        신뢰도 데이터 합성 program의 개발

        Bayes theorem, suggested by the British Mathematician Bayes (18th century), enables the prior estimate of the probability of an event under the condition given by a specific event. This theorem has been frequently used to revise the failure probability of a component or system. 2-stage Bayesian procedure was firstly published by Shultis et al. (1981) and Kaplan (1983), and was further developed based on the studies of Hora & Iman (1990) Papazpgolou et al., P?n(1993). For a small observed failure number (below 12), the estimated reliability of a system or component is not reliable. In the case in which the reliability data of the corresponding system or component can be found in a generic reliability reference book, however, a reliable estimation of the failure probability can be realized by using Bayes theorem, which jointly makes use of the observed data (specific data) and the data found in reference book (generic data).

        Factors Associated with Clinical Response to Low-Dose Dexamethasone Therapy for Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia in Very Low Birth Weight Infants

        Purpose: To identify factors associated with the clinical response to low-dose dexamethasone therapy (LDDT) in preterm infants for bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). Methods: We used a retrospective medical record review to evaluate preterm infants who were born before 32 weeks of gestation or with a birth weight less than 1,500 g. All infants were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit at a tertiary academic hospital between January 2010 and June 2019, and received LDDT for BPD. The preterm infants’ respiratory severity scores (RSS) were calculated from the first day of LDDT to the day of extubation, or the last day of LDDT. A good response was defined as a decreasing RSS with a slope greater than 0.181. A poor response was defined as a non-decreasing RSS, or a decreasing RSS with a slope less than 0.181 during LDDT. A total dose of 1.1 mg/kg was administered for 10 days for each single course of LDDT. Results: A total of 51 preterm infants were included in the final analysis. Thirty preterm infants (58.8 %) were in the good response group, and 21 preterm infants (41.2%) were in the poor response group. There were no significant differences in gestational age, birth weight, and sex between the good response group and poor response group. Preterm premature rupture of membrane and histologic chorioamnionitis were significantly associated with a poor response to LDDT. Higher RSS on the first day of the LDDT was associated with a good response to LDDT. Conclusion: Antenatal infection and/or inflammation may be associated with an unfavorable response to postnatal LDDT for BPD. Preterm infants with more severe respiratory failure seem to benefit more from LDDT for BPD.

        여대생의 자기주도성이 회복탄력성 및 진로탄력성에 미치는 영향

        목적 본 연구의 목적은 여대생의 자기주도성이 회복탄력성 및 진로탄력성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해 서울소재 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 여대생 287명을 대상으로 2021년 3월 9일부터 3월 25일까지 자기주도성, 회복탄력성, 진로탄력성 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 변인 간 관련성과 영향력 분석을 위해 Pearson 상관분석, 회귀분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 분석결과, 자기주도성, 회복탄력성, 진로탄력성은 모두 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기주도성이 회복탄력성 및 진로탄력성에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히, 자기주도성의 구성요인 중 도전정신이 회복탄력성과 진로탄력성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 다음으로, 자기확신, 목표지향성, 개방성, 독창성, 책임감 순으로 회복탄력성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이 연구는 여대생의 자기주도성이 이들의 회복탄력성과 진로탄력성에 영향을 미친다는 점을 검증함으로써 향후, 여대생을 위한 심리회복 및 진로개발 프로그램에 자기주도성 함양이 중요한 요인이라는 것을 입증했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 특히, 도전정신을 바탕으로 한 자기주도성 증진이 보다 효과적일 것으로 판단한다. Objectives The purposes of this study is to find out the effects of Proactive Personality on Resilience and Career Resilience of female college students. Methods To this end, The survey was conducted from March 9 to March 25, 2021. The target audiences for the suervey were 287 female college students that were attending a four-year university in Seoul. Pearson’s correlation analysed, regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted to analyze the relevance and influence of the variables of the collected data. Results The analysis showed that proactive personality, resilience and career resilience all have static correlations. It has been confirmed that proactive personality has a static effect on resilience and career resilience. In particular, Challenge Spirit, a component of proactive personality, had the largest amount of positive effect on the components of resilience and career resilience. Conclusions According to results, in order to develop and increase proactive personality, resilience and career resilience that can help overcome career problems and stress of female college students, it is suggested that developing and increasing proactive personality by focusing on challenge spirit should be the goal. Therefore, this study proves that proactive personality has a static impact on resilience and career resilience, which will be useful for developing and improving employment education or counseling processes for female college students in local governments and universities.

