        高速道路의 利用特性을 考慮한 附帶事業施設의 計劃方向 設定에 관한 硏究

        Recently, construction and use of the Highway have remarkably increased, and the using pattern of users have also changed rapidly. This study was carried out to reflect the future plans of present tendency. The objective of this paper was to consider the complement plan and to suggest the plan direction in relation to the characteristics of every route by investigating the status of layout, type, and the use of incidental facilities(Service-Area, Gasoline-Station, and etc) on the Highway. The plan direction of incidental facilities based on the results of this study are as follows: ① Complement of facilities such as Service-Areas and Gasoline-Stations on 88 and HO-NAM Highway. ② The necessity of security and increase to the Parking-Area in consideration to the qualitative and quantitative increasement of vehicles in the future. ③ Reconsideration of the division method and the complement on the lacking facilities in the ServiceArea. ④ The necessity of specialized Highway plans for 88 and YUNG-DONG Highway as tourism routes and KYUNG-BU and JOONG-BU Highway as business routes. ⑤ The necessity of a propulsive plan for Highway incidental facilities on a national wide scale which are balanced evenly and break away from the maldistributed plan of the National Capital region.

        조선후기 서울의 도시골격 복원에 관한 연구

        This study aims to offer the fundamental data necessary to enhance the appeal and characteristics of urban space, based on a rediscovery to the original form and transition process of Seoul in the Last Stage of Chosun-Dynasty. The results of the study were as follows : 1. Drawing a reconstruction map in the Last Stage of Chosun-Dynasty(1825), in Seoul. 2. It was clarified to characters the urban space of Seoul in the Last Stage of Chosun-Dynasty. ① Based on the theory of PUNG-SU-CHI-RI in the Chosun-Dynasty-Period, topography was given priority when constructing streets, and they were constructed in the central area. In the following period, streets were established over the entire city, and later outside the castle walls. ② The location of the main street of the city was transferred from the SEJONGNO and NAMDEMUNNO to the SEJONGNO and TAEPYONGNO. ③ In earlier day, streets had no standard width (the same streets showed difference in width by area), and the width distinction of streets were unclear. but recently changed.

        한국의 학회지분석을 통해 살펴본 경관분야의 연구경향

        This study, with the object of observing the domestic research trend on Landscape, examines the study period and trends by means of investigation and analysis of thesis published at landscape view-related the journal. The findings are as follows: Landscape research commenced in 1973 with Korea Institute of Landscape Architecture, but the activity was very poor until the early 1980's. Thereafter, as interest in view gets increased with the Olympic, the number of related theses and conferences participating in the study increased accordingly before and after the year of 1988. Since 2000, the development has been drastically accelerated with 20-30 theses publicized every year. As for the number of theses publicized and the publication periods according to the conference, KILA, publicizing 135 works, has the biggest part, and this is the only conference that has publicized theses consistently so far since 1973. It turned out that this conference takes the key role in landscape study regarding the number of thesis publicized, the share, and steadiness. In the meantime, it turned out that Korean Society of Civil Engineer has reported no thesis. Although 50-100% of the reported theses had leaned upon KILA until 1993, ever since then, the increase of the total number of landscape-related theses and diversified study report among conferences are followed by the even percentage and number of theses reported. As for the comparison of study subjects, the study on artificial(city) landscape view, which makes up 46%, turned out to be twice as much as natural landscape view, which makes up 24%. As for study subject analysis according to conferences, it turned out that specialization combining the specific characteristics of each conference and certain landscape-related studies, and the expansion of study areas have been shown.

        기업의 경제적 사회책임활동과 기업이미지에 관한 연구

        기업의 사회적 책임의 중요성이 점점 부각되고 있는 시점에서 본 연구는 기업의 경제적 사회책임활동과 기업이미지간의 관련성에 대하여 분석하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 다음의 세 가지 관점에서 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 기업의 경제적 사회책임활동과 사회적 책임의 당위성간의 관련성, 둘째, 기업의 경제적 사회책임활동과 신뢰성간의 관련성, 셋째, 기업의 경제적 사회책임 활동과 기업이미지간의 관련성이다. 본 연구는 전체 450명을 연구 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 수행하였으며 설문조사의 주요 내용은 기업의 경제적 사회책임활동, 기업이미지, 인구통계학적 특성을 파악하는 내용들이 포함되었다. 연구 결과를 보면 기업의 경제적 사회책임활동에 포함된 기업의 경제적 발전 활동과 기업의 광고 및 마케팅 활동은 사회적 책임의 당위성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 비해서 기업의 소비자 보호 활동은 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 통계적 의미는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과가 의미하는 것은 기업의 경제적 발전 활동과 기업의 광고 및 마케팅 활동에 대하여 기업이 적극적으로 참여했을 경우 소비자들은 그 기업이 사회적 책임을 잘 감당하고 있는 것으로 인식하게 된다는 것이다. 또한 소비자들은 기업들이 반드시 사회책임활동을 해야 한다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. This paper analyzed the linkage between Corporate Social Responsibility activity and Corporate Image. For the purpose this study focused on the following 3 categories. First, the linkage between corporate Social responsibility activity and the bounded duty, Second, the linkage between corporate Social responsibility activity and the reliability, Third, the linkage between corporate Social responsibility activity and Corporate Image. This paper executed research for 450 people including the questionnaires for corporate Social responsibility activities, Corporate Image, demographical charateristics. From the results, corporate Social responsibility activities, especially economical development activities, Advertisements and marketing activities have positive impacts on the bounded duty of social responsibility. Comparing with this, Consumer protection activities do not have positive impacts on the bounded duty of social responsibility even though it has been proved as statistically unreliable.

