        초등학교 ‘꿈나무체조챌린지대회’의 운영 성과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze an operational outcomes of the dream-tree gymnastics challenge competition on the level of elementary school. Method: The subject of study was in-depth verification of the performance of the dream-tree gymnastics challenge competition for 535 students using the wireless sampling method of the probabilistic sampling method among 1,238 students, teachers, and parents. The survey tool collected and analyzed data using open questionnaire and in-depth interview data. The research procedure was conducted by the researcher five times at the dream-tree gymnastics challenge competition, after the purpose and purpose of the study were explained to the subjects, consent was obtained, and the direct entry method was used for about 10 minutes. In the interview, 3 students, 2 teachers, and 2 parents were interviewed individually for about 15 minutes about the feeling of participating in the dream-tree gymnastics challenge competition. Results: The results of an operational outcomes of the dream-tree gymnastics challenge competition are as follows. The most interesting factor of mechanical gymnastics was 28.8%(342), continuous participation 19%(225), exercise effect 14.8%(176), holistic growth 13.7% (162), importance of the process 12.7%(151) and 11%(130) of understanding of gymnastics, which showed that through the experience of the Dream Gymnastics Challenge competition, it had a positive effect on the healthy growth development of elementary school students. Conclusion: Therefore, it is expected that it will be meaningful to develop various physical activity programs considering the developmental stages of elementary school students. 본 연구는 5년간의 ‘꿈나무체조챌린지대회’의 운영 성과를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 학생, 교사・학부모 1238명 중 확률적 표집방법의 무선표집 방법을 활용하여 535명을 대상으로 꿈나무체조챌린지대회운영 성과를 심층적으로 검증하였다. 조사도구는 개방형질문지와 심층면담자료를 활용하여 자료를 수집하고분석하였다. 연구절차는 본 연구자가 직접 꿈나무체조챌린지대회에 5회 참가하여 연구대상자들에게 연구의 목적과 취지를 설명한 후 동의를 구하였으며, 직접기입방법으로 약 10분 정도 소용되었다. 면담은 학생 3명, 교사・학부모 2명 총 7명에게 꿈나무체조챌린지대회에 참여한 느낌에 대해 개별적으로 15분 정도 면담하였다. 꿈나무체조챌린지대회 운영 성과는 다음과 같다. 기계체조의 재미 요인이 28.8%(342명)로 제일 높게 나타났으며, 지속적 참여 19%(225명), 운동 효과 14.8%(176명), 전인적 성장 13.7%(162명), 과정의 중요성 12.7%(151 명) 그리고 기계체조의 이해 11%(130명)순으로 나타나, 꿈나무체조챌린지대회를 경험을 통해 초등학생들의건강한 성장발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 초등학생들의 발달단계를 고려한 다양한신체활동 프로그램 개발은 의미가 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        체조선수의 심리기술훈련을 위한 보조학습자료 어플리케이션(APP)개발

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the process and development of psychological skills training application for gymnastic athletes' self-directed learning. Method: For this purpose, the literature design, analysis of previous studies, and expert meetings were designed to design the characteristics of gymnastics, the interests and goals of athletes, and the application design for continuous learning. Results: The developed psychological skills training application, understanding of gymnastics competition, the principles and methods of psychological skills training, the effects of psychological skills training, psychological skills training program, motion analysis for error correction, music appreciation for psychological stability, finding AED, It consists of 9 contents and sub contents of hospital search and pharmacy search. Conclusion: Psychological skills training applications developed as a result of these studies can be easily used anytime, anywhere, anyone can increase the effectiveness of psychological skills training. In particular, after the psychological skills training of sports psychological counselors, it is expected that the development of application app considering the value, the performance of gymnastic athletes, and the characteristics of each sport in other sports will be provided as supplementary and learning materials for self-directed learning. 이 연구는 체조선수들의 자기 주도적 학습을 위한 심리기술훈련 어플리케이션 개발과 그 과정을 탐구하는데목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구, 선행연구 분석 그리고 전문가 회의를 통해 체조경기의 특성, 선수들의 흥미 및 목표 그리고 지속적 학습을 위한 어플리케이션 디자인을 설계하였다. 개발된 심리기술훈련 어플리케이션은 체조경기의 이해, 심리기술훈련의 원리와 방법, 심리기술훈련의 효과, 심리기술훈련 프로그램, 오류 수정을 위한 동작분석, 심리적 안정을 위한 음악 감상, 자동제세동기 찾기, 병원 찾기 그리고 약국 찾기의 9가지 콘텐츠 내용과 하위내용으로 구성하였다. 이러한 연구결과 개발된 심리기술훈련 어플리케이션은 언제, 어디서, 누구나, 쉽게 활용하여 심리기술훈련의 효과를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 특히 스포츠심리상담사의 심리기술훈련이후 자기 주도적 학습을 위한 보조・학습 자료로서 가치와 체조선수들의 연기력 향상 그리고 다른 종목에서도 종목별 특성을 고려한 어플리케이션 앱 개발이 이루어질 것으로 기대된다.

