        초음파환원법에 의해 제조된 Ag-TiO<sub>2</sub>의 항균 활성도 고찰

        본 연구에서는 초음파환원법을 이용하여 이산화티탄($TiO_2$) 미립자 표면에 은나노메탈이 도핑된 Ag-$TiO_2$ 나노복합체를 제조하였다. $TiO_2$ 표면에 생성되는 은나노금속은 약 1~3 nm의 사이즈분포를 나타내었고, 환원반응시 첨가되는 $AgNO_3$의 양이 증가할수록 $TiO_2$ 표면에 형성되는 은나노금속의 개수가 증가하였다. 이렇게 얻어진 일정량의 Ag-$TiO_2$ 나노복합체를 대장균(E-coli)과 함께 고체멸균배지에 도말하여 태양광모사 제논램프로부터 30 min간 $600{\sim}1800{\mu}w/cm^2$의 빛을 조사한 후 $37^{\circ}C$에서 24 h 배양한 후 생존한 콜로니의 개수를 측정하였다. 실험 결과 대조군대비 순수한 $TiO_2$를 첨가했을 때보다 Ag-$TiO_2$를 첨가 시 항균활성도가 더 높게 나타났다. 또한 Ag-$TiO_2$ 주입양이 증가할수록 콜로니의 개수가 감소하였고, 초기 30 min간 조사한 빛의 세기가 증가할수록 Ag-$TiO_2$의 항균효과가 증가하였다. 또한 은나노금속의 도핑양이 증가할수록 광촉매 효율은 감소하였지만 항균효과는 지속적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. In this work, Ag-$TiO_2$ nanocomposites were prepared via the sonochemical deposition of Ag nanometals on $TiO_2$ nanoparticles. The size of deposited Ag nanometals was ranged in 1~3 nm and the number of Ag nanometals deposited on $TiO_2$ increased in proportion to the dosage amounts of Ag precursors. As-prepared Ag-$TiO_2$ was loaded on the sterilized agar plate together with an aliquot volume of diluted E-coli, followed by 30 min irradiation of the solar simulated light ($600{\sim}1800{\mu}w/cm^2$). Finally, the agar plate was incubated for 24 h at $37^{\circ}C$ and the number of survived colonies were counted. It was experimentally confirmed that Ag-$TiO_2$ exhibited the higher antimicrobial activity than that of pure $TiO_2$, based on measuring the colony number of control sample. The survived colony numbers on the agar plate decreased with the increase of dosage amounts of Ag-$TiO_2$ and the irradiated intensity of solar simulated light for 30 min before incubating. The increase of Ag nanometal doposition induced the progressive enhancement of antimicrobial activity, but rather reduced the photocatalytic activity of Ag-$TiO_2$ probably due to the excessive presence of Ag nanometals on $TiO_2$ matrix.

        유산소운동이 ADHD 아동의 실행기능 및 뇌파에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: of the study was to investigate whether aerobic exercise has a positive effect on executive function and EEG with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) children and provides a basic data for relieving symptom and treatment to ADHD children. Methods: Research participants were totally 44 children. The group distribution was combination of exercise and methylphenidate group (n=16), methylphenidate group(n=14), and the control group(n=14). Research subjects pre.post measurement was made equally on executive function(WCST), and brain wave(EEG). Also, exercise program was progressed 3 times a week (every 60 minutes) during totally 8 weeks. Data processing in the experimental result was used PASW-PC 18.0 statistical program. The basic test on general characteristics and psychological variables in ADHD children before exercise was carried out one-way ANOVA. Also, a change in difference according to three groups and measurement period was carried out repeated measure analysis. To correctly analyze a change by factor, the paired t-test and repeated measured one-way ANOVA were carried out. Results: The 8-week aerobic exercise participation of children with ADHD was indicated to have positive effect on a change in executive function and EEG. Also, aerobic exercise was helpful to executive function and EEG. Based upon those results, we might expect to use for relax and improvement of negative symptoms with ADHD children.

