This thesis is based on the study of the ancient history of Kim-Yu-Sin , as known as hero who finished the unification of three nations during the Sil-la dynasty. Historically, diverse type of tales which passed down to generation are common stories if he left magnificent achievements. But we must concentrate on that the tales are mentioned on different side of opinions according to the traditional oral types. Tales which associated with Kim-Yu-Sin are transmitted by oral traditions or written documents. However, these two types of traditions are seriously different by the people who enjoyed, so that the putting characteristics are far away in order to distinguish each other. The former is incorporated with his mistake and failure as the aspect of a human being. But the latter is portrayed as more super-human than he really was to highlight on his heroic aspect. It means, which connotes that the enjoyed had different values incorporated with these two types of tales. Besides, we can notice that these two types of styles are crossed each other among the tales. This means that the narrative style literature is accepted as easily changed and easily spread. This is due to the oral tradition tales can be put written down, that is, and read written documents which had been come down oral-literature .

Clostridium perfringens는 그람 양성, 막대 모양, 혐기성, 포자 형성을 하는 병원균으로서 Clostridiaceae과에 속한다. C. perfringens는 인간의 장관과 척추동물 내에서 식중독을 포함하는 질병을 유발한다. 높은 특이성으로 목표 세균을 죽이는 박테리오파지는 병원세균을 제어하는 방법들 중 하나로 여겨져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 C. perfringens를 감염시킬 수 있는 박테리오 파지 CP3의 유전체 염기서열 초안을 보고한다. 본 박테리오파지의 G + C 비율은 34.0%이며, 52,068 bp로 구성된 유전체 DNA를 지니고 있었다. 이 유전체는 74개의 단백질 유전자를 포함하고 있었으며, RNA는 확인되지 않았다. Clostridium perfringens is a Gram-positive, rod-shaped, anaerobic, spore-forming pathogenic bacterium, which belongs to the Clostridiaceae family. C. perfringens causes diseases including food poisoning in vertebrates and intestinal tract of humans. Bacteriophages that can kill target bacteria specifically have been considered as one of control methods for bacterial pathogens. Here, we report a draft genome sequence of the bacteriophage CP3 effective to C. perfringens. The phage genome comprises 52,068 bp with a G + C content of 34.0%. The draft genome has 74 protein-coding genes, 29 of which have predicted functions from BLASTp analysis. Others are conserved proteins with unknown functions. No RNAs were found in the genome.

A welding process of a lifting lug for lifting heavy objects is one of the important welding processes directly related to the safety in shipbuilding. Welding a lifting lug is done in the manually and takes about forty minutes. Working environment for the lifting lug welding is very poor due to an radiant heat and a harmful fume. The purpose of this study is to develop methods of multi-pass welding using the lifting lug welding robot system. This study shows robot welding methods to achieve proper corner, straight and connection welding and an effectiveness of application.
FLORAL DESIGN에서 나타난 CONTRAST 표현 연구

Nowadays, floral design is developing as plastic art reflecting culture and sociality of the age on physical creation such as the material, expressional method and style. Today, the essence of beauty is changing its concept from objective to subjective, from systematic to free, from satisfying to provoking. We could find the properties of beauty as below by defining the contract and categorizing the type of various expressions. In typical contrast, the contrast of similar forms are easily presented its harmony but the effect of contrast is less, whereas the forms with different shapes can show the strong contrast and control of the level of the contrast is required. Dimensional contrast is a method to present transition and unification and bigger entity becomes major part and the smaller one is subsidiary part. The big difference of the size brings strong visual contrast to the art. The contrast in color is separated as contrast of hue and brightness. When it comes to a visual resistance, complementary color to be used, and visual clearness requires a contrast of brightness. The contrast of texture strongly provokes the visual interest by appealing the exterior character of material. The expression of plastic contrast that designers should realize can be varied by the personality and environmental situation, the most important thing is to realize the exact intention by controlling the level contrast. I selected 20 pieces of art that contrast is well presented. 10 pieces is chosen from famous florists and 10 from one of the authors. Kim. From this study, we found contrast brings visual activeness and creativeness into the floral art and we would like to extend the world of floral design and build a foundation of in depth research of floral design by expanding the coverage of contrast use.
임베디드 디바이스에 적용 가능한 부분학습 기반의 실시간 손글씨 인식기

