        The river sand has been used as a basement of footway block. To find a excellent material substitute for river sand, five materials of river sand, sea sand, granite soil, woven geotextile and nonwoven geotextile are tested to compare the superiority for this purpose. And the experimental field test construction is performed in the three different areas, Suwon; Maetan, Inchun; Kuwol and Kimhae; Uhband. Comparing the properties of five selected materials, the nonwoven geotextile is superior in workability and flatness as a basement of footway block material.

      • 보강재 길이에 따른 보강토 옹벽의 지진저항 특성 연구

        ABSTRACT In order to understand evaluation of the seismic stability of a reinforced earth retaining, we made chambers of 1:10 (the ratio of the miniature), considering the law of similarity based on drawings of representative cross sections. And we measured an increase in acceleration, earth pressure, and displacement after applying Hachinohe wave(long period), Ofunato wave(short period), and artificial wave, complying with the domestic standards, in order to evaluate the external stability of a reinforced earth retaining wall during earthquake based on the measurements. As a result, a unreinforced earth retaining wall collapsed at 2g of seismic acceleration. But a reinforced earth retaining wall was evaluated to ensure proper stability as well, with respect to the earth pressure gauge, the increments of earth pressure tend to be raised significantly in the upper than the lower and found that the longer reinforcement length, the displacement of reinforcement earth retaining walls was decreased and the earth pressure was increased. 본 연구에서는 보강토 옹벽 구조물의 지진저항 특성을 파악하기 위하여 대표단면을 기초로 하여 축소모형의 비율에 해당하는 상사법칙을 고려하여 1:10의 상사비로 토조를 제작하였다. 그리고 국내 설계기준에 준하여 장주기인 Hachinohe파, 단주기인 Ofunato파, 인공지진파를 가진하여 실험 대상단면에 대해 가속도변화, 토압, 변위를 측정하고, 측정된 결과를 통하여 보강토 옹벽의 지진 시 외적안정성을 평가하였다. 실험결과 보강재를 설치하지 않은 옹벽구조물에서는 지진가속도 0.2g에서 붕괴되었으나 보강재를 설치한 보강토 옹벽에서는 안정성을 확보하는 것으로 평가되었다. 토압계 측정결과 하부보다 상부에서 지진에 의한 토압의 증가량이 크게 발생되었으며, 보강재 길이가 증가할수록 보강토 옹벽의 변위는 저감되고, 토압은 증가되는 결과를 보였다.

        The criteria on the safety factors against sliding and overturning of cantilever retaining wall are different from the home and abroad manuals, codes and references each other. This study is primarily concentrated on the safety factors against sliding with base key according to the famous home and abroad manuals, codes and references using a presumptive dimensions of cantilever retaining wall. Also it have introduced that recent studies on the location of resultant active earth pressure acting on back of cantilever retaining wall and the location of the point for computing the driving moments. This paper is helpful to guide the criteria of stability against sliding with base key of cantilever retaining wall this after.

        이트리아 첨가 붕규산염 유리로 제조한 알루미나-유리 복합체의 강도 평가

        This study was performed to investigate the strength of dental alumina-glass composites. Four different brosilicacte glasses containing 1, 3, 6, 9 mol% Y₂O³ were prepared. Alumina compacts were prepared by pressing 150㎏/㎠ and sintering at 1100℃ for 2 hours. Dense composites were made by infiltrating partially sintered alumina with at 1200℃ for 6 hours. The obtained results were summarized as follows: 1. With increasing the amount of Y₂O₃ the peak of exothermic heat and softening point were shifted to the higher temperature. 2. Borosilicate glasses showed the coefficient of thermal expansion in the range of 6.36 to 6.56×10-6/℃. 3. The maximum biaxial strength of 385.7±34.4MPa was obtained with an addition of 6mol% Y₂O₃. 4. The observation of fracture surfaces showed the crack deflection and crack bridging and that appeared to be the principal strengthening mechanism in the alumina-glass composites.

      • Al/p - Si MIS 형 태양전지의 물성에 관한 연구

        The metal-thin insulating film-semiconductor structure is currently receiving much attention in solar cell studies. In this a MIS solar cell consisting of aluminum on single and poly silicon with an interfacial oxide layer(∼20Å) have been fabricated by vacuum evaporation method and found a good reproducibility. Recent studies show the importance of surface and interfacial oxide thickness. An interfacial of 20∼30Å is optimum and may be achieved by furnace heating to 600℃ in 800cc/min O₂flow. These cells have good rectification with forward and reverse voltage under dark condition. The best Al/p-Si Si solar cell has an open circuit voltage Voc=0.4V, short circuit current density Isc=30mA/㎠, fill factor FF=0.58 and conversion efficiency η=10% for single crystal, and Voc=0.33 V, Isc=30mA/㎠, FF=0.49 and η=5% for poly crystalline silicon substrates for 70mA/㎠ irradiation of AM₂.

