      • Fabrication of External Stimulus-sensitive Mechanochromic Films

        Currently, counterfeiting technology is becoming an issue in various fields such as food and medicine as well as luxury goods. So it is necessary to develop counterfeit prevention technologies. In recent years, colloidal crystal assemblies have been attracting many attentions as real-time external stimulus-sensitive materials in various fields. The hydrogel matrix was most commonly used to fix colloidal crystals, but it is difficult to apply to various fields due to its low mechanical strength. In this study, styrene and acrylate monomer were emulsion-polymerized to form polymer particles with a core-interlayer-shell structure, and films were prepared by rolling while applying heat to the nanospheres. When an external stimulus is applied to the film, the arrangement of nanoparticles changes in real time. Fabricated mechanochromic films are expected that it can be applied to a genuine product authentication technology that allows consumers to determine the authenticity of a product.

        Single-port robot-assisted abdominoperineal resection: a case review of the first four experiences

        Recently, abdominoperineal resection (APR) using a robot has been demonstrated in other studies. However, there has been no report on APR for rectal cancer using the single-port robot (SPR) platform. In response to this research gap, we described the clinical experience of APR using a SPR. From April 2019 to March 2020, APR using a SPR platform was performed in a total of 4 patients. Three patients had a transumbilical approach, and 1 patient had a transstoma site approach. The average operation time was 307 minutes, and the patient docking time to the SPR platform was 133.5 minutes. There were no complications during the operation, and no laparoscopy or open conversion. No reoperation occurred within 30 days. Mild postoperative complications occurred in 2 patients. We found that APR has safety and feasibility in surgery using an SPR platform. There was no intraoperative event and severe postoperative complications.

        효소 처리 후 항체반응이 사라진 항-Jka 2예

        We report on two cases of anti-Jka, whose reactivity disappeared on an antibody identification test using enzyme-treated red cells. One of two patients was a 72-year-old female with cirrhosis of the liver and colon cancer, and the other was a 55-year-old female with known MDS and incomplete Behcet’s disease. Results of an antibody identification test using a LISS/Coombs gel card (DiaMed AG) showed negative to one positive with red cells having the Jka antigen; however, all reactions using the enzyme-treated cells showed negative results, which was unexpected. The patients’ RBC phenotype was Jk(a−b+). We obtained positive results in reactions of enzyme-treated Jka+ cells and EDTA using a patient’s serum and proved that the cause of the negative reaction might be complement-related.

        디지털인재 양성을 위한 초등학교의 보편적 정보교육 도입의 필요성 연구

        The government of South Korea discusses ways to expand computer science eduction to solve the digital divide. In-service elementary school teachers are also aware of the need for computer science education, with 77.3% of those who responded positively to the expansion of computer science eduction. The participating ele­mentary school in this study has conducted computer science education for more than an hour per a week since the 1980s. As a result of a survey, the proportion of students taking private education was 16.2%. It shows 50.3% lower than 66.5% of other surveys conducted in 2021, which means the effectiveness in reducing private education when continuous computer science eduction is being conducted in the school system. In the case study analysis, teachers pointed out that the instructional content varies by instructors due to the absence of the national curriculum. The parents recogrdzed the importance of computer science education but did not know the learning content and mentioned the necessity of the national computer science education curriculum. It means that com­puter science education should provide a universal educational opportunity as an independent subject in elementary schools for nurturing future talents. 현재 정부에서는 디지털 격차 해소를 위한 정보교육 확대 방안이 논의되고 있다. 현장 초등학교 교사 역시 정보교육의 확대에 긍정적으로 응답한 사람이 77.3%가 될 정도로 정보교육의 필요성에 대해 인지하고 있다. 본 연구를 위해 정보교육의 필요성을 분석한 D초등학교는 1980년대부터 지금까지 주당 1시간이상의 정보교육을 꾸준히 실시했다. 학생들에게 정보교육의 사교육 절감 효과를 살펴보기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 사교육을 하는 학생의 비율이 16.2%로 나타났다. 이는 2021년에 실시된 타 설문조사의 사교육 참여 비율로 응답된 66.5% 보다 50.3% 적은 수치를 보여주며 사교육 절감에 효과가 있을 것으로 기대되었다. 사례연구 분석 결과에서 교사는 교육과정의 부재로 인한 강사에 따른 학습 내용이 달라짐을, 학부모는 중요성은 인지하나 학습 내용을 알 수 없다는 지적을 하며 정보교과 및 교육과정의 필요성에 대해 언급했다. 이는 미래 인재 양성을 위해 정보교육은 초등학교에서 독립교과로서 보편적인 교육의 기회가 제공되어야 함을 의미한다.

