        중서부지역 마한ㆍ백제 재갈의 전개양상

        In the period of the Three Kingdoms of Korea, the distinctive horse tack of Goguryeo, Baekje, Silla, and Gaya areas were used. The purpose of this study is to examine the transition process, development pattern, and locality of the bit among horse tack in the Mahan-Baekje. I tried to classify the type of mouthpiece and reins mainly through the property arrangement. As a result, I could confirm the change patterns over four periods. The first period is the first time horse tack had first appeared in the area. The earliest time of the bit was found in Cheongju-Osong. In the second period, there are sporadic patterns of intermittent emergence of untwisted bit in some areas. The third period is the early stage of the Baekje horse tack, and the twisted bit gradually disappears and the mouthpiece made of twisted 2~3 lines of iron rod and a bit consists of reins are used in earnest. The fourth period is the stage where the Baekje bit is put on the completion period, which is composed of long reins and long untwisted mouthpiece. The timing of bit distribution seems to be related to Baekje's zoning process. During the 2nd~3rd period, the bit is observed in several places within the Baekje area. But during the 4th period, the burial of horse tack is particularly concentrated in areas far from the Baekje center. These changes seem to be closely related to the growth of the Geum River basin and Mihocheon basin, which are located on major transportation routes. These routes were created during the process of establishing the friendship with the Gaya, Silla, and ancient japan forces in the southern part of the Korean Peninsula since the 5th century, during the confrontation between Baekje and Goguryeo. 한반도 일대에서 말의 사용은 문헌자료를 통해 볼 때 기원 전후 무렵부터 시작된 것으로 보인다. 이후 삼국시대에 접어들면 고구려, 백제, 신라, 가야지역에서는 각각 특색 있는 마구의 사용이 이루어진다. 재갈은 중서부지역에서 2세기 중엽 처음 등장한 후 5세기대가 되면 규격화ㆍ정형화된 형식으로 점차 변화하며 함과 인수의 형식조합을 통해 분석한 결과, 크게 4기에 걸친 변화상이 확인된다. 1기는 청주 오송유적에서 출토된 S자형 표비가 사용되는 시기이며 2기는 꼬지 않은 함과 짧은 고리형 인수가 조합된 재갈이 사용되는 시기이며 중서부지역의 일부 유적에서 산발적으로 출토된다. 이러한 재갈은 한반도 북부, 특히 북방지역과의 교류에 의해 유입된 것으로 보인다. 백제마구의 성립기인 3기는 꼬은 재갈이 유행하는 시기로, 이전 시기에 비해 재갈의 출토량이 급증한다. 4기는 한성백제 재갈이 정형화ㆍ규격화되는 시기로 신봉동형 마구로 대표되는 재갈과 유환이 사용되는 시기이다. 2, 3기에는 중서부지역 전역에서 마구가 확인되지만 4기에 접어들면 한성백제 중앙과 인접한 지역에서는 마구의 부장이 거의 확인되지 않는다. 반면, 동시기 차령산맥 이남의 미호천유역, 금강유역에 마구가 집중되는 양상을 보인다. 이러한 양상은 5세기 이후 백제와 고구려의 대립이라는 긴장국면 속에서 백제가 한반도 남부지역과의 친선을 도모하던 역사적 상황을 고려할 때, 전초기지로서 이 지역에 대한 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 5세기 늦은 시기까지 다양한 위세품과 함께 마구가 집중된 것으로 보인다.

        The conflict between the Trademark Act and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act is caused by a dual protection of well-known and famous trademarks by the two laws. Article 15 of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act in Korea confirms the principle of prior application of the Trademark Act and the supplementary status of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, while the Supreme Court's precedents incapacitate this article, citing the abuse of trademark rights in terms of legal principles, and put the Unfair Competition Prevention Act equal or superior to the Trademark Act. Focusing on it, this study examines respective functions of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act and the Trademark Act and relations to each other, and analyzes leading cases related to the conflict between the two laws. Concerning conflicts of rights between the Trademark Act and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, in particular, in exercising rights under the Trademark Act, the study shows that the Supreme Court excludes Article 15 of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act in many decision cases, including target decisions, citing ‘misuse or abuse of the Trademark Act’. Since such cases may harm legal stability by easily admitting abuse of rights under the Trademark Act without consistent criteria, efforts to maintain the intent of statutory provisions concerning the relations between the Trademark Law and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act are necessary. Alternative measures, such as introduction of prior user rights, or deletion of Article 15 of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, can be considered, and options, such as allowing the registration to be nullified under the Trademark Act, as in the U.S. and Europe, if a trademark has been registered with any malicious intention, and making trademark rights invalid in case of any malicious trademark right exercises, can be reviewed for consideration.

