      • 부산시 도시공원의 입지평가에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate urban parks by location model. For the purpose of doing those, elements of location evaluation - altitude, gradient and accessibility - explored by GIS(Geographical Information System) are selected Evaluation of Location model for urban parks hardly being studied, evaluation of new model by spatial data for analysis shows possibilities in location policies of urban parks, especially, using physical and objective factors. Accessibility is examined by ratio of developed area to total area in Pusan. Altitude and gradient also are explored by each ratio of park areas. The results of evaluation of location model for urban parks in Pusan are summarized as follows; 1) A small scale park is more effective than large scale one in usability on present conditions in Pusan. 2) Most parks are located in areas which are in high altitude and severe slope ratio. Hierarchy of parks as the number of these based on parks' size is improper. Each commune called 'Gu' is very diverse and irrational in numbers and area of urban parks. Therefore, adjustment of irrational parks location is needed 3) Evaluation of this model may be different to facual evaluation because Pusan has many unmade parks. But, unmade parks must continue being constructed. Considering new location model, the problems of that are summarized as follows; 1) The method of analysis using GIS is very objective and effective in abtaining the spatial data. The following study on location and space may be very essential. 2) The problems of weight vague in relations among location elements is very important. Therefore, the more detail works should be required. 3) The model of this study is simple. For more close works, many factors - for example, park form, park management, linkage to other facilitis, etc. - must be considerated

        이용자간 만족도를 고려한 공원의 공간개선 방향연구 - 목포시 삼학도공원을 중심으로 -

        In this study, the author analyzed satisfaction with Samhak Island Park among park users with an aim to provide basic data essential to be applied in the planning and design phases in a way that enhances their satisfaction in the process of setting up the reorganization plan of this park entailing both the history and culture of Mokpo City. As a first step, the author first examined the characteristics of this park in terms of history and closely looked into the organization and features of park facilities. Secondly, the direction of space improvement plans was proposed based on the findings of the survey on satisfaction among residents and visitors at Samhak Island Park. To summarize the ways to improve park space considering satisfaction among park users, the current park Zone(A) at Mokpo landfill should be designed to address problems in terms of visiting, uphold the local identity, and introduce popular and trendy items, while maintaining the principle of making the best use of the present park facilities. Second, Zone(B) should be designed in a way that takes greater advantages of the restored Samhak Island. Third, Zone(C) representing an entrance requires tasks such as promotional activities to make public its location, landmark installments such as a movable bridge, and improved path guidance. Fourth, Zone(D) by the ocean of this island at the inner harbor should be designed to reflect its outstanding view point in the way that the users are allowed to have easier access from land as well as from the inner harbor as part of its view-attracting plan. The findings revealed that when it comes to building new parks using existing islands, strategies and plans to maintain its identity as an island while upholding its culture and feeling are needed rather than proposing its role as an ordinary neighborhood park to boost facility use and user satisfaction. This way is expected to successfully ensure sustainability related to parks using existing islands.

        도시의 모험놀이터‘플레이파크’에 관한 고찰

        The purpose of this study is to suggest a preliminary data based upon implications from the analysis of Japan’ s Play Park that how we could introduce Play Park in the urban environment. With this in mind, We have looked at the concept of Play Park, the history of Play Park, and the role of Play Park. After that, We have examined “Hanegi Play Park”, which is known for the most advanced model in Japan, based on the following analytical frameworks. First of all, We identified geographic characteristics (location, area, space, facilities, and tools), and then looked into utilization(number of users, age of users, and contents of play), operating structure(operating system and solidarity), and operating contents and method(finance, safety, program, and insurance). In order to enhance the accuracy of research, We have used the different way of research according to its characteristics such as geographic characteristics with observation and utilization, operating structure, and operating contents and method with interview. After analyses, We have found out that a few thing were shall be considered before it introduced Play Park in urban environment. First, Play Park did not require special components such as condition of site and man-made structures, therefore We suggested that we should consider trying the existing park that hardly uses or becomes obsolete on a trial basis. Second, We suggested that we need to take account of operating solidarity in order to make the best use of Play Park. In other words, it shall be an organic cooperation system that local government limits their role to provide only place and finance, while residents could take charge of Play Park operation and all other matters as a “trust”way. Last but not least, it should be discussed how to raise funds. In case of “Hanegi Play Park”, it consists of two parts with ratio of 3:1; consignment fee from local government and earnings from own business. We, however, need to discuss whether this ratio is reasonable or not. It is more desirable to raise funds through own business as much as possible rather than local government financial support.

