웃음을 이용한 다중음성치료기법(SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP>)이 성대용종 환자의 음성개선에 미치는 효과

Vocal polyp is one of the representative chronic diseases of vocal folds, and it can be cured by voice therapy and/or laryngeal microsurgery. However, the existing therapeutic methods about vocal polyp are in great demand. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of vocal improvement between laryngeal microsurgery and SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP>(Seong-Tae Kim's Multiple Voice Therapy Technique), which was designed by the author. We identified 37 patients, who were diagnosed with unilateral vocal polyp, aged from 21 to 62 years(mean age: 46 years). 21 patients were treated by the SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP> and the other 16 patients were only treated by the laryngeal microsurgery. All patients who were treated by the SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP>, received 12 sessions of treatment, and were evaluated before therapy and after finishing the 12th session. The patients who were treated by laryngeal microsurgery, were evaluated prior to and at least 8 weeks after surgery. The results showed that the SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP> produced better results compared to the laryngeal microsurgery alone. The SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP> produced better results, especially, at the initial stage of voice therapy compared with those of laryngeal microsurgery. In this study, we can suggest that SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP> may be useful in improving the voice qualities of vocal polyp patients. However, more data should be collected and evaluated to be widely used in other clinics.

This study investigated the fact that 'ㄹ’ nasalization, not liquidization, was applied to modem Korean even though the liquidization was largely applied to the linkage of ‘ㄴ+ㄹ’ in contemporary Korean. It aims to clarify that the above phenomenon was the phonological phenomenon formed in modem Korean through the groping period of Middle Korean as one of the methods to solve the restriction on the ㄹ’ arrangement. The linkage of ‘ㄴ+ㄹ’ is shown as an example of the form of ‘ㄴ-ㄴ’ and 'ㄴ-ㄹ’ in the central dialect literature of modem Korean. ‘ㄹ’ nasalization is applied to modem Korean, differently from contemporary Korean that The linkage of 'ㄴ+ㄹ’ is applied to. The application stages by period were divided as follows: the period of groping reversal liquidization and ‘ㄹ’ nasalization in the 16th century; the period of speading and establishing 'ㄹ’ nasalization in the 17th century; and one of maintaining ‘ㄹ’ nasalization, in the 18th and 19th century.

The purpose of thus study were to investigate the proper conditions of struvite formation in synthetic wastewater and then to apply these conditions to effluent of anaerobic digester of livestock wastewater The conditions of struvite formation had been studied by many researchers. But a little conditions were different among them. Especially, according to suspended solid variation in livestock wastewater was investigated by few researchers. In experiment of synthetic wastewater, the proper conditions of struvite formation were pH 105, l50rpm of mixing rate, 10 minutes of reaction time, and 20 minutes of precipitation time. At same time, the ammonia nitrogen removal rates were about 99.7%, 95.5%, and 96% of synthetic wastewater, raw wastewater, and effluent of anaerobic digester of livestock wastewater at molar ratio of 2(Mg):l(N)2(P) respectively. The larger factor of NH₄/SS constant was, the more effective the removal rate of ammonium nitrogen, SS was, but the less effective COD_(cr), and TOC was. By using XRD analysis, the most certain compound in precipitate of synthetic wastewater was struvite.

콘크리트 구조설계기준에서는 철근의 탄성계수를 200 GPa로 규정하고 있다. 철근은 다른 토목 재료와는 달리 동방성, 균질성 등의 성질을 지닌 재료로서 일정한 탄성계수를 나타내는 것으로 보고되어, 탄성계수를 측정하는 실험은 큰 의미를 가지지 못함을 알 수 있다. 그러나 UTM(Universal Testing Maching, 만능재료시험기)을 이용하여 탄성계수 등을 측정할 때, 기계의 성능이나 측정 오차 등으로 인해 부정확한 탄성계수를 얻는 경우를 흔히 경험할 수 있다. 본 실험에서는 D19 이형철근을 이용하여 만능재료시험기로 인장시험을 실시한 후, 측정된 용력-변형률 곡선 그래프를 이용하여 탄성계수를 추정하는 방법을 제안한다. 용력-변형률 곡선 탄성영역(그래프 원점율 0%, 항복점율 100%로 가정)에서 항복점 하중의 40%와 85% 사이에서의 곡선 기울기를 회귀 분석하여 추정한 값이 가장 안정된 탄성계수임을 알 수 있었다.

A 14-year-old male pomeranian was present with swollen left ear. The swelling occurred from base to apex of pinna. Otitis externa persisted for two years. Hematological and serum biochemistry values were not remarkable. The surgery treatment was the most appropriate method among indwelling drain, surgical, and steroid treatment in the aural hematoma because the dog was very sensitive to touching pinna and the size of aural hematoma. Longitudinal incision was applied after general anesthesia. Cefovecin was injected to prevent secondary infection. The outcome of surgery was good. There was no evidence of recurrence for one year.

Since 2008 Admissions officer system was enforced by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in Korea. First year, 4 universities - Seoul national university, Inha university, Konkook university, Chungang university - enforced admission officer system supported by Korea government. In 2010, 87 universities will recruit about 10% of admission list by admissions officer system. According to admissions officer system execution, volunteering is more important than any other fields of non- subject realm. The past school-volunteering continue to grew in volume by simple service, but now it takes on new aspect and stands need of service-learning approach. This paper aims to clarify relationship between Admissions officer system and school-volunteering. And we suggested several roles of volunteering fields. Founded in 1997, Korean University Council for Social Service (KUCSS) is a non-profit organization consisted of 201 member universities, including both 2-year and 4-year colleges, nationwide. The goal of KUCSS is to develop effective approaches and methodologies for the encouragement of volunteerism in the public by providing university students with the learning opportunities to join and experience social service and community-based volunteer activities. Since its establishment, KUCSS has sent out thousands of Korean university students to many least-developedor developing countries, such as China, Russia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Philippines, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Thailand, and India. They have joined various overseas programs, as short-term volunteers, providing educational and medical assistance, and many other related services.
정부개입과 경제변화 : 재정지출에 따른 경제성장효과 분석을 중심으로 Focused on the Government Expenditure and Economic Growth

The main theme of this study is concerned in the role of government in economic growth. The role of government in economic growth has been one of the important theme in development economics for a long time. Yet there are still controversies and camps seem to be on strong lines In theoretical and empirical viewpoint. One point of view suggests that a larger government role is likely to be negative to the economic growth.. At the other extreme, government sector is likely to be a more powerful engine of economic growth by the external effects. Mostly the former analyses government sector into the ratio of government services to GNP(eg, Barro, Landau etc.) and the latter externality effect of government sector(eg, Ram). We analyse the impact of e government expenditure represented by the role of government in Korean economic development on the economic growth. We analyzed the relationship between general government expenditure and economic growth with an analytical framework of Ram(1986) model which contains government sector as the two sector model. Several findings in this study are consistent with the results of the Ram's researches, that is, the overall impact of government expenditure and the externaltiy effect of government size is positive. But these conclusions are limited by analytical framework for the lack of measurement of government productivity, so this is nothing final about conclusions. Richer models are required to fit for Korean economic circumstance.

Design method for involute bevel gears is developed. The developed gear design system can design the optimized gear that minimize the number of pinion teeth with face tooth. Method of optimization is MS(matrix search) which is developed from this study. Design variables are pressure angle 20.,transmitted power, gear volume, gear ratio, allowable contact stress and allowable bending stress, etc. Gears design method developed this study can be applied to the plane, helicopter, printer, machine tools.