      • 중금속흡착제로서 고로슬래그의 사용성 검토

        본 연구에서는 세계적으로 문제가 되고 있는 하천 및 수계내의 중금속 오염 방지와 대책을 강구하기 위해 고로슬래그가 중금속흡착에 유리한 물리, 화학적 특성을 지녔다고 판단하여 흡착제로서의 중금속흡착능이 충분한지에 대해 검토하였다. 흔히 중금속흡착제로 알려진 활성탄의 경우 제거효율은 좋지만, 경제적인 부담감을 안고 있으며, 현재 최근 활발한 산업 활동으로 인하여 나오는 건설폐기물이나 산업부산물의 문제를 해결하기 위해 이를 이용한 중금속 제거 기술이 보고되고 있다. 특히, 고로슬래그의 경우 선철 1t당 0.5~1t정도의 양이 배출되며, 이에 고로슬래그의 흡착제로서의 사용 검토가 된다면 제철부산물의 처리와 하천 및 수계내의 수질개선에도 도움이 된다고 판단했다. 고로슬래그는 체가름시험을 통하여 1.2~2.5mm의 치수를 사용하였으며, 중금속은 Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn으로 선정하여 등온흡착실험을 진행하였다. 중금속의 초기농도는 1ppm, 2ppm, 5ppm로 설정하고 120분간 128rpm으로 교반하여 진행하였으며, 일정 시간간격을 두어 샘플을 채취하여 시간 당 중금속의 부하량을 산정하였다. 그 결과 Cd의 경우 120분간 선형의 그래프를 나타내며 제거 되었으며, Cu, Pb, Zn은 20~30분까지 급격하게 중금속의 농도가 감소하다가 120분까지 서서히 감소되었다. 초기농도에 관계없이 120분동안 중금속 제거량은 총 1ppm 정도였으며, 결과적으로 고로슬래그의 중금속 흡착제로서의 흡착능이 뛰어나다고 판단된다. 이를 통해 하천 및 수계내의 수질개선을 위한 비점오염저감시설이나 장치의 흡착제나 또는 여과저류지등의 여재로 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

      • 프로배구선수의 사상체질과 체력요인의 상관성 분석

        Objectives This study was aimed to investigate the correlation between Sasang constitution and physical fitness in professional volleyball players. Methods The subjects of this study were 14 professional volleyball players. Questionnaire for the Sasang Constitution Classification Ⅱ(QSCCⅡ) was used to distinguish constitutions of subjects. The factors of body composition and physical fitness consisted of cardiovascular fit-ness and isokinetic muscle strength were measured for each group. The data was analyzed by One-way ANOVA using SPSS/PC 21.0 statistics program. Pearson’s correlation analysis was used to find out the correlation between Sasang constitution and physical fitness. Results 1. As a result of Sasang constitution classification, the subjects were composed of 5 Taeeumin group, 5 Soyangin group and 4 Soeumin group. 2. Total work of isokinetic muscle strength on left knee joint(180°/sec) extension was significantly higher with Taeumin and Soeumin than with Soyangin(p<.05). 3. A negative correlation was observed between the body fat mass and total cardiopulmonary endurance exercise time in Soeumin(p<.05). 4. Positive correlations were observed in Soeumin between skeletal muscle mass and peak torque of 60°/sec left shoulder joint external rotation(p<.05), total work of 180°/sec right shoulder joint internal rotation(p<.05). 5. A positive correlation was observed between skeletal muscle mass and peak torque of 60°/sec right knee joint flexion in Soyangin(p<.001). A Negative correlation was observed between skeletal muscle mass and total work of 180°/sec left knee joint flexion in Soeumin(p<.05). Conclusions There is a difference in the correlation with physical fitness factors according to Sasang constitution. So the results of this study indicate that if professional volleyball players are given training on Sasang constitution, positive effect can be expected to improve the performance.

        세라밴드를 이용한 PNF 기법 적용이 65세 이상 여성노인의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: Study on the effect of the use of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation(PNF) method by use of the direction and charge regulation which is the advantage of the Thera-band therapy on the walks and balances in old people and comparison with the result after applying the general PNF technique. Method: The study has been performed on 30 females over 65 years old. The study has been done by dividing the object group in 3 patterns, which are number 1, the comparison group of 10, two ones that are applied the PNF technique using Thera-band and third, the ones that are applied only the PNF technique. For the PNF and the Thera-band using PNF, we have divided the group into Combination of Isotonic technique and the Rhythmical stabilization technique according to the patient's acquaintance pattern and applied them to the patient's body. Evaluation was the balancing ability which was calculated by using the BIODEX Balance system / FRT and for the evaluation of walking ability, we have used the speed of walking for 10M / TUG. Result: In the comparison group of 10, the balancing ability and the walking ability did not change much before and after the experiment, which made it possible to compare the group with the other two easily(p>0.05). For the other two groups, we have recognized the enhancement both in the balancing ability and the walking ability, but they did not know much difference between themselves(p<0.05). Conclusion: Though there were not a big difference in the sense of improvement between the Thera-band using PNF and the PNF technique only, we could infer that these two therapy has enhanced much in the walking and balancing ability for people over 65 and through these result we can foresee that not only using the method shown in this study but also by using many advantages of Thera-band, we could diminish the tiredness of healer, enhance the efficiency of exercise in them and also by forming self training program for older people we could help them build the prevention program from falls.
