        개인의 사회적 책임: 척도개발

        [연구목적] 최근 들어 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 관심과 중요성이 부각되면서 이에 대한 많은 연구들이 진행되어오고 있다. 경제주체의 구성요소는 국가, 기업, 가정으로 형성된다고 할 수 있는데, 국가나 기업, 가정의 구성원은 결국 개인으로 이루어져 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그런데도 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대하여는 많은 선행연구들이 있으나, 구성원의 가장 핵심 주체인 개인의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 연구는 전무한 현실이다. [연구방법] 이에 본 연구는 개인의 사회적 책임활동을 측정 할 수 있는 포괄적이며 신뢰가능한 척도를 개발하였다. 연구결과 개인의 사회적 책임활동으로 자선적 책임, 환경적 책임, 윤리적 책임의 3가지 차원으로 척도가 개발되었다. [연구결과] 본 연구를 통해 새롭게 개발된 개인의 사회적 책임에 대한 척도의 세부 항목으로는 다음과 같다. 환경적 책임으로는 ‘일상생활에서 온실가스 줄이기’ ‘공해방지 및 환경개선’ ‘환경보호’ ‘친환경 소비자 되기’, 자선적 책임으로는 ‘불쌍한 사람 돕기’ ‘이웃을 위한 봉사’ ‘사회적 모금행사 참여’ ‘약자를 돕는 일’, 윤리적 책임으로는 ‘공정거래 질서와 법규준수’ ‘사회적 규범 준수’ ‘미풍양속 준수’ ‘국가가 제정한 법률 준수’ 등이다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 개인의 사회적 책임에 대한 중요성을 다시 한 번 인식시키며, 향후 국가적으로나 지방자치단체가 개인의 사회적 책임활동을 진단하는데 중요한 실무적인 시사점을 제시 할 것이다. 아울러 전 세계적으로 추진되고 있는 ISO 26000의 핵심과제인 환경부문, 자선부문, 윤리부문에 대한 개인의 책임 활동을 성실히 수행함으로써 자신의 생존과 성장을 지탱해주고 지원해주는 사회에 대해 기업 이상으로 책임을 다해야 할 것이다. [Purpose] Recently as the impotance of activities of corporate social responsibility are emphasized, many studies on CSR have been conducted. While components of economic units are nation, companies, and families, their members all can be thought to consist of individuals. Even though there exist precedent studies about CSR activities, there is none on the studies of individuals’ social responsibility as the most essential of economic units. Accordingly, this study has a goal to develop a comprehensive and reliable scale that can measure activities of individual social responsibility. [Methodology] As the result of study, the ISR scale with three dimensions of environmental, charitable, and ethical responsibilities has been developed. [Findings] The followings are the subsections of the ISR standards newly developed through this study: Environmental responsibilities include “to reduce greenhouse gases in daily life”, “to prevent pollution & inprove environment”, “to protect environment”, and “to become an environmentally friendly consumer”. Charitable responsibilities include “to help the poor”, “to volunteer for the neighborhood” “to participate in social charity events”, and “to help the social weak”. Ethical responsibilities are “to manage fair trade and obey regulations”, “to follow social norms”, “to keep beautiful traditional customs”, and “to obey the national legislation”. [Implications] This study will help realize the importance of individual social responsibility once again and suggest the practical implications which are important for national or local governments to diagnose ISR activities. Futhermore, as it can help individuals to sincerely perform social responsibility activities in environmental, charitable, and ethical sections, which are the core agenda of the ISO 26000 promoted across the world, and envision the future-oriented society, it is thought to function as the foundation for developing into the advanced country.