      • Finding hidden space of Coastal Protect area in Korea National Park

        There are 4 marine national parks in Korea, Hanryohaesang national park, Taeanhaean national park, Dadohaehaesang national park and Byeonsanbando national park. The total area of these park is 3,332.85㎢ that is 50.07% of the total area of all national parks in Korea, 21 site including mountain etc,. the areas exclusive land(mountain) is 2,753.709㎢ that is 40.9% of the total areas of all national parks in Korea. KNPS has been monitoring about the coastal wetland including mudflat and costal sanddune on 4 marine national park, and identified the total 105 site, 19 site of hanryohaesang national park, 35 site of Taeanhaean national park, 49 site of Dadohaehaesang national park and 2 site of byonsanbando national park and the area of 17.2㎢. This is 0.69% of the total area of mudflat in Korea and 7.8% of mudflat designated protected area in Korea. and also total length of shoreline is 1,729km that is 12% of the total length of shoreline in Korea. However, There is many unexplored coastal zone compared to the long shoreline. so, KNPS will start to research in-depth using technical equipment, for example, drone with camera for measurement, mutispectral scanner, liDAR(light detection and ranging) kinds of 3D scanner for ground, VRS/RTK GPS etc, for studying on the effective coastal zone information research system through precision surveying in 2017. And then, KNPS will carry out to expanding, restoring, monitoring and providing visitor service on special protection area of coastal zone.         근린공원에 대한 환경지각이 이용자의 건강증진인식에 미치는 영향 - 창원시의 8개 근린공원을 대상으로 -

        본 연구는 근린공원에 대한 이용자의 공원지각환경이 건강증진인식에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 경상남도 창원시의 8개 근린공원을 대상으로 공원별 현장조사 및 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 먼저 공원별 공원지각환경에서는 대부분의 공원이 집에서 공원까지의 거리와 집에서 공원까지의 길 환경이 높게 평가된 반면, 수공간과 공원 내 다양한 볼거리는 충분하지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 다음으로 23개의 지각환경 변수들을 요인분석한 결과, 경관성, 안락성, 접근성, 활동성, 편의성, 쾌적성의 6개 요인으로 분류되었다. 이를 토대로 건강증진인식과 지각환경요인과의 관련성을 분석한 결과, 8개 공원 중 4개 공원에서 지각환경요인이 신체적 건강증진인식에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 접근성과 활동성이 3개의 공원에서 영향력이 있는 변수로 분석되었다. 또한, 심리적 건강증진인식의 경우, 8개 공원 중 5개 공원에서 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 접근성이 4개의 공원에서 영향력이 있는 변수로 평가되었다. 이상과 같은 결과들은 기존의 공원 환경을 개선하고, 새로운 공원을 조성하고자 할 때 효율적인 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of environmental perception in neighborhood parks on user's recognition of health improvement. This study used objective field survey data and subjective user survey data at 8 neighborhood parks in Changwon City. According to the results, the perceptions of distance and street environment from home to park were evaluated highly but the perception of water spaces and various attractions within the parks were rated lowly in most of parks. As a result of factor analysis, 23 environmental perception variables were classified into 6 factors such as scenery, comfort, accessibility, activity, convenience and amenity. For the result of regression analysis between environmental perceptions and user's recognition of health improvement based on 6 factors, the recognition of physical health improvement was significantly influenced from environmental perception factors in 4 parks among 8 parks. 'Accessibility' and 'activity' were analyzed as the meaningful factors in 3 parks. Also, recognition of mental health improvement was significantly influenced from environmental perception factors in 5 parks among 8 parks and especially 'accessibility' was showed as the significant factor in 4 parks. The findings from this study can contribute to improve the physical environments of the present parks and can be a basic data for new park development.

