        This study includes automatic program for noise inspection of auto-transmission for washing machine one of modern home necessary. We effort to find and certificate sound noise source by sound power and sound intensity, and apply to frequency analysis in vibration related sound noise. Still more we have been studying to data acquisition and programming for MS VisualBasic version 5.0. System component is below. 1) Pentium PC for data acquisition. 2) DSO for noise acquisition. 3) S/W for comparison and decision. 4) I/F Board for data communication. Wave form data through the DSO are converting to ASCII code data. The ASCII code through binary converting S/W are to be decision fitness or the badness comparison S/W. Finally, we will making noise monitoring system and automatic program for inspection system

      • 3차원 레이저 진동 측정기를 이용한 초고속 진공청소기 모터의 진동특성분석

        Recently technology resulted in highly efficient and multiple-functional electric appliances considering environmental problems. One of the environmental problems is noise of a product in respect to its function. A vacuum cleaner is an essential electric appliance in our daily lives. However, severe noise resulted from high motor speed for improving the function of the appliance is a nuisance for the user. This noise is caused by vibration from various parts of the appliance and fluid noise during a series of intake and exhaust processes while rotating the impeller connected to the axle at a high speed of the fan motor inside the vacuum cleaner rotating around 30,000-35,000 rpm. Despite the fact that many researchers conducted studies on reducing the noise level of the fan motor in a vacuum cleaner, only few studies have been conducted considering both the theoretical and experimental aspects using fluid analysis by measuring vibration and noise. Moreover, there has not been a study that accurately compared major noise data obtained considering both of the aspects. In this study, both aspects were considered by considering the following experimental and theoretical methods to verify the major causes of noise from the fan motor in a vacuum cleaner.

        신경회로망에 의한 용접 결함 종류의 정량적인 자동인식 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        A neural network approach has been developed to determine the depth of a surface breaking crack in a steel plate from ultrasonic backscattering data. The network is trained by the use of feedforward three-layered network together with a back-scattering algorithm for error correction. The signal used for crack insonification is a mode converted 70˚ transverse wave. A numerical analysis of back scattered field is carried out based on elastic wave theory, by the use of the boundary element method. The numerical data are calibrated by comparison with experimental data. The numerical analysis provides synthetic data for the training of the network. The training data have been calculated for cracks with specified increments of the crack depth. The performance of the network has been tested on other synthetic data and experimental data which are different form the training data.

        Associations of serotonergic genes with poststroke emotional incontinence

        <P><B>Objectives</B></P><P>Poststroke emotional incontinence (PSEI) has been associated with serotonergic dysfunction. Polymorphisms of serotonin transporter (5‐HTT) and serotonin 2a receptor (5‐HTR2a) genes may regulate serotonergic signaling at brain synapses, and this study was to investigate associations with PSEI in an East Asian population.</P><P><B>Methods</B></P><P>In 276 stroke cases, PSEI was diagnosed by Kim's criteria. Covariates included age, gender, education, history of depression or stroke, current depression, and stroke severity and location. Genotypes were ascertained for 5‐HTT gene‐linked promoter region (5‐HTTLPR), serotonin transporter intron 2 variable number tandem repeat, 5‐HTR2a 1438A/G, and 5‐HTR2a 102 T/C. Associations with PSEI were estimated by using logistic regression models, and gene–gene interactions were investigated by using the generalized multifactor dimensionality reduction method.</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>PSEI was present in 37 (13.4%) patients. The 5‐HTT gene‐linked promoter region <I>s</I>/<I>s</I> genotype was independently associated with PSEI. No associations with STin2 VNTR and 5‐HTR2a genes were found, and no significant gene–gene interactions were identified.</P><P><B>Conclusions</B></P><P>Stroke patients with 5‐HTTLPR <I>s</I> allele had higher susceptibility to PSEI, which underlines the potential role of serotonergic pathways in its etiology.         의료기관인증제도 운영, 조직신뢰, 구성원 인게이지먼트, 그리고 병원 조직유효성 간의 관계

