대한지적공사 공간정보연구원에서는 네트워크 RTK의 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 전국에 30개소의 LX 위성측위 인프라를 구축하고 MAC기반의 네트워크 RTK 서비스를 시험운영하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LX 위성측위 인프라의 구축 현황을 소개하고 MAC기반의 네트워크 RTK 서비스의 측위 성능 분석 결과를 기술하였다. 성능 분석을 위하여 임시 고정점을 설치하고 국토지리정보원의 VRS와 동시관측을 실시하였다. 그 결과 두 인프라는 동서, 남북 방향으로 평균 1~2 ± 1 cm 차이를 보였으며 , 초기화 시간도 10초 이내에서 근소한 차이를 보였다. For improvement of network RTK performance in survey field, Spatial Information Research Institute (SIRI), LX Korea Cadastral Survey Corporation installed 30 GNSS permanent stations in Korea Peninsula, and has been running the MAC-based network RTK service as a test version. In this paper, we introduce the LX GNSS network and analyze the positioning accuracy of the LX MAC RTK service. For field test of the LX MAC RTK service, we installed temporally fixed anchor points and observed simultaneously with VRS of National Geographic Information Institute. As a result, the horizontal position differences and initial times of LX MAC with respect to NGII VRS are 1~2 ± 1 cm and <10 seconds, respectively.

Suppression of lung inflammation by the methanol extract of <i>Spilanthes acmella</i> Murray is related to differential regulation of NF-κB and Nrf2

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P><B>Ethnopharmacological relevance</B></P> <P>Although <I>Spilanthes acmella</I> has been used to relieve inflammation, fever, pain, or infection in traditional Asian medicine, experimental evidence supporting these functions is scarce. Here, we examined an anti-inflammatory function and a possible underlying mechanism of <I>S. acmella</I> Murray (SAM).</P> <P><B>Materials and method</B></P> <P>The methanol extract of SAM was fingerprinted by HPLC. C57BL/6 mice were administered with a single intratracheal (i.t.) LPS and 2 h later with a single i.t. SAM. The effect of SAM on lung inflammation was assessed by histology, semi-quantitative RT-PCR, and MPO assay of lung tissue. The effects of SAM on a pro-inflammatory factor NF-κB and an anti-inflammatory factor Nrf2 were analyzed by immunoblotting of nuclear proteins and by semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis of mRNA of the genes governed by these transcription factors. V5-Nrf2 was precipitated by an anti-V5 antibody and the ubiquitinated V5-Nrf2 was revealed by immunoblotting of HA-tagged ubiquitin.</P> <P><B>Results</B></P> <P>The i.t. SAM robustly diminished a neutrophilic lung inflammation induced by i.t. LPS treatment of mice. In RAW 264.7 cells, SAM suppressed the nuclear localization of NF-κB and the expression of NF-κB-dependent cytokine genes. SAM increased the level of Nrf2 in the nucleus and the expression of Nrf2-dependent genes while suppressing ubiquitination of Nrf2.</P> <P><B>Conclusion</B></P> <P>Our results suggest that SAM can suppress a neutrophilic inflammation in mouse lungs, which is associated with suppressed NF-κB and activated Nrf2. 본 연구는 영화 〈고양이를 부탁해〉에서 등장하는 인물 캐릭터와 미장센을 분석함으로써 이 속에서 직간접적으로 표현되는 인천의 로컬리티를 살펴보고 있다. 영화속 캐릭터들은 이 영화의 공간적 배경이 되고 있는 인천의 로컬리티를 특징적으로 드러내고 있다. 혜주와 지영은 일견 서로 상반되는 듯하지만, 궁극적으로는 인천에 대한 부정적인 인식을 표현한다는 점에서 서로 일치한다. 쌍둥이 자매 비류와 온조는 인천 화교가 지니는 역사성과 장소성의 아이러니를 보여준다. 태희는 성인, 남성, 중앙, 자본 중심주의의 기존 질서를 선망하며 그것을 자기의 욕망으로 취하는 대신, 대안적 질서를 꿈꾸며 타자들과 끝없이 접속하는 인물이다. 이 캐릭터는 허브와 네트워크 공간으로서의 인천을 상징적으로 보여준다. 마지막으로 영화 속 고양이가 보여주는 탈주의 의미에 주목하고, 또한 이 고양이가 ‘선물’로서 친구들 사이를 순환하며 일종의 우정의 공동체를 직조해 나가는 것을 밝힌다. 선물은, 현대 사회의 중앙(서울)중심, 화폐경제 등을 비판적으로 고찰하고 새로운 대안 공동체를 구성하는 데 중요한 의미가 있다고 본다. The purpose of this study is to find out locality of Incheon, which is released directly or indirectly from the movie, in viewpoint of character and mise-en-scene. The locality of Incheon, the background of this movie is distinctively exposed through the characters. Hye-ju and Ji-young have conflict characters at a glance, but eventually they are aligned with each other, in negative viewpoint of Incheon. Twin sisters, Bi-ryu And On-jo, show the irony of historicity and placeness of overseas chinese in Incheon. Tae-hee is a character who contacting the others endlessly while dreaming alternative orders instead of being envious traditional orders of adulthood, manhood, centrality and capitalism and taking them to her own desires. This character shows the emblem of Incheon as a space of hub and network. Lastly, we takes note of the meaning of escape of cat in this movie. This cat means a circulating “gift” for the characters reflecting formation of their friendship community. We consider that the gift has an important meaning as criticizing the contemporary centralism and monetary economy and constituting a new alternative community.

