        행동요법 : 회고와 전망 retrospect and prospect

        This study focuses on the problematic issues of traditional behavior modification (from J.B. Watson to B.F. Skinner) and on the prospect of reconstructing approach of behavior modification. The issues are confirmed by 1) the problem from single learning paradigm, which is resulted from the controlled laboratory experiments using animal subjects, not treating covert cognitive functions but only overt behaviors in modification, 2) the problem from the viewpoint of personal passive adaptation to social environment, disregarding human active abilities to select adequately their own environment matching their behavioral repertoire, in clinical treatment and education, 3) ethical problem in which human behaviors are controlled to modify by authoritative therapists, excluding democratic decision-making by reciprocity between therapists and clients, 4) the problem from conflict between behaviorism and humanistic psychology, which variable of personal contribution and external environment is potent to change human behaviors and which part of humanistic ends such as dignity, right, and freedom and behavioral means for changing behaviors should be stressed in psychology. Cognitive-behavioral intervention is prospected as a desirable and promising approach to solve the problems. Cognitive-behavioral modification was theorized and exemplified in this study.

        ‘북중 동맹’과 ‘북핵 문제’ 전망에 관한 델파이 조사

        Experts in the Delphi survey have determined the North Korea-China relations to be alliances, albeit with some change. They recognized China regards the North Korea-China relations as realistic, and has been using it as a counterweight to the ROK-US-Japan alliance in the US and hegemony competition. China has been involved in North Korea's nuclear and ballistic missile provocations for the past two decades. Experts judged that if the US and China continued to compete in the hegemony and maintain 'conflicts and competition', the Korean peninsula would have a negative impact. They saw that the 'conflict and competition' could lead to the reinforcement of the North Korea-China alliance. The strengthening of the alliance in the North could have a negative impact on the resolution of the North Korean nuclear issue. If China still maintains a balance of power policy on the Korean Peninsula through strengthening the alliance between North and South Korea, what direction should the Korean government's foreign policy take? Experts have concluded that the Korean government should respond with "strengthening the ROK-US alliance" in terms of balance of power. 전문가들은 델파이 조사에서 북중 관계를 변화요인은 있지만 동맹관계라고 판단하고 있었다. 중국은 북중 관계를 현실주의 입장에서 중요시 여기고 있으며, 미국과 패권경쟁에서 한미일 동맹의 대항마로서 활용하고 있다는 입장이었다. 중국은 지난 20여 년간 북한의 핵과 탄도미사일 도발 과정에서 약소국 동맹 북한에 '연루'돼왔다는 입장이었다. 전문가들은 미중이 패권 경쟁을 지속하면서 '대립과 갈등'을 유지할 경우, 한반도에는 오히려 부정적인 영향을 끼칠 것이라고 판단했다. 이들은 '미중간 갈등과 경쟁'은 '북중 동맹'의 강화로 이어질 수 있다고 봤다. 또 북중 동맹 강화는 북핵 문제 해결에 부정적인 영향을 끼칠 수 있다고 전망했다. 중국이 북중 동맹 강화를 통해서 여전히 한반도에서 세력균형 정책을 펼친다면 우리 정부의 외교정책은 어떤 방향을 가야할까. 상당ㅅ 전문가들은 세력균형이라는 측면에서 우리 정부가 ‘한미동맹 강화’로 대응해야한다는 입장이었다. 북중 동맹이 강화되면서 중국이 북한의 지원을 유지할 경우, 북핵 문제 등에서 우리 정부의 외교정책적 입지는 좁아질 수밖에 없을 것이다.

        정상 및 Phenylhydrazine 을 처리한 토끼적혈구의 Alanine Aminotransferase Isozymes 활성도에 관한 연구

        In order to establish a general pattern of synthesis and break-down of cytosolic and mitochondrial alanine aminotransferase (L-alanine: 2-oxoglutarate aminotransferase, EC 2. 6. 1. 2) isozymes in normal and reticulocytic red blood cells of domestic rabbits, sequential measurements of total and relative activities of AAT isozymes in the red blood cells of normal and phenylhydrazine treated rabbits were conducted in this study, The results and summarized as follows: 1. The reticulocyte count of normal rabbit blood was approximately 2.5%, and the administration of phenylhydrazine resulted in rapid and profound reticulocytosis, i.e., about 75% on day 5 and essentially 100% on day 7. 2. Total activity of alanine aminotransferase in normal blood cells was 13.20 units and the relative activities of cytosolic and mitochondrial alanine aminotransferase isozymes were 88.5% and 1.5%, respectively, 3. In phenylhydrazine-treated rabbits, total alanine aminotransferase activity was maximal on day 6, about 24.05 units, which is about 1.82 fold higher than normal value, The relative activities of cytosolic and mitochondrial alanine aminotransferase isozymes were 65.24% and 34.76%, respectively, 4. The increase in total alanine aminotransferase activity during the induction of reticulocytosis appeared to be due primarily to the 41.g-fold increase in the activity of the mitochondria) isozymes (K_s=0.1112 K_d=0.0133 t_½=52 hr), 5. The activity of the cytosolic isozyme in phenylhydrazine-treated rabbit red blood cells increased to about 1.23 times its normal value (K_s=0.3040; K_d=0.0190; t_½=36.5hr). 6. The rate constants following recovery from phenylhydrazine treatment were: K_s=0.0054; K_d=0.0268; t_½=26 hr. for the mitochondrial isozyme and K_s=0. 0793; K_d=0. 0061; t_½=115 hr. for the cytosolic isozyme.

