울산울주지방의 유행민요

1. 여기에 수록된 자료는 울산대학교 국어국문학과에서 1982년부터 1988년에 걸쳐 조사한 울산 울주 지역 구비문학 자료 중 민요자료의 일부이다. 이때 조사한 민요자료는 임 『울산울주 지방 민요자료집』(울산대학교출판부,1990)으로 간행되어 학계에 보고 된 바 있으나, 여기서 소개하는 유행민요 자료는 그때 지면상의 사정으로 제외되었던 것들이다. 정리방법은 그 책의 체제를 따랐다. 2. 여기에서 소개하는 민요들이 전국적으로 분포하는 유행민요라고는 하지만 그 내용을 살펴보면, 울산 울주 지방의 지역적 특색과 관련된 내용이나 기왕의 민요자료집들에서는 보고 되지 않은 내용을 담고 있는 것이 많기 때문에 단순히 전국적으로 유행하는 민요라고 치부항 무시하여 버리기에는 아까운 자료들이 상당수 있다. 따라서 이 자료는 앞서 보고 된 『울산 울주 지방 민요자료집』을 보완하는 동시에 울산 울주 지방 민요자료를 완결짓는 다는 의미를 동시에 지닌다고 할 수 있다.

울산대학교 기념품 개발에 관한 연구 : 컴퓨터 주변소품을 중심으로

과학기술의 진보에 따른 경제적인 풍요는 인간의 생활을 보다 여유 있게 바꿔 놓았고 그에 따른 소비자의 소비패턴도 매우 복잡 다양하게 되어 이제는 상품의 가치척도가 더이상 가격, 기능, 품질의 문제가 아니라 문화적, 사회적인 상징적 의미로 변화되고 있는 현실이다. 여타 제품도 마찬가지이겠지만 특히 기념품에 있어 그 상징성은 매우 의미가 크다 하겠다. 대학교의 기념품은 대학의 대내외적인 홍보효과, 대학구성원의 학교에 대한 자긍심 고취, 나아가 대학문화의 다양한 가치제고에 역할을 한다고 하겠다. 본 연구는 현 울산대학교 기념품의 실태를 알아보고 더불어 복잡 다양한 소비욕구에 대응할 수 있는 컨셉트의 기념품을 제안함으로써 급변하는 현대사회에 있어 하나의 브랜드 개발로서의 가능성을 타진하여 보고, 브랜드의 아이덴티티(identity)와 이미지를 통해 대학구성원의 자아 및 주체성 확립에 도움을 주고자 한다. In accordance with the advancement of scientific technology, economic wealth has changed human life into one of more comfort and the acquisition pattern of consumers has become more complicated accordingly. Therefore, the value standards for products are not price, function, and quality anymore, but symbolic ones that have cultural and social meanings. Especially, that souvenirs have symbolic meaning is very significant. Souvenirs of universities take the role of a PR effect inside and outside universities, enhancing pride in the students, and improvement in various values of university culture. This study conducted a fact-finding survey on souvenirs of Ulsan University and provided a concept of souvenirs that corresponds to the complicated and varied acquisition demands. By doing so, this study aims to determine the possibility of developing a souvenir as a brand and thereby contribute to establishing self-identity of the students through the identity and image of the brand.

