디지털 I-PD 제어기에 의한 태양광 발전 시스템의 정출력 제어

In this paper, constant output control of solar power generation system with instantaneous variable output is proposed. In order to get constant DC and AC voltage source, we construct Buck-Boost chopper equip with the digital I-PD type controller first. Consequently, we are able to get constant DC boltage. Next, we obtain AC source through construction PWM single phase inverter that has the constant frequency output. And we design LC filter to reduce THD(Total Harmonic Distortion). The validity of proposed control strategy is verified from results of simulation.

Background: Although recent studies have investigated the influence of vitamin D on sleep patterns, there is a lack of research on the relationship between vitamin D and sleep patterns in Korean workers. This study focused on the relationship between serum vitamin D levels and sleep in fixed day indoor field workers in the electronics manufacturing industry in Korea. Methods: The 1472 subjects who were included in this study were selected from fixed day workers in the electronics manufacturing industry who had received a worker’s special health examination at a hospital in Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province between January 2015 and December 2015. Nighttime workers and those who showed symptoms of depression were excluded from this study. The sociodemographic and lifestyle variables of the participants were investigated, including age, sex, marital status, level of education, body mass index, smoking habits, alcohol consumption habits, and regular exercise. Work-related factors were evaluated, such as employee tenure and occupational stress. Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D was measured as an indicator of vitamin D levels, and quality of sleep was evaluated using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) translated into Korean. Results: The subjects had a mean serum vitamin D level of 13.70 ± 5.93 ng/mL. Vitamin D deficiency, defined as a serum vitamin D level of <10 ng/mL, was found in 24.8% of males and significantly more frequently in females (47.6%). Poor sleep quality was reported by 19.8% of participants with serum vitamin D levels ≥10 ng/mL and by 21.7% of those with serum vitamin D levels <10 ng/mL, which was a significant difference (P = .007). Multiple logistic regression analysis adjusting for significant variables found that poor sleep quality was more likely in those with vitamin D deficiency than those with higher serum vitamin D levels (odds ratio = 1.36; 95% CI, 1.01–1.82). A comparison of serum vitamin D levels and PSQI components showed that the mean scores for subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, and sleep duration were significantly higher in the vitamin D-deficient participants, indicating that the vitamin D-deficient participants had poorer sleep quality. Conclusions: This study investigated serum vitamin D levels in fixed day indoor field workers in the manufacturing industry in Korea and analyzed the relationship of vitamin D deficiency with sleep quality. A significant correlation was found between serum vitamin D deficiency and poor sleep quality. Based on the results of this study, sleep disorder management for workers can be improved by providing regular examinations checking their serum vitamin D levels and supplying vitamin D to workers with serum vitamin D deficiency to enhance their quality of sleep.
Efficacy and Tolerability of Generic Mirtazapine (Mirtax) for Major Depressive Disorder:

Objective: Mirtax is a generic mirtazapine widely used since 2003. We conducted an open-label, uncontrolled 6-week study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Mirtax for major depressive disorder (MDD). Methods: Ninety three MDD patients with the diagnosis of MDD and 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS) score ≥14 were recruited. The HDRS, Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS), and the Clinical Global Impressions-Severity Scale (CGI-S) were administered at baseline, 1, 2, 4 and 6 weeks. Response (≥50% decrease in the HDRS or MADRS score), remission (absolute HDRS score ≤7 or MADRS score ≤10) and CGI-I score ≤2 were also calculated. Adverse event (AE) frequency and severity, weight, blood pressure, and pulse rate were checked to assess safety. Results: The starting dosage was 11.5±6.4 mg/day, and the maintenance dosage was 23.1±9.4 mg/day. During 6 weeks, HDRS, MADRS and CGI-S scores decreased from 25.1±5.6 to 11.9±8.6 (mean change –13.1±8.3, p<0.001), from 30.2±6.3 to 13.73±10.40 (mean change –16.5±9.8, p<0.001), and from 5.0±0.8 to 2.5±1.3 (mean change –2.5±1.3, p<0.001), respectively. The percentages of responders, remitters by HDRS and patients with a CGI-I score ≤2 were 64.6%, 35.4% and 52.7%, respectively. Significant decreases in HDRS, MADRS and CGI-S scores were confirmed at week 1. The total rate of AEs was 32.3%; the most frequently reported AEs were sedation (4.3%) and constipation (4.3%). Weight was increased from 58.8±10.6 to 60.3±9.3 kg (mean change 0.7±1.7 kg, p=0.004). Conclusion: This study, as the first clinical trial of generic mirtazapine, demonstrated the efficacy and tolerability of Mirtax for MDD using a single treatment design.

Objective: The purpose of this study was conducted to investigate indoor air quality in submarine. Method: For the indoor air quality testing in submarine, we investigated nine submarines. Measurement for 1st period was from Jun, 2012 to Jul, 2012 and 2nd period was from Apr, 2013 to May, 2013 and 3rd period was from Jun, 2013 to Jul, 2013 and 4th period was Oct, 2013. Six type 209 submarines and three type 214 submarines were involved. Results: The mean indoor air carbon dioxide(CO2), carbon monoxide(CO), and nitrogen dioxide(NO2) levels of 1st period in submarine were 1932.25 ppm, 21.57 ppm, 0.053 ppm for each other. The result was found to be exceed that recommended in the air quality standards by Ministry of Environment Republic of Korea(KMOE). The mean indoor air CO2, NO2 levels of 2nd and 3rd period were found to be exceed that recommended standards by KMOE. There was CO2 which indoor air quality level exceeds that standards by KMOE for 4th period. Conclusion: It seems that current administration for indoor air quality in submarine is not poor. Persistent concern will be needed.
Rifampin 의존성 항체가 증명된 Rifampin에 의한 범발성 혈관내 응고증, 급성 간신부전 용혈성 빈혈 동시 발생 1예

저자들은 6년전 RFP을 복용했던 과거력이 있는 환자에서 RFP 재투여시 환자가 임의로 불규칙하게 복용한 후 범발성 혈관내 응고증, 급성 간신부전, 용혈성 빈혈 등 심각한 다발성 장기 손상이 모두 나타나고, 특히 RFP 의존성 항체가 증명되었던 예를 치험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. We descirbe the case of a patient who developed DIC, acute liver failure, hemolytic anemia, acute renal failure, and thrombocytopenia while receiving etambutol and isoniazid plus rifampin, and in whom readministation of rifampin for pulmonary tuberculosis after an interruption of 6 years resulted in these adverse reactions. Two hour after ingestion of the third dose he felt ill, suffered from severe back pain, nausea, vomiting, fever and chills. On admission a few hours later he was jaundiced and was almost anuric. Laboratory tests at presentation showed DIC, acute liver failure, hemolytic anemia, acute renal failure, and thrombocytopenia. Subsequently, rifampin was withdrawn and transfusion instituted, this resulting in a complete resolution of the DIC, acute liver failure, hemolytic anemia, and thrombocytopenia whereas hemodialysis was required for recovery of the renal failure. Rifampin-dependent antibodies were detected in the antiglobulin phase with broad spectrum anti-human globulin, mono-specific anti-gamma chain, and anti-complement antisera. Rifampin-dependent antibodies were demonstrated by drug-induced immune complex test. To our knowledge this represents the first report of simultaneous occurence of DIC, acute liver failure, hemolytic anemia, acute renal failure, and thrombocytopenia due to rifampin.