      • CD34+ 조혈 모세포 이식 2례

        Background: In most solid tumors, the CD34 antigen has not been detected, so positive selection of CD34+ cells may reduce tumor cell contamination and the CD34+ cells are capable of reconstituting hematopoiesis. We tried CD34+ cell transplantation in two patients. Method: CD34+ cells from chemotherapy + G-CSF mobilized PBPCs or bone marrow were positively selected with an avidin-biotin immunoadsorption column (CEPRATE SC system). Case 1. One course of chemotherapy using cyclophosphamide(200㎎/㎡) and etoposide (4.2g/㎡), combined with G-CSF(5㎍/㎏) S.C. was used in a relapsed lymphoma patient. This patient responded to the induction chemotherapy. CD34+ cells from harvested bone marrow were selected by the CellPro immunoadsorption column. The total number of mononuclear cells loaded onto the CellPro was 2.4×10^(8)/㎏, with 1.1% CD34+ cells. After column separation, the total number of positively selected cells was 5.16×10^(6)/㎏. The number of CFU-GM was 76.8×10⁴/㎏. This patient was treated with melphalan (140㎎/㎡) and TBI (1200cGy) and the positively selected CD34+ cells were infused. The time to neutrophil recovery greater than 0.5×10^(9)/L was 19 days and the time to platelet recovery greater than 50×10^(9)/L was 21 days. Case 2. Two courses of mobilizing chemotherapy were given 4 weeks apart using taxol(210㎎/m2) and adriamycin(60㎎/m2), combined with G-CSF(5㎍/㎏) S.C. in a breast cancer patients with 7 axillary node metastasis. CD34+ cells from each single leukapheresis product were selected by the CellPro immunoadsorption column. In the first collection, the total number of nucleated cells was 4.4×10^(8)/kg, with 0.42% CD34+ cells. In the second collection, the total number of nucleated cell was 2.8× 10^(8)/㎏ with 0.43% CD34+ cells. After colum separation, the total numbers of collected cells were 4.0×106/kg and 4.8×10^(6)/kg, the total number of CD34+ cells were 1.2×10^(6)/㎏ and 0.82×10^(6)/㎏. Colonogenic assays of positively selected CD34+ cells gave rise to myeloid erythroid, and multilineage colonies, with a median of 190 CFU-GM, 190 BFU-E, and 164 CFU-GEMM per 1×10³ adsorbed cells, respectively. High-dose chemotherapy with cumulative doses of 40mg/㎡ mitoxantrone, 750mg/㎡ thioptepa, and 1000mg/㎡ carboplatin was administered. Positively selected CD34+ cells were rapidly infused 24 hours after the end of high-dose chemotherapy. The time to neutrophil recovery greater than 0.5×10^(9)/L was 16 days and the time to platelet recovery greater than 50×10^(9)/L was 20 days.

        Productivity Loss of Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients according to the Their Stages of the Disease Activity Score

        Objective. Productivity loss was compared by 3-stage of disease activity and associations between higher disease activity and high productivity loss were identified. Methods. Data were extracted from Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Patient-reported Outcomes Research, which enrolled 2,000 RA patients (>20-year) on disease-modifying-antirheumatic-drugs (DMARDs) (≥ 6-month) from December 2012 to June 2013. This included 1,457 RA patients with the disease activity score (DAS-28-ESR) in their medical charts. Productivity loss in time and indirect cost was estimated using The World Health Organization Health and Work Performance Questionnaire (HPQ). Baseline characteristics and productivity loss outcomes were compared according to DAS-28-ESR groups. Results. 84.4% were females, 54.2% had low DAS-28-ESR (<3.2), and 38.2% and 7.6% had moderate (3.2∼5.1) and high DAS-28-ESR (>5.1). Patients with moderate to high DAS-28-ESR had higher lost productivity time (LPT) and monthly costs of LPT than those with low DAS-28-ESR (time in hours: 110.0±58.4 vs. 132.4±57.2 vs. 71.5±52.0, p<0.0001; monthly costs of LPT in 1,000 Korean won: 1,097±607 vs. 1,302±554 vs. 741±531, p<0.0001). Multiple regression analyses revealed significant associations with high LPT in high (adjusted odds ratio [OR]=3.87, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 2.18∼6.87) and moderate DAS-28-ESR (adjusted OR=1.88, 95% CI: 1.41∼2.52) compared to low DAS-28-ESR. In addition, positive associations with high monthly costs of LPT were observed in high (adjusted OR=3.45, 95% CI: 1.98∼5.99) and moderate DAS-28-ESR (adjusted OR=1.93, 95% CI: 1.43∼2.54) compared to low DAS-28-ESR. Conclusion. Timely therapeutic strategies should be taken into consideration given that the RA patients with moderate to high DAS-28-ESR showed strong associations with high productivity loss for effective management of RA.         성인학습자의 이러닝 준비도 측정도구 개발

