旣成服 製作을 爲한 치수分布에 關한 硏究 [其2] : 女大生 바지 치수 分布

旣成服時代로 접어든 衣生活에서 무엇보다 時急한 것이 置數設定과 分布라고 생각되어 人體計測을 前報에 이러 硏究하였다. 品目으로 바지를 選擇하였고 女大生(18~22歲)集團을 對象으로 11項目에 걸친 部位를 計測하고 分析하였다. 여기에서 얻어진 結果로는 女大生의 平均値數와 體型設定, 體型에 따른 値數로서 實際바지 製作에 必要한 體型別 個數가 決定되었다. 全般的으로 몸통이 가늘어지고 키가 커지는 現像도 아울러 발견되었다. 集中되어 있는 體型別 個數(<표 4, 9> 참조)는 다음과 같이 分布된다. ◁표 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) This study has been carried out to obtain some basic data for making the slacks by measuring 11 items of lower part of the body of female from 18 to 22 of ages. Measured data was analyzed by computer for the common values and standard deviation, distribution of sizes, and relation for each item. Following results were taken: (1) In length item (Vert Spina, V.Legs, V.Knee etc.), the value relation to Vert Waist indicated proportionally around mode(5) of Vert Waist and ingirth item (Hori Belly, H. Hips, H.Legs, H.Knee, L.Crotch etc.), the value relation to Hori Waist indicated proportionally around mode(5) of Hori Waist.

This study was carried out to make clear on skidding method using the logging bogie with tractor and to analysis their economy comparing manual skidding. The results of this study are as follows : 1. Total work time was 5,385.3 minute for 177 turn cycles of 105m average skidding distance, so average cycle time per turn was 30.4 minute. 2. Choker setting and releasing was the most time consuming elements in operating and choker setting and releasing time per turn cycle was 15.0 minute which was 65.8% of the cycle time, and average load size per 1 cycle was 1.742㎥. 3. According to the multiple regression analysis the performance estimated equation could be established T day=12.8991―0.0324X_1―0.1107X_2+12.3388X_3+24.4757X_4. 4. Skidding cost per day was calculated 148,110 won at the thinning area, and that for one cubic meter 4,385 won, which is much cheaper than manual skidding cost at current.

슬래그계 카올린모르타르의 에트링가이트 생성과 물성에 미치는 무수석고의 영향

고로슬래그를 주성분으로 하는 카올린모르타르용 결합재에 에트링가이트계 자극제로서 무수석고를 사용할 때 그 첨가량이 에트링가이트의 생성과 모르타르의 초기 물성에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 무수석고의 첨가는 에트링가이트와 생성과 모르타르의 초기강도 발현에 매우 효과적이었으나 적정량 이상 첨가하면 에트링가이트의 성장이 미약하고 미반응 CaSO4가 잔존하여 다시 강도가 하락하였다. The effects of ettringite-forming anhydrite on the early properties of the slag-based kaolin mortars were studied. The addition of anhydrite, within certain amounts, was very effective for the formation of ettringite. hydraulic reactivity and the early strength of the mortars. The strength of the mortar, however, was decreased by the excessive anhydrite which is remaining without reaction and suppressing the growth of the ettringite crystals.

The causes of pyogenic liver abscess has been known as biliary tract disease or intrabadominal infection but the large proportions of the patients has no apparent underlying disorders. Recently colonic mucosal lesions were reported in patients with cryptogenic liver abscess and it has been suggested that colonic mucosal break may play a role in developing liver abscess in otherwise healthy patients. We experienced a patient of severe recurrent liver abscess complicated with endophthalmitis only 3 months after successful treatment of initial cryptogenic liver abscess and a polypoid colon cancer was discovered by chance. It seems prudent to proceed colonoscopic examination in patients with cryptogenic liver abscess especially when it is recurrent.

병식 평가 척도-한국판(SUMD-K)의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증

Objectives : This study was conducted to evaluate the reliability and the validity of the Korean version of the Scale to Assessment Unawareness of Mental Disorder (SUMD-K). Methods : The subjects were 55 schizophrenic patients between ages of 26 and 58 who were recruited from the psychiatric unit of the university hospital and the out-patient clinic. The SUMD-K and insight scale of PANSS were applied to the patients. Results : The range of inter-rater (Spearman's rho) of the general items of SUMD-K were .97-.98 on the current illness and .58-.98 on the past illness. The correlation coefficient between the sum and the general items of the SUMD-K showed high scores. The concurrent validity between SUMD-K and insight item of PANSS was high (scores between .59-.96). However,the reliability and the validity of the attribution items of symptoms showed low scores compared to the current symptoms. Conclusion : The SUMD-K was confirmed in its reliability and validity. It can be a useful clinician-rating scale for evaluating insight in schizophrenic patients as well as patients with other neuropsychiatric conditions.