      • 3, 4차 북핵실험 이후 북중관계와 동맹 딜레마

        Sino-North Korean relations have reached a new deadlock after North Korea’s fourth nuclear test in January 2016. Particularly, China faces a very difficult position in the international community. As one of the G2 it is required to join sanctions against North Korea, but at the same time it needs to help the country according to their pact of alliance. When North Korea tested its third nuclear test, China had been rather harsh on North Korean leadership. Unlike the latter’s first and third nuclear tests, China actively participated in the UN sanctions and openly criticized the regime for its third nuclear test. However as time passed, it was revealed that China’s sanctions against North Korea was toothless and short-lived. China lifted the ban on oil export to North Korea, which has been a lifeline for the regime. Sino-North Korea trade had not declined. With North Korea’s fourth nuclear test, the trade between the two countries even increased. This paper examines the reasons behind China’s inability to abandon North Korea even though it displayed apparent participation in sanctions against the regime. In so doing, the paper shows that China is facing an alliance dilemma and that North Korea’s geopolitical and strategic value serve as the ‘Weak State Power’ against China.

        지구환경의 개선, 화석연료의 유한성, 첨단 2차전지 산업의 발전, 전기전자 및 정보통신 산업의 발전에 따라서 전기자동차 산업의 발전은 획기적이며 1회충전후 주행거리 증대를 위한 급격한 경쟁으로 차량용 2차전지의 고용량 고속제어를 위한 실리콘카바이드(SiC) 파워반도체 기술과 시장이 급격히 성장하고 있다. 현재의 전기자동차용 배터리는 초기의 25~30 kWH에서 대폭 증가하여 60~70 kWH 용량이 중심이며, 1회충전후 300~400km 또는 그 이상을 주행할 수 있다고 보고되고 있다. 또한 전기자동차 판매량은 2020년에 3백만대를 돌파한 것으로 관련 시장조사기관에서 정리한 바 있다. 전세계 배터리 수요는 2018년에 142GWH에서 2030년에 2,333GWH까지 증가할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 관련하여 SiC 파워반도체 시장현황 및 전망을 중심으로 정리하면서 전기자동차 및 2차전지에 대한 시장 현황 및 전망을 함께 소개한다.

        지구환경의 개선, 화석연료의 유한성, 첨단 2차전지 산업의 발전, 전기전자 및 정보통신 산업의 발전에 따라서 전기자동차 산업의 발전은 획기적이며 1회충전후 주행거리 증대를 위한 급격한 경쟁으로 차량용 2차전지의 고용량 고속제어를 위한 실리콘카바이드(SiC) 파워반도체 기술과 시장이 급격히 성장하고 있다. SiC 파워반도체는 고용량 고속제어에 대한 특성이 우수하며 Si 파워반도체보다 고온에서의 동작특성이 우수한 장점을 사용하므로, 고온에서의 접합기술이 특히 필요한데 고생산성을 위하여 접합시간의 단축시 레이저 가압소결접합 기술이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위하여 레이저 가압소결접합 장비의 개발과 관련 핵심기술로서 플랫탑 레이저빔의 형성을 위한 가변옵틱 모듈 기술, 가압접합모듈 기술 등을 소개한다.

        ‘메타버스’ 활용을 통한 ‘통일정책’ 공감대 제고 방안 연구 ―윤석열 정부 통일정책 중심으로

        About 70 years have passed since the division of the two Koreas, but many difficulties surrounding the Korean Peninsula have yet to be solved. In particular, "denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula" is at stake due to North Korea's nuclear weapons development, and expectations and interest in unification are decreasing over time for the entire generation. Against this backdrop, this paper discusses ways to increase the efficiency of unification policies by utilizing the characteristics and advantages of metaverse, a key ICT technology of the "4th Industrial Revolution." At first glance, the combination of unification policy and metaverse may seem somewhat heterogeneous. This is because there is still an absolute lack of papers and discourses in academia that connect unification issues and metaverse. However, metaverse, the next-generation Internet technology, is a combination of the fourth industrial revolution technology, and the use of metaverse in the future is essential like the current use of the Internet. In particular, this paper argues that if characteristics such as fun, immersion, and interaction are used among the various characteristics of the metaverse, various effects such as spreading public consensus and raising unification awareness can be achieved when implementing unification policies. To this end, this paper summarized the unification policies of the previous and Yoon Suk Yeol governments and proposed policy measures to improve the efficiency of unification policies using metaverse. The four characteristics of the metaverse, Augmented Reality, Life Logging, Mirror Worlds, and Virtual Worlds, can effectively promote and educate the government's unification policy. It will also be able to compare and organize the lives of more than 35,000 North Korean defectors with South Koreans and use them as efficient data for future unification of the two Koreas.
