        소아의 상완골 원위부 과간 골절

        상완골 원위부 과간 골절은 소아에서는 매우 드물게 발생되는 골절로 대부분 주관절의 굴곡상태로 주관절 후방부에 직접적인 충격에 의해 발생하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 전위가 없거나 경미한 경우 도수적 정복술 혹은 도수적 정복술 후 경피적 핀고정술을 시행하며, 전위가 심한 골절이거나 도수적 정복술이 불가능한 경우 관혈적 정복술 후 핀고정술을 시행하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 전위된 상완골 원위부 과간 골절 환아 2예에서 각각 도수적 정복술과 관혈적 정복술 후 K 강선 고정술을 시행하여 만족한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. Intercondylar fractures of the distal humerus are very rare in children. The pattern of the fracture would suggest that the mechanism of injury involves a fall directly on the flexed elbow. Most agree that the undisplaced fracture can be managed conservatively. With increasing displacement and comminution, the opinions tend to differ. We suggest that closed reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning and open reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning offer a satisfactory methods by which to treat displaced intercondylar fracture in children.

      • 생물학적 폐수처리시 휴지기간이 처리특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Under recent situation of more stringent effluent regulations, small scale biological process for industrial wastewater treatment has on operational problems, such as highly variable loadings into the system. Especially, the seafood processing industry has difficulties to treat is because of its highly variable organic loading and high saline concentration (>30g/d㎥). High salt concentrations disrupt metabolic functions and cause plasmolysis and/or loss of activity of microbial flora, hence the biological treatment of the saline wastewaters could produce low COD removal efficiency. On the basis of background mentioned above, an appropriate operation of the existing treatment plant is required for stable effluent discharge at even highly influent loading. In this study, effects of long term ( days) idle periods on floc characteristics were investigated in treatment of saline wastewater by SBR. Temporal stop of feeding affects biological activity in the reactors and then floc structures such as size and fractal dimension. After a certain period of reoperation for orgnic activity, the size and fractal dimension of floc start to increase.

      • 社會體育振興을 위한 國民意識 再考方案

        The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the nation's consciousness about the social physical education by regional groups(big cityes, middle cityes, farm village, fishing villge). And the researchers are to find a way to populize this movement. These subjects for this investigation were chosen at random among the citizens in four region. 4,450 sheets of questionnaire were given to the citizen. And 3,587(81%) sheets of them were received from male(2,582) and female(975) citizens. The results of this investigation are as follows: 1. The nation's consciousness has not been still modernized and the nation tend to depend on their doctors rather than on the new active leisure sports, which is a passive and conventional way, to keep their health. 2. Most people have spent their leisures on nonactive hobby such as reading, listening to music, and watching TV rather than sports. 3. Most residents pointed out lack of facilities, and needed professional directors and various programs they could participate. 4. The opening of citizen athletic field and the gymnasiums to citizens was needed to recruit the lack of facility, and the participation to commercial sport ws differed by economical status and leisure time, however, they usually participated such activities as table-tennis, swimning and tennis. 5. To activate social physical education, first of all, an expansion of the facilities such as athletic fields and gymnasium is needed under the active support of government. 6. The facilities for young men and the handicapped is insufficient, and to prevent juvenile delinquency and guide them into the right way, we should lead them out to participate sports activity. And the facility for the handicapped is needed too.

      • 염분이 함유된 폐수의 생물학적 처리시 염분농도가 오염물질의 제거에 미치는 영향

        Effects of salt concentration and C/N ratio on pollutants removal efficiencies were investigated in treatment of seafood wastewater by sequence batch reactor(SBR). The synthetic seafood wastewater containing salinity from 3,000 to 10,000 mg/L NaCI and C/N ratio of 2 and 4 was treated by SBR. Removal efficiencies of COD_(Mn), T-N, and T-P decreased with increasing salt concentration, but eventually reached a pollutants removal a platrau. As systems adapted in salts until salts concentration of 8,000mg/L, the time required to reach the pollutants removal efficiencies at steady state was reduced. However, the removal efficiencies of pollutants sharply decreased and the time require to reach steady state was increased as salt concentration rose to 10,000mg/L, Removal efficiencies of COD_(Mn) were higher for C/N ratio of 4 than for 2. Effects of salt on the nitrogen removal were not faster than the organic removal but the time required to the nitrogen removal at steady state was ncreased. The removal efficiencies of phosphorus also were redueed as salt concentration increased, which inhibited the release of phosphorus than the uptake.

