        급성 납중독된 흰쥐의 이물질 대사효소의 활성도에 관한 연구

        In rats treated with lead nitrate and/or red ginseng extract mixture we observed a change in the level of hepatic cytochrome P-450 and electron transport system for P-450 dependent reaction, and a content of zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP) and hemoglobin (Hb) in whole blood. The contents of cytochrome P-450 and b_5, and the activity of ECDEase, AHHase and NADPH-cytochrome C (P-450) reductase were slowly decreased according to the dosage of lead nitrate. On the other hand, the activity of NADH-bs reductase was increased according to the dosage of lead nitrate, but in case of treatment with red ginseng mixture, this enzyme activity was slightly decreased. In whole blood, the contents of hemoglobin and ZPP were not shown any critical change but lead content increased according to dosage of lead nitrate. These results suggest that content and activity of cytochrome P-450-dependent monooxygenase may be dependent on specificity of substrates and exposure duration.

        Ethanol이 Trichloroethylene 대사효소의 활성도와 유도성에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to find out the influences of ethanol on the metabolism of trichloroethylene(TRI) in rats. TRI in corn oil at the dosage of 150, 300, 600 mg/kg was injected peritoneally once a day for two days to two groups. In one group ethanol(4 g/kg) was taken orally 30 minutes before TRI injection, and the other group ethanol was not. The results of experiments are as follows: 1. The contents of cytochrome P-450 and $b_5$ had inverse relationship with in-jected TRI amounts in both groups. 2. The activity of NADPH P-450 reductase was decreased slowly in TRI injected group related with TRI amount, but decreased drastically in the group pretreated with ethanol. 3. The activity of NADH $b_5$ reductase had relationship with injected nt amount , but the statistical significance was found only in the groups of 300 and 600 mg/kg of TRI injected without relevance to ethanol when compared with the group that was not injected. 4. The activity of ADH was more decreased and ALDH activity was more increased in groups that TRI injected and ethanol was pretreated with ethanol groups than in group without any treatment. These results suggest that ethanol may inhibit epoxide formulation, the first step of TRI metabolism, and change from TCE-OH to TCA also.

        혈장(血漿) MHPG와 HVA 농도(濃度)의 24시간(時間) 주기성(週期性) 변화(變化)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        We invesigated whether the circadian rhythms of plasma MHPG and HVA concentrations exist in 11 healthy young adults, and analyzed the patterns of their circadian rhythms. The results were as follows : 1) The change in the mean plasma MHPG concentrations analyzed by repeated measures ANOVA was not statistically significant. Five subjects showed significant circadian rhythms of plasma MHPG concentrations of each individual, and 4 of those had the acrophases between 17PM and 24PM. 2) The change in the mean plasma HVA concentrations analyzed by repeated measures ANOVA was not statistically significant. Six subjects showed significant circadian rhythms of plasma HVA concentrations of each individual, and 4 of those had the acrophases between 21PM and 6AM. In conclusion, the circadian rhythm pattern of plasma HVA concentrations in our result is consistent with the previous study. It was suggested that plasma MHPG and HVA concentrations should be measured more frequently, and the physical activities of subjects be controlled more strictly for the following study.

        중소기업의 성장 관점에서 사내 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 실증분석

        Entrepreneurship is an important factor not only for start-ups, but also for scale-up of businesses. In other words, the two aspects of establishment and growth of businesses must be balanced through entrepreneurship. However, it is true that entrepreneurship has been biased toward the former in previous researches and government policies. Here in this research, the causal relationships between the entrepreneurial characteristics of Korean firms and the performance of the company, which is measured by proposal, activity, and business performance are examined as a growth perspective. Based on these relationships, a model describing the operating mechanism of corporate entrepreneurship is derived and policy implications are provided. In conducting research, the hypotheses on the interrelationship of variables are builded using '2016 Entrepreneurship Situation Survey(Corporate)' data from Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation and analyzed by structural equation modeling. In addition, the moderating effect according to the firm size and the mediating effect between entrepreneurship and business performance are analyzed. As a result of this research, the fact that entrepreneurship affects business performance is identified and it is necessary to prioritize corporate vision and strategy for enhancement of entrepreneurship. In particular, necessity of operating system for SMEs is confirmed considering SMEs' entrepreneurship level. The implications of this research are expected to be applied by the government in establishing policy direction to enhance corporate entrepreneurship of SMEs in the future.

        n-Hexane 노출에 의한 신경행동학적 증상에 monoamine oxidase(B)와 serotonin transporter receptor 유전자다양성의 영향