        본 연구는 성인학습자의 이러닝 준비도 측정도구를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구들로부터 도출한 기초문항을 토대로 국내 모기업 성인학습자 250명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 223명의 자료가 수집되었다. 223명의 자료는 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석 등의 방법으로 분석되었다. 온라인 학습 환경에서 성인학습자의 이러닝 준비도 구인 타당성 검증 결과, ① 정보기술 활용성, ② 사회적 상호작용, ③ 정보 공유 및 관리, ④ 자기주도성의 4요인 모형이 도출되었다. 이 연구는 성인학습자의 이러닝 준비도의 구성 요소를 종합적으로 제시하고, 이를 토대로 성인학습자의 이러닝 준비도 측정도구를 실증적으로 개발하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this research is to develop a tool for measuring e-learning preparation level of adults and verify its validity. In order to conduct, a survey consisting of a number of basic questions derived from the previous researches was conducted on 250 adult employees of one company and, in total, data on 223 adults was collected. 4 main models were derived after verifying the validity of the level of the e-learning preparation for adults in online learning environment: (1) use of information technology; (2) social interaction; (3) openness and management of information; (4) degree of self-lead. This research attempted to do a research on the development of a measurement tool to assess our level of preparation for e-learning on the basis of domestic e-learning environment. According to this context, this research examined the existing concepts of learning preparation composition in conjunction with digital literacy. Among other important findings, this research has revealed the unacknowledged ‘utilization of information’ as a new e-learning composition element and investigated its validity and credibility.

      • 아크릴로니트릴 제조공정 중 혼합용매를 이용한 아세토니트릴 회수에 관한 연구

        The phase equilibria of quaternary liquid-liquid extraction system composed acetonitrile- water-o-xylene-ethylacetate mixture was investigated. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe LLE data for the quaternary system containing acetonitrile aqueous solution and solvent at 25℃. We investigated that the selection of the optimum solvent to separate acetonitrile from aqueous solution. The distribution and selectivity- for quaternary system o-xylene(l)-water(2)-acetonitrile(3)-EAc(4) are increased with addition of o-xylene. These experimental tie-line data are also compared with the values predicted by UNIFAC model. It is shown that UNIFAC model is capable of predicting the tie-line in these quaternary systems within an average root mean square deviation of 3.98 mo %.

        Input shaping is an efficient tool to eliminate residual vibration caused by motion of mechanical systems. However, the presence of input shapers may increase the rise time of system. This paper is concerned with the rise time reduction when using input shaping. To this end, this paper proposes an input shaper design method for an undamped single mode vibration system using virtual modes, which are not actual mode but reflected in the design process. This paper proposes a new input shaper which has multiple impulses as if a single mode system has more than one modes: one actual mode and several virtual modes. The natural frequencies of the virtual modes are design parameters to change the rise time of the system. This paper discusses the characteristics of the 1 virtual mode and 2 virtual mode input shapers. The performance of the proposed input shapers is tested by experiments.

        This paper deals with precise positioning of positioning stage by input shaping, Input shaping is well known to be a very effective tool for suppressing the residual vibration of flexible structures. However, the input shaping tends to increase the rise time of the system. This problem often degrades the performance of system, In order to improve this problem, this paper proposes an input shaping method using the virtual mode concept for positioning stage. The virtual-mode input shaper is proved effective through experiments.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of seminal characters by Aerobic Exercise. Subject divided into systemic trained by composed of treadmile running or walking by 70% of HRmax for 12 weeks in Aerobic Exercise group(n=5) and not participate in systematic training program in none training group(n=5) by the department of physical education in H University. The result were as follows: Seminal Characters 1)Concentration showed no significant differences, in aerobic exercise group and none training group decrease among training duration. 2)Motility showed significant differences in aerobic exercise group increase(p<.05) and no significant differences in none training group among training duration. 3)Repid Cell showed significant differences in aerobic exercise group increase(p<.05) and no significant differences in none training group among training duration. 4)VSL showed no significant differences in aerobic exercise traing group and none training group among training duration. 5)VCL showed no significant differences in aerobic exercise trains group and none training group among training duration. 6)STR showed no significant differences, in aerobic exercise trains group and none training group among training duration. 7)BCF showed no significant differences, in aerobic exercise trains group and none training group among training duration.