        도시공원 입지특성에 따른 그린네트워크 활성화 연구 - 부산광역시 도심권을 대상으로 -

        부산은 해안구릉지의 지형특성으로 인하여 공원의 입지가 이용가치가 낮은 산지 주변으로 다수의 공원이 지정되어 있으며, 지역 간의 균형적 입지 측면에서도 문제를 안고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도심생활권 내 도시공원에 대한 환경특성 분석과 더불어 주변시가지와의 상호 관계적 특성에 따라 유형을 구분하고, 그린네트워크 활성화를 위한 유형별 도시공원의 관리방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 내륙권역과 해안권역으로 구분하고, 녹지연계적 관점에서 결절부 녹지대에 해당하는 내륙권역의 표고 150~300m, 해안권역의 100~150m 내외의 산지 및 구릉지에 입지하는 도시공원을 분석한 결과, 시가지와 도시공원의 형태가 관입되거나, 지대(地帶)적 중첩의 영향력이 크게 나타나고 있다. 도시공원이 이루는 녹지대는 시가지의 형상과 도시기능에 의해 녹지연계의 방향성과 영향력이 결정적으로 작용하고 있다. 이러한 현황을 바탕으로 도시공원을 유형화하고, 유형별로 미조성 도시공원에 대한 이용성 증진 방안, 녹지연계를 통한 효과적인 그린네트워크 활성화방안을 검토하였다. 완사면 녹지대를 이루는 도시공원은 비교적 양호한 접근성과 뚜렷한 인식성을 지니고 있으며, 중심산지에서 연계된 녹지대가 수렴되는 도시하천과 해안지대에서의 도시기능의 활력과 개방성 확보가 그린네트워크 활성화의 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. 또한 고지대생활권에서 녹지대에 분포하는 한정적 가용지와 배후녹지로 연계되는 주요 연결로를 중심으로 일상생활영역에서의 그린웨이를 활성화하고, 주요 도로와 도시공원의 주진입부가 교차하는 지역에 지역 커뮤니티의 거점을 형성하는 것이 그린네트워크 활성화의 주요방안으로 제시하였다. Seen topographically, Busan is a city that is coastal and hilly. In the city, most parks have been formed around mountain areas that are not so useful. They also are unbalanced in location among different regions of the city. The purpose of this study is to find how to manage urban parks towards green network promotion. For the purpose, this researcher first analyzed physical and environmental characteristics of urban parks located within the main living spheres of Busan. Then, the researcher examined interactive relations between those parks and downtown areas surrounding them to classify types of the parks. In association, the researcher classified the entire of the city into inland and coastal regions. And the researcher examined mountainous and hilly urban parks that were 150 to 300 meters above sea level in the former region and 100 to 150 meters above sea level in the latter. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. The above examination found that parks of Busan feature physically penetrating and overlapping with downtown areas of the city. How well the green zones of Busan in form of urban park are inter-connective and influential to each other heavily depends on shapes and functions that the downtown areas of the city have. In this study, urban parks of Busan were grouped according to their types and then analyzed. Based on results of the analysis, the researcher tried to find how to increase the utility of another urban parks that are expected to be formed and how to promote so-called the green network that integrates greens. Considering findings of the study, the researcher would make the following suggestions. In case of forming an urban park in a gently sloped green zone which is easily accessible and noticeable, it's important that the park should include a stream to which another green zone is converged or, if the park is located near a costal area, contribute to promote urban functions and openness. While, in a high-altitude green zone, it's more effective to form so-called the green way that consists of some limited usable site of the zone and greens behind it and then form a hub of regional community at the intersection between the main road and main gate to the urban park, contributing to the green network promotion.