土當歸, 日當歸 및 中國當歸가 Hydrocortisone acetate로 유발된 瘀血 病態에 미치는 影響

Objectives : This study was performed to compare the effect of Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Angelicae Acutilobae Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix extract on model of blood stasis in rats. Methods : Except for the normal group, hydrocortisone acetate(HA;%mg/kg in ethanol, IM) was injected to induce experimental blood stasis model for 1 weeks and each extract was administrated after lhr following HA injection for lweek. We measured the hematocrit, the platelet count, the prothrombin time, levels of fibrinogen and RBC counts in rat s blood. Results : Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Angelicae Acutilobae Radix group showed significant increase of hematocrit in comparison with that of the control group. Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Angelicae Acutilobae Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix group showed significant increase of the platelet count in comparison with that of the control group. Angelicae Gigantis Radix group showed significant decrease of prothrombin time in comparison with that of the control group. Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Angelicae Acutilobae Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix group showed significant increase of fibrinogen in comparison with that of the control group. Angelicae Sinensis Radix group showed significant decrease of RBC counts in comparison with that of the control group. Conclusions : Reviewing these experimental results, it appears that Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Angelicae Acutilobae Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix have similar pharmaceutical efficacy on model of blood stasis. In particular Angelicae Gigantis Radix showed good efficacy in comparison with Angelicae Acutilobae Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix. Therefore further additional study should be conducted to elucidate in depth the pharmaceutical efficacy of these.

Recombinant Human HAPLN1 Mitigates Pulmonary Emphysema by Increasing TGF-β Receptor I and Sirtuins Levels in Human Alveolar Epithelial Cells