        시각적 의사소통능력 증진을 위한 협동학습 방법 연구

        이 논문은 학생들 상호 간의 소통 증대를 위한 제안으로서 시각적 의사소통능력 신장을 위한 미술과 협동학습 방법을 모색하고 교육적 가치와 학습 경험에의 영향력을 연구하였다. 소통능력은 협력적 상호작용을 통해 의사소통 행위에 참여하는 학습 과정 안에서 체득할 수 있으므로 학습자 간의 교류 빈도가 높은 협동학습을 적용하였으며, 프로젝트 학습법, 대화중심 그룹 감상법, ‘Co-op Co-op’모형의 학습 절차를 바탕으로 협동적 프로젝트 학습의 계획을 수립하고 본 연구를 실행하였다. 연구의 결과 학습자 중심의 교육 방법으로 학습 동기와 참여도가 높았고, 실제적인 체험을 통한 의사소통의 실천이 가능하였으며, 능동적인 감상자 및 소비자를 위한 교육 방법으로 고급 사고력 및 비판적 해독력 향상에 효과적이었다. 또, 다학문적이자 통합적인 접근으로 학생들의 전인적인 성장에 도움이 되었으며, 타인과의 상호작용을 통해 인간관계의 긴밀함을 증진시킬 수 있었다는데 의의가 있다. As an elementary school teacher, the researcher of this study has experienced that students who suffered from the emotional problems such as alienation or maladjustment in school cannot effectively within the current competitive learning environment. To solve this problem, the researcher studied how “Cooperative learning method” could enhance students’ visual literacy. In order to practice this learning method, this study justifies ‘Visual literacy’ as an ability to interpret the meaning of image or to express the idea by symbolic image. This study focused on the development of learning methods for improving visual literacy by considering the increase of nonverbal communication and the rise of visual literacy education. The reason why ‘cooperative learning’ is chosen among learning methods is that cooperative learning has a possibility of promoting students’ active learning and providing them opportunities to interact with other students. Visual literacy can be learned in the learning process through the actual experience to participate in the cooperative interaction and communication actions. The research question for cooperative learning method established in this study are as follows : First, how can be cooperative learning program for practicing visual literacy education? Second, what is the value of cooperative learning for visual literacy education in art education? Third, what is the effect of cooperative learning for visual literacy education in the learning experience for students? To figure out the research questions, definition, characteristic, effect of visual literacy and cooperative learning was observed. The cooperative project learning program was established on the basis of project and conversation-centered group appreciation learning theory. Through textbook analysis, the cooperative learning for visual literacy education curriculum was redesigned to include visual culture by considering of the strategy and process of ‘Co-op Co-op’ model. This research was conducted trough 12 classed in 31 on 6th graders at the elementary school located Suwon. As this learning project processed, students showed increasing in understanding the context and relevance of visual images and life. Also, it enhanced level of visual expression and critical abilities. In addition to, the students themselves chose the topics and the activities carried out through consultations. Last, students' attitude toward cooperative learning and friendship has become more positive. Through cooperative learning, this research found: First, it was a learner- centered education of higher learning motivation and participation. Second, it was possible to participate at communicative action in the process of learning by the actual experience. Third, it was effective in improving critical thinking for viewers and consumers education. Fourth, it was integrated learning method for students' holistic growth. Fifth, it is significant to extend the personal thought through interaction with others and could promote close relationships. However, there is the limitation in that the object and contents only focus on 6th graders, and only learning process based on ‘Co-op Co-op’ model. There is difficult for some students to carry out activities in appreciation education. Therefore, the cooperative learning for visual literacy education can be made possible if various methods of cooperative learning are used to develop appreciation education and apply variety of subjects throughout the entire grades.

