      • 중국의 '서부대개발'과 자동차 산업 : 한국에의 시사

        본고는 중국의 서부대개발 정책의 내용과 향후 전망 및 이 정책이 가지는 중국 자동차 산업에의 시사를 찾고자 하였다. 중국 서부지역의 주민들의 의식이나 인프라 등은 동부 대도시의 80년대 말 상황과 비슷할 정도로 뒤떨어져 있다. 서부대개발이 중국정부의 장기적인 프로젝트인 만큼, 우리도 중국 서부를 장기적으로 인식해 적절한 전략적 접근이 필요하다. 한국의 자동차 산업과 기업이 얻을 수 있는 시사점은, 장기적 비전과 전략적 접근의 필요성 외에 다음과 같은 것들이 있다. 첫째, 같은 서부지역이라도 소득수준과 교통 인프라 차원에서 우수한 몇몇 省·市(중경, 사천, 섬서 등)가 서부지역의 발전을 주도할 것이기 때문에 이들 지역을 통한 단계적 진입 전략이 필요하다. 둘째, 서부대개발에 따른 자동차 수요증가는 차종에 따라 달리 나타날 것이므로 이에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 즉, 화물차에 대한 수요증가는 직접적으로 나타날 것이나, 일반승용차에 대한 수요증가는 간접적이고 또한 그 정도도 제한적일 것이다. 셋째, 중국의 자동차 시장은 지역분할 구도의 약화, 시장경쟁의 격화, 유통구조의 개편, 개인구매의 증가 등의 변화를 겪고 있어, 이 같은 자동차 시장 자체의 역동성에 적절히 대응해야 한다 This paper first discusses the main contents and prospect of the Great West Development project of China and then tries to find implications of this project for automobile makers. First we note that this project spans a very long time horizon and thus the firms should approach this with a long term oriented view, rather than expecting any short term benefits. Also, because the projects, especially during the early stage, will be led by selective fore-running regions, like Chungqing, Sichuan and Shaanxi, the firms should take a differentiated and gradual approach. Expansion of demand for automobiles will be different depending upon the kinds of cars. Initial expansion will be more for trucks whereas demand for passenger cars will be indirect or limited. At the moment, the automobile industry in China is undergoing radical changes in terms of regional distribution of market power among the major makers, ever-increasing market competition, changes in the marketing networks, and increasing participation of individual customers. This kind of industrial dynamism should be fully considered in designing corporate strategy or public policy.

      • 폴리머 슬러리실 혼합물의 내구성 평가

        This study was conducted to evaluate the physical properties of polymer slurry seal mixtures for maintaining a uniform, smooth riding surface with minimal maintenance. The laboratory and the field test were performed to investigate the physical properties and the feasibility. The laboratory tests include Wet. Track Abration Test, Loaded Wheel Test, Cohesion Test, Hubbard Field Test, and Wheel Tracking Test. The results of this evaluation indicate that the polymer slurry seal mixtures perform better than the normal slurry seal without polymer modifier in terms of improvement of cohesion, toughness and breaking times. The result of the field test also shows that polymer slurry seal is superior to any other surface treatment materials which were construructed in the field to compre with polymer slurry seal.

