        건조방법에 따른 적하수오(Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg)의이화학적 성분

        This study was performed to analysis of chemical constituent in Polygonum multiflorum root (PMR) by different dry methods (hot-air dry, shade dry, and freeze dry). The results are summarized as followings; major free sugar were detected fructose, glucose, and sucrose in dried PMR based on various dry methods. The highest content of free sugars was found in freeze dried PMR. The four organic acids were detected in dried PMR by HPLC analysis. The content of oxalic acid in shade dried PMR was higher than the dried PMR by different dry methods. The content of total amino acid and essential amino acids were high in the orders of freeze drying > shade drying > hot-air drying. The potassium and magnesium levels of freeze dried PMR was significantly higher than the other drying method of PMR. Whereas the calcium and sodium levels were higher in hot-air dried PMR. The major fatty acids were determined the linoleic acid in PMR by different dry methods. Key words - Chemical constituents, Freeze dry, Hot-air dry, Polygonum multiflorum root (PMR), Shade dry 본 연구는 생산과 수요가 늘고 있는 마디풀과 하수오의 최적건조방법 구명을 통한 식품소재화 및 산업화를 목적으로 수행하였다. 하수오의 최적 건조방법을 구명하기 위해 열풍건조, 음건 및 동결건조 적하수오의 일반성분, 유리당, 아미노산 및 지방산 등을 비교분석하였다. 건물량을 기준으로 건조방법에 따른 적하수오의 일반성분 함량을 비교 하였을 때, 수분함량은 동결건조 적하수오가 유의적으로 낮게 나타났다. 유리당 분석에서 총 유리당 함량은 동결건조 적하수오에서 높게 나타났으며, fructose, glucose 및 sucrose의 함량 역시 동결건조 적하수오, 음건 적하수오, 열풍건조 적하수오 순으로 높게 나타났다. 유기산은 총 5종이 검출되었으며, oxalic acid가 가장 높게 나타났다. 적하수오의 주요 구성 아미노산은 arginine, glutamic acid, proline, serine, lysine 등이며, 총아미노산 함량, 필수아미노산 함량은 모두 동결건조 적하수오에서 높게 나타났다. 총 구성아미노산 중 필수아미노산 함량 비율은 음건 적하수오에서 높게 나타났다. 유리 아미노산은 세가지 건조방법 모두에서arginine과 proline이 함량이 높게 나타났으며, 총아미노산 함량, 필수아미노산 함량 및 총 구성 아미노산 중 필수아미노산 함량 비율은 모두 동결건조 적하수가 가장 높게 나타났다. 적하수오의 무기성분은 총 4종이 검출되었으며, potassium이 가장 많았으며, sodium이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 적하수오에서 지방산은포화지방산인 palmitic acid 1종과 불포화지방산인 oleic acid와linoleic acid 2종이 검출되었다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 하수오의유용성분 손실이 가장 적은 건조방법은 동결건조로 생각되며, 산업적인 측면에서 비용을 고려한 건조방법은 건조온도를 조절한 열품건조 방법의 고안이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

        서울 랜드마크 패스의 상품성 분석

        As the number of tourists visiting Seoul are continuously increasing, the demand of an integrative tour pass is also increasing. However, only a few tour passes are available for the tourists in Seoul. In this paper, we propose a new tour pass called “Seoul Landmark Pass” targeting foreign individual travelers and investigate the marketability of the proposed tour pass. For the configuration of the Seoul Landmark Pass we listed 17 candidate attractions charging entrance fee in Seoul, referring to e-guidebook on Visit Seoul web site. Among them we selected 6 attractions using the checklist with the attributes that foreign tourists would prefer. We also performed SWOT analyzes on existing tour passes to determine the benefits to be included in the proposed tour pass. To investigate the marketability of the proposed tour pass we have surveyed the foreign individual tourists in Seoul. Using the survey data, we have analyzed the intent of purchase by age, visiting period, visiting purpose, frequency of visit, and nationality to identify target customers. The results show that the intent of purchase is high among the Chinese tourists at the age of twenties who visited Seoul for the first time or second times. Also, the individual tourists prefer to bundle T-money card with the proposed tour pass. Finally, we have provided a brief review of the Price Sensitivity Measurement (PSM) method and applied PSM to determine the acceptable price range and the optimal price of the proposed tour pass. The optimal price of the proposed tour pass is determined at 53,000 won including T-money card.