        근린공원 환경의 만족도가 신체활동과 건강에 미치는 영향 - 창원시 성산구와 의창구를 대상으로 -

        본 연구의 목적은 경상남도 창원시를 대상으로 근린공원 환경에 대한 만족도가 신체활동과 건강증진 목적의 공원이용횟수와 체질량지수(BMI)에 의한 건강수준에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 설문조사는 창원시 성산구와 의창구 도심지역에 분포하는 8개 근린공원의 이용자와 그 주변에 거주하는 429명의 주민들을 대상으로 실시하였고, 설문분석은 근린공원 환경에 대한 만족도가 신체활동과 건강에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 일대일대응 선형회귀분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 공원을 이용하지 않는 주된 이유는 시간적 여유의 부족, 공원까지의 이동거리와 소요시간, 공원 내 이용시설의 부족 등이고, 공원을 이용하는 주된 이유는 공원까지의 접근성, 걷기 또는 산책, 휴식시설, 수목이나 그늘, 운동공간의 다양성 등으로 나타났다. 공원 이용자의 경우, 공원에서 걷기나 산책을 가장 많이 하고, 주 2회 이상 평균 10분 정도 걸어가서 1시간 정도 운동을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 공원과 그 주변의 물리적 환경 중에서 집에서 공원까지의 거리와 이동하는 가로 환경에 대한 만족도가 높았고, 공원 내 수공간이나 볼거리 등에 대한 만족도가 낮게 나타났다. 다음으로, 운동목적의 공원이용 여부, 공원이용시간, 공원이용의 만족도와 건강증진 효과, 공원까지의 거리, 따른 건강증진 효과만이 유의수준 10% 이내에서 상호관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후에도 공원의 신체활동과 건강 증진 효과에 대한 실증적 사례노약자들의 공원이용 편이성 등이 유의수준 5% 이내에서 신체활동과 건강증진 목적의 공원이용횟수에 긍정적인 영향을 보였고, 체질량지수와는 공원이용에 를 지속적으로 축적해 나갈 필요가 있으며, 이를 통해서 각종 개발용도로 전환되거나 그 면적이 축소되고 있는 도시지역의 공원 및 녹지공간을 보전 확대시켜 나가고, 신체활동 및 건강증진 장소로서의 기능을 제고하기 위한 공원계획 설계 요소를 도출하는데 근거 자료를 제공하는 것이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of satisfaction in neighborhood park environments located in the Changwon-si of Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea, on physical activity, the number of parks used for health improvement, and health levels based on Body Mass Index(BMI). Accordingly, a survey was conducted of 429 nearby residents and users of eight neighborhood parks located in urban areas of Seongsan-gu and Uichang-gu in the Changwon-si. The correlation between the environmental perception of neighborhood parks and physical activity and health, which was observed in the survey results, was analyzed using one-by-one linear regression analysis. By summarizing the study results, it was found that the primary reasons for avoiding park use were lack of time, time and effort required to reach the park(i.e., distance from the park), and lack of facilities within the park. Conversely, the primary reasons for using the park included accessibility, walking or strolling, leisure facilities, trees or shade, and diversity in exercise areas. In the case of park users, walking or strolling was the most common activity in the park. On average, park users walked to the parks for 10 minutes and exercised for an hour at least twice per week. With respect to the physical environment of the parks and surrounding areas, park users showed a high level of satisfaction with the distance between their houses and parks and the street environment. On the contrary, they exhibited low levels of satisfaction with water spaces and sightseeing within the parks. Subsequently, it was shown that the number of people using the parks for physical activities and health improvement was positively influenced(within a 5% significance level) by the intent to use the park for exercise, time spent in the park, satisfaction with park use and health improvement, distance to the park, and the convenience of using the park for the elderly. However, only the health improvement gained from park use was found to exhibit a correlation with BMI at the 10% significance level. Continuous accumulation of practical case studies on physical activities in parks and their health improvement effects is required. Through this, park spaces that are under the threat of reduction or elimination owing to various development plans can be conserved and expanded. Furthermore, such case studies can be used to provide data as the basis for deriving park plans and designs that improve parks' functions as sites of physical activity and health improvement.