마이크로파 여기 플라즈마광 생성을 위한 도파관 시스템 설계에 관한 연구

In this paper, the plasma lighting system(PLS) excited by the commercial high power magnetron is developed. The design concepts are based on maximizing the huninous efficacy in conjunction with the miniaturization of waveguide system Furthermore the fine tuning is simplified by using only one stub, and the impedance matching is maximized by introducing the tapering technique. The experimental results show that the luminous efficacy can be dramatically improved by the proposed design method.

PZT on Pb(Mn_(1/8)Sb_(1/8)Nb_(5/8)) O_3-PbTiO_3-PbZrO_3 system compound (Pb Sb Nb) system and (Pb Mn Nb) system have properties Resonance frequency of the variations of temperature. This PZT on 0.15[Pb(Mn_(1/8)SB_(1/8)Nb_(5/8)) O_3-0.35PbTiO_3-0.5PbZrO_3 system compound piezoelectric ceramics have high value of density and shrinkage it study on filter using high value of εs, Kp and Qm, Fr nearly constand with temperature PZT ceramics high value of small width a size. Therefore, it can make good use of the filter materials.

독성물질의 세포사 기전 및 세포사 유발물질의 검색법 개발에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 독성물질로 인한 파킨슨병 모델에서의 세포사 기전 연구 Study on the cell-death mechanisms of toxin-induced parkinsonism

MPTP 독성물질이 도파민성 신경세포에 선택적으로 작용하여 산화성 손상에 의한 신경세포사를 일으키는 것을 이용하여 파킨슨병의 동물모델을 만들고, 이를 통해서 아폼토시스를 비롯한 포사의 기전에 대한 연구 및 너코틴의 신경세포 보호효과 여부를 판정하는 실험을 병행하고자 하였다. 파킨슨꾐의 동물모델을 MPTf 독성 물질을 이용하여 확립하였으며, MPTP(30mgag, i.p.)를 투여한 후 1, 2,3, 4, 5일째 흑질 조직을 채춰하여 tarm로 박걸하여 tyrosine hydroxylase 면역조직화학염색을 수행하여 cell countif우한 결과, control은 57.635ce11s, 1일째 친.OfDells,2일째 57.9±6cells,3일릴 없.3±죠ells, 4일째 49.0츠3cells, 5일째 39.4±Scells료 4, 3일째 뚜렷한 신경세포 수의 감소를 보였다. 신경세포사 기전 규명을 위한 아폼토시스 분걱에서는 벼PTP 투여 후 1, 2, 3, 4, 5일째 조직을 채취하여 Hoechst staining, TUNEL staining을 수곡하였는데 양성 반응을 보인 신경세포는 관찰되지 않아. 아폼토시스로 인한 세포사가 관찰되지 않았다. bIPTP 파킨슨병 동물모델에서 nicotine 보호효과 탐색에 관한 실험은 nicat푸e 0.2mgAg을 5일 퐁안 투여 후 리『fP(30mgag)를 CS7Bt/6 마은스에 복강 내주사로 nicotine과 병용 투여한 후 1, 2, 3, 4, 5일째 뇌를 적출하땄다. 신경세포사가 뚜렷이 관찰되기 시작하는 4, 5일째의 신경세포 수의 감소 정도를 20. 30% 정도 약화시키는 경향을 보였으나, nicotine 보호효과에 대한 추가 실헝이 현재 수행 중에 있다. The cause of Parkinson's disease (PD) is largely unknown. However, free radical toxicit? may plaf a role ip. the degeneration of substantia nigra, which is the Hajorfocus of pathological damages in PD. Recently, a neuroprotective effect of nicotine in PD has been suggested. Therefore, the mechanism of neurodegenerafion and protective potential o( nicotine in PD were investigated in the experimental modeB of Pll using a neurotoxin, C57BL/6mice were administered with 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP, 30 mg/kg,j.p.). The degree of neurodegenerafion was determined by immunohistochemical stainiHB oftyrosine hydroxylase (TH). TH-positive cells on nigral sections were found 56.0 ±4, 57.9 ±6,52.315ce11s, 49.0±3cells, and 39,4±Scells at days 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, respectively (controls : 57.6±Scells). Hoechst and TUNEL staining showed no evidence of apoptosis. The exandnation on themice co-adrunistered with nicotine(0.2mgAg) and MPTP(30mgag) revealed a tendency ofnicotine protective effects. At days 4 and 5, the degree of TH-positive cells was decreased by20-30%, In corclusiffn, the role of apoptosis was not evidenced in this MPTP modeB of PB.The possible proteccon by nicotine should be elucidated with further studies.