울산광역시의 재정확충방안에 관한 연구 : 민간기업적 마인드를 중심으로 By the Entrepreneur's Mind

올해 광역시로 승격되어 더 많은 행정수요가 증대될 것으로 예상되는 울산광역시도 재원확충을 위한 패러다임을 종전과는 다른 시각에서 접근을 해야 한다는 점을 인식하여야만 한다. 본 연구는 이런 문제의 시각에서 울산광역시의 재정확충을 위한 방안들을 패러다임적 전환을 통한 접근을 통해 도출해 내 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 도입된 개념이 바로 오스본(David Osborne)과 게블러(Ted Gaebler)에 의해 주창된 민간기업적 마인드(entrepreneur's mind)를 통한 정부재개혁(reinventing government)이다. 여기에서는 민간기업적 마인드로 제3섹터개념을 활용한 민간재원의 활용과 지방채, 그리고 해외자본의 도입 등과 같은 전향적 재원충당방안 등이 심도 깊게 논의되었으며 이러한 연구과정에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 울산광역시가 제3섹터개념으로 표현되는 민간기업적 마인드를 통해 광역시의 증대되는 재원을 확충시켜 나갈 수 있는 민자유치 혹은 민·관 공동투자와 관련된 정책적 방안들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 울산광역시는 재원조달방안으로 프로젝트 금융(project financing)을 육성할 필요가 있으며 둘째, 지역균형개발을 위한 민자유치의 보완 방안으로는 공공부문과 민간부문의 역할의 재조정, 취약지역을 위한 유인체계의 차별화, 취약지역에 대한 민·관 합동투자방식의 채택, 취약지역과 대도시를 서로 연계하여 개발시키는 사업묶음방안의 도입, 그리고 지역의 참여보장 등이다. 셋째, 충분한 지방재정력의 확보는 당해지역에 기업을 유치함으로써 상당한 부분을 실현시킬 수가 있으므로 울산광역시는 우선 산업구조조정을 통해 3차 산업 중심의 그리고 고부가가치가 보장될 수 있는 첨단정보과학산업구조로 변모시켜 나가야 하며 대기업 못지 않게 중소기업 등을 적극유치하고 노동집약적인 산업구조를 추진하여 일자리를 보다 많이 창출하고 중소기업이 중소기업고유의 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 자리매김을 하는데 행정적 지원과 지도를 아끼지 않는 방향으로의 정책전환이 요구된다. 넷째, 기존의 행정서비스 중에 민간부문과의 계약이 가능한 것이나 민영화할 수 있는 것은 과감히 민영화하여 비능률적인 행정조직을 통폐합함으로써 방만한 행정조직을 운영하는데 드는 비용을 절감하여야 한다. 다음으로 지방채발행과 해외자본도입을 활성화하기 위한 방안으로는 첫째, 울산광역시가 지방채의 상품성을 제고시키고 지방채가 가지는 위험부담의 분산을 꾀하고 지방채가 가져오는 여러 불안적 요인들에 대한 예측성을 높이며 다양한 여러 계층들로 하여금 지방채구매의 효과를 가질 수 있도록 다계층 증권제도를 도입하는 것을 긍정적으로 검토하여야 한다. 둘째, 유통시장의 확대방안의 하나로, 울산광역시내에 지방채만을 전문으로 담당하는 금융기관의 설립도 전향적으로 고려 해 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 신용평가제도의 정착과 제정운용의 합리화를 위해서 울산광역시의 상환능력이나 신용상태가 지방채 이자율에 반영되도록 하는 것이 바람직하여 전향적인 입장에서 실질적인 자본예산제도를 도입할 필요가 있으며 이 제도하에서 중장기 자본투자계획과 재정운용계획을 입안하고 여기에 따른 재원조달계획의 일환으로 5년 정도의 중기지방채발행계획이 수립되고 지방채의 발행이 광범위하게 허용되어야 한다. 그리고 외국인에 의한 지방채 인수방안에 대한 획기적인 제도적 개선이 이루어져야 하며 이를 위해 미국과 같이 지방채 투자수익금에 대한 소득세를 감면해 주는 방안도 마련할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 울산광역시도 해외자본에 대한 민간기업적인 적극적 사고를 가져야 할 때가 도래되었다고 볼 수 있으며 이런 맥락에서 외국채권시장을 적극적으로 활용하는 방안을 강구해 나가야 한다. But Ulsan metropolitan city has not enough money for satisfaction of citizen's demand. This is a dilemma in which is. To solve this problem we need to change thinking mind. that is entrepreneur's spirits. David Osborne and Ted Gaebler presented new government reinvention strategy; that is entrepreneur's spirit. Ulsan municipal environment situation changes push ulsan metropolitan city change thinking way from bureaucratic finance systems to market-oriented finance systems such as private capital inducement policy, private-public joint venture investment, local government bond, and foreign loan policy. In this contest, this study focuses on building the policy alternatives for fiscal source enlargement in ulsan metropolitan city by the entrepreneur's mind. Policy alternatives are as follows : Firstly, Ulsan Metropolitan City(UMC) needs to set up project financing system for fiscal source enlargement. UMC also needs to coordinate differentiated financial source between private and public sector. Secondly, for the equitable regional development, UMC needs to arrange role-taking of private and public sector in financial policy solution. In order to satisfy this arranged role-taking, UMC needs to get the project policy alternatives and privatization strategy. In addition to this positive policy alternatives, UMC needs to induce the private capital for the construction of the social overhead capital infrastructure. In order to achieve this alternatives, it needs private and public match fund system. Thirdly, for the viable local government bond and foreign loan, UMC needs collateralized mortgage obligation system and cut down the interest rate of local government bond. In addition to this alternative, UMC needs to amend the government bond law because of interest rate cut and the specialized government bond bank. Fourthly, in order to encourage government bond exchange in financial and monetary market, UMC needs to deduct bond income tax, especially foreign investor. And UMC needs to have positive foreign loan policy.

