메틸 12(S)-,와 12(R)- 히드록시에이코사 -5(Z), 8(Z), 14(Z) -트리에노에이트 (1과2), 그리고 8(E)-유사물인 3과 4를 L-글루타민산으로부터 합성하였다. 12(S)-and 12(R)-hydroxyeicosa-5(Z), 8(Z), 14(Z)-trienoic acids (1 and 2, respectively) and their 8(E)-analogues 3 and 4 were prepared from L-glutamic acid.
Significant portion of the pollution load is quite often transported adsorbed to suspended aggregates of cohesive fine sediments. Thus, the cohesive sediment transport problem is important in predicting and controlling water quality, and pollution in estuaries and coastal waters. Contents of this study are : 1) Physical processes of cohesive sediment transport such as flocculation, settling, deposition. erosion are described based on the review of literature. 2) Laboratory settling experiments to further understanding of the physical processes of cohesive sediment transport. 3) Field measurements and sampling for the estimation of cohesive sediment transport 4) Improvement of cohesive sediment transport model. 5) Application to Nakdong estuary.
O-(tert-Butyldiphenylsily1)-cis-5-methyl-4-hepten-6-yn-1-ol, an intermediate in the synthesis of taxol, was efficiently synthesized from 3-methyl-2-penten-4-yn-1-ol by sequential alcohol/bromide interchange [NBS, PPh_(3), CH_(2)Cl_(2), -30℃, 82%], displacement with the lithium salt of tert-butylacetate [LDA, THF, -78 to 23℃, 84%], LAH reduction, and silylation [tBuPhSiCl, imidazole, CH_(2)Cl_(2), 45℃, 88%].
The fog screen is a device projecting the media to the aerosol flow field. As major parameters to generate dense and steady fog screen, shear stress, optical blockage ratio and SMD were obtained result through experiment. The micro droplet was generated by the piezo oscillation element, and the aerosol flow mixed with an air flow was sprayed into the vertical direction from the top of the fog screen through the 280 mm slot. For produce a dense, uniform fog screen, the shear effect, optical blockage ratio and SMD between aerosol and air curtain were measured. The minimum and maximum shear stress conditions were selected and it was confirmed that the optical transmission deviation of the aerosol flow field was small when the aerosol and air curtain flow rates were changed. When the aerosol and air curtain flow power were 18 V (1.51 m/s) and 24 V (2.55 m/s), respectively, under the condition of the minimum shear stress and laminar flow, the optical blockage ratios with the spray length were small, and it produced a most stable and high density uniform fog screen by injecting a constant of 10 μm or less.