        치주조직 재생을 위한 칼슘 포스페이트 글라스 분말이 백서 두개골 결손부의 골조직 재생에 미치는 영향

        The treatment of the tone defects resulting from trauma, neoplasm, surgery, or infection is one of the major concern in dentistry. The major goal is the functional, esthetical regeneration of supporting structures already destructed by disease. Transplantation technique have been used to provide a scaffold for bone regeneration, to augment bony defects resulting from trauma or surgery, to restore bone loss caused by dental disease, to prevent the collapse the alveolar ridge in recent extraction sites, to replace bone loss by periodontal disease, to augment the alveolar ridge in implant surgery. There are autogeneous, allogenic, xenogenic and alloplastic bone-grafts in transplantation. Among the alloplastic bone-graft materials, calcium phosphates have been received the most attention. In this study, the critical size defects were surgically produced in the calvarial bone of Sprague-Dawley rats using the 8 ㎜ trephine bur. Calcium phosphate glass powders with mean diameter 400 ㎛ transplanted onto the produced detects in the experimental group, while sutured without grafting anything in the control group. Histomorphometric as well as radiodensitometric analyses were performed after sacrifice at 2, 4 and 8 weeks following operation. The prepared calcium phosphate glass powder with average size 400 ㎛ in CaO-CaF_2-P_2O_5-MgO-Al_2O_3 promoted new bone formation in the calvarial defects in the Sprague-Dawley rats. New bone was formed in the upper side of the detects as well as the defect margin and dura mater. Experimental group always exhibited higher values in the length, area and density of the newly formed bone than that of the control group. There were significant differences between the experimental and the control groups, except the density after 4 weeks (p<0.05).

      • 무기수은 투여에 의한 백서체내의 수은축적에 대한 연구

        44마리의 Sprague-Dawley계 자성백서를 제1대군 12마리, 제2대군 12마리 및 제3대군 20마리로 나누고 다시 각각의 대군을 실험 2주, 4주 및 6주의 소군으로 나누어 제1대군은 대조군으로 일반 식수를 투여하고 제2대군은 체중 100gm당 0.945mg의 염화수은을, 제3대군은 체중 100gm당 3.780mg의 염화수은을 최종 6주까지 위장관내 투여법으로 매일 투여한 후 각 실험당일 백서의 털, 전혈, 신장 및 간을 채취하여 이를 각각 산분해용기에서 분해시켜 원자흡광광도계를 본체로 한 atomic vapour accessory를 이용하여 각 조직 장기에 축적되는 수은의 양을 정량하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 제2 및 제3대군의 백서 털내의 수은함량은 대조군에 비해 2-4배 정도 높았다. 대조군 혈장내 수은 함량은 평균 0.09ppm(최저치 0.01ppm, 최고치 0.25ppm), 제2대군에서는 0.34ppm(최저치 0.09ppm, 최고치 0.61ppm) 및 제3대군에서는 0.76ppm(최저치 0.48ppm,최고치 1.06ppm)이었다. 신장은 체내 주요 장기중 수은의 주요 축적장기로 대조군의 평균 수은 함량은 0.16ppm(최저치 0.09ppm, 최고치 0.26ppm),제2대군에서는 60.98ppm(최저치 32.18ppm, 최고치 96.45ppm) 및 제3대군에서는 평균 102.45ppm(최저치 73.89ppm, 최고치 142.09ppm)이었다. 간내에 축적된 수은의 농도는 대조군, 제2대군 및 제3대군은 각각 0.06ppm, 2.46ppm, 3.46ppm으로 나타났다. 투여되는 수은량의 증가에 따라 각 신체 장기중에 축적되는 수은양의 상관관계를 알아본 결과 신장과 간에 축적되는 수은의 양 사이에는 상관계수가 r=0.8348로 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. The toxicity and accumulation of mercury compounds in dentistry has been an issue of interesting concern. Relatively few data were available concerning the relation between toxicity and accumulation of inorganic mercury in vivo. The purpose of the study was to investigate the accumulation of mercury in rat tissues following exposure to different volumes of mercurous chloride. For this study, 44 Sprague-Dawley strain rats were divided into three large groups. The rats of Group I were supplied with a drinking water ad libitum, Grouop Ⅱ were fed 0.945mgHgCl_2 per 100gm of body weight and 3.780mg HgCl_2 per 100gm of body weight in Group Ⅲ. The rats were fed the mercurous chloride as solution type everyday via gastric lavage method for 2,4 and 6 weeks. The author collected the samples of hair, whole blood, kidney and liver and melted them in acid digestion bomb on the 2nd, 4th and 6th experimental week. The total mercury contents of hair, blood, kidney and liver were determined by Cold Vapour Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. The results obtained were as follows: The hair mercury contents of Group Ⅱ & Ⅲ were 2-4 times higher than that of the control . The mean mercury levels of whole blood were 0.09ppm(range 0.01-0.25) in control group, 0.34ppm(range 0.09-0.61) in Group Ⅱ and 0.76ppm (range 0.48-1.06) in Group Ⅲ during 6 weeks. The kidney was the main reservoir of mercury in body. The mean mercury levels of kidney were 0.16ppm(range 0.09-0.26) in control group, 60.98ppm(range 32.18-96.45) in Group Ⅱ and 102.45ppm(rang 73.89-142.09) in Group Ⅲ. There was significant difference of mercury content in kidney between groups(p<0.05). The mean mercury levels of liver throughout 6 weeks were 0.06, 2.46 and 3.46ppm in GroupⅠ, GroupⅡ and GroupⅢ, respectively. In control group, hair mercury content was the highest and kidney, whole blood, liver in descending order, but in GroupⅡ and Ⅲ, kidney mercury content was the highest and liver, hair, whole blood in descending order(p<0.05). There was significant correlationship between kidney mercury content and liver mercury content(r=0.8348, p<0.05), but there was no correlationship among the other samples.