        놀이文化에서 찾아내는 南北共感帶 摸索方向硏究

        This study was suggested to make a base of South-North interchange as the materials of our folk recreations. The purpose of this study is to find a planning direction and development of recreation materials in consideration of the regional characteristics in each region and excavation of recreation materials which can be formation of the cultural sympathize with all of the South-North participation as possible. This may be possible at present as the analysis of the mutual correlation ships and understand a characteristics of recreation culture in each region. As a basis for this research results, the following can be suggested which way to take the planning direction for recreation culture in future. ① Necessity of PAENORI succession as a medium for sympathy formation between the South and North. ② A proposal of possibility that a secession of agriculture-oriented recreation distribution. ③ Necessity of making a festival which have the character of sacrificial rites. ④ Development of the recreation culture which have the merit of the personal play. ⑤ Coexistence with both a participation and a viewing recreation.

        한국 도서관련 사업의 대상지 선정경향 연구 - 전라남도와의 비교연구를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 우리나라에서 계획·추진되고 있는 도서관련 정책과 사업 및 선정도서 검토를 통해 대상도서의 선정경향을 살펴볼 목적으로 진행된 것이다. 특히 본 연구에서는 우리나라에서 가장 많은 도서를 보유하고 있는 전라남도와의 비교 연구를 통해, 제3차 도서종합개발계획에서 지향하고 있는 중앙부처와 지방부처간의 협력 및 연계 등 관련성에 대해서도 고찰해보기로 한다. 본 연구를 통해 명백해진 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 우리나라 도서관련 국가정책 및 사업은, 행정자치부, 문화체육관광부, 국토교통부, 해양수산부, 환경부 등의 관할부처에서 다양한 형태로 진행되고 있으며, 최근에는 해양영토의 확보 및 섬의 관광발전 잠재력에 주목하면서 국가의 중장기적인 국가계획 역시 수정작업이 이루어지는 변화도 나타나고 있다. 큰 틀에서의 계획은 국토교통부, 해양수산부, 환경부를 중심으로 진행되고 있으며, 구체적인 사업위주의 정책은 문화체육관광부와 행정자치부 주도하에 진행되고 있는 성향이 파악되었다. 중앙부처와 지방부처에서 추진하는 도서관련 사업의 비교분석에서는 다음과 같은 경향이 도출되었다. 국가 중앙부처에서 추진하는 사업에서는, 대상지로 선정되는 도서의 수와 시·도별 보유도서의 수 및 면적과는 직접적인 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다수의 도서를 보유하고 있는 시·도에서 사업대상지로 선정되는 도서의 수 자체는 높게 나타났으나, 지역별 도서의 보유비율 및 순위와는 무관한 것으로 나타났다. 단 사업의 성격에 따라 시도별 편중현상은 읽어낼 수 있었다. 중앙부처에서 시행하는 사업의 경우 추진시기 및 관할부처가 서로 다름에도 불구하고 중복 지원이 이루어지는 경우는 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 전라남도의 경우 사업 대상도서 55개 중 25.5%에 해당되는 14개의 도서가 중복되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 중앙부처의 경우 중복지정이 거의 이루어지고 있지 않다는 점과 비교해본다면 현격한 차이가 인지되는 부분으로, 부처간 협력 및 연계추진을 통한 조정작업이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. This study examines the policies, projects,and sites that are planned and implemented in Korea. It is intended to present the direction of the plan through this analysis. In particular, this study examines the linkage and comparison between central and local ministries through examining the case ofJeollanamdo, which has many islands in Korea. The results of this study are summarized as follows. In the project promoted by the central government, there is no direct correlation between the number of islands selected as sites and the number and area ofislands possessed by cities and provinces. The number of islands selected by cities and provinces with a large number of islands is high, but it is not related to the ranking of islands by region. However, depending on the nature of the project, the phenomenon of bias by city and province could be identified. In case of the projects implemented by the central government, it is found that the cases of overlapping support are insufficient even though the timing and the departments are different. However, in Jeollanamdo province, 14 out of 55 islands were found to be overlapped, accounting for 25.5%. In the case of the central ministries, it was analyzed that it is necessary to make coordination through cooperation and linkage between the ministries.

