본 연구는 역사적 관점에서 남북한의 분단 이전과 이후 의 산림정책 방향의 전개과정과 북한의 산림황폐지 실태를 고찰하고,앞으로의 과제를 제시하였다. 한국은 1900년대 전반 일제의 강점 하에서 식민지 임정기를 통해 많은 산림이 황폐되었고, 1945년 국토의 분단으로 남․북한은 서로 다른 체제에서 각각의 임정이 전개되었다. 한국(남한)은 1950년대 말까지 한국동란 등 사회경제적 혼란으로 인한 임정의 정체기, 1960년대는 사회경제적 안정과 성장을 배경으로 산림법제의 정비 등 임정기반의 확립기, 1970~80년대는 국토녹화의 성공적 수행으로 녹화임정기, 그리고 1990년대 이후는 지속가능한 산림경영기반의 구축기에 있다. 북한은 분단 후 국유원칙의 사회주의적 소유제도와 계획경제 체제에서 여러 차례의 단기적 계획을 통해, 1960년까지는 녹화조림에, 그 이후는 수종갱신 조림에 주력하여 왔다.그러나1970년대 이후 경제사정의 악화와 함께 그 성과는 부진하였고, 결국 산림관리의 실패로 인하여 근래 산림 의 황폐화 문제가 심각하게 제기되고 있다. 따라서 앞으로 북한의 산림황폐지에 대한 다각적인 복구대책을 비롯하여, 남북한의 상호협력과 교류의 확대가 필요하며, 장기적으로 통일시대에 대비한 산림관리방안의 수립이 요구된다. This study analyzed on the developmental process of forest policy direction in Korea and present status of forest desolation in North Korea of the pre and post division of the Korean peninsular with historical point of view and indicates future tasks to take. Forests in Korea were destroyed in the early of 1900s while Korean peninsular was under Japanese colonial rule. In 1945, Korea was divided into two parts, which developed its own forest policy under the different political system. South Korea was at Korean war in 1950 and accomplished the greening movement from 1970s to 1980s. After 1990s, the country has aimed to sustainable forest management. North Korea has focused on forestation until 1960. However, the result has been doubtful with North Korean economic depression, and these days North Korea faces forest desolation due to failures of forest management. Therefore, necessary is that recovery measures for forest desolation in North Korea, cooperation and interchange between North and South Korea and plans of forest management in case of unification.
산림조합(山林組合) 발전(發展)을 위한 조합원(組合員) 의식성향(意識性向) 분석(分析)

본 연구는 산림조합 조합원의 의식성향 분석을 통하여 산림조합의 발전방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, (1) 산림조합 조합원은 협동조합 교육의 필요성을 느끼고 있었으며, 특히 한국의 임업특성에 맞는 협동조합 연구가 이루어지기를 바라고 있었다. (2) 산림조합법 개정에 대하여 조합원의 59.9%, 산림조합이 국가 산림사업의 전담기관화에 대하여 39.5%가 부정적인 견해를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타나, 이에 대한 홍보가 시급한 것으로 조사되었다. (3) 조합원은 사유림 경영상의 가장 큰 문제점으로 운영예산의 부족과 임산물 공동판매망 등을 지적하였다. 또한 조합가입후 자신의 산림경영에 대하여 25.9%가 불만을 가지고 있었다. (4) 사유림 활성화를 위한 제도적 장치인 대리경영제에 대해서는 34.0%가 반대하고 있었으며, 대리경영제의 방식에 있어서는 48.8%가 부분위탁을 원하고 있었다. (5) 농산촌의 노령화에 따라 산림작업단의 육성이 필요한 것으로 조사되었고, 산림작업단은 국가나 산림조합에서 육성하여 적기에 임업노동을 공급해 주기를 바라고 있었다. (6) 산림조합의 조합원들은 품목별 전문조합의 설립을 필요로 하고 있었다. The study was carried out to suggest the development scheme of Forestry Association by the method of member's consciousness inclination analysis. The results are as follows ; 1. Most of Association members perceived the necessity for re-education about cooperative association, especially the research suitable to the characteristics of Korea Forestry. 2. 59.9% of members had negative response against revision of Forestry Association Law, and 39.5% of members had negative opinion about taking exclusive charge of forest working by Forestry Association, noting the need of immediate publicity activities for those charges. 3. Large number of members pointed out that the most serious problems for the management of private forest were the budgetary deficit and the lack of joint marketing system of forest products. 25.9% of members had complaints about the management of their own forests after joining the association. 4. 34.0% of members opposed Proxy Management and 48.8% of members wanted Portion Consignment System. 5. The analysis noted that due to increase of the aged in rural communities, it is necessary to establish Forestry Working Corps, which is under the control of the Government and Forestry Association to supply forestry labor in a appropriate time. 6. Most of Association members liked establishment of Special Association for each forest products.
Monoolein cubic phase containing an electric field affected polymer