        주차원단위 산정 모형 개발에 관한 연구 -광주광역시 공동 주택 아파트를 대상으로-

        도시의 급격한 팽창과 함께 주택부족 현상이 나타나게 되자, 정부는 주택부족 문제 해결을 위해 대규모 택지개발을 통하여 주택보급을 확대시켰다. 이러한 현상으로, 공동주택은 우리나라 전체 주택의 83% 수준을 유지하고 있고, 그 중 아파트가 차지하는 비중은 50%로 꾸준한 증가 추세를 보이고 있다. 이로 인해 아파트의 경우 입주민들의 승용차 보유 증가에 따른 아파트 단지 내 주차공간 부족문제 등 제반 주차 관련 문제가 발생하고 있다. 특히, 주차계획대수 수립 시 교통영향평가의 주차수요예측 중 전용면적을 고려한 주차원단위 산정 방법은 기존 계획보다 세대수는 증가하여도 전용면적이 작아지면 계획주차대수는 감소하는 것으로 나타나, 보다 현실적인 주차원단위 산정이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 공공주택 아파트를 대상으로 현실에 적합한 주차원단위를 산정하고자 한다. 현장조사 및 설문조사를 실시하고, 구득자료에 대한 분석을 수행함으로써, 기존 교통영향평가의 주차원단위 산정 문제점을 도출하였다. 또한, 주차수요예측에 영향을 미치는 요인 선정을 통해 주차원단위 산정모형을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 실제 조사된 아파트 주차원단위 자료를 통해 기존 교통영향평가의 주차원단위 산정과 본 연구에서 제시한 주차원단위 산정모형을 비교 분석하였다. 향후 본 연구에서 개발된 주차원단위 산정모형은 주차장법 기준 정립은 물론 보다 현실적인 주차수요예측 수행에 적극 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The rapid expansion of cities led to the shortage of housing in urban areas. The government compensated for this shortage through large scale residential developments that increased the housing supply. The supply of condominium apartments remains above 83% of the entire housing supply, and the proportion of apartments are at a steady increase, at about 50%. Due to the increase, illegally parked cars resulting from the shortage of parking spaces within the apartment complex have become increasingly problematic as they block the transit of emergency vehicles, and heighten the tension among neighboring residents in obtaining a parking space. Especially, the future residents are considered to plan the parking based on the estimated demand for parking. However, the parking unit method utilized to estimate the parking demand accounts for the exclusive use of space, which is believed to be far from the parking demands in reality. The reason for this discrepancy is that, as the number of households decrease, and area of exclusive space is expanded, the planned parking increases. On the other hand, when the number of households increase, and the area of exclusive space is reduced, the planned parking decreases, thus methods to recalculate the parking units based on estimated parking demand is an urgent concern. To estimate the parking units based on condominium apartments, this study first examined the existing research literature, and appointed the field of investigation to collect the necessary data. In addition, field study data and surveys collected and analyzed, in order to identify the problems underlying parking units, and problems regarding the current traffic impact assessment parking unit calculation method were deduced. Through identifying the influential factors on parking demand estimates, and performing a factorial analysis based on the collected data, the variables were selected in relation to the parking demand estimates, to develop the parking unit estimate model. Finally, through comparing and verifying the existing traffic impact assessment parking unit estimate against the newly developed model using collected data, a far more realistic parking unite estimate was suggested, reflecting the characteristics of the residents. The parking unit estimate model developed in this study is anticipated to serve as the guidelines for future parking lot legislature, as wel as the basis to provide a more realistic estimate of parking demands based on the resident characteristics of an apartment complex.