        운모 기판을 플렉시블 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터에 적용하기 위한 버퍼층 형성 연구

        Polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) thin film transistors (TFTs) might be fabricated on the mica substrate and transferred to a flexible plastic substrate because mica can be easily cleaved into a thin layer. To overcome the adhesion and stress problem between poly-Si film and mica substrate, a buffer layer consisting of $SiO_x/Ta/Ti$ three layers has been developed. The $SiO_x$ layer is for electrical isolation, the Ti layer is for adhesion of $SiO_{x}$ and mica. and Ta is for stress relief between $SiO_x$ and Ti. A TFT was fabricated on the mica substrate by a conventional Si process and was successfully transferred to a plastic substrate.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the value types for sport consumption on life satisfaction. To attain the purpose, the value types for sport consumption were divided into value in use, value in exchange and value in discrepancy based on needs of consumption. Life satisfaction was also divided affection, unification, attainment, the sense of self, optimistic attitude to past, present and future life. The subjects of this study were 450 men and women over twenties that do sports activities at sport center in Seoul city. The 393 collected questionnaires held validity. Among 450 questionnaires, 57 insincere questionnaires were ruled out. Also, trust degree of these collected questionnaires was verified by Cronbach's α, and trust degree of the value types for sport consumption were .7648, trust degree of life satisfaction was .7541. These numerical value meant satisfactory trust degree. Through SPSS Win 11.0 for analyzing these data, t-test, One-way ANOVA, LSD post-verification, Correlation and Multiple linear regression analysis were used as statistics techniques. All statistical data were tested with p<.05. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. There were statistically meaningful differences at 5% level in the value types for sport consumption. Especially the value types for sport Consumption with sex showed meaningful difference in value in discrepancy. Also the value types for sport consumption with age showed difference in value in exchange and sport participation term shows difference in value in use. 2. There were statistically meaningful differences at 5% level in life satisfaction. Especially life satisfaction with income showed difference in attainment and the sense of self, life-satisfaction with occupation showed difference in the sense of self and optimistic attitude. Also sport participation term showed difference in attainment. 3. There was a positive correlation of value in exchange, value in use and value in discrepancy in order between the value types for sport consumption and the affection to lie. 4. There was a negative correlation of value in exchange, value in discrepancy in order between the value types for sport consumption and the attainment. 5. There was a positive correlation of value in use between the value types for sport consumption and the attainment. 6. There was a positive correlation of value in use between the value types for sport consumption and the sense of self. 7. There was no correlation of value in use, value in exchange and value in discrepancy between the value types for sport consumption and the optimistic attitude.

      • 타이틀 스폰서십 활동에 따른 브랜드이미지가 브랜드인지도 및 브랜드충성도에 미치는 영향

        This study is designed to shed a light on the Influence of title sponsorship activity among brand image, brand recognition and brand loyalty. 400 Korean Professional Football customers were chosen from football stadiums located in Seoul, Suwon, Sungnam and Bucheon. Among 400 questionnaires distributed and collected, 65 were excluded from the study because they were not either thoughtfully or completely answered. As a result, only 335 questionnaires were adopted and analyzed. This paper utilizes the statistical data analysis methods including correlation analysis and regression analysis. The findings acquired based on the aforementioned research methods and data analysis are as follows: First, social image showed a significant difference about brand recognition, and brand recognition had 24.3%(R^(2)=.243) of influence about social image. Second, sensorial image showed a significant difference about brand recognition, and brand recognition had 22.4%(R^(2)=.224) of influence about sensorial image. Third, social image showed a significant difference about brand loyalty, and brand loyalty had 26.4%(R^(2)=.264) of influence about social image. Fourth, sensorial image showed a significant difference about brand loyalty, and brand loyalty had 21.2%(R^(2)=.212) of influence about sensorial image. Fifth, brand recognition showed a significant difference about brand loyalty, and brand loyalty had 24.0%(R^(2)=.240) of influence about brand recognition.

        대용량 저산소 농도 살충 챔버 시스템을 이용한 박물관 해충의 살충력 및 운용성 평가

        질소와 아르곤을 사용한 대용량 저산소 농도 살충 챔버 시스템(내용적 28m3)을 이용하여 박물관에서 발견되는 문화재 해충에 대한 살충력 및 운용성을 평가하였다. 질소 환경에서 저산소 농도 살충처리를 하였을 때 산소 농도 0.01%, 습도 50%의 환경하에서 나무 블록 속의 권연벌레 성충, 애벌레, 알의 완전 살충에는 20℃ 15일, 25℃ 10일, 30℃ 7일이 소요되었다. 아르곤 환경에서는 20℃ 10일, 25℃ 7일, 30℃ 5일이 소요되어, 질소 저산소 농도 살충처리는 아르곤에 비해 살충시간이 50% 더 소요되었다. 살충 시험 결과로부터 최적 살충 조건은 산소 농도 0.01%, 온도 25℃, 습도 50%, 살충시간 21일로, 질소발생기로 대량의 질소를 자동 공급이 가능한 질소 저산소 농도 살충법은 대용량 저산소 농도 살충 챔버 시스템의 안정적인 운용이 가능한 방법으로 평가되었다. 최적 살충 조건에서 나무 블록, 면직물, 견직물, 한지 서적에 넣은 권연벌레의 알, 애벌레, 번데기, 성충, 인삼벌레의 성충, 애벌레, 알락수시렁이 애벌레 및 사육함의 암검은수 시렁이의 애벌레, 성충 그리고 쌀바구미 성충은 100% 살충이 되었다. 본 연구를 통해 대용량 저산소 농도 살충 챔버 시스템은 질소 저산소 농도 살충법으로 박물관 발생 문화재 해충의 완전 살충과 원활한 운용이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다 .
