코로나 전후 관광산업의 경제적 파급효과 추이에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of the economic impacts of the tourism industry before and after COVID-19 through the change analyzing for multipliers by 2019 Input-Output Tables of Bank of Korea(2020). For this, the production multiplier, income multiplier, value-added multiplier, and employment multiplier in the tourism industry sector were derived from the 2019 I-O tables published by the Bank of Korea. According to the analysis, among the tourism industries multipliers, the employment multiplier is very high, and the shopping industry has the highest economic effect. Looking at the trend of economic impacts, after a 13.92-14.18% increase in 2019 compared to 2018, and a rapid decrease of 85.52-85.71% in 2020 compared to the previous year, an additional 60.00-62.79% decrease from the previous year until 2021. In 2022, it is showing a significant increase of 229.76~237.50% compared to the previous year, showing a recovery trend in the tourism industry.

This study emphasizes R&D as a management strategy for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) to achieve competitive advantage and aims to analyze the impact of innovation resistance, prior knowledge, and technological capability on the intention to adopt R&D. The research targeted 403 decision-makers from SMEs that have not adopted R&D. The analysis revealed the following key findings: As a result, both technical capabilities and prior knowledge had a negative effect on innovation resistance. In addition, technological capabilities and prior knowledge had a positive effect on adoption intention, and innovation resistance had a negative effect on acceptance intention. The indirect effects of technical capabilities and prior knowledge both had a positive impact. In addition, we tested whether dependency on partners and trading organizations that accepted R&D had a moderating effect, but it was not significant. The academic implications of this study provide a detailed analysis of how prior knowledge and technological capability affect innovation resistance in SMEs and verify the intention to adopt R&D. The practical implications suggest a direction for small and medium-sized enterprises to reduce innovation resistance in accepting R&D, and companies need to recognize the suitability of R&D and recognize the importance of technological capabilities and prior knowledge in order to reduce innovation resistance.

The study is coated tin(IV) oxide coated on the titanium substrate electrodes by electrodepositon and dip-coating method and studied about that physical and electrochemical characterization by coating methods. After titanium substrate is etched in HCl, electrodespotion is coated $SnCl_2{\cdot}2H_2O$ in nitrate solution by pulse technique, dip-coating method is also used $SnCl_2{\cdot}2H_2O$ in 1;1V% HCl and coated by dipping and annealing process. tin(IV) oxide coated on titanium substrate electrodes by two coating methods are studied x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to compare physical characterization of electrode and potential window by cyclic voltammetry (CV) to observe electrochemical characterization.

In the recent years, increasing interests are being focused on the rational functionalization of the CNTs by some creative methods. However, the considerable toxicity of CNT is still a controversialissue and limits its biological application. To improve the biocompatibility of CNT, in this work we prepared CNT-$TiO_2$ nanocomposites with CNT and organic titanium precursors. Our observations demonstratethat the modified interface could accelerate the heterogeneous electron transfer rates and thusenhance the relevant detection sensitivity, suggesting its potential application as the new strategy for the development of the biocompatible and multi-signal responsive biosensors for the early diagnosis of cancers.

So fine cobalt oxide xerogel powders were prepared by using a unique solution chemistry associated with the sol-gel process. The effect of thermal treatment on the crystalinity, particle structure, and corresponding electrochemical properties of the resulting xerogel remained amorphous as $Co(OH)_2$ up to $160^{\circ}C$ With an increase in the temperature above $200^{\circ}C$, both the surface area and pore volume decreased sharply, because the amorphous $Co(OH)_2$ decomposed to form CoO that was subsequently oxidized to form crystalline Co304. In addition, the changes in the crystallinity, and particle structure all had significant but coupled effects on the electrochemical properties of the xerogels. A maximum capacitance of 192F1g was obtained for an electrode prepared with the $CoO_x$ Xerogel calcined at$150^{\circ}C$, which was consistent with the maxima exhibited in both the surface area and pore volume. This capacitance was attributed solely to a surface redox mechanism.

The polyacenic semiconductor material (PAS) electrode prepared by the pyrolytic treatment of phenol-formaldehyde resin is one of useful electrodes. As an anode material of lithium rechargeable batteries, amorphous carbon materials have been studied extensively because of their high electrochemcal performance and cyclicability. Carbon materials do not lead to the formation of lithium dendrite which is one of the most serious problems in applying Li-based materials to an electrode of batteries. The polyacene materials prepared from phenol resin at relatively low temperatures $(550\~750^{\circ}C)$ show a highly Li\doped state up to $C_2Li$ state without liberation of Li cluster. We prepared each polyacene materials at various temperature and investigated electro- chemical properties. We tried to change the mole ratio of [H]/[C] which is $0.24\~0.4$ range. Considering of electrochemical properties of PAS material, the PAS material is one of the most suitable materials for electrodes of a polymer battery.

전기통신 기술용역업은 Telecommunication Infrastructure 의 구성에 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있으나 여타 통신분야에 비하여 발전이 이루어지지 못한 모습을 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 전기통신 기술용역업의 현황을 분석하고 그 발전방향을 제시하여 전기통신 기술용역업에 대한 관심과 정책적 중요성을 제기하고자 한다. 본고에서는 전기통신 기술용역업 현황으로 시장에서의 수급구조현황 및 관련 법규 및 제도를 분석하여, 현황을 통하여 본 문제점을 도출.분석하였으며, 이를 토대로 하여 (1)시장확대, (2)첨단 Engineering기술확보를 위한 구매 제도개선, (3)업체의 전문화 등을 전기통신 기술용역업 발전방향으로 제시하였다.