      • 비매너 주차 단속시스템

        주차장에서 일어날 수 있는 비매너 주차로 인한 충돌을 사전에 예방하기 위한 단속시스템이다. 주차장에서 일어날 수 있는 장애인, 전기차 전용 주차구역에 일반차량 주차, 2개 차선을 물고 주차하는 차량이 있다. 위와 같은 차량을 딥러닝 객체인식 기능을 통해 비매너 주차를 감지하여 알려준다. 비매너 주차 상황이 찍힌 사진이나 영상을 학습데이터로 사용하여 상황을 인식할 수 있도록 학습데이터를 제작하고 그 상황을 인식하여 비매너 주차 유무를 판단한다. 주차장의 환경을 좀 더 쾌적하게 함으로써 주차장 이용자간 충돌을 줄이는데 목적이 있다. It is a enforcement system to prevent collisions caused by unmanageable parking that may occur in parking lots. There are handicapped people who can get up in parking lots, general vehicles parked in electric vehicle parking areas, and vehicles parked in two lanes. The vehicle above is detected and notified through the deep learning object recognition function. By using a picture or video of an unmanageable parking situation as learning data, the learning data is produced so that the situation can be recognized, and the situation is recognized to determine the presence or absence of unmanageable parking. The purpose is to reduce collisions between parking lot users by making the environment of the parking lot more comfortable.

      • 都市公園綠地에 대한 利用者의 活動滿足度의 計劃的 評價에 관한 硏究 : A Case Study of the Taejong-Dae Recreational Park in Pusan City 釜山市 太宗臺 遊園地에 관한 事例硏究

        The objectives of this study are : to identify the important factors which have significant effect on user satisfaction about the recreational activities of urban park and open space; to identify the causal relations among the important effective factors on user satisfaction; and to establish the developmental indicators of urban park and open space of the Taejong-Dae recreational park in Pusan City. 967 households in Pusan City were selected by the multi-stage probability sampling method. These households were interviewed by means of self-administered questionaireds. The questionaire was designed with the likert-type of 11 equal interval scales, and its contents were constructed by theindividual characteristics, the conditional characteristics, and user satisfaction of urban recreational park. The analysis of this study consists of four phases : The phase deals with the individual characteristics of users and the accessibility to the urban recreational park; The second phase, by use of the factors analysis, identifies the variables which have significant effects on wser satisfaction on urban recreational park's activities ; The third phase estimates the causal models by the LISREL to clarify the interrelations among the factors identified inthe second phase; and the fourth phase establishes the developmental indicatiors of urban park and open space by the estimation results of causal models of user satisfaction. LISREL model consists of two parts. The measurement model specifies how the latent variables or hypothetical constructs are measured in terms of the observed variables and is used to describe the measurement proiperties of the obsered variables. the structural equation model specifies the causal relations among the latent variables and is used to decribe the causal effects and the amount of unexplained variance. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The individual characteristics were similar to those of the population. And the user accessibility to urban recreational park appeared to be unsatisfactory. 2. The threesignificant factors were identififed in user satisfaction on the recreational activities : mental relaxation ; natural learning of familyand maintenance. 3. The three factors identified above were used as the endogenous variables in the LISREL model. And the overall fits as well as the partial fits about the causal structural models estimated by the LISREL were very good 4. The estimation results showed that the mental realzation activities among the endogenous variables had the most significant effects on overall satisfaction in the use of the urban recreational park. 5. Among the exogenous varibles including the individual and conditional chracteristics, eight exogenous variables were estimated to have significant effects on the endogenous variables. 6. The developemental indicators of urban recreational park activities were suggested as the activities of feeling of calmness, of taking a stroll, of relaxation, and of escaping from the complicated daily works.
