중학교 스포츠클럽 참여가 학교생활 만족도와 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to provide preliminary data for the further direct of systemic improvement and educational merit or signification through practically confirming effect of participation form in school sports club on school life satisfaction and pro-socal behavior. Subjects were selected 500 students who were participating in after school sports club by systematic stratified cluster random sampling method. Questionnaire to Measure school life satisfaction and pro-socal behavior were made on the basis of questionnaire that developed These questionnaires were filled out by self-adminstration and collected 367 copies excepted 133 copies that had a problem with that. Collected data were analyzed. The method of correlation analysis and multiple Regression was used to figure out effect of school life satisfaction on pro-social behavior. All factor of school life satisfaction appeared to influence on pro-social behavior of acquaintances and other peoples. Explanation of each model appeared to be 98.1% and 99.5%. These results show educational merit and signification and how to adapt it in educational field. Therefore, results gained in this study will be used effectively in application plan of after school sports club activity to improve school life satisfaction and pro-social behavior of students.

소비자 관점의 통신시장 변화 고찰

  This review examines the rapid growth of qualitative and quantitative of telecommunication industry for past couple of years from customer"s viewpoint. Most of the telecommunication products were positioned in the market by the businesses and government"s support, but the entity of telecommunication products were never interpreted from the user"s viewpoint. Even though, various kinds of telecommunication services have been actively discussed by businesses, government, and IT professionals, it has not been sufficiently discussed by the marketing academia where they need to focus a lot on customer"s utility. For the purpose of providing an insight of the telecommunication service marketing strategy, this study looked over old and new directions of growth, failure and evolution of services by focusing on two main pillar of communication business, which is high-speed internet and mobile phone service. Additionally, the research explains and mentions the limit and trend of the telecommunication service marketing, and the future research task that needs to be solved

라이프스타일이 외재적 정보단서에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Customer is using extrinsic product information cues to product choice or Quality awareness because of lack of objective evaluation ability. The evaluation of these extrinsic information cues is influenced on the product features or customer characters. So, this study is trying to verify that the importance of extrinsic product information cues is different from the lifestyle, one of customer's psychological factors. The results are as follows. The evaluation of all of extrinsic information cues is significantly different from 3 lifestyle groups. Rationalism seeking group and conservatism seeking group are much more favorable to the capacity and price, among 5 extrinsic information cues. It means that these two lifestyle group are weighting on the intrinsic attribute in the time of choosing product or judging quality. On the other hand, progressivism seeking group is much more favorable to the brand, product design, and advertising model, among 5 extrinsic information cues. It shows that this type of lifestyle takes a serious view of the symbolic and external factors in the time of choosing product or judging quality.

1. Objectives This research was proposed to find out the chronical concept of etiology in Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM). 2. Methods The related contents of etiology were selected in Je-Ma Lee's literatures such as "Donguisusebowon-SaSangchobongyun(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷)"(DSS), "Donguisusebowon-GabObon(東醫壽世保元甲午本)"(DGO), " Donguisusebowon-ShinChukbon(東醫壽世保元辛丑本)"(DSC), and the research was written in order ro find out the chronical change of etiologic concept in SCM. 3. Results and Conclusions The chronical concept of etiology in SCM was as follows : There were comments that the cause of diseases was the imbalanced nature and emotion(性情偏急), the fault of human relationship(人事), and alcohol-sex-wealth-power(酒色財權) in DSS, and the imbalanced nature and emotion, exopathogen(外感), and endopathogen(內觸) in DGO In the last, the causes of disease was set to the imbalanced nature and emotion in DSC.

고전압 GaN 쇼트키 장벽 다이오드의 완충층 누설전류 분석

본 논문에서 실리콘 기판 위에 성장된 GaN 에피탁시를 활용하여 고전압 쇼트키 장벽 다이오드를 제작하였으며, 금속-반도체 접합의 열처리 조건에 따른 GaN 완충층 (buffer layer) 누설전류와 제작된 다이오드의 전기적 특성 변화를 연구하였다. Ti/Al/Mo/Au 오믹 접합과 Ni/Au 쇼트키 접합이 제작된 소자에 설계 및 제작되었다. 메사를 관통하는 GaN 완충층의 누설전류를 측정하기 위하여 테스트 구조가 제안되었으며 제작하였다. 700℃에서 열처리한 경우 100 V 전압에서 측정된 완충층의 누설전류는 87 ㎁이며, 이는 800℃에서 열처리한 경우의 완충층의 누설전류인 780 ㎁보다 적었다. GaN 쇼트키 장벽 다이오드의 누설전류 메커니즘을 분석하기 위해서 Auger 전자 분광학 (Auger electron spectroscopy) 측정을 통해 GaN 내부로 확산되는 Au, Ti, Mo, O 성분들이 완충층 누설전류 증가에 기여함을 확인했다. 금속-반도체 접합의 열처리를 통해 GaN 쇼트키 장벽 다이오드의 누설전류를 성공적으로 감소시켰으며 높은 항복전압을 구현하였다. We have fabricated GaN Schottky barrier diode (SBD) for high-voltage applications on Si substrate. The leakage current and the electrical characteristics of GaN SBD are investigated by annealing metal-semiconductor junctions. Ohmic junctions of Ti/Al/Mo/Au and Schottky junctions of Ni/Au are used in the fabrication. A test structure is proposed to measured buffer leakage current through a mesa structure. When annealing temperature is increased from 700℃ to 800℃, measured buffer leakage current is also increased from 87 ㎁ to 780 ㎁ at the width of 100 ㎛. The diffusion of Au, Ti, Mo, O into GaN buffer layer increases the leakage current and that is verified by Auger electron spectroscopy. Experimental results show that the low leakage current and the high breakdown voltage of GaN SBD are achieved by annealing metal-semiconductor junctions.

