황사용은 1882년 평안북도 의주 출신으로, 1905년 미국 샌프란시스코로 유학길에 오르게 된다. 그는 그곳에서 안창호와 친분을 맺으며 공립협회에 가입하였으며, 또한 신학 공부도 병행함으로써 전도사로서도 활동하였다. 전도사와 민족운동가 그의 이러한 두 가지 측면은 미주지역에서 자리를 잡는데 중요한 요소로 작용하였다. 1908년 황사용은 하와이 한인합성협회와 미주의 공립협회의 통합과정에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행하였으며, 이로 인해 그는 국민회의 중요인물로 부상하였다. 그는 당시 멕시코 거주 한인들의 비참한 현실에 대해 듣게 되자 방사용과 함께 멕시코 교민들의 지원활동을 위해 멕시코로 떠났으며, 그는 그곳에서 국민회의 지방회인 메리다 지방회를 설립하였다. 메리다 지방회의 설립은 황사용이 국민회에서의 입지를 강화시켜 주었으며 이로 인해 북미지방 총회장에 임명되어 교민들의 지원과 계몽활동에 앞장서 활동하게 된다. 1911년에는 대한인국민회 북미지방총회 총회장으로서 그는 미주지역 뿐 아니라 국내지역의 한인들을 대상으로 각종 강연회 활동에 치중하면서 이들의 결속과 계몽활동에 진력하였다. 1922년 11월부터 1923년까지 약 6개월간 그는 국내에서 각종 강연회를 개최하며 국내 민족운동을 활성화시키고자 노력하였다. 또한 그는 1916년 감리교 목사이자 국민회의 순행위원이 되어 미주 각지를 순행하기도 하였다. 1919년에는 상해임시정부의 승인과 하와이 교민들의 결속을 위해 강영소와 함께 하와이로 건너가 단체통합운동을 벌이는 등 이 시기 그는 국내외를 아우르며 한인들의 결속을 이끌어내고자 하였다. 이후 황사용은 조선민족혁명당 미주지부에 가입하였고 이곳에서 출간되는 『독립』의 발기인으로 참여하였다. 1943년에는 샌프란시스코회의 대표단 대표와 대한민국임시정부의 연합국회의 대표로 활동하는 등 1910~1940년대에 걸쳐 미주지역 한인들을 위해 다양한 활동을 전개한 미주지역의 대표적인 민족운동가 중의 한 사람이다. Hwang Sa-yong was born in Uiju, Pyonganbuk-Do in 1882, and he went to San Francisco to study. He joined the Public Association in San Francisco(미주의 공립협회), associating with An Chang-ho there. He also acted as a missionary as well as a student. He could successfully settle down in America by acting as a missionary and a nationalist. In 1908 he played a pivotal role in the solidarity of the United Korean Society in Hawaii(하와이 한인합성협회) and the Public Association in San Francisco(미주의 공립협회). By doing so, he emerged as a key person in the National Congress(국민회의). When he heard miserable conditions of Koreans in Mexico, he and Bang Sa-yong went there to support them. He established Merida branch, which was a provincial branch of the National Congress(국민회의). The establishment of Merida branch strengthened his position in the National Congress(국민회의), and thus he was appointed as its Chairman in the North America. He launched a supporting and enlightening campaign for Koreans. In 1911 he devoted himself to the solidarity and enlightening campaign as a Chairman of Korean National Association(대한인국민회), conducting series of lectures for both domestic and overseas Koreans. For about 6 months from November, 1922 to 1923, he organized series of lectures in Korea so as to promote national movement there. In addition, he became a Methodist minister and a rotating committee member of the National Congress(국민회의) in 1916 and traveled throughout America. In 1919 he and Gang Yeong-so went to Hawaii and engaged in the unification movement for the recognition of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea in Shanghai and for strengthening Koreans’ solidarity in Hawaii. In this way, he tried to strengthen the relationship between domestic Koreans and Korean immigrants. Afterwards, he joined the American branch of the Joseon National Revolution Party(조선민족혁명당), and participated in the its newsletter 『Independence(독립)』 as a promoter. In 1943 he acted as a representative delegation of the San Francisco Conference and as a representative of the United Congress(연합국회) from the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea. In this way, he was one of the representative nationalists who participated in various activities for Korean-Americans from 1910 to 1940.

