        The purpose of this study was to provide with the basic research to aid to establish in the direction of consumer education, which investigate the actual condition of consumer complaining behavior according to consumer problems. Content analysis method was used and the sample 624 case was taken from report about experienced according to consumer problems by university of women. The major results are as follows: They have much more consumer complaining behavior, when they experience the problem about non-durable goods, and less experience them in case about durable goods. But they need to knowledge(information) about the durable goods and a way of settlement when they experience problems after service and structural problems.

      • All-Trans Retinoic Acid에 의한 HL-60 세포 분화유도중 H2B Histone, c-Myc 및 DNA Topoisomerase I 발현에 관한 연구

        Effects of all-trans retinoic acid(retinoic acid) on DNA replication, H2B histone and DNA topoisopmerase I(Topo I) gene expression have been investigated in human promyelocytic leukemia cell line HL-60. DNA synthesis decreased at 24 hours after exposure of retinoic acid in the HL-60 cells. H2B histone mRNA rapidly reduced at 48 hours and Topo I and c-myc mRNA at 24 hours in retinoic acid-exposured HL-60 cells, respectively. The levels of c-myc, H2B histone and Topo I gene expression were reduced in proportion to the concentration of retinoic acid. The H2B histone mRNA in retinoic acid-exposured cells was elevated by cycloheximide treatment, while the level of Topo I mRNA was constant. These results suggest that regulations of H2B histone, c-myc and Topo I gene expression are different from one another, and repression of Topo I gene is closely correlated with c-myc gene during retinoic acid-induced differentiation of HL-60 cells.

        Wegener's granulomatosis is characterized by necrotizing and granulomatous disease which involves upper, lower respiratory tract and kidney. The basic pathophysiologic mechanism of Wegener's granulomatosis is still unknown. We report a case of Wegener's granulomatosis which involved lung and pleura and was diagnosed by clinical symptoms, radiologic findings and anti-neutrophilic cytoplasmic autoantibodies.

        직장남성의 성격특성과 의복디자인 선호도와의 관계 연구

        The objectives of this study were to investigate the relation between personality(activity, emotional stability, and dominance) and clothing design preferences, and to examine the differences of clothing design preferences according to demographic variables of men, Subjects for the study were 255 male white-collar workers ranging in ages from twenties to fifties, in Seoul and Kwangju City, Korea. The men with higher activity of personality preferred the double jacket with 4 buttons, the combination of light color jacket and dark trousers, glen check pattern jacket, herringbone pattern jacket, light beige color dress shirts. The higher the imotional stability, the higher the preferences on diverse patterns such as fine stripe, plaid, hound's-tooth check, and small check pattern. The men with higher dominance preferred dark blue color suit, glen check pattern suit, and necktie of red circle, and disliked the necktie of gray circle. The men in their 20's and 30's liked the single jacket with 3 buttons, the suit of fine stripe and the necktie of gray circle more than the 40's and 50's did. The middle income group liked herringbone pattern most among three income groups. The higher the men's age and income were, the more they liked the conservative style such as a single jacket with 2 buttons. The men who reside in Seoul liked the suit of gray circle, the jacket and trousers of same color, the patternless jacket, and the patternless suit more than the men in Kwangju. Therefore, the men in metropolitan area preferred conservative clothing image. Fine stripe pattern and patternless materials were preferred when men wore jacket and trousers of same color, while glen check pattern was preferred as the pattern of jacket when jacket and trousers of different color. Male white-collar worker liked single jacket more than double jacket, and preferred the dark blue color suit and necktie, patternless suit, fine stripe suit, and the pale blue dress shirs generally. The present findings provide that the presonality of male has influence on the clothing design preferences, and it is possible to infer men's personality by their attire.