        [연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 의료기관인증제도의 운영이 병원 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 검증하기 위해 의료기관인증제도, 조직신뢰, 구성원 인게이지먼트, 그리고 병원 조직유효성 간의 관계를 실증분석하려고 한다. [연구방법] 의료기관인증제도를 잘 이해하고 있는 병원 내부구성원들을 설문대상으로 하여 자료를 수집하고 PLS 구조방정식을 이용하여 연구모형을 분석하고 가설을 검증하였다. [연구결과] 첫째, 의료기관인증제도 운영은 병원 조직유효성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의료기관인증제도는 조직신뢰에는 영향을 미쳤지만, 구성원 인게이지먼트와는 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직신뢰는 구성원 인게이지먼트와 병원조직유효성에 영향을 미쳤고, 구성원 인게이지먼트도 병원 조직유효성에 영향을 미쳤다. 검증결과를 통해 조직신뢰와 구성원 인게이지먼트는 매개역할을 수행하는 것으로 확인되었다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 의료기관인증제도와 관련하여 의료서비스 공급자인 병원의 조직유효성에 대해 연구하였다. 연구결과는 의료기관인증제 운영을 통해 조직유효성을 확보하기 위해서는 조직신뢰와 구성원 인게이지먼트가 선행되어야 함을 보여주고 있다. [Purpose] This study empirically investigates the causal relationship between healthcare accreditation system and hospital organization effectiveness in hospital. Organizational trust and employee engagement is introduced as a mediate variables to examine the mediating roles of the relationship between healthcare accreditation system and hospital organization effectiveness. [Methodology] To accomplish this, respondents were asked to assess healthcare accreditation system, organizational trust, employee engagement and hospital organization effectiveness of the hospital organization. A total of 144 questionnaires collected were used to test hypotheses. The structural model was analyzed with PLS. [Findings] The results of this study can be summarized as followings. First, healthcare accreditation system had not a positive significant on the hospital organization effectiveness. Second, healthcare accreditation system had a positive significant on the organizational trust but not on the employee engagement. Third, organizational trust had a positive significant on the employee engagement and hospital organization effectiveness. Forth, employee engagement had a positive significant on the hospital organization effectiveness. [Implications] In brief, it was founded that organizational trust and employee engagement were causal relationship between healthcare accreditation system and hospital organization effectiveness.

        야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

        <B>Graphic Abstract</B> <P>The cover shows an image of fully rollable transparent nanogenerators synthesized using chemical vapor deposition grown large-scale graphene sheets as transparent electrodes and piezoelectric ZnO nanorod arrays. Sang-Woo Kim, Jae-Young Choi, and co-workers report on p. 2187 the electrical and structural stability of the nanogenerators, with excellent charge scavenging performance under external mechanical loads such as bending and rolling.         This paper wishes to develop system that measure an external diameter of optical-ferrule and roundness that is optical connection parts that is necessary in optical communication net construction that increase rapidly present automatically and plan productivity elevation and personnel expense curtailment. There is LC, PC, MU, and so on various form in the case of optical-ferrule and Recently, ferrule that have special form is appearing. Hereupon, can bring cost reduction by productivity elevation, measurement quality elevation, number of persons attrition and parts loss amount decrease etc. by computerizing measurement work of examination process that depended on existing manual processing by developing exterior diameter of LC ferrule and roundness' measurement system. Also, use of LD and PD ferrule by country and universal FTTH business is increasing, and LC optical ferrule that is necessary to laser packaging of inside depends on income. Therefore, productivity improvement of LC ferrule can contribute in could do to maximize income substitution effect country industry development. But, manual processing dependence of examination process that it selects LC ferrule manufacturing process defective goods that productivity does not increase because is high productivity elevation decrease bring. Therefore, productivity elevation of LC ferrule wishes to solve productivity decrease by existent manual processing computerizing external diameter and roundness measurement examination process.