        At present all the discharged spent nuclear fuells are stored in at-reator (AR) pools of each nuclear power plant in Korea, but most of the exciting AR pools will lose their full core reserve capacities in the late of 1990s Untill the long-term spent nuclear fuel management policy will be established, this cummulative spent nuclear fuels should be safely stored in an applicable storage facility. By this study results, the alternatives to solve this storage problem of the cummulative spent nuclear fuels are recommended as the followings : If the policy making would be done in the near future, the storage capacities of the existing pools would be expanded by the replacement of the old racks into or the installation of high density racks, and, if it could not be, a centralized wet or dry storage management of the spent nuclear fuels should be more reasonable.

        소파커버의 연소특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 다중이용업소에서 사용하고 있는 실내내장재료 중 소파커버의 인조가죽 5종에 대하여 연소시 위험성 요소인 착화성, 난연성, 열방출율, 독성가스를 평가하였다. 연구결과 Artificial Leather 1~5의 착화온도는 427~43℃, 산소지수는 19~20%로 나타났다. 또한 25 kw/m²의 복사열에서 착화시간은10~16초, 최대열방출율은 147~277 kW/ m²이었으며, 35 kW/ m²의 복사열에서 착화시간은 6~9초, 최대열방출율은 176~296 kw/m² 및 일산화탄소(CO)는 5,550~6,290 ppm, 이산화탄소(CO²)는 18,5OO~23,400 ppm, 염화수소(HCl)는 110~140 ppm, 시안화수소(HCN)은 13~65 ppm, 질소산화물(NO_(x))은145~220 ppm이 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. In this study, we tried to evaluate the ignitibility, flammability, heat release rate, and toxicity of five different types of burning artificial leather sofa covers that are widely used in entertainment service industry buildings. As the results of this study; Putting the artificial leathers under fire conditions we found out following results : auto-ignition temperature was 427~437℃, limiting oxygen index was 19~20%; at heat flux of 25 kW/ m², ignition time was 10~16s and peak heat release rate was 147~277 kW/m²; and at heat flux of 35 kW/ m², ignition time was 6~9s and peak heat release rate was 176~296 kW/ m². The toxic materials discharged from the burning leathers were 5,550~6,290 ppm of CO, 18,500~23,400 ppm of CO², 110~140 ppm, of HCl, 13~65 ppm of HCN and 145~220 ppm of NO_(x).