Monoolein (1-Oleoyl-rac-glycerol, MO) cubic phase containing poly(hydroxyethyl acrylate-co-propyl methacrylate-co-methacrylic acid) (P(HEA/PMA/MAA)) in its water channel was prepared by a melt-hydration method. P(HEA/PMA/MAA) whose HEA/PMA/MAA molar ratio was 100/2.8/0, 100/6.0/1.6, and 100/6.2/2.5 was prepared by a free radical reaction, confirmed by 1H NMR spectroscopy. Only P(HEA/PMA/MAA)(100/6.0/1.6) exhibited its lower critical solution temperature around 32.8 ℃. The air water/interfacial measurement revealed that the copolymers were surface-active. On the transmission electron microscopy photo, the copolymer had little effect on the structure of the cubic phase. On the differential scanning calorimetry thermogram, MO cubic phase without the copolymer exhibited its phase transition temperature (PTT) around 68.1 ℃ and the inclusion of copolymer in the cubic phase caused the PTT to decrease by 3 to 4 ℃. The effect on the electric field promoted amaranth (dye) emission on the cubic phase. Release by the electric field was further enhanced in copolymers with a high ratio of MAA.
Preparation of liposomes bearing H2O2-responsive polymer and its H2O2-triggerable release property

H2O2-triggerable liposomes were prepared by modifying the liposome surface with an H2O2-responsive polymer. DOPE liposomes can be formed by incorporating amphiphilic polymer. The polymer was synthesized by a free radical reaction. Polymerization was confirmed by 1H-NMR, and FT-IR. The degree of surface activity of the polymers was also examined. As a result of the polymer characterization, the polymer was measured amphiphilic. Liposomes were prepared by varying the content of the polymer. The quenching degree of the liposome was confirmed to be about 46.2% to 57.7%. Liposome morphology was observed with a TEM microscope. As the weight ratio of polymer to DOPE lipid increased, the average diameter of liposome increased and triggerable release of calcein. When H2O2 concentration was 0%, 1.5%, 3.0%, and 6.0%, the DOPE to polymer ratio of 200:1 liposome release about 0.5%, 50.8%, 78.0%, and 78.4%, respectively. DOPE liposome with polymer 200:4 was more susceptible to H2O2 and showed 80% release within 20 seconds.
Dual-stimuli responsive polymeric micelle containing hydroxyethyl acrylate and phenyl vinyl sulfide

Poly(hydroxyethyl acrylate-co-phenyl vinyl sulfide)(poly(HEA-co-PVS) was polymerized by free radical reaction. The polymerization of poly(HEA-co-PVS) was confirmed by UV spectrum and 1H NMR analysis. The amphiphilic property of poly(HEA-co-PVS) was confirmed by interfacial tension analysis. Poly(HEA-co-PVS) oxidized by H2O2 (oxidation-poly(HEA-co-PVS)) was lost amphipathicity. The lower critical solution temperature was observed by the optical density change of the poly(HEA-co-PVS) solution according to the temperature change, and the LCST of oxidation-poly(HEA-co-PVS) was increased. Poly(HEA-co-PVS) micelle was prepared by thin film method. The prepared poly(HEA-co-PVS) micelle was observed to be spherical through transmission electron microscope (TEM). The release degree of poly(HEA-co-PVS) micelle loaded nile red (fluorescent dye) was examined by temperature and oxidation stimulation. The release degree of poly(HEA-co-PVS) micelle was more dependent on temperature (above LCST) and oxidation conditions.