딥러닝 기술은 실세계의 객체를 분류하거나 인식하기 위해서 사용된다. 이를 위해서 준비된 많은 데이터를 고성능 컴퓨터에서 학습한 후에, 그 학습모델을 인식기에 탑재하여 각종 객체들을 인식한다. 이러한 인식기는 다양한 환경에서 사용되면서 인식하지 못하는 객체들이나 인식률이 낮은 객체들이 발생할 수 있다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해서 실세계 객체들을 주기적으로 학습하여 인식률을 높인다. 하지만, 즉각적인 인식률 향상이 어려울 뿐만 아니라, 임베디드 디바이스 등에 탑재되어 있는 인식기에서 학습하는 것이 쉽지 않다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 임베디드 디바이스에 적용 가능한 부분 학습 기반의 실시간 손글씨 인식기를 제안한다. 제안된 인식기는 사용자 요청 시마다 임베디드 디바이스에서 부분 학습을 할 수 있는 환경을 제공하고, 실시간으로 인식기의 학습모델이 갱신된다. 이로 인해서 인식기의 지능이 지속적으로 향상됨으로 최초에 인식하지 못했던 손글씨에 대해 인식이 가능해진다. 이렇게 제안된 인식기는 RK3399 임베디드 디바이스에서 22개의 숫자와 글자에 대해서 학습과 추론이 가능하다는 것을 실험을 통하여 사람 손으로 쓴 은행 계좌명과 계좌번호를 인식할 수 있는 개인화된 지능을 가진 스마트 기기에 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Deep learning is widely utilized to classify or recognize objects of real-world. An abundance of data is trained on high-performance computers and a trained model is generated, and then the model is loaded in an inferencer. The inferencer is used in various environments, so that it may cause unrecognized objects or low-accuracy objects. To solve this problem, real-world objects are collected and they are trained periodically. However, not only is it difficult to immediately improve the recognition rate, but is not easy to learn an inferencer on embedded devices. We propose a real-time handwriting recognizer based on partial learning on embedded devices. The recognizer provides a training environment which partially learn on embedded devices at every user request, and its trained model is updated in real time. As this can improve intelligence of the recognizer automatically, recognition rate of unrecognized handwriting increases. We experimentally prove that learning and reasoning are possible for 22 numbers and letters on RK3399 devices.

포도상구균(Staphylococcus aureus)은 그람양성이고 구형의 박테리아로 Firmicutes 문에 속하며, 피부나 호흡기 감염 그리고 식중독의 주요 감염원 중에 하나이다. 포도상구균을 감염시키는 박테리오파지는 포도상구균 감염에 효과적인 처방으로 쓰일 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 충청남도에 위치한 가축 농장의 오수에서 분리된 포도상구균 박테리오파지 SA7 균주의 유전체 초안을 분석하였다. 본 균주는 G + C 비율이 34.1%이며, 34,730 bp 로 구성된 dsDNA 를 지니고 있었다. 염색체에서 53 개의 단백질 코딩 유전자가 확인되었으며, 이 중 23 개의 유전자는 BLASTp 분석으로부터 기능을 가지고 있다고 추정되었다. 나머지는 가설 단백질 혹은 보존 단백질이었다. Staphylococcus aureus is a Gram-positive and a round-shaped bacterium of Firmicutes phylum, and is a common cause of skin infections, respiratory infections, and food poisoning. Bacteriophages infecting S. aureus can be an effective treatment for S. aureus infections. Here, the draft genomic sequence is announced for a lytic bacteriophage SA7 infecting S. aureus isolates. The bacteriophage SA7 was isolated from a sewage water sample near a livestock farm in Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea. SA7 has a genome of 34,730 bp and 34.1% G + C content. The genome has 53 protein-coding genes, 23 of which have predicted functions from BLASTp analysis, leaving the others conserved proteins with unknown function.