울산대학교 C.I.에 관한 연구

C. I. 개념은 1970년 후반부터 국내에 본격적으로 도입되어 첨예한 경쟁을 치르는 대기업을 중심으로 이루어지기 시작하였다. 국내대학의 경우 전통적인 각대학의 심볼들을 사용하고 있으며 1980년대 이후 지방에 새로운 캠퍼스 조성이 이루어짐으로써 적용되기 시작하였으나 체계적인 도입은 일부 몇개 대학에 이르고 있는 실정이다. 동부경남 한국공업발전 중추도시 울산의 유일한 대학인 울산대학교는 1970년 울산공과대학으로 개교하였으며, 1985년 종합대학 승격을 거쳐 지난 20여년간 꾸준한 성장을 거듭하였다. 본 연구는 1992년부터 2001년에 이르는 대학장기 발전계획이 입안되고 있는 현시점에서 대내외적인 대학의 위상제고와 질적향상의 표징으로서 울산대학교의 이미지 통합을 모색하여 본 것이다.

울산·부산·경남 광역경제권 형성과 울산-부산간 경량전철 도입의 필요성 : 산업구조적 측면을 중심으로 Centering on the Aspect of Industrial Structure

본 연구에서는 산업구조적인 측면에서 서울·수도권의 대칭되는 개념으로 부산을 축으로 하는 울산·부산·경남 광역경제권 형성을 모색하고, 또 이를 원활히 추진하기 위한 울산-부산간 도시 경량전철 구축의 필요성에 대해 분석·검토하였다. 울산, 부산, 경남은 산업구조적인 측면에서 상호 보완적 관계를 구축해 나가는 것이 울산· 부산 경남 광역경제권 발전에 큰 도움이 되며, 아울러 울산 부산·경남 광역경제권 형성을 보다 원활히 추진하기 위해서는 첨단산업과 함께 금융 및 보험업, 사업서비스업의 육성·발전이 매우 시급하다. 현재 부산과 울산간에는 인적·물적 교류 네트워크가 제대로 갖추어지지 못하고 있다. 따라서 울산과 부산간에 광역전철망을 구축하여 광역권내 생산기능과 서비스산업간의 연계관계를 구축함으로써 상호발전이 가능하도록 해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 전략산업 선정과 지원정책도 광역경제적인 차원에서 이루어져야 한다. 행정구역별로 전략산업을 선정하기보다는 광역권적인 차원에서 전략산업을 선정하고 광역경제권내의 지역별로 혁신자원을 분담하고 연계체계를 구축해 나가는 것이다. 이 경우 행정 구역별로 교육, 연구개발, 환경, 주택 등 지식기반 산업 육성에 필요한 사회기반에 각각 투자하는 중복투자의 문제가 사라지고 지역간 소모적인 경쟁도 배제할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 향후 울산·부산 경남 광역경제권이 효과적으로 추진되기 위해서는 먼저 이에 대한 심도있는 이론적·실증적 연구가 수반되어야 한다. 즉 광역경제권의 경제적 편익이 참여지역 모두에게 더 높은 이익을 가져다 주는 윈- 윈 게임이라는 점에 대한 객관적 연구를 통하여 정책담당자들의 인식전환이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 울산·부산·경남 광역경제권 형성을 위한 울산-부산간 경량전철을 성공적으로 도입하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 선행되어야 하는 것은 첫째, 공공서비스로서의 타당성과 효율성이 제고되어야 하며 지역경제여건을 고려하여 면밀한 경제분석이 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 지방자치단체의 자율적 도시철도 투자재원 확보 노력이 필요하다. 셋째, 도시철도에 대한 국고지원 방식의 개선이 이루어져야 한다. 넷째, 일본의 경우에서 보듯이 민자유치를 통한 경량 전철 건설사업의 활성화가 필요하다. 다섯째, 도시철도망 확충을 위한 건설주체의 정비가 필요하다. 여섯째, 도시철도와 버스를 통합하는 대중교통정책이 적극 추진되어야 한다 Seeking for building Ulsan, Busan, KyongNam Great- Sphere Economic Zone that stems Busan as a symmetrical idea of Seoul's, capital area in aspect of industrial structure, is evaluated in this study. Also, the construction of the city LRT between Ulsan- Busan is necessary for the smooth commencement of the project. Ulsan, Busan, and KyongNam, should mutually build a complementary relationship in view of industrial structure, which will greatly facilitate the development of Ulsan, Busan, KyongNam Great- Sphere Economic Zone. In