Fourth, family cohesive power and low rank factor of family cohesive power that express marriage savage tribe and the strongest corelation as result that analyze relation with marriage satisfaction appeared by family economy and are since next sentimentalize relation, family, was expose by order of Chingu·time. Also, marriage satisfaction's low rank factor which display family cohesive power and the highest corelation appeared and was expose by next order of marriage, communication, authoritative marriage that is affection enemy by adaptation about married life.

      • 인간 재조합 인터루긴-32 면역조절작용에 대한 유세포 분석

        Xenotransplantation of porcine organs has the potential to overcome the severe shortage of human tissues and organ available for human transplantation. however, it remains various hurdles for clinical xenotransplantation. In pig and mouse xenotransplantation, porcine xenograft evoke a strong cellular rejection response in immunocompetent host and grafts are destroyed within a week. This cellular immune response could involved both T cells and NK cells. A number of groups have shown that human NK cells can recognize and damage porcine endothelial cells. In addition, human T cells can respond to porcine endothelial cells through both direct and indirect mechanisms. Cellular rejection of porcine tissues requires T cells, particularly CD4^(+) cells. A new cytokine recombinant human interleukin-32α,β(IL-32α,β) has a role innate and acquired immune system. In order to investigate the role of recombinant mouse IL-18 and recombinant human IL-32α,β in xenograft rejection, we transplanted the PK(15) cells to C57BL/6 mice with or without intraperitoneal injection of recombinant mouse IL-18 or recombinant human IL-32 α,β. It was analyzed the population of NK cell, T cell and B cell in the C57BL/6 mice transplanted with PK(15) cells and recombinant mouse IL-18 or recombinant human IL-32α,β by flow cytometry analysis. As a result, lymph node and thymus of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group were increased to T cell activation population than normal injected groups. CD8^(+) T cells were decreased in lymph node of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected groups. CD4^(+) T cells were increased in lymph node cell of PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group and also, B cell population were increased in lymph node cell and spleen of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group. Therefore, we suggest that recombinant mouse IL-18 and recombinant human IL-32α,β suppress xenograft rejection in cellular xenotransplantation.

        주사전자현미경을 이용한 토마토에 발생하는 아메리카잎굴파리(Liriomyza trifolii)의 외부형태적 특징

        SEM을 이용하여 아메리카잎굴파리(Liriomyza trifolii)의 암 ·수컷 성충의 외부형태적 특징을 살펴보았다. 더듬이에 있어 감각모의 3가지 형태는 더듬이가는마디(funicle)에서 관찰되었으며, 모상감각기(trlchold sensillum)는 말단 부위가 뽀족한 특징적인 형태를 하고 있고 감각기들 중에서 가장 많이 분포하고 있다. 원추상 감각기(basiconic sensillum)는 길이가 13㎛, 지름이 1.4㎛에서 1.2㎛인 원형곡선형이다. 홈형 감각기(grooved sensillum)는 간상(peg) 끝에서 나온 손 모양을 하고 있으며, 이 모든 감각기들은 후각과 연관되어져 있는것으로 추정된다. 구기는 홉즙형으로 작고 펼쳐진 윗입술(labrum)과 합쳐져서 하나의 연결된 주둥이(rostrum)을 형성하고 있다. 가느다란 한 쌍의 작은턱수염(maxillary palp)은 긴 관 모양으로 각각의 세로로 이어져 있다. 발마디는 5마디로 이루어져 있으며 그 한가운데에는 패드모양의 흡착반(pulvillus)과 가시모양의 발톱사이돌기(empodium)가 있다. 아메리카잎굴파리는 흡착반과 발톱사이돌기에서 미끄러운 표면에 부착할 수 있는 물질을 분비한다. 수컷의 생식기는 매우 복잡하며 삽입구(aedeagus)는 생식기관으로서 가장 일반적인모양이다. 반면에 암컷의 생식기는 상대적으로 간단한데 이 구조는 외부로 돌출된 관모양이었다. 또한 이러한 결과를 이미 발표된 다른 여러 종의파리와 비교하였다. The external morphology of male and female of Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess) was studied using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Three types of sensilla were identified on the funicle of antennae. The trichoid sensilla were most conspicious and distributed with a characteristic sharp structure at the apical end. Basiconic sensilla were showed distal curvature about 13㎛ long and 1.2㎛ to 1.4㎛ in diameter. Grooved sensilla were showed a finger-like projections at the peg apex. The function of these sensilla likely to be olfactory. The mouthparts were adapted for sucking food, and formed a elongate rostrum which was incorporated with labrum. The labrum was a small and flap-like shape. The slender and paired maxillary palp seemed to combine with each other lengthwise to long tube. The tarsus typically consisted of 5 segments, which might be variously modified, principally by thickening or flattening. The segment healed a pair of claws. Beneath the claws, there was a pair of pad-like pulvillia and a bristle-like median empodium. L. trifolii secreted on the pulvillus and empodium an adhesive substance that enable them to cling to smooth surfaces. Male terminalia was complicated. The name 'aedeagus' seemed the best available general term for the copulatory organ, otherwise, female terminalia was usually relatively simple. This structure was reduced and formed a telescopic, eversible, and tubular ovipositor.
