<김현감호>의 공간양상은 우선 개방공간과 은닉공간의 배치로 나타난다. 흥륜사라는 복회 공간의 개방성으로 인간과 호랑이의 사랑 이야기가 성사된다. 산중 호랑이 처녀의 집은 ‘천창’의 힘이 작동하는 은닉공간이다. 두 번째 공간양상은 이속공간과 비상(非常)공간의 존치다. 흥륜사는 서라벌의 제도적 속박에서 이탈하고자 한 김현과 종족의 정체성에 회의감이 든 호랑이 처녀의 이탈이 빚어낸 특수한 공간이다. 세 번째 공간양상은 대속공간과 구제공간의 병치다. 호랑이 처녀는 자신의 대속공간을 도성이 아닌 산중으로 이동시킨다. 그에 병치되는 호원사는 애정 실현의 의중을 확고히 하는 구제공간이다. <김현감호>의 공간양상은 두 가지 문학적 의미를 띤다. 첫째는 ‘애정지상주의 서사 주체의 탄생’이라는 의미다. 김현의 창사와 발원을 통하여 애정지상주의는 소설적 문법으로 굳건해지고, 호랑이 처녀의 대속 행위는 범우주적 사랑으로 승화된다. 두 번째는 ‘대칭적 애정 공간의 구현’이란 문학적 의미다. <김현감호>의 애정 공간은 대칭적 세계관을 기반으로 한다. 인간과 이류, 이류의 공간과 인간의 공간이 기울어짐 없이 대등하게 대칭된 애정 공간이다. The spatial form of <Kimhyeongamho> appears first, in the form of arranging open and hidden spaces in sequence. Heungryunsa is an open space for all people to pray for good luck. So, Kimhyun and Tiger could meet and fall in love. The house of the tiger maiden in the mountains is a hidden space where the power of ‘sky or god’ works. The second type of space is the coexistence of ‘space outside of daily life’ and ‘special space’. In the third spatial form, a space for atonement and a space for saving others appear at the same time. The spatial form of <Kimhyeongamho> has two literary meanings. The first is the meaning of ‘the birth of a narrative subject of love supremacy’. The second literary meaning is that the space of affection is transmitted in a symmetrical form.

The embryogenesis stimulating activity(ESA) had been shown in co-culture of embryos with bovine oviduct epithelial cell(BOEC) and culture in BOEG-conditioned medium. The present study was undertaken to purify and quantify the embryotropic proteins and to determine the optimum concentration of the embryotropic protein for the proper development of embryos. In BOEC-conditioned medium, five major bands of proteins were detected(66, 53, 40, 32 and 24 kDa) by SDS-PAGE. From these proteins, 288pg of protein that had a 32kDa molecular weight was purified by gel filtration column and perfusion chromatography ion-exchange column. When purified protein was supplemented to the in vitro culture media at various concentrations in protein-free media, 2.5g /ml supplement group showed significantly higher rates of embryo development into morula /blastocyst stages than other groups(p<0.05). In conclusion, we purified 32kDa protein from BOEC-conditioned medium and this protein showed optimum embryogenesis stimulating effect at 2.5g /ml.
Flood Hazard Rating Prediction for Urban Areas Using Random Forest and LSTM

A flood hazard rating prediction model was developed that is based on a long short-term memory (LSTM) neural network and random forest. The target area was Samseong District in Seoul, which has a history of severe flooding. The Storm Water Management Model was used to generate training data for the LSTM model to predict the total overflow as the rainfall input data. Two-dimensional numerical analysis was performed to calculate inundation and flow velocity maps for training the random forest, which was used to generate a map of the predicted flood hazard rating of grid units given the total accumulative overflow of the target area. To confirm the goodness of fit, the proposed model was used to predict a flood hazard rating map for a rainfall event observed on July 27, 2011. The prediction accuracy for the flood hazard rating of each grid was 99.86% when the debris factor was considered and 99.99% when the debris factor was not considered.
Data-Driven Approach for the Rapid Simulation of Urban Flood Prediction

Flooding due to the increase of heavy rainfall caused even larger damage in metropolitan areas. Therefore, numerical simulation and probabilistic models have been used for flood prediction, but the methodologies for real-time flood prediction by drainage district in metropolitan areas are still not sufficient. In this study, a flood scenario database was established by using one- and two-dimensional hydraulic analysis models to propose a real-time urban flood prediction method by drainage districts in metropolitan areas. Flood prediction models were constructed for each drainage district through the Nonlinear Auto-Regressive with eXogenous inputs and Self-Organizing Map (NARX-SOM). Suggested prediction model is a data-driven model because it is based on flood database which composed with diverse flood simulation results. To evaluate the predictive capacity of the models, flood prediction was performed for the actual heavy rainfall in 2010 and 2011 that caused severe flooding in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Flood prediction models for a total of 24 drainage districts were constructed, and it was found that the goodness of fit on the flood area ranged from 68.7 to 89.7%. In terms of the expected inundation map, the predictive power was found to be high when the SOM result with 5 × 5 dimension was mainly used. Through this study, it was possible to identify the predictive capability of the NARX-SOM flood prediction algorithm. The time for inundation map prediction for each area was within two minutes, but the one- and two-dimensional flood simulation usually takes 60 − 80 minutes. Moreover, when the calculated goodness of fit was examined, the proposed method was found to be a practical methodology that can be helpful in improving flood response capabilities.