        Sensitivity of Various Evaluating Modalities for Predicting a Pathologic Complete Response After Preoperative Chemoradiation Therapy for Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer

        Purpose: We investigated the sensitivity of various evaluating modalities in predicting a pathologic complete response (pCR) after preoperative chemoradiation therapy (PCRT) for locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC). Methods: From a population of 2,247 LARC patients who underwent PCRT followed by surgery at Asan Medical Center, Seoul, Korea from January 2007 to June 2016, we retrospectively analyzed 313 patients (14.1%) who showed a pCR after surgery. Transrectal ultrasound (TRUS), high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), abdominopelvic computed tomography (AP-CT), and endoscopy were performed within 2 weeks prior to surgery. Results: Of the 313 patients analyzed, 256 (81.8%) had a pCR after radical surgery and 57 (18.2%) showed total regression after local excision. Preoperative TRUS, MRI, and AP-CT were performed in 283, 305, and 139 patients, respectively. Among these 3 groups, a prediction of a pCR of the primary tumor was made in 41 (14.5%), 51 (16.7%), and 27 patients (19.4%), respectively, before surgery. A prediction of a clinical N0 stage was made in 204 patients (88.3%) using TRUS, 130 (52.2%) using MRI, and 78 (65.5%) using AP-CT. Of the 211 patients who underwent endoscopy, 87 (41.2%) had a mention of clinical CR in their records. A prediction of a pathologic CR was made for 124 patients (39.6%) through at least one diagnostic modality. Conclusion: The various evaluation methods for predicting a pCR after PCRT show a predictive sensitivity of 0.15–0.41 for primary tumors and 0.52–0.88 for lymph nodes. Endoscopy is a relatively superior modality for predicting the pCR of the primary tumor of LARC patients.

        ZnS overlayer on in situ chemical bath deposited CdS quantum dot-assembled TiO2 films for quantum dot-sensitized solar cells

        ZnS overlayers were deposited on the CdS quantum dot (QD)-assembled TiO2 films, where the CdS QDs were grown on the TiO2 by repeated cycles of the in situ chemical bath deposition (CBD). With increasing the CdS CBD cycles, the CdS QD-assembled TiO2 films were transformed from the TiO2 film partially covered by small CdS QDs (Type I) to that fully covered by large CdS QDs (Type II). The ZnS overlayers significantly improved the overall energy conversion efficiency of both Types I and II. The ZnS overlayers can act as the intermediate layer and energy barrier at the interfaces. However, the dominant effects of the ZnS overlayers were different for the Types I and II. For Type I, ZnS overlayer dominantly acted as the intermediate layer between the exposed TiO2 surface and the electrolyte, leading to the suppressed recombination rate for the TiO2/electrolyte and the significantly enhanced charge-collection efficiency. On the contrary, for Type II, it dominantly acted as the efficient energy barrier at the interface between the CdS QDs and the electrolyte, leading to the hindered recombination rate from the large CdS QDs to the electrolyte and thus enhanced electron injection efficiency.         제지슬러지를 이용한 인공상토가 토마토와 오이 플러그묘의 생육에 미치는 영향

        The present study was performed to identify the possibility of the disused paper-sludge to substitute an substrate for nursery plants. Tosilee substrate as control, paper-sludge and tosilee substrate (1:1, v:v), and paper sludge substate were used in this experiment. After harvesting tomato seedlings, there were no significant differences in growth parameters such as plant height, root length, and fresh and dry weight grown for tosilee substrate, and paper-sludge and tosilee mixture substrate. However, the seedlings grown for paper-sludge substrate alone were extremely depressed. These growth pattern was followed by cucumber seedlings. As the result of this experiment, we suggest that it must need to stabilize the pH and EC, and Zn concentration in paper-sludge for increasing its material for substrate. 본 시험은 폐기되고 있는 제지슬러지의 자원 재활용을 위한 육묘용 상토로서 이용 가능성을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 상업 용토 토실이를 대조구로 하여 제지슬러지와 토실이의 혼합 상토 (1:1, v:v), 그리고 제지 슬러지 단용 상토를 처리로 하였다. 토마토의 육묘 결과, 제지슬러지 혼합 상토에서의 생육은 토실이 상토와 비교하여 초장, 근장, 생체중과 건물중 등에서 그 차이 없었다. 반면, 제지슬러지 단용 상토에서의 생육은 현저히 억제되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 오이묘의 생육결과에서도 반영 되어 제지슬러지 단용 상토의 오이묘 생육은 현저히 억제되었다. 본 시험의 결과, 제지슬러지의 자원 재활용을 높이기 위해서는 미 가공 제지슬러지의 높은 pH와 EC의 안정화, 그리고 Zn의 함량을 낮추는 등의 처리가 선행 되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.