        우리나라 B형 및 C형 바이러스성 간견병증 환자에서의 간세포암 발생률의 비교에 대한 전향적 연구

        Objectives:patients with HCV-associated liver cirrhosis had greater risk of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) than patients with HRV-associated in areas pirevalent for HCV infection. However, the relative risks of. HBV and HCV for HCC have not been investgated in an HBV-endemic area. The piresent study was designed to study prospectively the relative risk of HBV and HCV for HCC In korea. An HBV- endemic, area. Methods: We enrolled 373 patien ts with liver ciirrhosis who had experienced thc esophageal variccal bleeding and had been treated by endoscopic injection sclerothenpy, and survived more than ) 3 months. They were devided into three grourp 1) 245( 65.7%) patients who were positive for HBsAg but nagative for anti- HCV were in HBV group 2) 48 (l2.9'% ) who were negative for HBsAg but positive for anti-H C V were HCV group, and, 3)80 (21.4%) were negative for both were NBNC group. The duta were analyzed stalistically using Kaplan-Melermethod and COX proportional-hazzards regression analysis. Results:During the mean follow-up period of 3.4 years. 68(18.2 %) patients developed HCC. The cumulattive incidence of HCC. Among all patients was 25.4 % during the first 5 years: the incidences in each HBV. HCV and NBNC group during, the first 3 years were 18.3%,22.0%, and 5.6%. Respectively and those during the first 6 years were 34.7%, 54.8%, and l7.0%, respectively. By univeriate analysis age older than 50 yearser and initial serum a-PF level higher than 5ng/ml also appered to be predictors of grealer risk for the development of HCC.. By multivarite analysis. HlBsA g positivity, anti-HCV positivily, old age, and male sex were independent risk factors for HCC$quot;. Conclusion ;We showed for the first time by a prospective study that anti-HCV positive cirrhotic patients had no less or even greater risk I or the development of HCC. Than HBsAg-positive paticnl seven in in HBV-endemic korea as they had in HCV-endemic area such as Japan and Italy .

      • 한국형 위성항법시스템 궤도 설계 및 항법 성능 분석

        한국형 위성항법시스템의 궤도 설계에 있어 위치정확도를 고려한 위성 조합의 분석이 필요하다. 한국형 위성항법 시스템에 적합한 항법위성 후보 조합인 EIGSO (Elliptical Inclined Geosynchronous Orbit)와 GEO (Geostationary Orbit)의 조합이다. 북반구 사용자의 관점에서 위성항법시스템의 남북방향의 위치오차가 동서방향의 위치오차보다 크다. 본 논문은 HDOP (Horizontal dilution of precision)을 동쪽방향과 북쪽방향으로 나누고, 궤도 요소에 따른 북쪽 방향의 DOP 요소의 크기를 분석하였다. 궤도 경사각, 궤도 이심률, GEO 배치 변화에 따라 남북 방향의 위치 오차를 고려한 항법 성능을 분석하였다. Orbit design element of Korean navigation satellite systems need to analyzed orbit combinations consider position accuracy. Korean navigation satellite systems for candidate combinations are EIGSO (Elliptical Inclined Geosynchronous Orbit) and GEO (Geostationary Orbit). Position error of the north-south direction of the satellite navigation system is greater than the position error of the east-west direction from the user"s point of view the Northern Hemisphere. Divided into the north and east direction (Horizontal dilution of precision) HDOP, This paper analyze the size of the element in the direction of North DOP orbital elements. Eccentricities, inclination, GEO placement changes depending on the position error of the north-south direction navigation performance were analyzed.