      • 쥐의 혈청과 뇌조직에 6-Aminonicotinamide가 미치는 효과에 관한 연구 : Glucose, Nucleotide 와 Catecholamine의 대사를 중심으로

        쥐에 6-aminonicotinamide(6-AN) 15 mg/kg을 복강내 투여하여 야기되는 대사변화에 관하여 연구하였다. 6-AN은 고혈당증을 야기시켰고, 투여 후 13시간에 최고의 효과를 나타냈다. 6-AN 투여 후 7시간 및 13시간에 뇌조직에서 nucleotides를 측정하였는데, ATP, CMP, UMP, UTP만이 변화를 보였고, 대조군에 비해 ATP, UMP, UTP는 감소한 반면 CMP는 증가하였다. 한편, 6-AN 뇌조직에 있는 catecholamine에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 따라서, 쥐의 혈청과 뇌조직에서의 glucose와 nucleotide같은 에너지대사에 관련이 있는 대사물질들에 antagonist로 6-AN이 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. Some metabolic changes induced by the intraperitoneal administration of 6-aminonicotinamide (6-AN, 15 mg/kg) were studied in ICR mice. 6-AN produced hyperglycemia and showed high effect by 13 h. Levels of nucleotides were measured in brain homogenats at 7 and 13 h after administration of 6-AN. Only ATP, CMP, UMP and UTP showed changes when compared with control group. ATP, UMP and UTP were decreased than control group whereas CMP were increased. 6-AN didn't affect the catecholamine in brain. These results showed the fact that 6-AN as a antagonist affected metabolites associated with energy metabolism such as nucleotide and glucose in serum and brain of mice. nitrite concentrations by use of polarograms of millimole concentration of nitrate-nitrite mixed solution has been presented. The accuracy of this method for determination of mM order concentration of nitrate and nitrite mixed solution is found to be Ca. 5 percent at the worst.

        화학기상응축 공정으로 제조한 Fe 나노입자의 TEM 미세조직 및 결정화거동

        Iron and iron nitride nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical vapor condensation (CVC) process, using a precursor of Fe(CO)_(5) and carrier gas of NH₃. Phase change and crystallization behaviors of as received particles were mainly examined by TEM technique. Only α-Fe nanoparticles were formed at the lowest decomposition temperature of 500℃. As the temperature increased, the crystallization of α-Fe nanoparticles was suppressed and Fe₃N nanoparticles were begun to be formed. Finally full crystallization of Fe₃N was observed at 1000℃. Typical size of the α-Fe and Fe₃N particles was less than 30 nm in diameter.

        급속응고된 N-type Bi₂Te_(2.75)Se_(0.15) 열전재료의 미세조직과 열전특성에 미치는 압출비의 영향

        The n-Type thermoelectric compounds of Bi₂Te_(2.75)Se_(0.15) doped with 0.1 wt% SbI₃ were fabricated by gas atomization process and extruded under ratio of 16:1 and 28:1 at 450℃. The effect of extrusion ratio on the microstructures and thermoelectric properties were investigated by a combination of microscopy, XRD and thermoelectric properties. Grains of extruded bars are smaller than those of heated powder at extrusion temperature (450℃) due to the dynamic recrystallization but with increasing the amount of plastic deformation, grains of specimen extruded with 28:1 were slightly coarse. The compressive strength of hot extruded bar under 28:1 is 160 MPa and with decreasing the extrusion ratio to 16:1, the value is 250 MPa. The Seebeck coefficient a and electrical resistivity p were decreased with increasing ratio, while thermal conductivity x was increased. this results from decrease of carrier scattering and increase of carrier mobility. Extruded bar under ratio of 16:1 shows the higher value of figure of merit (Z=2.50x10^(-3)/K) than that of 28:1 (Z=2.07x10^(-3)/K). (Received June 24, 2004)

        급속응고 Al-20Si-5Fe-2x(x=Ni, Cr or Zr) 합금의 미세조직 및 기계적 특성

        The microstructure and mechanical properties of the gas atomized and extruded Al-20Si-5Fe-2x (x=Cr, Zr or Ni) alloys were evaluated. The alloy powder was degassed under different vacuum levels in advance of the extrusion. It was shown that the addition of a quaternary element resulted in the formation of very fine particles that contributed to the improved mechanical properties of the alloys, especially at elevated temperatures. Of these additions, nickel was found to be the most effective in increasing the UTS of the alloy both at room and elevated temperatures. Degassing the rapidly solidified powders under better vacuum improved the properties further.

        21세기 정보통신의 발달은 세계를 급속도로 변화시키고 있으며 정보사회라고 하는 새로운 사회의 도래가 예견되고 있다. 정보사회는 정보가 주요한 자원으로 인식되고 사회 제 분야에 걸쳐서 중요한 매개체 역할을 하는 사회라고 할 수 있다. 정보통신의 발달은 국가간 관계를 크게 변화시키고 있으며, 국가의 위상에도 많은 변화를 초래하고 있다. 한편, 산업사회 행정조직의 근간을 이루었던 계층제적 관료제는 급속한 변화와 불확실한 환경에 적응하지 못하고 많은 문제점을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 정보사회에 있어서 행정의 역할과 조직구조의 변화방안을 모색하였다. 그 변화방안으로 조직 내부원리에 있어서 네트워크 형태를 통해 수평적·협력적 기능 분화가 이루어지고, 지식과 정보를 끊임없이 흡수하는 학습조직으로의 변화가 요구된다. 또한 정보사회의 새로운 패러다임으로 논의되고 있는 전자정부의 구축방안으로 행정정보 공동활용체계의 확립 및 정보기술기반 구축 등을 들 수 있다.