      • 예ㆍ체능계 및 일반 여대생의 인성특성에 관한 비교 연구

        This study has reached the following conclusion after analyzing and investigating through questionaire in order to compare and analyze the personality tendencies appeared specfically according to the major under the effect of study environments which are being experienced uniquely according to department based on changeability theory of personality which have said to be able to changed by the effect of postnatal study environment. 1.In the comparison of activity, the order has appeared as Physical education(65.53±10.75), Dancing(64.07±9.89), Music(61.81±15.97), Art(57.40±16.31), General deparment(51.20±14.93) and in the Duncan's test, the result was General science department showed significant difference respectively from Music, Art and Physical education department. (p〈.05) 2.In the comparison of emotional stability, the order has appeared as Physical education(63.08±7.82), Dancing(58.76±11.82), Music(55.38 ± 11.96), General department(54.43±14.99), and Art department(53.29±12.59) and the Duncan's test showed by significant difference from Physical education and Art department (p〈.05). 3.In the comparison of Sociability, the order has appeared as Dancing(73.96±12.74), Physical education(69.16±15.03), Art(65.65±16.07), General(58.66±14.11), and Music department(57.96±16.25) and the result of Duncan's test was shown by significant difference(p〈.05) between Dancing and Physical education department and Music and General department. 4.In the comparison of Autonomy, the order was appeared as Art(71.58±14.42), Physical education(66.44±12.69), Music(60.38±17.55), Dancing(59.70±15.21), and General department(57.96±16.25) and the Duncan's test showed the result that the department of Art had significant difference(p〈.05) respactively from Music, Dancing and General department while Physical education the difference (p〈.05) from General department also. 5.There have been no difference between Dominance, Reflectiveness and Achievement, but there showed little higher tendencies of Dominance in Dancing department while Reflectiveness in General department and Achievement in Art department. 6.Psychoneurosis, Psychosis, Anti-social behaviors have been kown to be included in the normal scope, in Psychoneurosis, there appeared lower tendency by the significant difference(p〈.05) more than Physical education, Dancing and Music department while in the Psychosis, only Dancing department showed lower tendency by significant difference(P〈.01) from other departments respectively, and in the Anti-social behaviors, General department showed lower tendency by the significant difference(p〈.05) from Dancing department.

      • 이종 장기 이식을 위한 다단계 거부 반응의 조절

        The transplantation of organ, tissues or cells between individuals of different species has been of increasing interest in recent years because the use of animals as organ and tissue donors as a source of transplants would overcome the severe and worsening shortage of human organs available for transplantation. However, There are some major hurdles to the clinical application of xenotransplantation; the immunologic response of the recipient against donor, the physiology of the graft, and the possibility that a xenotransplant might transmit an infection from the source to the recipient. This review describes the unique aspects of the immunological barrier to transplanting organs from non-primates such as pigs into humans, focusing especially on the mechanisms which contribute to immunorecognition, physiology of the rejection and infectious hurdles to xenotransplantation. This communication might be applied to overcoming these hurdles and the possibility that genetic strategies might be used to expand the potential applications of xenotransplantation for the treatment of human disease.

      • γ선에 의한 말단팬텀에서의 선량분포 연구

        In 1995, The American National Standard Institute(ANSI) is planning to release a standard for the performance testing of personnel extremity dosimeters as ANSI N13.32 standard. The standard is applicable to a personnel extremity dosimeter process used for determing the dose equivalent to the extremities at the reference depth of 7㎎/㎠, as recommended by the International Commission for Radiation Units and Measurements Reports 39. In this study, theoretical calculations of dose equivalent were performed by using a Monte Carlo N-particle transport code for the two types of extremity phantom: one to represent a lower arm or leg composed of tissue and bone to test wrist or ankle dosimeters, and the other to represent a finger to test ring of hand dosimeters. The dose equivalent of the two extremity phantoms by taking consideration of the distribution of absorbed dose due to the interaction of homogeneous parallel broad beam of monoenergetic primary photons in the range between 15 keV and 1.5 MeV result from the kerma approximation with the Monte Carlo method.
