The purpose of this study is to deeply analyze a change of the programmed physical exercise in attentiondeficient behavior and hyperactivity of children with ADHD, through the single-subject research design method. The research subjects were 4 elementary school students who are under being cured due to being judged to be ADHD at Child Psychiatric Clinic for C University Hospital where is located in Seoul at that time of beginning experiment in order to be conformed with the objective of research. For visual observation, the attention-deficient behavior was used the frequency-typed case sampling method(Shin So-yeon, Park Jaeguk, Kim Yeong-mi, Lee Hwa-eun, 2007). Observation of hyperactivity was used the contents, which Carlson and Hotfield(1991) defined, by referring to the contents by Mun Jae-gyeong(1998). The following are the results that were elicited through the research procedure of this study. First, the programmed physical exercise was indicated to reduce attention-deficient behavior in children with ADHD. Second, the programmed physical exercise was indicated to reduce hyperactivity in children with ADHD.

This study was carried out to determine the causative agent of dermatophytosis in 7 horses, and to examine the skin mycofloras on 84 healthy and 7 diseased horses which were derived from Jae-ju and Kyonggi, Korea in 1994~1995. Specimens of hair and scale were collected from skin lesions(or normal skins) and inoculated directly on potato dextrose agar and mycobiotic agar. These agar plates were incubated at $25^{\circ}C$ for 2 weeks. Growing fungi were isolated and identified by the morphological and nutritional characteristics. Lesions were found on the hind legs of an infected horses and each lesion was round or oval(1~4 cm) in shape accompanied by severe itching. The causative agent of the 7 equine dermatophytosis was identified as Trichophyton equinum. The skin mycofloras were Penicillium(69.0%), Aspergillus(63.2%), Cladosporium(51.7%), Fusarium(31.0%), Mucor(28.7%), Absidia(18.4%), Alternaria(17.2%), Acremonium(11.5%), Paecilomyces and Phycomyces(6.9%), Rhizopus(5.6%), Trichoderma(4.6%), Scopulariopsis and Trichophyton(3.5%), Beauveria(2.3%), Tritiracheum, Sporothrix, Curvularla, Aureobasidium and Chaetomium(1.2%), and Yeast(27.6%).

This study, changes in raw water quality is to indicate on the efficiency of ozone treatment of each pollutant as compared to derive the appropriate operating measures. Objective. Productivity loss was compared by 3-stage of disease activity and associations between higher disease activity and high productivity loss were identified. Methods. Data were extracted from Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Patient-reported Outcomes Research, which enrolled 2,000 RA patients (>20-year) on disease-modifying-antirheumatic-drugs (DMARDs) (≥ 6-month) from December 2012 to June 2013. This included 1,457 RA patients with the disease activity score (DAS-28-ESR) in their medical charts. Productivity loss in time and indirect cost was estimated using The World Health Organization Health and Work Performance Questionnaire (HPQ). Baseline characteristics and productivity loss outcomes were compared according to DAS-28-ESR groups. Results. 84.4% were females, 54.2% had low DAS-28-ESR (<3.2), and 38.2% and 7.6% had moderate (3.2∼5.1) and high DAS-28-ESR (>5.1). Patients with moderate to high DAS-28-ESR had higher lost productivity time (LPT) and monthly costs of LPT than those with low DAS-28-ESR (time in hours: 110.0±58.4 vs. 132.4±57.2 vs. 71.5±52.0, p<0.0001; monthly costs of LPT in 1,000 Korean won: 1,097±607 vs. 1,302±554 vs. 741±531, p<0.0001). Multiple regression analyses revealed significant associations with high LPT in high (adjusted odds ratio [OR]=3.87, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 2.18∼6.87) and moderate DAS-28-ESR (adjusted OR=1.88, 95% CI: 1.41∼2.52) compared to low DAS-28-ESR. In addition, positive associations with high monthly costs of LPT were observed in high (adjusted OR=3.45, 95% CI: 1.98∼5.99) and moderate DAS-28-ESR (adjusted OR=1.93, 95% CI: 1.43∼2.54) compared to low DAS-28-ESR. Conclusion. Timely therapeutic strategies should be taken into consideration given that the RA patients with moderate to high DAS-28-ESR showed strong associations with high productivity loss for effective management of RA. Direct-Write of Multi-layer Tactile Sensors

Direct-write of piezoresistive photopolymers is regarded as a promising means to produce compliant tactile sensors. In this work, a multi-layer compliant tactile sensor was developed using a hybrid manufacturing process including soft molding, micro-dispensing and photopolymerization processes. The working principle of the suggested sensor is to detect changes in resistance as it is deformed. A compliant skin structure was built layer-by-layer using a soft polyurethane material to cover the piezoresistive sensing elements. These sensing elements were created from stretchable photocurable conductive carbon nanotube (CNT)/prepolymer nanocomposites, which were deposited by the micro-dispensing process within the polyurethane skin layers and cured during the molding process. The fabricated tactile sensor consists of two layers of sensing elements within the skin structure; there are eight stretchable straight wires in each layer. The wires in the second layer were orthogonally placed on top of the first layer so that the sensor can detect various external forces/motions in two dimensions. The fabricated sensor was characterized by several experiments such as position, and 2D pattern detection. Finally, it is concluded that the tactile sensor using the hybrid manufacturing method and materials is promising for various applications such as robotics, prosthetics, and wearable electronics.

Background: Recent studies have demonstrated that vitamin C, hydrocortisone, and thiamine therapy increases survival in sepsis. This pilot study aimed to develop a model for predicting intensive care unit (ICU) mortality before the initiation of a vitamin C protocol for septic shock. Methods: Data were obtained from patients with refractory septic shock (requiring high-dose vasopressors, such as norepinephrine at ≥0.2 μg/kg/min ± vasopressin, despite adequate fluid resuscitation) who were also treated using a vitamin C protocol between September 2018 and February 2019 at a university-affiliated tertiary hospital. Multivariate analysis identified pre-treatment variables that predicted ICU mortality, and the Vitamin for Sepsis (VITASEP) score was calculated using the sum of the simplified β coefficient values. Results: We reviewed 121 patients, including 55 patients (46%) who met inclusion criteria. Multivariate analysis identified the following VITASEP score factors: non-urosepsis (+1 point), body temperature of <37.1°C (+1 point), white blood cell count of <14,000/mm3 (+1 point), and C-reactive protein (CRP) level of <200 mg/L (+2 points). Patients with low scores were more likely to have urosepsis, higher body temperature, higher CRP levels, and higher white blood cell counts. The mean number of vasopressor-free days at day 28 was 24.7 for score 0-1, 17.1 for score 2, 13.6 for score 3, and 9.0 for score 4-5 (P = 0.02). The 28- day mortality rates were 17% for score 0-1, 27% for score 2, 35% for score 3, and 71% for score 4-5 (log-rank P = 0.02). The less fluid requirement and temporal improvement in organ dysfunction and vasopressor dose seemed more apparent in patients with low VITASEP scores. Conclusions: Our results suggest that different subphenotypes exist among sepsis patients treated using a vitamin C protocol, which may respond better to patients with the hyperinflammatory subphenotype.

In the previous reports (1,2) isolation of α-spinasterol-D-glucoside, linarin, gypsogenin, gypsogenic acid and quillaic acid from M. firmum (Caryophyllaceae). In the course of our continuous work on the plant, a phenolic amide was isolated and characterized as N-p-hydroxy-benzoyl-5-hydroxyanthranillic acid on the basis of chemical and spectral data.
