Hydrogen evolution on a steel surface and subsequent hydrogen diffusion into the steel matrix are evaluated using an electrochemical permeation test with no applied cathodic current on the hydrogen charging side. In particular, cyclic operation in the permeation test is also conducted to clarify the corrosion-induced hydrogen evolution behavior. In contrast to the conventional perception that the cathodic reduction reaction on the steel in neutral aqueous environments is an oxygen reduction reaction, this study demonstrates that atomic hydrogen may be generated on the steel surface by the corrosion reaction, even in a neutral environment. Although a much lower permeation current density and significant slower diffusion kinetics of hydrogen are observed compared to the results measured in acidic environments, they contribute to the increase in the embrittlement index. This study suggests that the research on hydrogen embrittlement in ultra-strong steels should be approached from the viewpoint of corrosion reactions on the steel surface and subsequent hydrogen evolution/diffusion behavior.

Modern society is making great efforts to increase its competitiveness according to differentiated communication and service orientation of consumers. In particular, salons are aiming for high-quality services due to financial consumption and personal time investment. The increase in income due to economic development has increased people s desire and level of culture, and if they are satisfied with communication, they will be strengthened further, which helps them secure customers in the long run by playing a role in suppressing conversion behavior. The more a customer perceives that the results they receive are less than what they pay, the less flexibility they have in the process or process of service delivery, or the less human they think the service contact staff is in the process of providing the service, the more unpleasant they are to the service company. Therefore, it is said that differentiated communication approaches are needed for customers with different tendencies, customized services are needed, and that better communication quality and service can be improved while marketing, thereby improving satisfaction according to preferred communication type and service orientation, and increasing sales. We hope that this study will be used as a basic data in the future, which will have a positive impact on the marketing strategies of beauty workers.

Primary biliary mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma is extremely rare. We report a case of primary biliary MALT lymphoma with obstructive jaundice diagnosed by endoscopic biopsy, without surgical intervention. Obstructive jaundice was relieved by endoscopic drainage and endoscopic biopsy was done simultaneously during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. Unnecessary surgical intervention can be avoided after pathological confirmation of lymphoma. The patient received radiotherapy, and is alive without any evidence of recurrence or biliary obstruction. Diagnosis of primary biliary lymphoma is very difficult because of its low prevalence. However, it should always be considered as a differential diagnosis, since when an accurate diagnosis is made, unnecessary surgical intervention can be avoided. This study was carried out to know the effect of stress types of hair industry Employee based on the feeling center of Enneargram personality types on stress and coping strategies. The present study will suggest basic data for minimizing the stress and maximizing the efficiency. Firstly, the effect of job stress based on the feeling center of Enneargram on stress has partly significant result in all stress. Above all, the higher level of dissatisfaction of working expectancy leads to the higher chronic fatigue of stress, which has the highest power of explanation. Secondly, influence of job stress based on the feeling center of Enneargram on coping strategies of stress has partly significant result in all of the coping strategies, except hoping management. Above all, the higher level of dissatisfaction of expectation of work rather than dissatisfaction of responsibility avoidance of job stress leads to the tendency of the defensive management strategy. In conclusion, the higher level of dissatisfaction of expectation of work of hair industry Employee based on the feeling center of Enneargram personality types is likely lead to the higher level of stress.
해양환경용 알루미늄 합금 재료의 전기화학적 부식 손상 특성

In this study, various electrochemical experiments were carried out to compare the corrosion characteristics of AA5052-O, AA5083-H321 and AA6061-T6 in seawater. The electrochemical impedance and potentiostatic polarization measurements showed that the corrosion resistance is decreased in the order of AA5052-O, AA5083-H321 and AA6061-T6, with AA5052-O being the highest resistant. This is closely associated with the property of passive film formed on three tested Al alloys. Based on the slope of Mott-Schottky plots of an n-type semiconductor, the density of oxygen vacancies in the passive film formed on the alloys was determined. This revealed that the defect density is increased in the order of AA5052-O, AA5083-H321 and AA6061-T6. Considering these facts, it is implied that the addition of Mg, Si, and Cu to the Al alloys can degrade the passivity, which is characterized by a passive film structure containing more defect sites, contributing to the decrease in corrosion resistance in seawater.
토마토 반촉성 시설 재배에서 천적중심 온실가루이와 총채벌레 관리모델

춘천지역 농가 및 강원도농업기술원 내 시험포장에서 반촉성재배토마토(2~6월)에서 트랩을 이용한 주요 해충의 발생밀도와 천적 등을 이용한 방제효과를 조사 하였다. 토마토 재배농가에서 주로 사용하는 약제와 유기농자재의 천적곤충에 대한 독성평가도 수행하였다. 반촉성재배 시 발생되는 주요 해충은 온실가루이(Trialeurodes vaporariorum)와 총채벌레류이었다. 온실가루이의 경우 4월 중순경부터 발생하기 시작하여 5월 중순 이후 발생이 증가하였고, 총채벌레류는 4월 상순 경 발생을 시작하여 6월 이후에 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 저독성약제 선발시험을 통해 온실가루이와 총채벌레의 천적인 온실가루이좀벌과 미끌애꽃노린재에 대해 60% 이하의 독성을 보이는 살충제 1종(spiromesifen SC), 살균제 1종(cyazofamid SC) 및 님 추출물이 함유된 유기농자재 외 1종을 선발하였다. 이상의 결과에서 제시한 천적중심 관리모델을 적극적으로 활용한다면 토마토 반촉성 시설재배 시 온실가루이와 총채벌레를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. To investigate the control effect of insect pests by natural enemies, sticky traps were used in commercial tomato greenhouses in Chun-cheon and the experiment fields of Gangwon-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services, Republic of Korea using semi-forcing culture (February to June). We selected low toxicity pesticides, environment-friendly agricultural materials (EFAM), and natural enemies of the study species, combinations of which have been previously used in farms to control insect pests. In this study, Trialeurodes vaporariorum and thrips, which are major agricultural insect pests, were studied in experimental greenhouses. The adult T. vaporariorum population was observed in mid-April and the population of thrips showed occurrences in early April. Regarding seasonal fluctuation, T. vaporariorum peaked in mid-May and thrips peaked after June. one insecticide, spiromesifen suspension concentrate (SC); one fungicide, cyazofamid SC; and two EFAMs containing neem tree extract were shown to be slightly toxic to Encarsia formosa and Orius laevigatus. The results of this study could be used to develop management models using natural enemies of control the insect pests; T. vaporariorum and thrips in semi-forcing culture of tomato.

We were designed the hole transport layer of the new composite skeleton structure having a high charge mobility and thermal stability. In this paper, a hole transport layer material based on thiophene molecular structure capable of hole mobility characteristics and high triplet energy was designed and synthesized. The structures and properties of the synthesized compounds were characterized by NMR, fluorescence spectroscopy and energy band gap. As a result of NMR measurement, it was confirmed that when analyzing the integrated type with the position where the measured peak is displayed, it agrees with the structure of hole transport materials. The emission characteristics of the hole transport layer material showed absorption characteristics at 412 nm and 426 nm, respectively, and exhibited emission characteristics in the range of 469 nm and 516 nm.
