        전통 사상 및 교육 방법의 현대 도덕 교육과정에서의 활용 가능성 연구

        도덕은 하나의 철학적, 심리적 상념으로서도 존재하지만, 실천으로 이어져야만 비로소 도덕으로서 역할을 할 수 있게 된다. 기본적으로 도덕이란 타자가 자신과 공존할 때, 그 타자와의 관계에서 좋음(goodness) 또는 옳음(righteousness)을 추구하는 것이기 때문이다. 그런 도덕이란 대부분 본능적으로 체득할 수 없기에 도덕교육이 있게 되는데, 한국인의 경우 서구와 다른 도덕적 전통을 갖고 있으며 따라서 서구적 도덕교육으로 충분하지 않거나, 전통적 도덕교육을 활용함으로써 더 나은 교육이 이루어질 수 있는 가능성을 찾을 수 있다. 그런 견지에서 전통의 실천적 의미를 재해석하고 활용하는 일은 한편의 논문으로는 너무 방대한 과제이다. 그래서 이 글에서는 비교와 범주화, 그리고 활용의 편의를 위해 전통을 ‘근세 유교(조선왕조 이후의 유교) 전통’으로 한정짓고, 다시 도덕교육 가운데 현행 도덕과 교육의 교육과정을 전통 교육과정과 비교함으로써 일정한 성과를 얻고자 하였다. 전통 교육과정은 기(氣)의 발달에 근거하여 연령별로 단계별 학습을 시도했으며, 그 핵심 이념은 인(仁)과 의(義), 실천적 덕목은 효(孝), 제(弟), 자(慈), 직(直), 근(勤), 검(儉)이라고 정리해볼 수 있다. 여기서는 그러한 전통 교육 이념이 ‘자신과의 관계’, ‘타인과의 관계’, ‘사회 공동체와의 관계’, ‘자연·초월과의 관계’로 영역을 나누고 각기 지향할 가치, 실천할 덕목을 배정한 현 도덕과 교육의 체계와 상통할 수 있다고 보고, 그에 따라 교육 현장에서 실천할 몇 가지 전통-현대 융합적 교육 방안들을 제안하였다. Any moral ideas get integrity upon their practices. Because in human society systems, morality have capability among human interactions, for it gives moral standards(good or bad/ right or wrong) to them. And when the society system is Korean, Koreans surely have developed unique styles of moral practice and moral education in their traditional ages. So reinterpretating and categorizing the moral tradition for taking advantage of it in contemporary context, make sense. In this study, Korean moral tradition is focused in its scope, as ``Confucian moral tradition in semi-modern era``. For convenience of study and the potentials of effective revision, Korean tradition have been resized. In Confucian moral tradition, semi-modern Korean moral ideas could be presented as ren(仁) and yi(義). Furthermore, ren and yi could be practiced with several moral virtues, like xiao(孝), di(弟), ci(慈), zhi(直) qin(勤) gian(儉). When compared with contemporary moral education idea systems, the traditional system can have affinity with the systems in moral ideas division(``with-self morality``, ``with-others morality``, ``with-universe and transcendence morality``). And several fusion-style, integration-based education practices can be developed and applied at contemporary school moral education.

        메틸렌 클로라이드에 의한 폐장염

        Objectives: The authors report a case of pneumonitis caused by methylene chloride (MC). Methods: The patient was examined and diagnosed by clinical, radiologic, laboratorial and medical evaluation. The concentration of MC in the factory was measured to determine the exposure level. Results: The patient had an infiltration in chest X-ray, which underwent rapid relief of radiological finding, respiratory acidosis and hypoxemia in arterial blood gas analysis, and a ground-glass opacity in high resolution computerized tomography. MC was the only exposed chemical compound in this case. The concentration of MC was 39.9 ppm in the factory. Conclusions: We diagnosed this to be a case of pneumonitis by MC based on clinical laboratory findings, exposure history to MC and MC concentration in the factory.