        환경친화적 물류활동이 물류성과에 미치는 영향 -충북지역의 수출제조업체를 중심으로-

        본 연구는 환경친화적 물류활동과 물류성과 사이의 관계를 분석을 위하여 기업특성을 기반으로 환경친화적 물류활동을 추진할 경우 기업의 물류성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 기존의 문헌연구를 통해 가설을 도출하였으며, 가설을 증명하기 위해 충북지역의 수출제조기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 기업규모에 따라 환경친화적 물류활동이 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 기업의 사업특성 요인 중 기업규모에 따른 요인을 추가하여 환경친화적 물류활동이 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 이는 수출제조기업에 있어 규모에 따라 환경친화적 물류활동 요인 중 어떠한 요인에 초점을 맞출 때 보다 높은 물류성과가 있을 것인가를 분석하였으며 나아가서는 기업이 보다 효과적인 요인을 선택할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. In order to analyze the relationship between environmentally conscious logistics activities and logistics performance, this study has analyzed which influence is made on the logistics performance of business when the environmentally conscious logistics activities are carried out while basing on the business characteristics. In order to accomplish the goal of this study, we have drawn a hypothesis through the existing studies and then, have conducted a survey of exporting manufacturing companies in the Chungbuk region to prove the hypothesis. As the result, we could see that the environmentally conscious logistics activities have a significant difference by the scale of business. Also by adding a factor to the business characteristics of corporation according to the business size, this study has analyzed the impact made on the logistics performance by the environmentally conscious logistics activities. This study has analyzed which factor of environmentally conscious logistics activities demonstrates the greatest logistics performance by the size of exporting manufacturing companies and furthermore, has tried to suggest the possibility of selecting more effective factor for businesses.

        정부의 기업규제 개선조치가 기업활동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 정부가 실시하고 있는 기업규제 완화에 대한 성과를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 작성되었으며 최근 정부가 의욕적으로 추진하고 있는 규제개선조치가 기업활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 기존의 문헌연구를 통해 연구에 대한 가설을 도출하였으며 이를 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 충청북도 내 30인 이상의 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 논문의 분석 결과를 살펴보면 정부의 기업규제 개선조치가 기업활동에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것이 증명되었다. 이는 정부가 규제개선 노력을 하는 경우 기업의 경쟁력 확보에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. This research has the purposes to verify the positive effects of the deregulation to the business activities of private companies. For this purpose 753 questionnaires were distributed to the companies in Chungbuk Province and among them 150 questionnaires are collected. 20 of them are irrelevant and only 130 questionnaires are used to this analysis. The reliability and feasibility analysis of the collected questionnaires were tried and regression analysis was performed at the factor points from the reliability and feasibility analysis. From analysis it was proved that the deregulation by government brings positive effect to the activities of the private companies. This means that concentration government’s efforts on deregulation for economic efficiency support business activities of private companies. Therefor government should establish a organization for ordinary deregulation and enforcement of it’s public relation in the future.

        껌씹기가 개복수술 환자의 장운동 회복과 구강불편감에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was aimed to investigate the effects of gum-chewing on the recovery of bowel movement and oral cavity discomfort after abdominal surgery. Method: The nonequivalent control group, non-syncronized repeated treatment design was used. A total of 99 patients were participated in the study. The 44 patients were in the experimental group and the rest in the control group. The experimental group chewed gum three times a day until they passed gas. As the patient reported gas-passing, bowel movement time, subjective symptoms of oral cavity, and oral status were recorded precisely. The frequency, percentage, ???u -test and t-test were analyzed by SPSS PC 12.0. Results: There were significant differences in bowel movement, gas passing, oral cavity symptoms, and oral status scores between the experimental and the control group. Conclusion: The findings of the study demonstrated the fact that gum-chewing helps early recovery from post-operative ileus and thirst. It is because gum chewing stimulates bowel mobility and secretion of saliva. Thus gum-chewing seems to be an effective nursing intervention in reducing post-operative side effects for patients with abdominal surgery.
