이 논문은 시화호 일원에서 확인된 구석기~신석기시대 유적의 문화양상을 대략적으로 살펴본 글이다. 시화호 남쪽 해안가의 화성시 송산면 독지리 3지점과 6지점에서 구석기시대의 흑요석과 다각면석기를 새롭게 채집한 것은 매우 중요한 고고학적 성과로 볼 수 있다. 특히 흑요석의 경우는 유도결합플라즈마 질량분석기(ICP-MS)를 이용한 희토류 성분분석 결과 한탄강변이나 철원지역 등 추가령지구대가 産地에 속할 가능성을 확인하였다. 오이도의 패총군과 대부도의 흘곶패총의 조사성과, 그리고 이번에 새롭게 확인한 형도에서 채집한 유물을 토대로 시화호 일원에서 확인된 패총유적의 성격을 검토하였다. 그 결과 이 섬들에 대한 신석기인들의 자원 활용방식은 단순히 단기 방문에 의한 패류채취만 이루어진 것이 아니라, 적어도 가을에서 봄에 걸치는 기간 동안은 섬 안에 살면서 생계를 유지했을 가능성이 높다. 수혈주거지를 비롯하여 식물자원을 제분하는 갈돌․갈판의 존재, 화살촉으로 대변되는 육상동물에 대한 수렵행위 등이 이에 대한 적극적인 증거가 될 수 있다. This is a paper looked around generally an aspect of Palaeolithic age ~ neolithic age sites investigated around lake Shihwa. It is an exceedingly important archaeological result which Palaeolithic obsidian and polyhedron were gathered to six spots of Docjiri 3-space, Songsan-myeon, Hwaseoung-si around lake Shihwa. Especially, in case of obsidian, It was confirmed possibility the obsidian was from Chugaryoung lift-valley include Hantan riverside and Cheorlwon. I examined shell midden sites investigated around lake Shihwa, on the basis of some artifacts were gathered Hyeongdo, and results of Oido shell midden and Holgoj shell midden. In result, the way to utilize of mankind lived in these islands for neolithic period is not only gathering of shells through a short term-visiting but also possibility they may live in there for a term from fall to spring is high. Include pit-dwelling, it will be a positive evidence -the existence of pestle stone and grind stone mild plant-resources, and stone arrowhead for hunting of animals.
원자력발전소 방사능 누출사고 시 시스템 다이내믹스 기반 주민소개시간 산정

When a radioactive release accident occurs the nuclear power plant, public evacuation is considered as a measure to protect safely the residents living within Emergency Planning Zone(EPZ). In this study, projected evacuation times for the resident public living in the areas out to 10 km from the Hanbit NPP in Jeollanado province were estimated. The public evacuation time is categorized into preparation time and travel time, respectively. Parameters that are related to both times were derived and the individual numerical values determined based on the field data around the specific power plant and previous research results. In the analysis, POWERSHIM code based on the system dynamics was used to conduct the simulation analysis on 440 scenarios, which are combinations of the evacuation paths, utilization rates of individual owners vehicle, and weather conditions. From the analysis result, in estimating the public evacuation time, the most important factor is an effect from the traffic congestion and related parameters are derived as the utilization rates of the vehicles and weather conditions. With 50.5 percent of individual owners’ vehicle utilization rate, the average time estimated for the public evacuation was shown to be 217 minutes.

This article was originally presented at the Collaborative Workshop between the Nida Institute for Biblical Scholarship and the Institute for Biblical Text Research (IBTR), on July 8th, 2016 in Seoul, Korea. The main purpose of this article is to review the IBTR’s contributions to Bible translation and to propose some meaningful ways through which the institute can widen its ministries. After introducing the various purposes of the IBTR, the writer describes the IBTR’s four main contributions to Bible translation: (1) the publication of The Journal of Biblical Text Research (JBTR); (2) Bible Translation consulting for many countries in Asia; (3) direct contribution to various Korean Bible translations, such as the Korean New Testament or New Translation (1967), the Common Translation of the Holy Bible (1977/1999), the Revised New Korean Standard Version (1993), the New Translation (2001), and the New Korean Translation (a tentative name), which is in development.; and (4) the Korean Translation Workshops (KTW). In the main section of this article, the writer analyzes all articles published in the JBTR according to their stated subjects and scopes in order to evaluate whether the detailed set of purposes of the IBTR is being met. A diagram illustrating the number of articles in each volume of the JBTR that belongs to each category is attached at the end of this article. After the analysis, the writer produces crucial observations in relation to Korean Bible translations, studies on biblical texts and languages, biblical criticisms, and the study of Bible translations in general. In the final section, the writer offers some proposals for the IBTR to widen its ministries in the future. For this purpose, the writer benchmarks some of the ministries of the Nida Institute and the United Bible Societies.

This paper contains the process of investigating the cause of fuel filter contamination of P&WC’s PT6A-67A engine. An outline of the fuel filter contamination and configuration of the fuel supply line are specified. The analytical methods were classified into fuel component analysis and solid sediment analysis(EDX, TGA, optical microscope). In summary, the sulfur was detected from fuel tank sealant as a major contamination component. As a follow-up, P&WC and the Agency for Defense Development will conduct engine fuel filter cycle checks and fuel tank cleaning for engine operation. 본 논문에서는 P&WC 사 PT6A-67A 엔진의 연료 필터 오염에 대한 원인 탐구를 수행했다. 관련하여 PT6A-67A 엔진 연료 필터 오염 개요와 엔진 공급라인 구성에 대해서 명시했다. 다음으로, 분석방법을 공급 연료 성분 분석과 고형 침전물 분석(EDX, TGA, 광학현미경)으로 분류하여 비교분석했다. 결과들을 종합하면, 검출된 주요 성분은 연료 탱크 실런트의 황 성분이었다. 이 결과들의 후속조치로서 P&WC와 국방과학연구소는 엔진 운용에 있어서 엔진 연료 필터 주기 점검 및 연료 탱크 세척을 수행할 예정이다.