        Human occupational exposure to n-hexane has been associated with neurobehavioral symptoms such as depression, irritablity, acute irritation symptom, concentration disturbance and fatigue. Effects of monoamine oxidase (MAO) B and serotonin transporter receptor (5-HTTR) polymorphisms on the neurobehavioral symptoms were investigated in 70 male workers from TV and computer monitor manufacturing plants exposed to n-hexane. Neurobehavioral symptoms were assessed through a self-reported questionnaire and ambient level of n-hexane was measured by NIOSH method. Blood and urine were collected from each workers to determine the MAO(B), 5-HTTR and urinary 2,5-hexanedione(2,5-HD). The mean concentration of volatile n-hexane was 18.8±28.8ppm and that of urinary 2,5-HD was 1.07±1.47 ㎎/g creatinine. Statistically significant associations with sexual disturbance were age and smoking. The frequencies of MAO(B) AA, AG and GG were 18.6%, 45.7% and 35.7%, respectively, and the frequencies of 5-HTTR ll, ls and ss genotype were 82.9%, 15.7% and 1.4%, respectively. MAO (B) gene polymorphisms had susceptibility to the neurobehavioral symptoms such as fatigue, concentration disturbance, irritability and acute irritation symptom and 5-HTTR gene polymorphism had susceptibility to the sleep disturbance and acute irritation symptom. On multiple logistic regression analysis for the neurobehavioral symptoms, memory disturbance was significantly associated with smoking(OR=6.752, 95% CI=37.46) and drinking(OR=4.033, 95% CI=1.252-12.98), emotional lability was MAO(B) genotype(OR=0.412, 95% CI=0.170-0.996), fatigue (OR=1.011, 95% CI=1.000-1.021) and acute irritation(OR=0.990, 95% CI=0.981-1.000) were working duration and sexual disturbance were significantly associated with age(OR=1.208, 95% CI=1.042-1.399), ambient n-hexane(OR=1.077, 95% CI=1.005-1.154) and 2,5-HD(OR=0.186, 95% CI=0.041- 0.841). This finding implies that the MAO (B) and 5-HTTR polymorphisms may affect susceptibility for specific neurobehavioral symptoms associated with n-hexane exposure in workers

        근로자의 서서하는 작업시간과 대사증후군의 관련성

        Purpose: In this study, we sought to understand the risk factor for chronic disease of workers by studying the association between occupational standing time and metabolic syndrome (MetS) in full-time 300 male workers. Materials: Data on age, life habit, work related information of the subjects were surveyed using self-reported questionnaire and interview. MetS was identified based on the report of Alberti et al.(2009). As for the data analysis, SPSS 19.0 was used to conduct the descriptive statistic, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple logistic regression analysis. Results: Daily working hour affects on the lifting heavy objects, running and strenuous exercise (r=-0.137, p<0.01), and total physical function decreased with the increase in age (r=-0.145, p<0.01). Also, obese was significantly associated with genuflection and bend over (r=-0.110, p<0.05). On multiple logistic regression analysis for the diagnostic indices of MetS, occupational standing time were significantly associated with waist circumference (odds ratio=0.885, β value=-0.122, 95% CI=0.797-0.983, p<0.05) and triglyceride (odds ratio=0.873, β value=-0.136, 95% CI=0.800-0.953, p<0.01). Conclusions: These results suggest that the working posture may be important risk factor in pathogenesis and growing of MetS and cardiovascular disease.

        소상공인의 디지털 전환 촉진에 대한 연구: 소상공인의 디지털 전환 영향 요인 실태를 중심으로

        본 논문은 도매 및 소매업, 숙박 및 음식점업, 제조업 소상공인 300개 사업체를 대상으로 디지털 전환에 관한 설문조사를 실시하고, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 디지털 전환과 관련된 주요 요인 간의 관계를 검토하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소상공인의 디지털 전환에 대한 인식, 디지털 전환을 위한 기술수용성, 디지털 전환을 위한 준비 정도는 대체로 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털 전환을 위한 기술수용성이 디지털전환의사에 미치는 영향과 디지털 전환을 위한 준비 정도가 디지털전환실행에 미치는 영향은 각각 통계적으로 유의하였다. 셋째, 디지털 전환에 대한 인식도 디지털전환의사에 유의하게 영향을 미쳤으나, 디지털 전환을 위한 기술수용성과 디지털 전환을 위한 준비정도에 비해서는 영향력이 작은 것으로 평가되었다. 넷째, 사업주 연령, 사업체 종사기간, 사업체 매출액을 대상으로 디지털전환의사 및 디지털전환실행을 위한 조절효과(Moderation Effect)를 평가한 결과, 사업주 연령이나 사업체 종사기간의 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 반면, 사업체 매출액의 효과는 유의하였다. 이 같은 결과는 소상공인의 디지털 전환을 위해서는 인프라, 인력, 지식 등과 같은 준비정도 개선과 기술 이해도 및 학습 용이성과 같은 기술수용성 제고가 중요하며, 소상공인의 매출액 수준에 주목해야 함을 의미한다. 또한, 디지털 전환에 대한 인식 개선만으로는 디지털 전환을 촉진하기 어려우며, 기업 성장과 함께 디지털 전환의 필요성이 제고된다는 점에서, 매출액 규모가 큰 소상공인의 디지털 전환에 특히 주목해야 함을 시사한다. In this paper, we surveyed 300 micro enterprises in each main sector and examined the relationship between major factors related to digital transformation using the structural equation model. The main results are as follows: First, the recognition level, technology acceptability, and readiness for digital transformation of micro enterprises were generally insufficient. Second, the effects of technology acceptance for digital transformation on digital transformation willingness and digital transformation readiness on the digital transformation implementation were statistically significant, while the effect of digital transformation recognition on digital transformation willingness was relatively small. Third, the larger the sales volume of micro enterprises, the higher the degree of digital transformation readiness and digital transformation technology acceptance. These results imply that for the digital transformation of micro enterprises, it is important to improve the readiness level such as infrastructure, human resources, knowledge, etc., and increase the acceptability level of technology understanding and technology learning, and pay attention to the sales level of micro enterprises. Increasing awareness of digital transformation alone cannot promote digital transformation, and as the company scales up, the need for digital transformation increases, suggesting that special attention should be paid to digital transformation of micro enterprises with large sales volume.
