One of protection methods for computer internal data is to pursue data flow in program and to control its flow. In this thesis, we propose a mechanism which guarantees secure information flow in a program. By investigating security classes of all the variables in a statement and judging necessary condition for secure information flow, proposed model descriminates the program whether it is secure or not. Out model can be implemnted at language translation time, particularly semantic analysis phase, by pursuing security class transfer of each statement.

現在 大學 初級學年의 造船工學 敎育에 있어서 배의 船型, 線圖 및 Off-Set Table을 理解시키는데 상당한 時間을 소비하고 있다. 이 問題를 解決하기 위하여 船體를 各各 Water Line 斷面, Buttock Line 斷面 및 Station Line 斷面으로 분리할 수 있는 3척의 小型 木製 模型船을 製作 하였다. In elementary course of Naval Architecture at University or College, instructers, at present, spend considerably long time to make students understand the concept and relationship among hull form, lines and off-set table. In order to solve this problem, the Author along with the associates have manufactured three wooden ship hull form models that are separable at Water line section. Buttock line section and Station line section respectively.
G-CSF로 체내 증폭된 골수를 이용한 동종 조혈모세포이식

연구배경: 이식시 주입되는 골수세포수는 생착 속도 및 생존율과 밀접한 관계가 있으나, 임상적으로 환자의 체중이 공여자에 비해 지나치게 많을 때 단위 체중당 환자에게 주입되는 세포의 양이 적어 문제가 될 수 있다. 방법: 저자들은 가톨릭 조혈모세포이식 센터에서 동종 골수이식을 시행한 환자들 중 환자의 체중이 공여자에 비해 10kg이상 많은 경우 골수 채취 전에 공여자에게 3일간 피하로 G-CSF(10ug/kg/day)를 투여하여 골수를 체내(in vivo) 증폭시킨 후 골수이식을 시행한 25예의 환자를 대상으로 고식적인 방법으로 골수이식을 시행한 위험인자가 일치되는 대조군과 비교하여 이식된 세포수, 혈구의 회복속도 및 이식편대 숙주반응(GVHD)의 발생율, 그리고 생존율 등을 비교 분석하였다. 결과: 단기간의 G-CSF 투여로 증폭된 골수의 총 유핵세포수, 단핵구수는 대조군에 비해 3-5배, CD34 + 세포수는 6배 증폭되었으며, 두 군간에 세포의 면역표현형(CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, CD20)의 차이는 없었다. 중성 백혈구 수가 0.5×10^(9)/L 이상 회복되는 시기는 두 군간의 차이가 없었으나(15.5일 vs 16일; p=0.131), 혈소판 수가 30×10^(9)/L 이상으로 회복되는 시기는 G-CSF 투여군에서 의의있게 단축되었다(20일 vs 26일; p=0.013). 두 군간 급성 및 만성 GVHD의 발생률과 정도의 차이는 없었으며, 이식 후 재발 및 생존율의 차이도 없었다. 결론: 이식전 공여자에게 단기간 G-CSF를 주사하여 생체내에서 골수 조혈모세포를 증폭시킨 후 이식하는 방법은 공여자와 환자의 심각한 체중 차이로 인해 단위체중당 이식되는 조혈모세포양이 부족한 환자들에게 안전하고 유용한 방법일 뿐만 아니라 GVHD의 증가 없이 빠른 혈구회복을 기대할 수 있는 이식기법이라고 생각한다. 향후 증폭된 골수 조혈모세포의 특성 연구 및 이의 효용성을 확인하기 위한 전향적인 연구가 필요하리라고 생각된다. Background: Sufficient stem cell doses are necessary to overcome engraftment failure in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation(BMT). Cell doses harvested may depend on body weight (BW) difference between donor and recipient. In practice, it is important to achieve large number of stem cells from donor who were lower BW than that of recipient. Methods: We have tried to inject G-CSF(10ug/kg/day) subcutaneously for 3 days to the allogeneic donor with lower BW than recipient before harvest to increase BM inoculum. BM was infused into patients without any manipulation on day 5. A total 25 patients were enrolled; 12 AML, 6 ALL, 5 SAA and 2 CML(expansion group). We compared the expansion group with 25 historical control patients, matched for diagnosis and clinical characteristics, who underwent unprimed BMT. Results: Recipient BW is not different between the expansion and control group. However, allogeneic donors in the control group weigh heavier than those in the expansion group. The yield of TNC, MNC, and CD34^(+) cells from G-CSFprimed BM was significantly higher than that from unprimed BM. There was no difference in immunophenotyping analysis(CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, CD20) between two groups. The median time reaching to absolute neutrophil count more than 0.5×10^(9)/L was not different(15.5 vs 16 days: p=0.131), but time to platelet recovery more than 30×10^(9)/L was significantly shorter for the patients who received G-CSF-primed BM (20 vs 26 days: p=0.013). There was no difference in the incidence of acute and chronic GVHD, relapse rate and overall survival between the two groups with a median follow-up of 13 months. Conclusion: These data suggest that the short-term administration of G-CSF to an allogeneic donor prior to BM harvest seems to be a feasible method to achieve an adequate number of cell doses for patients who weigh higher than donors. Randomized, prospective study is needed to evaluate the efficacy of allogeneic BMT using in vivo expansion of BM by G-CSF.