addition, the formation to pursue Ulsan, Busan, KyongNam Great- Sphere Economic Zone will increase and develop the finance, insurance, and service business along the with high technology industry. Presently, human and material resource interchange network between Busan and Ulsan is not well organized. So, mutual development must be made possible by building a mutual relation between the production function and service industry within the Great-Sphere Zone by constructing a integrated rail transit network between Ulsan and Busan. The selection of strategic industries and support plans must be implemented within the view of the Great-Sphere Economic support. Strategic industries in view of Great-Sphere Selection should be the basis of selection instead of administrative areas. Additionally, reform resource should be distributed by region within the Great-Sphere Economic Zone as well as building a connection system. In this case, duplicate investments should be allocated in social base necessities to enhance the knowledge base industries such as education, research and development, environment, housing, and others by each administration. Eventally, it will lead to the prevention of exhaustive competition. First of all, profound theoretical and positive studies must be performed to effectively pursuit Ulsan, Busan, and KyongNam Great- Sphere Economic Zone. Furthermore, the Perception of the person in charge of the plan must change to an objective study on the point of a 'win- win game' that economic advantage brings higher gains to everyone in the participating area. The following must be proceeded to successfully bring Ulsan- Busan Light Rail Transit to promote Ulsan, Busan, and KyongNam Great-Sphere Economic Zone. First, adequacy and efficiency of public services must be considered and detailed economic analysis must be performed with consideration of the local economic conditions. Second, effort to secure autonomic city rail investment resource of local self-governing body is necessary. Third, the governing support method of city rail must be improved. Fourth, as seen in the case of Japan, Light Rail Transit construction project through private fund needs to be activated. Fifth, it is necessary to maintain a main construction body to expand the city rail network. Sixth, public transportation policy to combine city rail and bus must be positively promoted.