We have developed a power line simulator which is one of the basic tools for the research of the power line communication and its control system. In the developed simulators, we have considered the transfer function of the power line, noises and signal attenuation characteristics. Simulator was made using the matlab tool program. We made the power line modern using the FSK chip(ST7537) and experimentalized to show the efficiency grade of simulator. We have expected that the developed simulators are very useful in the area for the power line communication research and the control system design.
비균일 양자기에 의한 과표본화율의 멀티빗트 시그마-델타 변조기의 개발

We have proposed a new structure of the multibit ovesampling sigma-delta modulator. To solve the problkem of requring the accurate precision of the analog components, the novel digital correction scheme with a ROM-table has been employed to enhance the SNR for the proposed system. This architecture has good features compared with the 1-bit approach, including significantly lower quantisation noise for a given oversampling ratio, as well as improve dstability characteristics. Then we hve shown the validity of the proposed system by use of the software developed for the performance evaluation and by realizing the system with SCFs(switched capacitor filters).
전력선모뎀 및 조광제어 안정기를 이용한 400W Metal Halide Lamp의 조광제어 시스템 개발

In this paper, we developed remote dimming control system of electronic ballast for 400W metal halide lamp. This ballast could limit ignition current and soft start-up technique by the inverter with LCsCp resonance tank. The dimming circuit can dim from 400W to 200W by varying of the inverter switching frequency. The PLM consists of coupling circuit, BPF(Band-Pass Filter), FSK(Frequency Shift Keying) Modem and μ-controller(Micro Controller). By coupling electronic ballast with PLM, the system that able to dimming the lamp through PLM is demonstrated by experimental results.
補間 FIR 필터와 FDCT를 利用한 TDM/FDM 變煥 시스템의 單純化 및 變煥時間 短縮

本 硏究에서는 多相回路와 高速 DCT를 利用한 12채널의 TDM/FDM 相互變煥 시스템의 單純化 方法 및 變煥時間을 短縮시키는 方法 다루었다. 多相回路의 原試型필터는 補間 FIR 필터의 設計技法을 適用하여 設計되었다. 그리고 DCT의 高速알고리듬과 補間 FIR 필터의 線型 位相特性 때문에 나타나는 係數間의 對稱性을 活用한 結果, 變煥時間의 大部分을 차지하는 곱셈回數가 $0.1640{\times}10^6$Multiplications/sec.channel로서 기존의 연구 結果보다 約 25% 以上 감소되는 效果를 얻었다. 복조시스템을 포함하는 全體 시스템의 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 理論的인 結果의 타당성을 確認하였다. This paper deals with the simplification and the conversion time reduction for the 12-channel TDM/FDM transmultiplexing system using the polyphase network and the FDCT. The prototype filter required in the digital polyphase network is designed based on interpolated FIR (IFIR) properites of the IFIR coefficients, the multiplication rate required in its implementaion is shown to be $0.1640{\times}10^6$ multiplications/sec. channel which reduces about 25% of the result obtained in the previous work. The result of computer simulation indicates that the proposed conversion method is valid.

This study was conducted in order to examine the egg development in red spotted grouper, Epinephelus akaara and the morphological development of its larvae and juveniles, and to obtain data for taxonomic research. This study was conducted in June 2013, and 50 male and female fish were used for the study. One hundred μg/kg of LHRHa was injected into the body of the fish for inducing spawning, and the fish were kept in a small-sized fish holder (2×2×2 m). Eggs were colorless transparent free pelagic eggs, 0.71–0.77 mm large (mean 0.74±0.02 mm, n=30), and had an oil globule. Hatching started within 27 h after fertilization. Pre-larvae that emerged just after hatching were 2.02–2.17 mm in total length (mean 2.10±0.11 mm), their mouth and anus were not opened yet, and the whole body was covered with a membrane fin. Post-larvae that emerged 15 days post hatching were 3.88–4.07 mm in total length (mean 3.98±0.13 mm), and had a ventral fin with two rays and a caudal fin with eight rays. Juveniles that were formed at 55 d post hatching, were 31.9–35.2 mm in total length (mean 33.6±2.33 mm), with red color deposited over the entire body, and black chromophores deposited in a spotted pattern. The number of fin rays, body color, and shape were the same as that in the adult fish.
LED 기생 커패시턴스를 고려한 접합온도 측정 시스템의 개선

Recently, we have used LEDs to illumination because it has a high luminous efficiency and prolong lifespan. However the light power and lifetime is reduced by junction temperature increment of LED. So it is important to measure the junction temperature accurately. In case of using a electrical method measuring junction temperature of LED. Temperature measurement errors are spontaneously generated because of a parasitic capacitances in LED. In this paper, we proposed a method that reducing LED's parasitic capacitance effects for electrical measurement. It was demonstrated by the experimental result that is more correct than established method.
HID 램프용 안정기의 점화기 특성부석 및 제어용 IC의 동작영향 분석

In this paper, four types of igniters were modeled and their characteristics were researched. And then we analyzed and experimented the effect on the control IC operation in this system. Due to the high ignidon voltage, the DC power line on control IC is contaminated with the impulsive noise voltage. So the control IC operation is stopped. Therefore we have found that contamination of DC power noise is reduced by shielding, grounding pattern, and filtering method. We showed that the experimental results are agreed with the theoridcal value obtained by the four types of ignitor models.