      • 균일가열법으로 제조한 반용융 A390합금의 미세조직 및 성형성

        Microstructure of hypereutectic Al-17wt.% Si alloy, fabricated by mechanical stirring and by reheating at semi-solid state, was investigated by optical microscope. Flow behavior semi-solid metal also was investigated at diffentent mould temperatures 280℃, 290℃ and 300℃ . Size of silicon particles were increased over 100㎛ durig solidification as a result of stirring. It is considered as microstructural coarsening by bonding between neighbouring primary silicon particles during stirring of slurry. In case of reheating at semi-state, however, primary silicon particle was not increased at size of 40㎛ and nearly spherical aluminum solde particle also was improved when solid fraction was 0.7 at mould temperature of 300℃ than other conditions.

      • 효소적 방법으로 제조된 키토산 올리고당의 첨가에 따른 김치의 숙성 및 저장 기간 연장에 관한 연구

        효소로 처리된 키토산 올리고당의 첨가에 의한 김치의 숙성 기간 연장 효과를 알아보기 위하여 배추김치에는 0.2-0.4%, 2일째에 0.4%를 첨가하여 20℃에서 10일간 관찰한 결과 0.2% 첨가시 대조군에 비해 2일, 0.4% 첨가시는 4일, 2일째에 0.4%를 첨가한 경우는 8일 이후로 연장 효과가 2-4배 있었으며, 0.4% 이상에서는 미생물 생육자체가 억제되므로 풍미 및 유기산의 생성을 고려할 때 2일째 첨가된 0.4%가 젖산균의 수는 어느정도 유지하면서 stationary phage를 연장시킴으로서 더 좋은 결과를 나타냈다. 갓 김치의 경우 0.1%-0.5% 첨가시 대조군에 비해 1.2-1.4배의 연장 효과가 있어서 배추 김치에 비해서는 낮은 효과를 나타냈다. 따라서, 효소로 처리된 키토산 올리고당의 첨가에 의해 배추 김치는 2-4배의 연장 효과, 갓김치는 1.2-1.4배의 연장 효과를 나타내어 미생물 증식 억제에 의한 김치의 숙성 및 저장 기간 연장 효과를 기대할 수 있었다. To prolong the fermenting and preservation period of Kimchi, chitosanoligosaccharide was prepared by chitosanase. Various concentrations of chitosanoligosaccharide were added into Chinese cabbage Kimchi and Gat Kimchi. Chinese cabbage Kimchi was formulated with various chitosanoligosaccharide concentrations(0.2-0.4%) and fermented at 20℃. And Gat Kimchi was prepared with various chitosanoligosaccharide(0.1-0.5%) concentrations during 26 days at 4℃. In this results, the fermentation period was increased 2-2.5 and 1.2-1.4 folds more than control(0% of chitosanoligosaccharide) for Chinese cabbage Kimchi and Gat Kimchi, respectively. Conclusively, adding of chitosanoligosaccharide into Kimchi significantly prolonged the fermentation and preservation period.

