In rats treated with lead nitrate and cadmium chloride we observed a change of he level of hepatic microsomal protein, cytochrome P-450 and ??, and electron transport system for P-450 dependent reaction. The contents of microsomal protein, P-450 and b5, and activity of NADPH-cytochrome C(P-450) reductase were decreased according to the dosage of lead nitrate and cadmium chloride. On the other hand, the activity of NADH-cytochrome ?? reductase was increased according to the dosage of lead nitrate and cadmium chloride. These results suggest that the content and activity of cytochrome dependent mono-oxygenase may be dependent on specificity of substrates, and electron transport occurred through two pathway, that is, NADPH-cytochrome C(P-450) reductase and ?? reductase but NADH-cytochrome ?? reductase was mainly act as a mobile carrier so-called second electron carrier.

It seemed that the free radicals produced in the metabolism in vivo affected the activities of the antioxidant enzymes in accompanying with physiological changes such as pregnancy. So we observed the activities of the related antioxidant enzymes. The activity of superoxide dismutase was slightly decreased during pregnancy, and the glutathione-peroxidase, catalase and glutathione-reductase have shown the decreasing tendency. But the glutathione S-transferase was increased to keep the state of homeostasis during pregnancy. After delivery all enzymes recovered the normal level. In spite of the physiological changes in vivo, no activation of maternal antioxidant enryme system seems to be regulated by adaptation mechanism which protects the liver of developing fetuses against oxygentoxicity.
급성 납중독된 흰쥐의 이물질 대사효소의 활성도에 관한 연구

In rats treated with lead nitrate and/or red ginseng extract mixture we observed a change in the level of hepatic cytochrome P-450 and electron transport system for P-450 dependent reaction, and a content of zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP) and hemoglobin (Hb) in whole blood. The contents of cytochrome P-450 and b_5, and the activity of ECDEase, AHHase and NADPH-cytochrome C (P-450) reductase were slowly decreased according to the dosage of lead nitrate. On the other hand, the activity of NADH-bs reductase was increased according to the dosage of lead nitrate, but in case of treatment with red ginseng mixture, this enzyme activity was slightly decreased. In whole blood, the contents of hemoglobin and ZPP were not shown any critical change but lead content increased according to dosage of lead nitrate. These results suggest that content and activity of cytochrome P-450-dependent monooxygenase may be dependent on specificity of substrates and exposure duration.
수태가 Cytochrome P-450과 P-450 관련 효소들의 활성도와 유도성에 미치는 영향

To clarify the characteristics on hepatic microsomal xenobiotics metabolism in non-pregnant female rats compared with the changes observed during pregnancy of rats, the activities and inducibility of cytochrome P-450(P-450) and its related enzymes in rat liver were measured. The content of P-450 and ??, and the activities of P-450 dependent arylhydrocarbon hydroxylase(AHH) and ethoxycoumarin deethylase(ECDE), and NADPH-reductase and NADH-cytochrome ?? reductase were increased during preganacy of rats treated with 3-methylcholanthrene(MC). Pregnancy did not result from the induction of any specific P-450 isozyme. The inducibility of P-450 by 3-MC was similar to that of non-pregnant rats, and MC has caused the induction of only P-450 c isozyme. These results suggest that although P-450 content was slightly increased overall xenobiotic metabolizing ability of microsomal mixed function oxidase and the inducibility of P-450 and its related enzymes by administration of MC are not significantly changed during pregnancy in SD rats, the homeostatic reaction of an organism for the xenobiotic metabolism was preserved and activated.
5-8 GHz 대역 ASK 변조기 MMIC 설계 및 제작

본 논문에서는 ITS 서비스를 위해 개발된 5.8 GHz대역 근거리 전용 무선 통신을 이용한 자동게이트통관시스템의 차량탑재장치(OBE) 구성요소 중 ASK 변조기를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제안된 ASK 변조기는 인접채널간섭을 줄이기 위하여 3 V 단일전압 드레인 제어 변조회로로 설계되었으며 0.7 - 3 V의 넓은 선형변조영역과 40 dB 이상의 On/off Ratio 특성을 얻었다. 회로의 Layout과 공정은 ETRI 0.5$\mu\textrm{m}$ MESFET Library를 사용하였고 칩 면적은 1.0mm $\times$ 1.0mmn로 제작하였다. In this paper, we have desired and implemented of ASK modulator MMIC operating at 5.8 GHz for OBE used in AGPS(Automatic Gate Passing System). The proposed ASK modulator MMIC was implemented to apply a single supply voltage of 3 V to the drain in order to decrease ACP(Adjacent Channel Power). As a result, it is exhibits a broad linear modulation range from 0.7 V to 3 V and an On/off characteristic over 40 dB. The layouts of ASK modulator MMICs was designed and fabricated by using ETRI 0.57m MESFET library The chip size was 1.0mm $\times$x1.0mm.