Objective : The aim of this study was to review systemically clinical trials on the effectiveness and safety of herbal medicines in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods : Computerized literature searches were carried out on seven electronic databases, and hand-searching on some chinese medical journals in library of Kyung Hee Medical Center. Trial data were extracted in a standardized, predefined manner and assessed independently. Results : 1. Thirty reports of clinical trials and two reports of meta-analyses concerning herbal medicine were collected and reviewed Among these reports three medical herbs were applied as topical medicine and others as internal medicine. 2. The western studies established NSAIDs or placebo as their control group. Five chinese reports established formulated herb pill(Ruanshnagshenjin pill) as their control group and Six did not establish a control group at all. 3. ACR was the most highly used diagnostic criteria in the western studies while the Chinese used their official criteria established by their government or the criteria of their text books. 4. 20 reports chose the Lequesne functional index, SHAQ, WOMAC OA index, AIMS, and their own unique scoring system as the criteria of analysing the effect. Others chose clinical symptoms, articular functions, and lab finding as their criteria. 5. 7 single herbs and 19 formulated herbs were studied. Among the formulated herbs, Achyranthes japonica was studied in 10 of the studies and Angelica gigantis Radix in 8, making them the most often studied herbs among the studies.
Induction of Myogenic Differentiation in Myoblasts by Electrical Stimulation

PURPOSE: While electrical stimulation (ES) is known to be a safe and flexible tool in rehabilitation therapy, it has had limited adoption in muscle regeneration. This study was performed to investigate whether ES can induce myogenic differentiation and to clarify the mechanism underlying the effects of ES on myogenic differentiation. METHODS: This study used rat L6 cell lines as myoblasts for myogenic differentiation. Electric stimulation was applied to the cells using a C-Pace EP culture pacer (IonOptix, Westwood, Ma, USA). The gene expressions of myogenic markers were examined using qPCR and immunochemistry. RESULTS: Our study showed that ES increased the thickness and length of myotubes during myogenic differentiation. It was found that ES increased the expression of myogenic markers, such as MyoD and Myogenin, and also activated the fusion of the myoblast cells. In addition, ES suppressed the expression of small GTPases, which can explain why ES promotes myogenic differentiation. CONCLUSION: We found that ES induced myogenic differentiation by suppressing small GTPases, inhibiting cell division. We suggest that ES-based therapies can contribute to the development of safe and efficient muscle regeneration.
Python 교육을 통한 Web 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 저작도구

프로그래밍 교육에서 Python 교육은 현재 기본으로 다루고 있다. PIP 의 우수한 확장성에 의해 수많은 분야에서 Python 을 이용하여 연구 및 개발을 수행하고 있다. 게임 개발에서도 Python 은 적극 활용되고 있다. 메모리관리와 최적화를 위한 Low Level 개발 부분에서는 C/C++, C#, JAVA 를 사용하지만, 게임 시스템 기획자의 경우 프로그래머에게 직결되는 문서를 작업하기 위해 객체지향적 시점을 작성해야 하기 때문에 Python 을 통해 기획자와 프로그래머의 의사소통 향상으로 인해 결과적으로 개발 시간을 단축하는 효과를 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Python 교육과 접근성이 좋은 Web Contents 를 개발하기 위하여 KM Engine 을 개발하였다. 경민 대학교 게임콘텐츠과 학생들을 대상으로 교육과 Web Contents 를 개발한 결과 Unity, Unreal 에 비해 학생들이 매우 편하게 개발하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. KM Engine 은 경민 대학교 학생 들 뿐 아니라 게임 제작을 배우고 싶어하는 이들과 이들을 학습시킬 목적을 가진 이들에게 기여하길 바란다.
이력모델의 선택에 따른 기존학교건물의 비탄성거동에 관한 연구

This purpose of this study is to review the inelastic dynamic behavior of existing reinforced concrete school buildings with various hysteresis models We selected earthquake accelerations of EI-centro. Santa-Monica, Taft. and analyzed existing reinforced concrete school buildings considering various hysteresis models" section. and we analyzed story shear force, story drift ratio, story displacement, hinge distribution state, and the difference of inelastic behavior due to various hysteresis models. Used program is Midas-Gen. In this study, Story shear force increased by maximum 60% according to hysteresis model. And Story drift ratio increased by maximum 42% according to hysteresis model. And Story displacement increased by maximum 40% according to hysteresis model. And The result with clough mode shows the maximum hinge distribution state.
