Ciprofloxacin 제제의 생물학적 동등성에 관한 연구

국내 시판중인 ciprofloxacin 제제인 Citopcin®(250㎎ tablet)의 동등성을 검토하기 위해 제조원인 Bayer사의 Citopcin®(250㎎ tablet)를 기준제제로 하여 18명의 건강한 남성 피험자를 대상으로 500㎎ 1회 교차 경구 투여후 약동학적 성상을 분석비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 시험제제의 생체 이용율의 지표인 AUC, C_(mao), T_(max) 및 MRT들의 평균치는 백분율차이에 있어 모든 기준제제 지표의 ± 20% 이내였으며, 이들 생체 이용율 지표들은 분산분석 검정에서 차이를 인지할 수 없었다.생체 이용율 지표들의 기준제제에 대한 백분율 90% 대칭 신뢰구간 검토시 모든 경수들에서 ± 20% 이내의 조건을 만족하였으며 AUC의 경우에는 대칭형 신뢰구간으로 변환시 95% 신뢰구간에서도 동등성의 조건을 만족하였다, 이상의 시험결과로 시험제제인 Citopcin®은 기준제제인 Ciprobay®와 생물학적 동등한 제제로 판단되었다. The pharmacokinetics of ciprofloxacin was studied for the evaluation of the bioequivalence of the generic ciproflocacin products. Two single doses of 500㎎ each of ciprofloxacin(Ciprobay® 250㎎ tablet as a reference compound and Citopcin® 250㎎ tablet s a test compound) were administered orally to ighteen male volunteers in a balanced, randomized crossover design. Pek plasma levels of ciprofloxacin were observed about 1 hour after the doses and the peak concentrations of both products were similar(Ciprobay®, 3.18㎍/㎖; Citopcin®, 2.89㎍/㎖). The values of other pharmacokinetic parameter of ciprofloxacin computed for Ciprobay® are presented in that order: AUC=13.53:12.47㎍·h/㎖, T_(max)=1.28:1.14 hours; MRT=5.30:5.08 hours; t_(1/2)β=3.65:3.47 hours. No satistically significant, differences were detected when AUC and the other parameters were compared with the method of ANOVA. Using the criteria of 90% confidence interval for the assessment of bioequivalence al the parameters were acceptable. The products were found to be equivalent on the premise that no significant difference was detected when the relevant pharmacokinetic parameters were compared, and the confidence limit analysis showed acceptable results.

Indium oxide계 후막 센서의 이산화질소 감지 특성

Indium oxide-base 후막형 가스센서의 이산화질소(NO_2) 감지특성을 조사하였다. 기본 감지물질로는 In_2O_3, ITO(indium tin oxide)를 사용하였고, 여기에 WO_3와 Pd, Pt 귀금속 촉매를 첨가하여 이산화질소에 대한 반응특성을 실험하였다. 감도, 회복특성을 고려할 때, 350℃의 히터구동온도에서 가장 우수한 반응특성을 보였다. 1wt% 이상 WO_3 첨가시에 반응 감도(sensitivity)가 증가하였고, 귀금속 촉매인 Pd, Pt에 의해서도 감도특성이 향상되었다. 또한, 반복 on-off실험을 해서 신호의 안정성을 확인하였고 장기안정성 test에서도 우수한 특성을 나타내었다. The thick film of indium oxide-based semiconductor for the NO_2 detection have been prepared and their characteristics were investigated. It was shown that the optimum operating temperature of the sensors are 350℃ for In_2O_3-based sensor. NO_2 sensitivity increased as the WO_3 concentration increased to more than lwt%. The addition of Pd and Pt also enhanced the sensitivity to NO_2. Indium oxide-based sensors showed excellent reproducibility and stability for the detection of NO_2.

