어 쓴 것도 그 안에 들어간다. 그러나 그 중에는 한두 번 쓰이고 지금은 쓰이지 않는 글자들도 포함되어있고 약자(略字)나 이자(異字)로만 존재하는 것들도 있다. 그런가 하면 갑골문(甲骨文), 금석문(金石文), 전서(篆書) 등 우리가 일상적으로 사용하는 것과 사뭇 다른 글자체도 포함된다. 그 중에는 각 글자들 간의 연속성이 확실한 경우도 있지만, 갑골문처럼 시간적으로 뚝 떨어져 있어 연속성을 공유하는 문자로 보기 힘든 것도 있다. 물론 갑골문은 한자의 조상이라 해야 하겠지만, 한 가지 정체성에 속하는 글자체계인가 하는것은 생각해볼 문제다. 그런 의미에서 “한자는 모두 몇 개인가?” 하는 질 문은 정확한 답을 할 수 없는 질문이고, 한자는 그 원소의 제한이 불확실한 열린 집합이다. 그런가 하면 한자라는 용어는 “이건 한자처럼 생겼지만 한자가 아니다”라는 판단이 가능할 만큼 그 대상의 정체성이 직관적으로 통용되는 닫힌 집합이기도 하다.

A First-Order Noise-Shaping SAR ADC

This paper presents a first-order noise shaping successive approximation register (NS-SAR) ADC with a passive residue filter. To reduce circuit complexity and increase power efficiency, the proposed NS-SAR ADC architecture uses a first-order passive integrator based on charge sharing. The attenuation coming from the charge sharing is compensated by comparator gain and first-order noise shaping is achieved totally in a passive manner, which is less sensitive to PVT variation than conventional architectures using dynamic amplifiers. In a 65-nm CMOS process, the prototype occupies 0.013 mm2 area and consumes only 0.5 mW at sampling frequency of 150-MHz. The prototype achieves the maximum SNDR of 68 dB with oversampling ratio (OSR) of 4 and the peak value of 172.3 dB Schreier FoM (FoMS).

중소기업보호를 위한 정부역할과 사회적 책임에 관한 연구

Many researchers have focused on the effect of monopoly(or oligopoly) in korean market structure and insisted on that the small business industry growth be the most urgent agenda for national development. However, We have recognized the solution is very structural and time-consuming task. To tackle this problem in a phase-in way, Above all We have just tried to protect small business companies for a long time. Nowadays, We are confronted with complexity of the issue because it is demanded to consider consumer interests and small business industry competition as well. In the perspective of structuralist, This issue also relates to the independence of Korea fair trade commission itself. We don't agree to the repression of the economic power concentration is more important issue than the remedy of monopoly(or oligopoly) dysfunction in market structure and operation. Because obviously our economic base is free market according to The Constitution. So all regulations should be guided by constitutional principle. It depends not only on the enforcement will or competence of the authorities, But also on Corporate social responsibility application in our overall economic system and culture under the Constitution spirit. Shared value and spontaneousness are most essential factors to achieve goal of this agenda. In conclusion, strengthening responsibility is more important than enlarging regulation.

돈분의 사료로의 재활용에 관한 연구

This experiment was conducted to evaluate effects of ensuing swine waste with corn grain, rice straw, or sawdust at different moisture levels(50%, 60% moisture) on fermentation characteristics. Results obtained summarized as foIlows; 1.Fresh swine waste contained 25.6% CP which was composed of 63.4% true protein and 36.6% NPN. Ammonia was a major fraction of NPN. 2.Ensiling increased(P<0.05) CP and NPN%, and decreased(P<0.05) true protein and ADIN% except for 50% moisture level of swine waste-corn grain. 3.pH of all mixtures was 4.5 to 5.2 accordlng mixed feed. As waste propertion in ensiled mixtures increased(60% moisture level) pH, lactic acid and total VFA contents increased(P<0.O5) or showed a increasing tendency(P<0.1). In individual VFA, acetate decreased(P<0.05), and propionate and butyrate increased(P 0.O5) or showed a increasing tendency(P<0.1). 4.In swine waste-saw dust mixture, lactic acid and total VFA% were low due to low degradability and shortage of fermentation period(85 days). 5.Swine waste can be ensued successfully WIth corn gram or rice straw with 60% ensiling moisture level

An Important need of the community and current full time students to which Kyungin women's College responds is continuing access to higher education beyond the typical established patterens of instruction and learning. Through the College of Extended Learning program and modified fee regulation for current enrolling full time students, assistant is given to groups and individuals who seek to improve and update their occupational competencies, as well as enhances their personal enrichment through educational opportunities other then on-campus academic program. However, fee regulation in Korea University and college is not set up completely and there are a lot of problem to solve. Not only this College of Extended Learning program but on-campus regular academic program, have not research the system of part and full time fee regulation, In this research, we provide all fee information of Korean college regulation and several college in America.. As a result, we can suggest several case of fee regulation for full time student. College of Extended Learning program students and incoming students in Kyungin Women's College.

先秦時代의 名學傳統에 관한 一考察

中國哲學史에서 ‘名學’이라는 用語가 처음으로 사용된 것은 淸末 嚴復이라는 학자가 ‘Logic’라는 西洋哲學 用語를 번역하는 데에서 였다. 이는 다분히 春秋戰國時代 諸了百家 중의 하나었던 ‘名家’를 염두해서 쓴 것이었지만 그는 이 用語로써 ‘論理學的 學問’을 그저 일반적으로 의미하였다. 그 후 유명한 胡適박사는 그의 콜럼비아 대학 博士學位 論文이었던 「先奏名學史(The Development of the Logical Method in Ancient China, 1922)」를 著述하였는데, 그는 이 작업을 통하여 ‘名學’이라는 用語를 “名을 연구하는 학문”으로 규정하고 그 의미를 ‘先奏時代의 論理學’으로 한정하였다. 그의 이와 같은 작업은 ‘名學’이라는 명칭에 대하여 西洋의 ‘Logic’으로서의 先入觀을 없애려는 의도였으며, 그결과 ‘名學’의 의미는 先奏時代의 論理學으로 국한되어 사용되게 되었고, 西洋의 ‘Logic’에 대해서는 ‘邏輯’이라는 音譯을 도입하여 쓰게 되었다.

마우스 비장세포에서 Ginsenoside Rp1의 세포자멸사 유도

Ginsenoside Rp1 is one of ginseng saponins with chemotherapeutic activity. In this study, we investigated the effects of Rp1 on spleen cells. Spleen is a major immune organ consisted of crucial immune cells, such as T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, natural killer cells, and some antigen-presenting cells. Although the anti-tumor potential of Rp1 was studied, the effects of Rp1 on immune cells have not investigated yet. A viability assay using 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT), flow cytometric analysis, Western blot analysis were used to detect cellular changes on Rp1-treated spleen cells. MTT assay showed that Rp1 decreased the viability of spleen cells. To further investigate the effects of Rp1 on activated spleen cells, we treated lipopolysaccharide (LPS) as a representative inflammatory agent and Rp1 on spleen cells in a combination. The surface expression levels of activation markers for lymphocytes, CD25 and CD69 were measured. Apoptotic analysis revealed the cytotoxic effects of Rp1 on both na$\ddot{i}$ve and activated cells, and the expression pattern of some apoptosis-related proteins was correlated to apoptotic events of cells. Taken together, ginsenoside Rp1 increases the cellular death of spleen cells and also inhibits the LPS-induced activation of spleen cells.