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) will be the third leading cause of death worldwide by 2030. One of its components, emphysema, has been defined as a lung disease that irreversibly damages the lungs’ alveoli. Treatment is currently unavailable for emphysema symptoms and complete cure of the disease. Hyaluronan (HA) and proteoglycan link protein 1 (HAPLN1), an HA-binding protein linking HA in the extracellular matrix to stabilize the proteoglycan structure, forms a bulky hydrogel-like aggregate. Studies on the biological role of the full-length HAPLN1, a simple structure-stabilizing protein, are limited. Here, we demonstrated for the first time that treating human alveolar epithelial type 2 cells with recombinant human HAPLN1 (rhHAPLN1) increased TGF-β receptor 1 (TGF-β RI) protein levels, but not TGF-β RII, in a CD44-dependent manner with concurrent enhancement of the phosphorylated Smad3 (p-Smad3), but not p-Smad2, upon TGF-β1 stimulation. Furthermore, rhHAPLN1 significantly increased sirtuins levels (i.e., SIRT1/2/6) without TGF-β1 and inhibited acetylated p300 levels that were increased by TGF-β1. rhHAPLN1 is crucial in regulating cellular senescence, including p53, p21, and p16, and inflammation markers such as p-NF-κB and Nrf2. Both senile emphysema mouse model induced via intraperitoneal rhHAPLN1 injections and porcine pancreatic elastase (PPE)-induced COPD mouse model generated via rhHAPLN1-containing aerosols inhalations showed a significantly potent efficacy in reducing alveolar spaces enlargement. Preclinical trials are underway to investigate the effects of inhaled rhHAPLN1-containing aerosols on several COPD animal models.

This study was performed to compare the effect of Ojeoksan which have extracted by varied extractor(press extractor : PE, pressless extractor : PLE, short acting extractor : SE) on model of blood stasis in rats, Except for the normal group, hydrocortisone acetate(HA;25mg/kg in ethanol. IM) to induce experimental blood stasis model for 1 weeks and each extract of Ojeaksan was administrated after 1hr following HA injection for 1week. We measured the hematocrit, the platelet count, the prothrombin time, levels of fibrinogen in rats' blood, The sample Ⅰ(Ojeoksan extracted by PE) group showed significant decrease of hematocrit. prothrombin time and significant increase of the platelet count, levels of fibrinogen in comparison with those of the control group, The sample Ⅱ(Ojeaksan) extracted by PLE) group showed significant decrease of hematocrit and significant increase of levels of fibrinogen in comparison with those of the control group. Administration of the sample Ⅲ(Ojeaksan extracted by SE) group showed significant decrease of hematocrit and significant increase of the platelet count, levels of fibrinogen in comparison with those of the control group.

Objective: Occupational medicine specialists in the Busan, Ulsan and Kyung-Nam areas established an area-based occupational disease surveillance system and used this system to collected case information for the purpose of preventing occupational diseases Methods: l l hospital participated in this system. The authors selected five main diseases, which were hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS), work-related musculoskeletal disorder (WRMSD), occupational asthma, occupational skin disease and occupational and occupational lung cancer and established their case definitions. All cases were reported on the web, and real time analysis was conducted. Results: Between April 2001 and April 2003, 192 cases of HAVS, 118 cases of WRMSD, 33 cases of occupational asthma, 17 cases of occupational skin disease and 17 cases of occupational lung cancer (for a total of 377 cases of these five main diseases) were reported. most of the HAVS cases came from shipbuilding, and 172 of them (92.7%) were associated with grinding. Of the four main types of WRMSD, carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) was the most prevalent with 46 cases and shipbuilding was also the main industry involved (83.9%). The ergonomic risk factors involved mainly associated with the hand. In 19 (57.6%) and 4 (12.1%) cases of occupational asthma, the agents involved. The causative agents of occupational lung cancer included Cr, welding fume, PAH, Ni, etc. 10(58.8%) of the cases were diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma and 5(29.4%) as adenoma. Conclusion: This result showed that an area-based occupational disease surveillance system might provide an effective method of evaluating the prevalence of such diseases, however the Busan, Ulsan and Kyung-Nam provinces are too large to be treated as individual areas. Therefore, the authors suggest that each province should establish its own surveillance system.

The ring expansion chemistry is one of the most important methods to prepare five-and six-membered heterocylic compounds. We have studied about γ-lactam ring expansion with stereoselectivity from β-lactam derivative. To do this chemistry, proton of N-benzyl group in β-lactam derivatives is eliminated by LDA and make carbanion.This anion make unstable 4-membered lactam intermediate, and then the ring is opened by homo clevage or hetero cleavage for releasing ring strain, followed by recyclization to one carbon to make γ-lactam ring with stereoselectivity in β-, γ- positions.
