장기적 과훈련은 경기력 저하는 물론 심리적으로도 부정적인 결과를 초래한다고 많은 연구들은 지적하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 단기적 과훈련에 따른 고등학교 축구선수들의 기분 변화를 조사하여 코치나 감독에게 선수지도에 유용한 정보를 제공하기 위함이다. 이 실험에 참가한 피험자는 25명이 고등학교 축구선수로 평균 운동경력은 3년9개월이었다. 피험자들은 1시간 30분, 3 시간, 그리고 4 시간 30분 조건에서 훈련 전후 측정되어졌다. 각 조건에서 훈련 시 발생했을 피로를 회복시키기 위해 조건간 측정 간격을 48시간으로 하였다. 기분 변화를 측정하기 위해 McAuley와 Courneya(1994)가 만든 주관적 운동 경험 척도(Subjective Exercise Experiences Scale : SEES)를 사용했다. SEES는 (1) 긍정적 행복감(positive well-being), (2) 심리적 부정스트레스(psychological distress), (3) 피로(fatigue) 등 3가지 영역에 12가지 항목을 기초로 하여 만들어 졌다. 본 연구결과 평상시(3시간)보다 훈련 양을 증가시켜 훈련을 시켰을 때 선수들의 심리적 부정 스트레스와 피로가 증가되었고 긍정적인 행복감은 감소되는 것으로 나타났다. It is well documented that athletes who overtrained definitely experience performance decrements as well as negative training adaptations. Therefore, to improve athletic performance, athletes must be optimally trained. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of overtraining on the psychological well-being, psychological distress and fatigue of high school soccer players. Twenty-five high school soccer players were participated in this study. Their ages ranged from 17 to 18, with a mean age of 17.2 years, and mean experience of 3 years and 9 months. All subjects participated in three different training session(1 hour 30 min, 3 hours, and 4 hours 30 min) in a row. The interval of each training session was two days. The Subjective Exercise Experiences Scale(SEES) was administrated to measure subjects' mood alteration before and after each training session. The results of this study indicated that subjects in the 4 hours and 30 min overtraining condition showed more increments in fatigue and psychological distress than the rest of two conditions. The results of this study also indicated that mood disturbance which may be a potential factor influencing performance increased significantly as the training load increased. Psychological responses to overtraining results in negative effects. The present study suggests that in order to improve athletic performance, coach should understand the negative effects of overtraining in terms of psychological functioning.

This study was conducted to have basic and applied informations to establish the cultivation method and to improve the cultivation techniques of Angelica gigas Nakai through investigating the rates of germination and seedling establishment with treatment of plant growth regulator and seed priming. The germination rates of round shape seed were about 0.3~12% higher than those of parallel shape. The germination rates with different storage durations were increased at the level of 25oC and 4oC with the storage days, while they were clearly higher at -20oC compared to those at 4oC and 25oC without the storage durations. With the results of germination rates with treating of plant growth regulator and seed priming, their rates with the round shape seeds were comparatively higher about 6% than those with parallel shape seed and they were increased with increasing of the storage durations. The germination rates were generally appeared higher with GA3 than did those with seed priming. The highest germination rate was appeared at 50 ppm GA3 of plant growth regulator and at -0.5 MPa PEG6000 of seed priming. The germination rates?ㅤ ?ㅤ of Angelica gigas were different with different temperature, storage durations and the treatments of plant growth regulator and seed priming. These results could be used according to different cultivating conditions.

In this paper, we present a set of numerical schemes to solve the Muller integral equation for the analysis of electromagnetic scattering from arbitrarily shaped three-dimensional dielectric bodies by applying the method of moments(MoM). The piecewise homogeneous dielectric structure is approximated by planar triangular patches. A set of the RWG(Rao, Wilton, Glisson) functions is used for expansion of the equivalent electric and magnetic current densities and a combination of the RWG function and its orthogonal component is used for testing. Numerical results for a dielectric sphere are presented and compared with solutions obtained using other formulations.

A smart pressure measurement system is described, which provides a precise A/D conversion and is highly suitable for communication with microprocessors. In order to avoid unstable problems of remote pressure sensing we have developed a new interface board which performs the A/D conversion and smart signal processing of the measured pressure data Serial communication software which is based on ASCII code commands is also developed to process initial setup an calibration functions as well as multi-drop communication with PC. The test and evaluation of the proposed system has been shown as having the better performance compared to the other types of existing pressure measuring systems and will give good applications to the industrial use where a highly precision remote sensing is needed.

This study was designed to clarify histological changes in the experimental rabbit ureter after unilateral prartial or complete ureteral obstruction. A total of 20 adult white rabbits were divided into 4 subgroups in the partial obstruction followed by 2 weeks, partial obstruction followed by 4 weeks, complete obstruction followed by 2 weeks, complete obstruction followed by 4 weeks. The normal control group consisted of 5 adult white rabbits. The H & E stain. light microscopy were used. Abnormal histological fingings were showed in ipsilateral ureter of all subgroups; dilatation of ureter, epithelial cell atrophy or loss, interstitial fibrosis, interstitial inflammation. These findings were most severe in the complete-obstructed ureter for 4 weeks. There were no significant changes in contralateral ureter of all subgroups. Despite of progressive histological changes in ipsilateral ureter no abnormal findings were showed in contralateral ureter. We suggest that long term experimental investigation for histological changes in ipsilateral ureter and compensatory changes in contralateral ureter should be done.
Genetic diversity base on agrinomical traits and SSR markers in Korean rice landraces

In order to assess the genetic diversity, phylogenetic relationships and population structure of Korean rice landraces, 76 accessions were estimated using agronomical traits and SSR markers. Among 11 agronomical traits, amylose content (AC) was the trait with the largest variance with values ranged from 4.9 to 28.39 %, while grain length (GL) was the lowest variance ranged from 4.4 to 5.9 cm. In the result of PCA, the first PC with Eigen value of 217.5 explained 60.3% of the total variance. Culm length (CL) was the variable with the largest positive loadings. Growth period (GP) was the positive variances, while AC was the negative variance. The second PC with Eigen value of 80.6 explained an additional 22.4% of the total variance. Growth period (GP) was variable with highest positive loading. Amylose content (AC) was variable with high positive, while CL was the negative variance. The 49 SSR markers produced a total of 473 alleles with an average of 9.6 alleles. The polymorphism information content (PIC) was in the range 0.11 to 0.93. The observed heterozygosity ranged from 0.12 to 0.39, with an average of 0.61. 76 rice accessions showed two subpoplations and three groups based on SSR markers. Group I and Gropu II appertained Pop-2 and Pop-1 subpopulation, respectively. They showed similar agronomical traits. Group III consisted 7 rice accessions predominantly appertained to Pop-1. These results provide insight into the characters of Korean rice landraces and help to improve our knowledge of rice breeding

This study investigates store separation characteristics of an unmanned aerial vehicle having generic stealth configuration over unsteady flow of an internal bay. Free-drop wind tunnel tests are conducted to simulate bomb releases from an internal weapons bay while high-speed camera images are taken. The images are analyzed to examine the effects of flow velocity, angle of attack, flap deflection and the ejector force application on the store separation trajectories. For the free-drop wind tunnel tests, Froude Scaling is applied to match the dynamic similarity for the bomb model, and the ejector force is simulated by using small pneumatic cylinders. The results indicate that the test bomb model safely separates from the internal bay at the given test conditions and configurations. It is also observed that the effects of the flow velocity and ejector force application have greater impacts on the separation trajectories than those of angle of attack and flap deflection.