十二指腸潰瘍의 酸 및 Pepsin 分泌能에 關한 臨床的 硏究

38 cases of the patients with duodenal ulcer have been confirmed by upper gastrointestinal series and endoscopic examinations. Gastric acidity and peptic activity with secretory activity have been reviewed by the collection of gastric juice after the respective stimulation with tetragastrin before and after the treatment, in other word, during the active phase and the healed stage. Normal average data on the 15 cases of healthy persons have simultaneously been used as a normal control value. They have also separately been compared with the secretory data in active phase of 7 cases with intractable duodenal ulcer. The results were as follows. In 38 cases with duodenal ulcer, BAC showed 71.35±5.91mEq/ℓ in twenties, 74.38±9.0 1mEq/ℓ in forties and 54.52+12.87mEq/ℓ in sixties pointing out that lower data appeared in sixties. BPC showed 934.19±89.67 microgram/㎖ in twenties, 949.47±114.22 microgram/㎖ in forties and 966.70±136.13 microgram/㎖ in sixties pointing out no significant changes according to the age. On the other hand, MPC revealed 1428.76±102.25 microgram/㎖ in twenties, 1237.64±91.15 microgram/㎖ in forties and 1217.±123.99 microgram/㎖ in sixties indicating the slightly lower values according to aging. Changes of the values of acid and peptic activity in active phase and healed stage of duodenal ulcer by age group including twenties, forties and sixties disclosed slight decrease in BAC, BAC/MAC ratio and BAO/MAO ratio while no remarkable changes were observed in MAC, MAO, BAO, BPC, MPC, BPO and MPO. Referring to the duration of healing, BAO, MAO, BAO/MAO ratio and BPO were all decreased with their respective significances in the group of healing within 6 weeks compared with the groups of healing between 6 weeks and 12 weeks, and intractable cases.

전력선 통신을 위한 적응형 라인 커플러에 관한 연구

This paper presents an adaptive line coupler to match input impedance of the Power line Communication (PLC) modem between access impedance of the power line. This line coupler provides maximum signal power transmiting capability, high reliability. The structure of this coupler is simple and designed to make a easy and low cost. The proposed line coupler is suitable for Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK) or Phase Shift Keying (PSK) modem. To figure out our models, the analysis of the transmitting features of power line channel is performed in the time domain at the carrier frequency. As a result of this study, we present the values of capacitors in the capacitor bank and adaptive line coupler circuit.

순간식 가스급탕기의 효율 계산법에 관한 연구

At this present, energy consumption has been increased continuously except IMF period. Especially, growth ratio of gas consumption for heating or hot water supply is very high. Therefore, to reduce the gas consumption, it is necessary for us to use energy for hot water supply economically or reduce the amount of gas consumption. But with the trend of hygienic life culture, gas consumption for hot water supply doesn't decrease entirely. For these reasons, the authors carried out an experimental study on simplified prediction method for output water temperature of gas fired instantaneous boiler. This study suggests direction for high efficiency and method for efficiency improvement of hot water supply system by simple prediction method for output water temperature of instantaneous gas hot water boiler.

For Skinned, Skin and Taegeuk ginseng, desorption equilibrium moisture content(E.M.C.) were measured by static method using saturated salt solution at the range in temperature from 20℃ to 50℃ and in relative humidity from 30% to 87%. The desorption equilibrium moisture content of Skinned & Skin ginseng is higher than that of Taegeuk ginseng, and there is no significant difference in E.M.C. between Skinned ginseng and Skin ginseng. The linear desorption E.M.C. model was developed and compared to Henderson, Chung-Pfost, Halsey, Harkins-Jura and Oswin equation widely used as desorption E.M.C. model by linear least square method. All models were highly significant. The goodness of fit of the equations was evaluated by measuring the "Mean Square of Error'. The developed empirical equation gave the best fit to the experimental data.

Cornu Cervi Pantoctricchum is a hairy, dried, non-ossific young horn of a stag on Cervus nippon Temminck or C. elaphus L (family Cervidae) and a popular crude drug used in Korea to reinforce the kidney-yang, to tonify the vital essence and blood, and to strengthen the bones and muscles. The present study is designed to make a DNA marker for breed identification of Cornu Cervi Pantotricshum families and later to establish a gene discrimination. In this experiment some genomic DNA were extracted fine from dried samples, most of them were extracted damaged a lot. In RFLP analysis using restriction enzyme Hinf I, Hae Ⅲ, Hha I and Msp I can be used to distinguish the breed of Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum. Therefore, these polymorphic bands by RFLP can be used in breed identification of deer and Cervi Cornu Pantoctrichum now in use.

In this paper, first, under assumption that the parameter uncertainty doesn't exist, we can estimate exactly the parameter of dynamics, we construct the controller concerning internal force. And we obtain the internal force as projecting force sensor readings onto the space spanned by null basis set of jacobian matrix. Using the resolved acceleration control method and the fact that internal force lies in the null space of jacobian matrix, we construct independently the position, motion-inducing force and internal force controller. Secondly we construct the robust control law to preserve the robustness with respect to the uncertainty of manipulator parameters using the matching condition and the bound of disturbances.