울산대학교 앞 의류매장의 질적 분석

이 논문은 울산대학교 앞에 있는 의류매장을 다양한 소비행동을 담고 있는 하나의 살아 있는 텍스트로 파악하였다. 즉 현대 소비사회를 읽을 수 있는 하나의 공간매체로 파악하여 분서개상으로 삼았으며, 울산대학교 앞 의류매장을 보다 심층적으로 분석하기 위하여 참여 관찰과 심층면접법과 같은 질적 분석방법을 사용하였다. 매장 운영자의 특성, 결제방법, 서비스, 타 업종과의 관계, 고객의 일반적 특성, 상품, 구매, 매출, 디스플레이, 명품카피, 유행 등을 분석하였다. This paper regarded the clothing shops in University of Ulsan commercial area as a lived text with a various consumption behaviors. The clothing shops was used as a medium for understanding contemporary consumer society. To capture the depth and details of the clothing shops, qualitative methods, participant observation and in-depth interview were used. Shop manager, form of payment, service, relationship, customer, products, purchase, profits, display, copy of luxury goods, fashion, were analyzed.

정신과에 대한 한 의과대학 졸업반 학생들의 태도조사

정신과에 대한 의대생들의 태도를 조사하기 위해서 정신과 임상실습을 마친 S대학교 의과대학 본과 4학년 학생들 중에서 본 연구의 설문조사에 자원응답한 70명의 자료를 분석하였다. 의대생들의 56%는 정신과가 비과학적이고 애매한 학문이라는 견해를 부정하였다. 또한 90%는 환자의 감정적 문제를 다룰 필요가 있다고 보았다. 타과의사들과 수입을 비교할 때 반수정도가 보통이라고 하였다. 83%의 의대생들은 정신과에 매력을 느끼고, 69%는 지적 성취를 할 수 있다고 보았다. 그러나, 정신과 의사의 역할과 임상심리학자나 사회사업가의 역할을 구분하는데 혼동이 있었다. 결과는 대부분의 의대생들이 정신과 의사와 직업으로서의 정신과에 대해 긍적적인 태도를 가진 것으로 나타났다. The attitudes of medical students towards psychiatry are important as they influence recruitment to psychiatry and clinical practice. In order to evaluate the attitudes of medical students towards psychiatry, the authors administered a questionnaire to 70 senior student volunteers of College of Medicine, Seoul National University. The results are summarized as follows; Psychiatrists are .not regarded by most medical students as unclear thinkers. Medical students don't think that psychiatrists abuse patients' legal rights, treat only relatively healthy patients. Most medical students affirm the importance of dealing with their patients' emotional problems. But, the roles of psychiatrists are confused with those of psychologists and social workers. Psychiatry, as a vocation, is not regarded by most medical students as unscientific, imprecise, ineffective and low in status. Most medical students don't agree that stigmatization or pressure to choose another field are common. This study showed that most senior medical students are favorable about psychiatrists and psychiatry.

울산광역시 외국인 투자 유치 방향

본 논문에서는 동북아시아의 경제협력, 울산경제의 특징, 울산과 중국간의 무역추이, 최근 외국인 투자추세를 분석하면서 울산시가 추진하고 있는 외국인 투자 유치를 통한 물류 및 서비스 중심의 산업구조로 전환하는 경제개발 전략의 한계를 지적하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 외국인 투자유치 방향은 제조업에 중심을 둔 거점형 해외투자유치를 적극이용하면서 동북아시아의 자원 중심적 동북아 지역 전진 기지화를 추진하는 것을 주장하였다. 따라서 울산시가 추진하고 있는 다양한 분야의 외국인 해외투자유치 보다는 한국의 대표적인 공업도시로서 제조업 중심의 비교우위가 있는 특정분야를 직접 육성하는 방향으로 울산의 장기 발전전략이 수립되어야 한다. This paper discusses the prospects for APEC, the trend of global foreign investment and the characteristics of Ulsan industries and then reviews the recent policy direction for foreign investment proposed by Ulsan city. This paper suggests that Ulsan city should develop the regional development plan based upon the Ulsan citys competitiveness on heavy-and chemical industries. This paper suggests that Ulsan citys plan should establish the foreign investment straegy aiming at the China and Russia markets under the APEC movement.

울산시 아파트 거주자의 주거만족도와 관련변인

우리나라 7대 도시의 하나인 울산시는 70년대 이후 공업도시로 성장하면서 급격한 인구증가도 함게 이루어졌다. 이로 인해 주택부족현상이 나타나게 되었으나 주택공급확대로 점차 해소되고 있다. 그러나 아파트 위주의 대량공급정책은 양적인 부분에서는 많은 성과가 있으나 질적인 부분은 무시되어 왔다. 이러한 배경 하에서 울산시는 1998년부터 주택정책수립의 기초자료를 확보하기 위해 주거문화 전반에 대해 2년마다 정기적인 <주거문화 실태조사>를 실시하고 있다. 본 연구는 울산시 아파트 주거환경에 대한 평가의 일환으로 아파트 거주자의 주거만족도를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 <2002 주거문화실태조사>의 원자료로부터 아파트 거주자를 별도로 추출하고 주거만족도 문항에 대하여 다각도로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 현재 울산시 총주택의 과반수 이상을 차지하고 있고 앞으로도 계속 공급이 확대될 예정인 아파트 주거문화의 확립을 위해 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Ulsan, one of the seven biggest cities in Korea, has experienced an rapid growth in the economy and population since an industrial complex was formed. One of the results was the lack of houses, which has been relieved by a constant supply. Although there have been many great results in the quantitative aspect due to the many supplied apartments, the qualitative side has been neglected. In order to improve the situation, Ulsan has carried out the <Survey of the Residential Culture> every two years since 1998 as an attempt to collect fundamental data to be used in setting up residential policies. This study set out to investigate the residential satisfaction of those living in an apartment building as part of the evaluation project for the residential environment of Ulsan apartment buildings. For the purpose, the apartment dwellers were extracted from the raw data of <Survey of Residential Culture of 2002> and the items of residential satisfaction were analyzed in multilateral points of view.