      • 배양중인 계배간충직세포의 protein kinase C 활성도 분석

        To investigate the relationship between protein kinse C (PKC) and chondrogenesis, PKC activity was assayed in cultures of stage 23/24 chick limb bud mesenchymal cells under various conditions. PKC activities of cytosolic and particulate fractions were low in 1 day cultured cells. As chondrogenesis proceeds, cytosolic PKC activity increased more than 2-fold, while that of the particulate fraction increased only slightly. Three days' treatment of cultures with PMA(5×10 exp (-8)M) inhibited chondrogenesis judged by the accumlation of Alcian blue bound to the extracellular matrix and depressed PKC activity in cytosolic fraction. When cells were grown for 3 days in control medium after 3 days' treatment with PMA, chondrogenesis resumed and PKC activity recovered to normal values. PKC activity in cultures plated at low density (5×10 exp (6) cells/ml) or that in PMA treated cells. On the other hand, staurosporine promoted chondrgenesis without affecting PKC activity. Furthermore, reversal of PMA's inhibitory effect on chondrogenesis by staurosporine was not accompanied by recovery of PKC activity. These data indicate that increases in PKC activity is closely related to chondrogenesis and that PMA inhibits chondrogenesis by depressing PKC. However, staurosporine's enchancing effect of chondrogenesis is not related of PKC activity.

      • 위암세포에 의한 종양침윤 림프구의 면역반응 억제기전에 관한 연구

        Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes ('1°ILs) interact most closely with tumor cells and thus are more likely to reflect tumor host interactions accurately. But it is unknown whether such T cells are nonspecific inflammatory cells or a subset of specific host immune responses. In this study, there was no clear correlation between the infiltration of T lymphocytes in stomach cancer and the overexpression of c-ErbB-2 or increasing class I MHC expression on tumor cells. A positive correlation was seen between the presence of TILs in the tumor and tumors with diploidy by flow cytometric DNA analysis. The proliferative responses of Ills stimulated with IL-2, anti-CD3 mAb, or both were examined. When compared to normal mucosal-associated lymphoid tissue lymphocytes, the proliferative response of TILs to high dose IL-2 was minimal. A similarly poor response to anti-CD3 mAb plus IL-2 was also observed. The freshly isolated TILs exhibit reduced ability to proliferate in response to IL-2, anti-CD3 mAb or both. The microenvironment of the tumor suppresses the proliferative capacity of the TILs. The mechanism of this suppression remains unknown. It could be mediated by suppressor cells, by soluble substances within the tumor, or both. To examine this question, supernatants of stomach cancer cells (SNSNU-1) were tested for the presence of immunosuppressive factors. Human peripheral blood T-cells and tumor-draining lymph node lymphocytes (TDLNL) were incubated for 3 days with SNSNU-1 and then assessed for proliferative responses to PMA, anti-CD28 mAb, or both and for the inducibility to express IFN- r or IL-4 mRNA to PMA. Peripheral blood T-cells pretreated with SNSNU-1 were unable to proliferate in response to PMA, anti-CD28 mAb or both. SNSNU-1 also produces inhibitory activities of TDLNL proliferative response to PMA or anti-CD28 mAb and PMA (49%, 52%, respectively). In contrast, culture supernatants obtained from HEp-2, K562 or Daudi showed normal proliferative responsiveness of peripheral blood T-cells and TDLNL by PMA, anti-CD28 mAb or both.

        면역화학분석법을 이용한 뇌종양의 증식능력 측정 : A Kinteics Study with Bromodeoxyuridine and Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen

        Bromodeoxyuridine(BUdR) labeling study provides valuable cell kinetic information for individual tumors and could suggest the prognosis of each patient with the tumor. Recently, a monoclonal antibody against the proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA or cyclin), a nuclear protein expressed in proliferating cells, was developed. One of the main purpose of this study was to correlate the histological grade of brain tumor with the BUdR labeling study and the PCNA method in the same patient. The relationship between labeling indices of BUdR incorporated into S-phase and behavior of the tumor was studied in 96 patients. In 31 among those patients. PCNA expressed by cycling cells was also investigated. Both of the LIs showed good correlation with histological grade of the tumor. When both LIs were studied in the same patient, the values of the PCNA LI were parallel but higher than those of the BUdR LI, and the relation PCNA LI=2.2×BUdR LI+0.8(r²=0.86) was obtained. The results of this study show that PCNA could replace the BUdR method for identifying the proliferating cells, and the major advantage of PCNA method is that it could be done without any pretreatment and avoid injection of the teratogenic agent for diagnostic purpose.

