The purpose of this study was to evaluate structural safety and economic efficiency of prestressed hybrid beam using T-shape steel member which was developed to build large span educational facilities. Hybrid beam specimens were manufactured with 16.0m long and load was uniformly distributed by 12.0kN steel hexahedrons. In this study, honeycomb beam design process was introduced to T-shape section steel beam design. Vibration condition of specimens were analyzed by Korea Building Code 2009 and AISC Steel Design Guide Series-11. As a result, the prestressed hybrid beam with T-shape steel member has about 10.4% of cost reduction effect.
교육시설 공사현장의 추락예방 보호구 지급개선에 관한 연구

Recently, a series of massive earthquakes have been occurred northeast Asia and there has also been constant sensible earthquakes in South Korea. Particularly, after diagnosing educational facilities with Sichuan earthquake momentum, remodeling construction of old educational facilities and buildings which were not designed not to resist earthquake are actively underway. Remodeling construction sites, however, are mostly small construction sites which consist of less than 30 full-time laborers, where a number of deaths from a fall occur by improper uses of protective gear. Therefore, to reduce the disaster from a fall caused by inadequate uses of protective gear in domestic small construction sites such as those for remodeling, this study conducts research into ways of decreasing accident rates by suggesting providing and administering protective gear as a national project so that donning protective gear is activated.
수치해석기법을 이용한 에너지 저소비형 대형 트롤어구 개발

Fuel consumption in fisheries is a primary concern due to environmental effects and costs to fishermen. Much research has been carried out to reduce the fuel consumption related to fishing operations. The fuel consumption of fishing gear during fishing operation is generally related to hydrodynamic resistance on the gear. This research demonstrates a new approach using numerical methods to reduce fuel consumption. The results from the simulation were verified with results that mirrored the model experiments. By designing the fishing gear using drawing software, the whole and partial resistance force on the gear can be calculated as a result of simulations. The simulation results will suggest suitable materials or gear structure for reducing the hydrodynamic forces on the gear while maintaining the performance of the gear. Furthermore, the efficiency of low energy used trawl as economic point of view will be dealt. This research will helpful to reduce the GHG emissions from fishing operations and lead to reduce fishing costs due to fuel savings. 본 논문은 에너지 저소비형 대형 중층 트롤어구 개발에 관한 논문이다. 현용어구에서 발생하는 저항을 수치해석 방법과 모형어구 실험을 통하여 어구 전체 저항 및 어구의 특성을 고려한 2개의 부분으로 나누어 계산 및 분석하였다. Section 2에서 가장 큰 저항이 발생하여 고강력사를 현재 망사 굵기의 1/2배의 굵기로 변경하여 저항 감소량을 계산 및 분석한 결과, Section 2의 부분에 고강력사를 적용한 경우 현용 어구에서 발생하는 저항대비 49% 감소(i.e., 4knot 예망속력 기준)하였다. 또한 고가의 고강력사를 어구에 적용하였을 때 어구 제작비 증가는 1/2 굵기의 고강력사를 Section 2에 적용할 경우 현용어구 제작비와 비교하여 약 1.9배의 비용이 증가하였다. 이에 따른 유류 소모량은 1항차당 약 23%를 감소시킴을 확인 할 수 있었다.

Innovative orientation is a kind of value and organizational culture of high tech enterprises. However, the process of innovative orientation on innovation performance has been controversial and remains not fully conclusive or consistent. Based on the organizational culture-organization behavior-organization performance framework, we explore the roles of ambidextrous innovation and network embeddedness in the process. Using data from the questionnaires of 148 high-tech enterprises in China, We find that innovative orientation has positively effect on explorative innovation, exploitative innovation, and network embeddedness, which in turn are positively associated with innovation performance. Furthermore, we find that network embeddedness is an asset to reinforce the impact of explorative innovation on innovation performance, but there is no moderate effect of exploitative innovation on innovation performance. More results and implications are discussed toward the end. 创新导向是高新技术企业的一种价值观和组织文化。然而,创新导向转化为创新绩效的过程一直存在较大的争议,没有取得一致的结论。基于组织文化-组织行为-组织绩效分析框架,本文探讨了双元创新活动和网络嵌入性在创新导向和创新绩效之间发挥的作用。研究结果表明,创新导向对探索式创新、利用式创新和网络嵌入性均有显著的正向影响。同时,探索式创新、利用式创新和网络嵌入性对创新绩效同样具有显著的正向影响。网络嵌入性在探索式创新和创新绩效的关系中起正向调节作用,表明高新技术企业与各经济主体之间的联系越密切,探索式创新对创新绩效的影响越强。文末对研究结果进行了讨论并提出了相应的管理建议。