        어촌뉴딜 300 선도사업의 공간환경 마스터플랜 연구 - 목포시 달리도, 외달도를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 ‘어촌뉴딜 300 사업’을 시행함에 있어 선행연구 사업으로 선정된 ‘8대 선도사업’ 대상지 목포시 달리도ㆍ외달도에서 진행된 공간환경 마스터플랜의 내용 및 추진과정을 살펴본 것이다. 선도사업은 공간환경 디자인의 가치향상을 위한 시범적용 및 모니터링을 통해 어촌뉴딜 300사업에 적합한 디자인 관리체계 구축을 목적으로 시행되는 것이다. 본 사업에서는 총괄조정ㆍ심의위원회와 공간환경 코디네이터 위촉 제도가 새롭게 도입되었다. 그 결과 통합디자인을 만들고 체계적인 관리와 지역 특화계획을 수립하는 것이 가능했다. 아울러 모든 과정에 주민, 행정, 전문가의 협의와 조정 그리고 합의를 통해 실천 가능한 마스터플랜을 수립하는 방식으로 사업이 진행되었다는 점에서 기존 계획 및 추진방식과는 차별화된다. 특히 사업에 대한 이해증진과 사전역량강화를 통한 주민 워크숍 및 지역협의체 구성 등을 통해 지속가능한 어촌뉴딜을 구현하는데 역점을 두었다. 슬로시티 달리도ㆍ외달도에서 추진된 어촌뉴딜 선도사업의 기본 개발전략은, 생활이 편리한 섬, 주민이 즐거운 섬, 모든 것이 아름다운 섬으로 설정했다. 다음 단계로 기본구상과 공간환경 마스터플랜을 수립하였으며, 계획안 시행단계에서는 주민들의 의견을 수렴하여 지역자원을 지속적으로 활용할 수 있는 특화 단위사업을 도출하였다. 대표적인 단위사업으로는, 항포구환경정비, 어촌마을 경관정비, 탐방로 정비 및 쉼터(느린 걸음 정류장) 조성, 달리도 복합커뮤니티 센터 조성, 외달도 바다자연정원 조성, 주민소득 체험사업 및 가공장 조성, 달리도ㆍ외달도 섬 운영 활성화 등이며, 최종적으로 이를 포함한 공간환경 마스터플랜을 제시하였다. 현재는 제안된 마스터플랜에 대한 실시설계가 진행 중이며, 일부 사업은 부분적으로 행정부처간 조율을 통해 추진되고 있다. This study examines the contents and promotion process of the spatial environment master plan conducted on Dallido and Oedaldo, near Mokpo city, the target site of the '8 leading projects', which was selected as a preliminary research project in implementing the 'fishing village new deal 300 project'. The leading project is to implement a design management system suitable for the “fishing village new deal 300 project” through pilot application schemes and monitoring to enhance the value of spatial environment design. In this project, a new coordination deliberation committee and a system for encouraging spatial environment coordinators were newly introduced. As a result, it was possible to create an integrated design and establish systematic management and regional specialization plans. In addition, a master plan was established through consultation, coordination, and the agreement of residents, administration, and experts in all processes. Also, the fact that the project was conducted in this way is different from the existing planning and implementation method. In particular, the emphasis was placed on realizing a sustainable fishing village new deal through promoting understanding of the fishing village new deal business model and establishing a local council with residents' workshops through strengthening prior capabilities. The basic development strategy of the fishing village new deal leading project promoted on Dallido and Oedaldo designating them as “slow cities” is as follows. An island with convenient living, an island where residents can enjoy life, and everything is set as a beautiful island. The next step was to establish a basic concept and prepare a master plan for the spatial environment. At the implementation stage of the plan, a specialized unit project was developed to collect the opinions of the residents and continuously utilize local resources. Typical unit projects include port environmental maintenance, fishing village landscape maintenance, walking trail development and shelters (slow step stop), the Dallido multi-community center construction, the Oedaldo sea natural garden construction, resident income experience project and processing plant construction. In addition, Dallido and Oedaldo also revitalized the islands. Finally, a spatial environment master plan was proposed. Currently, a detailed design for the proposed master plan is underway, and some projects are being promoted in part through coordination between the ministries.

        한시적 스트리트 퍼니처의 사례와 특성에 관한 연구

        This research is conducted on temporary street furniture, which is one of the significant factors that comprise the street landscape in modem cities. The primary purpose of this research is to present the guidance on direction of planning by examining the design and installation types of construction and screen fences usually established at construction sites for buildings, roads, parks and etc. The results are as follows: 1. The construction and screen fences at construction sites of urban areas used to be a mere tentative facility to prevent noise and safety accidents but have now incremented their roles to serve not only as a functional but also as an aesthetic element with a city view and harmonization with other elements taken into consideration. In particular, it is noticeable that, based on its unique feature of tentativeness, its role has developed to serve as street furniture that adds variability to the modem city. 2. There are two different types of screen fences: blackout type and transparent type. The transparent screen turns out to be used a lot at the construction site of building a skyscraper or differentiated building in downtown city area or in places where there are buildings of similar types and shapes located along the street in the vicinity of the construction site. 3. The actual cases of adopting the tentative construction and screen fences all at the same time as a single unit have been found in historically and culturally significant architectures with the screen design used to demonstrate the view after completion of construction or the characteristics of the architecture.