        Influence of heritability on craniofacial soft tissue characteristics of monozygotic twins, dizygotic twins, and their siblings using Falconer’s method and principal components analysis

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of heritability on the craniofacial soft tissue cephalometric characteristics of monozygotic (MZ) twins, dizygotic (DZ) twins, and their siblings (SIB). Methods: The samples comprised Korean adult twins and their siblings (mean age, 39.8 years; MZ group, n = 36 pairs; DZ group, n = 13 pairs of the same gender; and SIB group, n = 26 pairs of the same gender). Thirty cephalometric variables were measured to characterize facial profile, facial height, soft-tissue thickness, and projection of nose and lip. Falconer’s method was used to calculate heritability (low heritability, h2 < 0.2; high heritability, h2 > 0.9). After principal components analysis (PCA) was performed to extract the models, we calculated the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) value and heritability of each component. Results: The MZ group exhibited higher ICC values for all cephalometric variables than DZ and SIB groups. Among cephalometric variables, the highest h2 (MZ-DZ) and h2 (MZ-SIB) values were observed for the nasolabial angle (NLA, 1.544 and 2.036), chin angle (1.342 and 1.112), soft tissue chin thickness (2.872 and 1.226), and upper lip thickness ratio (1.592 and 1.026). PCA derived eight components with 84.5% of a cumulative explanation. The components that exhibited higher values of h2 (MZ-DZ) and h2 (MZ-SIB) were PCA2, which includes facial convexity, NLA, and nose projection (1.026 and 0.972), and PCA7, which includes chin angle and soft tissue chin thickness (2.107 and 1.169). Conclusions: The nose and soft tissue chin were more influenced by genetic factors than other soft tissues.

        융합형 교사 교육 프로그램 개발 연구

        최근 융합 교육이 강조되면서 융합형 교사 교육 프로그램 개발의 필요성도 제기되고 있다. 이에 융합 교수 역량을 갖춘 교사 양성 프로그램을 연구 개발하는 것을 목표로 삼았다. 융합 교육과 교사 교육의 특성, 융합형 교과 교육 지식에 대한 이론적 고찰, 사범대학교 교수, 예비 교사, 현직 교사를 대상으로 한 요구도 조사 등을 반영한 5개 융합형 교사 교육 프로그램을 개발했다. 본 연구에서 일차적으로 개발한 융합형 교사 교육 프로그램은 첨단 과학 기술과 미래 사회, 창의적 IT 융합 교수법, GIS/ICT 활용 교수법, 융합형 수학 교육 과정 및 교수법 연구, 생태 환경과 문학 교육 등 5개다. 이들 5개 프로그램에는 비판적 문제 해결력, 의사소통 및 협동 능력, 정보 기술 능력, 창의 혁신적 사고 능력, 진로 탐색 및 설계 능력 등의 핵심 역량이 반영되었다. 이 연구에서 제시한 융합형 교사 교육의 기본 틀과 프로그램별 특징은 추후 이어질 융합형 교사 교육 프로그램 개발에 주요지침이 될 것으로 기대된다. With the recent focus on integrated education, the need for an interdisciplinary teacher education program (ITEP) has been raised. The goal of this study was ITEP development. We developed five ITEP courses based on the theoretical review of convergence education and teacher education, pedagogical content knowledge for convergence education; and a the survey of professors in colleges of education, and pre-service student and employed teachers. The titles of the five ITEP courses are 'Advanced Scientific Technology and Future Society', 'Teaching with GIS/ICT', 'Interdisciplinary Curriculum Development and Instruction', 'Ecological Environment and Literature Education', and 'Creative and Interdisciplinary Teaching Methods and Technology'. The key competencies such as critical problem solving abilities, communication and collaboration abilities, information/media/technology skills, creative and innovative thinking abilities, and career skills were reflected in the five ITEP courses. We expect that the basic framework and components of our ITEP courses will shed light on the development of future ITEP courses.
