This study suggested the categorization of the notion, the factors and process of axial coding deducted through grounded approach as a research to verify the instruction experiences and educational significance of survey of university athletic club coaches. As a result of open coding, first, a total of 135 terms, 22 subcategories, and 11 upper categories were suggested. Second, as a result of axial coding, 6 paradigms were composed in the instruction experiences and education significance of university athletic club coaches. As for the casual conditions, university coach life, becoming a coach after retirement, and charm of the job were suggested, and as to the situational context, it was deducted as the relation formation with athletic students. Furthermore, as a central phenomenon, the professional instruction method was shown. In this connection, instruction contents and experiences are suggested as an interventional condition. As for the interaction, such as communications and successful instructors are found as a strategy of interaction. As a result of this process, it was found that athletic club coaches acquire the educational contents know-how and methods applicable for each level for themselves. Third, as selective coding, the outline of a story about the instruction method specialization process of athletic club coaches were performed, and the core categories were discovered in this process. It was understood that through not only improvement of educational contents but also instruction methods and various curricula about the specialization process, the individual “Know-how” of a coach, namely, empirical knowledge is naturally accumulated.

두개골의 3차원 영상 분석을 위한 전산화단층촬영 방법의 비교 : 상층 두께가 3차원 영상의 계측에 미치는 영향

Purpose : To evaluate the quantitative accuracy of three-dimensional (3D) images by means of comparing distance measurements on the 3D images with direct measurements of dry human skull according to slice thickness and scanning modes. Materials and Mathods : An observer directly measured the distance of 21 line items between 12 orthodontic landmarks on the skull surface using a digital vernier caliper and each was repeated five times. The dry human skull was scanned with a Helical CT with various slice thickness (3, 5, 7 mm) and acquisition modes (Conventional and Helical). The same observer measured corresponding distance of the same items on reconstructed 3D images with the internal program of V-works 4.0 (Cybermed Inc., Seoul, Korea). The quantitative accuracy of distance measurements were statistically evaluated with Wilcoxons’ two-sample test. Results : 11 line items in Conventional 3 mm, 8 in Helical 3mm, 11 in Conventional 5 mm, 10 in Helical 5 mm, 5 in Conventional 7 mm and 9 in Helical 7 mm showed no statistically significant difference. Average difference between direct measurements and measurements on 3D CT images was within 2 mm in 19 line items of Conventional 3 mm, 20 of Helical 3 mm, 15 of Conventional 5 mm, 18 of Helical 5 mm, 11 of Conventional 7mm and 16 of Helical 7 mm. Conclusion : Considering image quality and patient’s exposure time, scanning protocol of Helical 5 mm is recommended for 3D image analysis of the skull in CT.

For the purpose of reserching the floatability of Managanese-nodule, the test was proformed by means of Zeta potential measuring and the flotation experiment for 10Å Manganite. The flotation condition in the flotation experiment were as follow. sample : Todorokite (0.3gr) sample size : 65 mesh ~ 200 mesh condition size : 10 min flotation time : 4 min air amount : 20 ㎖/min promoter : D.A.cl, S.D.S. PH regular : Hcl, CaO From the test the flotation result were summerized as follow. 1. The isoelectric point of 10Å Manganite in the Zeta potential measuring was pH 4.3. 2. The floatability of 10Å Manganite was 80% as a function of pH5 using 10mg/ℓ of D.A.cl. 3. The recovery of 10Å Manganite was best when the floatability of 10Å Manganite was 90% as using D.A.cl 80mg/ℓat PH 2.7.

1. Filial piety narratives are based on morality. They are, in the traditional sense, considered the elements of the tales of Confucianism, of Buddhism, and of local customs. In terms of their motifs and types, they are classified as follows: a) self-devotion type. b) self-sacrifice type. c) self-toil type. d) child-abandonment types. e) mourning-service type. f) revenge type. g) allegory type. h) disapproved-filial-piety type. i) aged-abandonment type. j) miscellanous type. 2. In the social context filial piety narratives inspired the people with the social standard of morality which were to preserve a large family under the patriarchy system as the safety device to the conventional society. In the literary context, they had a function to have the minds of tradition realized among the readers, who would participate 'the tree of tradition' and the colorful literary impressions deepened through the diversity of their literary shapes. Thenarratives are therefore, expected to contribute to the reestablishment of our national culture, especially with their literary mechanisms and the materials and principles of the recons ti-tute throughout all the fields of contemporary literature. 3. Most of the protagonists in filial piety narratives are not the characters who yielded to the fates they were faced with, but the really faithful human beings that approved no immorality at all. They had even the superhuman strength to control their desires and to do only goodness, the filial piety.

정신분열증환자에서 Haloperidol과 Reduced Haloperidol 사이의 상호변환에 있어 Haloperidol Reductase에 관한 연구

Haloperidol is metabolized through reductation by the enzyme haloperidol reductase at the benzylic ketone to form an alcohol metabolite, known as reduced haloperidol. The basic and clinical pharmacology of reduced haloperidol and also haloperidol reductase is the main subject of haloperidol study, as the reduced metabolite can be converted back to the parent drug which has some neuroleptic effect. This study was undertaken to investigate correlations between haloperiol reductase activity in RBC and reduced haloperidol formation, also the difference of haloperidol reductase activity between responding and nonresponding schizophrenic patient. The results were as follows : 1) The haloperidol reductase activity of schizophrenic patients in RBC at 2 weeks was 12.8±4.3ng/30 min/200ul RBC, 16.0±11.9 at 4 weeks and 22.3±71 in control group. There was statistically significant difference of haloperidol reductase activity in RBC between schizophrenic patient and control group at 2 weeks but no difference at 4 weeks. 2) We divided the patient into responding and nonresponding group by the percentage of improvement in total BPRS score as more or less than 31% respectively and there was no significant difference of haloperidol reductase activity in RBC among two groups. 3)) There was no significant relationship between haloperidol dose of administration and haloperidol reductase activity in RBC. Considering the above results, haloperidol reductase activity in schizophrenic patients showed different results according to the duration of drug administration, so the study which deal with the factors, influencing the activity of haloperidol reductase, should be undertaken in the future.

Cefixime 경구제제의 생물학적 동등성 연구

The bioequivalence of generic cefixime(Pofixim^(®), Kwangmyung Pharmaceutical Co.) capsule to the cefixime capsule(Suprax^(®), Dong-A Pharmaceutical Co.) as a reference drug. Single dose of 100 mg cefixime was administered to 20 healthy male volunteers in a balanced, randomized crossover design with a washout between the two study periods. Blood samples were collected up to 14 hours and plasma concentration of cefixime was measured by well validated reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Pharmacokinetic parameters were analyzed by non-compartmental analysis and ANOVA test was used for the statistical analysis of parameters. No statistically significant formulation, period, or sequence effect was encountered. Ninety percent confidence intervals of log transformed C_(max) and AUC_(t) were comprised in the stipulated 0.80-1.25 range. These results suggest that test formulation of cefixime can be declared bioequivalent with the reference, both formulations in 100 mg capsule.

Parallel programs may show errors generated by incorrect interactions between concurrintly executing processes, as well as logical ones which are similar to in sequential programs. Specifically, it shows nondeterministic executions by races for shared variables during program executions with anonymous synchronizations. To analyze the races, we can obtain the safe orders which are deterministic execution orders through observing the partical orders of events in a sequential trace. The main goal of the paper is an implemintation of the algorithms which determine a set of the safe orders in a given trace file.