        백서의 실험적 치아이동시 connexin 43의 발현에 관한 연구

        치아이동시 골세포간 활성 조화에서 세포간 교통의 중요성이 차츰 인식되고 있으며 세포간 교통을 위한 교통반의 존재가 확인되고 있다. 동물실험 모델에서 실험적 치아이동을 통해 조성된 압박 및 견인측 치주인대에서 교통반 단백의 일종인 connexin 43의 발현을 관찰함으로써 인접 연조직 및 골 조직 내에서 세포 신호 전달 양상의 한 부분을 파악하고자 하였다. Sprague-Dawley계 백서 27마리를 대조군(3마리)과 실험군(24마리)으로 나누었으며, 실험군은 견인력(75g)을 가한 후 12시간, 1일, 4일, 7일, 14일, 28일이 경과한 후 각각 4마리씩 희생시켜, connexin 43의 발현을 면역조직화학적으로 관찰한 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1.대조군에서의 connexin 43 발현은 치은, 상아질, 치주인대, 치수, 골세포에서 경미하였다. 2.교정적 치아이동에 반응하는 치수, 치주인대, 골모세포, 파골세포, 골세포부위에서 connexin 43의 발현이 많았으나 치은, 상아질, 상아모세포에서의 발현은 견인력 적용기간에 관계없이 대조군과 큰 차이가 없었다. 3.치수에서 connexin 43의 발현은 교정력을 가한 4일에서부터 증가하여 7일째까지 크게 증가한 후 14일째부터 감소되었으며 28일째에는 대조군과 차이가 없었다. 4.치주인대에서 connexin 43의 발현은 주로 혈관을 중심으로 치조골 면을 따라 압박측에서 주로 나타났는데 교정력을 가한 12시간에서부터 증가하여 4일에서 가장 많은 발현을 보인 후 7일부터 감소하기 시작하였다. 5.골모세포 및 골세포에서 발현은 실험 1일째부터 출현해 4일째에 가장 많은 발현을 보였고 7일 이후에는 크게 감소하였으며 파골세포에서의 발현은 골모세포와 골세포보다 실험 4일째에 더 많이 관찰할 수 있었다. Bone remodeling in response to force requires coordinated actions of osteoblasts, osteoclasts, osteocytes, and periodontal ligament cells. Coordination among these cells may be mediated, in part, by cell-to-cell communication via gap junctions. This study was designed to evaluate the expression of gap junction, connection 43 in periodontal tissue during the experimental movement of rat's incisors, by LSAB(labelled streptavidine biotin) immunohistochemical staining fort connexin 43. Twenty seven Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into a control group(3 rats), and 6 experimental groups(24 rats) where 75g of force was applied from helical springs across the maxillary incisors. Rats of experimental groups were sacrificed at 12 hours, 1, 4, 7, 14 and 28 days after force application, respectively. And the tissues of a control group and experimental groups were studied immunohistochemically. The results were as follows : 1.In control group, the expression of connexin 43 was rare in gingiva, dentin, cementum, periodontal ligament and bone cells. 2.In experimental group, the expression of connexin 43 was increased in pulp, periodontal ligament, osteoblasts, and osteoclasts, comparing to that in control. And it was rare in gingiva, dentin, and odontoblasts regardless of the duration of force application, which was not different from that of control group. 3.The expression of connexin 43 in pulp of experimental group began to increase in 4-day after force application and got to the highest degree at 7-day. And it decreased after 14-day to be similar to that of control group at 28-day. 4.The expression of connexin 43 in periodontal ligament was noted in small capillaries adjacent to alveolar bone, showing higher intensity of immunolabelling after 4-day. And it was stronger in the pressure side than in tension side of periodontal ligament. After 7-day, decrease in connexin 43 expression was observed. 5.The expression of connexin 43 in alveolar bone began to increase 1-day, reached to the highest degree at 4-day, and decreased at 7-day. And the expression in osteoclasts was more than that in osteoblasts or osteocyte at 7-day.

      • 직장인의 스포츠활동 참가와 주관적 행복감의 관계

        The Purpose of this study to investigate the relationship of sports activity participation to subjective euphoria of office workers. To achieve this purpose, the subjects were selected by cluster random sampling of adults, in Daejon in 2002 at present. There were 273 male, 215 female used for the analysis. The total was 489. Data were collected by employing a questionnaire. The variables of this analysis were demographic characteristics, sports activity participation, subjective happiness(positive affect scale and negative affect scale). The questionnaire for Life sathisfaction had been developed by Diener. Emmons, Lersen & Griffin(1992) and standardized in Korean language by Lee Jong kil(1992). The questionnaire for Positive and Negative Affectby Watson, Clark & Tellgen(1988) and standardized in Korean language by Lee Ju Sung(1991). The collected data analyzed statistic program SPSS Windows 10.0 Version. The statistical analysis are descriptive statistics analysis, multiple regression analysis and analysis of covariance. From the analyses of the data, this study reached he following conclusions: First, subjective euphoria is partially different by sports activity participation among employees. Second, degree of sports activity participation is positively influence on subjective euphoria.