      • Skin-active Compounds in Syzygium Formosum Leaf Extract

        Phenolic compounds and triterpenoids are secondary metabolites of the plant that have among the compounds the beneficial functionalities of anti-bacterial, anti-oxidative, anti-allergic, or anti-inflammatory. Syzygium formosum (SF) leaves have long been used in traditional medicine by the Vietnamese for the treatment of skin-related diseases such as rashes, atopic dermatitis, and psoriasis. To understand the underpinning pharmacological mechanism of skin relief functionality, the quantitative profile of phytochemicals in the leaf extract has been performed. Twenty phytochemical components including eight flavonoids, three phenolic acids, and nine triterpenoids were identified and quantitatively analyzed from the SF leaves. The dominant flavonoids of the SF leaves were found to be catechin, myricetin-3-O-rhamnoside, and quercetin-3-O-arabinoside. Gallic acid was the most abundant phenolic acid. Among triterpenoids, asiatic acid, corosolic acid, and betulinic acid were identified as major compounds ranging from 12.21 - 49.41, 14.12 - 22.50, and 19.23 - 26.94 mg/g dry leaf, respectively. The total triterpenoid content in the ethanolic extract of the SF batches ranged from 62.60 - 109.54 mg/g dry leaf which was 10 - 20 fold higher than that in Centella asiatica (CA) leaves. In ultraviolet B induced keratinocyte inflammation model, SF extract which was prepared industrial scale significantly reduced pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-8) and COX-2, while commercial CA extract affected much less changes. Furthermore, SF extract induced significant increase of COL1α1 gene expression in human dermal fibroblast cells. Our results proved that Syzygium leaf extract with high content of biologically active compounds could be a superior bioactive ingredient in cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

        구개부에 발생한 다형성선종의 치험례

        Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common of all salivary gland tumors, constituting over 50 per cent of all cases of tumors, and approximately 90 per cent of all benign salivary gland tumors. Since the term mixed tumor' was introduced by Broca for its dual origin of epithelial and mesenchymal elements, the term plemorphic adenoma suggested by Willis characterizes closely the unusual histologic pattern of the lesion. The parotid gland is the most common site but it may occur in any of the salivary glands. It is somewhat more frequent in women and in the fourth to sixth decades, but they are also relatively common in young adult and have been known to occur in children. Treatment of choice is surgical excision. Adequate surgery with safe margin reduce its recurrence rate. We represent a case of pleomorphic adenoma with literature review in 65-year old male occured in the palate. The lesion was successfully treated by surgical excision.

        This study is to extend bandwith for the microstrip antenna by parasitic patch devices. Applying two 1/4 wave length parasitic patches both side of microstrip patch, the bandwidth is able to be controlled by the parasitic couplings. We used the Tschebyscheff transformer for multisection matching network to give broadband transformation. It is designed for wireless MMDS CATV antenna and design antenna is fabricated by epoxy substrate of 1.2mm thickness, 4.4 relative permittivity. The theory is well agreed that the results of measurement of S11 has 2.88% band characteristic.

      • 디지탈 영상처리를 위한 데이타 취득 시스템에 관한 연구

        A computer vision system for recognition and processing any visible objects is designed. Analog video images are digitized and stored in the internal memory of a microcomputer system and these digitized data are output through a bit-image printer. The kirsch edge operator is used for the processing. In order to compare the result of Kirsch edge enhancement, two images "a Man" and "a figure" are tested. Because of the limitations of the speed of A/D converter and the capacity of internal memory, the operation of the system is a still-picture mode. Upper 4 bit date of the memory are used for printing out the image, so as to the gray levels are sixteen. The output size of the bit-image printer is 120x120, and 2 horizontal lines are printed simultaneously per 1 carriage return because the printer has a 8 pin head. The system is designed to have compatibility with any microcomputer system which has a S-100 bus structure.