소양인(少陽人) 병리론(病理論)에 관한 고찰(考察)

1. Objectives: This research was proposed to find out the pathology of Soyangin in Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM). 2. Methods: The related contents of the pathology of Soyangin were selected in Je-Ma Lee's literatures such as "Dongmu-YuGo(東武遺稿)"(DYG), "Donguisusebowon-SaSangchobongyun(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷)"(DSS), "Donguisusebowon-GabObon(東醫壽世保元甲午本)"(DGO), "Donguisusebowon-ShinChukbon(東醫壽世保元辛丑本)"(DSC), and the research was written in order to find out the physiology and pathology of Soyangin in SCM. 3. Results and Conclusions: The chronical change of pathologic concept in Soyangin diseases as follows : Pathology in Soyangin diseases was much Hot Qi(熱氣), and more ascending Qi, less descending Qi in DYG, DSS. In "Discourse on the viscera and bowels" of DGO and DSC, Soyangin has a circulation of Water-Food Hot Qi of Spleen Group(脾黨) and Water-Food Cold Qi of Kidney Group(腎黨). Exterior Disease(表病) was the injury of Exterior-Qi such as mouth-hip Qi(口膀胱氣) by Anger-Nature-Qi(怒性氣), and Interior Disease(裏病) was the injury of Interior-Qi such as kidney-large intestine Qi(腎大腸氣) by Sorrow-Emotion-Qi(哀情氣). All diseases of Soyangin are caused by insufficient Cool Yin Qi(陰淸之氣) in Kidney Group(腎黨), so the pathology of Soyangin was focused on Requisite energy(保命之主) and each small viscera and bowels(偏小之臟). In this viewpoint, the schema of Soyangin diseases such as Soyangsangpoong-syndrome(少陽傷風證), Kyulhyung-syndrome(結胸證), Mangeum-syndrome(亡陰證), Hyungkyukyeol-syndrome(胸膈熱證), Sogal-syndrome(消渴證) and Eumhuoyeol-syndrome(陰虛午熱證) were designed to explain the mechanism of each syndrome.

계전 신호 페이저 연산 시 공진주파수 대책

DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform) 기반 페이저 연산 시 고조파 성분은 제거 되지만 고조파를 제외한 고주파 성분은 제거되지 않으며 페이저 연산에서 오차를 발생시키는 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 DFT 기반 페이저 연산 시 공진과 진행파에 의한 고주파 노이즈 경감 대책을 제안한다. 고주파 성분을 제거하기 위해 저역통과 필터를 사용하고, 저역 통과 필터의 차단주파수 선정 시 고장에 의해 발생할 수 있는 고주파 성분을 고려하여 선정한다. 제안된 방법을 검증하기 위해 EMTP-RV를 이용하여 345㎸ 송전계통을 모델링하고, 계통에서 취득한 신호 데이터를 이용하여 제안한 방법의 효과를 확인하였다.

Background and Objective : The status of development of instruments to assess the 'health status' reflecting the concept of Sasang Constitutional Medicine is still far from satisfaction, despite their importance in building basic data for health promotion, evaluation of effectiveness of treatment, health policy and so on. for these reasons the health scale of Sasang Constitutional Medicine shod be developed. Therefore as from of preliminary research, this study is to review the concept of health and symptoms in health status in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Methods : It was researched as bibliologically with Dong-mu's chief medical writings such as ${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Soose $Bowon{\lrcorner}$(東醫壽世保元)${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Soose Bowon Sasang Chobongyun(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷)${\lrcorner}$ - Results and conclusion : 1. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, it is suggested that Inherent vitality(命脈實數) has relations to health and Knowledge-Acting(知行) is a primary factor which affects health. And it is thought that Healthy condition(完實無病) is that human being has enough Healthy energy(保命之主) of Small viscera. 2. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, it is thought that stool, urine, sweating and digestion become important indexes to measure the physical health state. 3. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, it is thought that the mental health is in control of inclination of mind by golden mean(中庸) and in tranquillity of constant mind according to constitution. 4. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, it is thought that the social health is state thar can do social acting harmoniously by keeping away from alcohol, sexual appetite, property and power.