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of anterior segmental osteotomy (ASO) in bimaxillary protrusion (BP) patients by comparison between the mandibular soft and hard tissue changes from orthodontic treatment and ASO. Methods: All 44 patients were diagnosed with BP in Kyung-Hee Medical Center. Orthodontic treatment with teeth extractions were underwent by 23 patients (Group A) and 21 patients underwent ASO (Group B). Mandibular soft and hard tissue changes were measured and evaluated, which were based on the vertical and horizontal reference line in lateral cephalometric radiographs. Statistical significance between the changes and correlation between each measurement were analyzed. Results: The amount of B point movement was lesser than that of the lower incisal tip (LIT) retraction, and LIT was tilted lingually in group A. The posterior movement discrepancy between LIT and B point was insignificant, and the inclination of lower incisor was not changed in group B. The soft tissues, including the lower lip, showed a posterior movement and reduction in the depth of mento-labial groove. According to the correlation analysis, the movement of the lower incisor was significantly related to the movement of the lower lip in group A, and the movement of the lower incisor was significantly related to that of the movement of lower lip, B point and Pog in group B. Conclusion: The orthodontic treatment in BP patients results in posterior tilting movement of the lower incisor, but ASO results in the bodily movement of the lower incisor. Consequently, ASO is more effective in BP cases because it ensures the controlled movement of the lower incisors.

본 연구에서는 돼지 축사 근처 하수 오물에서 분리된 그람 음성균이자 항생제 내성을 쉽게 획득하여 병원성을 띄는 균주인 Citrobacter freundii를 host로 하는 박테리오파지의 유전체 분석을 수행하였다. 본 박테리오파지는 G + C 비율이 42.65%이며, 50,339 bp로 구성된 유전체 DNA를 지니고 있었다. 이러한 유전체 DNA에서 89개의 단백질 코딩 유전자가 확인 되었으며, 이 중 55개의 유전자는 BLASTP 분석으로부터 기능을 가지고 있다고 추정되었다. 또한 RNA는 확인되지 않았다. Citrobacter freundii is a facultative anaerobic and a Gram-negative bacterium of Enterobacteriaceae family, and is an opportunistic pathogen. Bacteriophages infecting C. freundii can be an effective treatment for C. freundii infections. Here, the complete genomic sequence is announced for a lytic bacteriophage CF1 infecting C. freundii isolates.

Klebsiella pneumoniae is a Gram-negative, rod-shape bacterium causing disease in human and animal lungs. K. pneumoniae has been often found to gain antimicrobial resistance, thus it has been difficult to treat K. pneumoniae infection with antibiotics. For such infection, bacteriophage can provide an alternative approach for pathogenic bacterial infection with antimicrobial resistance, because of its sensitivity and specificity to the host bacteria. Bacteriophage KP1 was isolated in sewage and showed specific infectivity to K. pneumoniae. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Klebsiella pneumoniae phage KP1. The draft genome of KP1 is 167,989 bp long, and the G + C content is 39.6%. The genome has 295 predicted ORFs and 14 tRNA genes. In addition, it encodes various enzymes which involve in lysis of the host cell such as lysozyme and holin. Klebsiella pneumoniae는 그람 음성균에 속하고 막대 형태를 가지며 인간이나 동물의 폐에 감염하여 병을 일으키는 균이다. K. pneumoniae는 흔히 항생제 내성을 나타내는데 이로 인해 항생제를 통한 치료가 어려워지게 된다. 이런 상황에서 숙주 균에 특이적이고 민감하게 반응하는 박테리오파지는 항생제 내성균의 치료에 대한 대체적인 접근법으로 제안될 수 있다. 박테리오파지 KP1은 하수처리장에서 분리되었으며 K. pneumoniae에 대해 특정적인 감염성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 Klebsiella pneumoniae 박테리오파지 KP1의 유전체 초안 분석을 수행하였다. KP1의 유전체 초안은 167,989 bp의 길이, 39.6%의 G + C 비율로 구성되어있다. 295개의 예측된 ORF들과 14개의 tRNA 유전자를 가지고 있다. 또한 이들은 lysozyme, 그리고 holin과 같은 다양한 세포 용해 관련 효소들을 포함하고 있다.

Investigation of meridian line and acupoints as anatomical entities should be very important, as acupuncture and meridian massage for medical purpose in the hospital or for skin care in beauty shop are each based on the traditional meridian theory. We isolated tubular structures under the skin of rabbits where the traditional meridian lines are located. The characteristics of these tubular structures isolated from the abdominal wall matches those of Bonghan tubes and Bonghan tubules found by Bong Han Kim. The Bonghan theory established by Bong Han Kim suggests that meridian lines consist of Bonghan tubes and Bonghan tubules. We could observe the presence of large cells inside the Bonghan tubule and the presence of small granules referred to as Sanal in Bonghan theory inside the striae consisting of the Bonghan tubules. Present research suggests that there exist a third unique tubular structure where Sanals flow other than Bonghan tube and Bonghan tubules.
