투고논문 : 회연서원(檜淵書院)의 입지환경(立地環境)과 풍수논리(風水論理)

본 연구는 한강 정구의 학문세계와 연혁을 간단히 살펴보고, 아울러 회연서원 의 연혁도 살펴본다. 또한, 회연서원 입지에 나타난 풍수적 특징과 공간구성의 논리성을 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 회연서원의 입지에 나타난 풍수적 특징을 형세적 관점과 이기론적 관점에서 살펴본다. 우리의 전통교육기관이자 학문탐구의 장이었던 서원은 그 중요성만큼이나 의 미 있는 입지를 선정하였는데, 이는 현대 교육기관 입지선정의 지침과 같은 의미를 갖는다. 회연서원의 입지선정과 공간구성은 풍수에 바탕을 두고 길지를 찾아 최대공약수를 이룰 수 있는 공간을 구성하였다. 또한, 학문과 시대적 상황을 반영하여 자연과 어우러진 한적한 환경에 작은 집을 짓고 성리학의 이상향을 실천하고자 하였던 16세기 조선 유학자들의 사상적 기반을 바탕으로 이루어졌다. 특히, 주자의 풍수인식과 영향은 컸고, 무이구곡과 무이정사를 이상향으로 인식하는데 그치지 않고, 회연서원을 통해 현실 속에 실천하였던 것이다. In this study, the chronological history and scholarship of Han-gang Jeong- Ku is examined. And features of Feng shui and logic of spatial composition in Hoeyeon Seowon are also researched. Especially, locational features of Hoeyeon Seowon are focused with the view of topographic situation and Lichi theory. Seowon was an educational institution and a lecture hall for academic sermon in Korean tradition. And because of its importance, its location select was dealt with full consideration which is the same as at present. The location selection and spatial composition of Hoeyeon Seowon was to be selected from the most optimum place, by seeking and applying a propitious site based on Feng shui. Also, through reflecting academic and periodic situation, it was constructed with a small scaled building at a tranquil place which was to harmonize with nature. And it shows that with ideological base of Confucian scholars of the Joseon Dynasty period in the 16th century, who hoped to realize the ideal world of Neo-Confucianism. Especially, they ware strongly affected by the Feng shui idea of Chu-tzu, and they physically realized their ideal world such as Mu-Yi-Ku-Gok and Mu-Yi-Jeong-Sa within Hoeyeon Seowon without considering it just as an ideal one.

Voice Mismatch Meets Neurolinguistics

This paper aims to investigate Korean advanced L2 English learners’ strategies for ellipsis resolution during sentence processing. Ellipsis resolution is known to involve several stages of information processing from the initial step of detecting an ellipsis-licensing element by the parser to the final stage of integrating the ellipsis site with the information retrieved from the antecedent of the ellipsis site. In examining these steps, we have manipulated three factors: (i) TP vs. VP-ellipsis; (ii) two types of discourse coherence relations (resemblance(-contrast) vs. cause-effect relations); (iii) voice match vs. mismatch. We found through the ERP recordings that voice mismatch in TP ellipsis elicited N400, followed by P600, irrespective of discourse coherence relations. In contrast, voice mismatch in VP-ellipsis registered N400 only in resemblance(-contrast) relation, but not in cause-effect relation. These findings lead us to conclude that Korean advanced L2 learners of English seem to undergo the full sequence of processing stages required for ellipsis resolution.

아동의 손톱중 질소 함량과 영양상태에 관한 연구

We estimated fingernail nitrogen content from children in a city, a farm village, a mountain village and a fishing village. Therefore, the result is as follow. In summer, nail nitrogen content was estimated 130.79±15.39mg/g in a city, 123.86±24.93mg/g in a farm village, 96.16±17.04mg/g in fishing village, 91.96±6.76mg/g in a mountain village. In winter was estimated 137.43ㄷ69.06mg/g in a city, 131.70±8.49mg/g in a farm village, 124.75±16.34mg/g in a fishing village, 115.81±6.36mg/g in a mountain village. According to this analysis, the nail nitrogen content lowered by turns a city, a farm village, a fishing village, a mountain village. The nitrogen contents of nails obtained in winter were found to be higher than those obtained in summer.

뇌하수체 종양 제거술 시행 후 뒤늦게 발생한 횡문근 융해증과 동반된 중추성 열

Body temperature is controlled by thermoregulatory center of the hypothalamus. We report a case of 24 years old man with central fever. He was subjected to a partial excision of pituitary tumor compressing optic chiasm four years ago. He has received hormonal therapy for panhypothyroidism after removal of pituitary tumor. And He received gamma knife operation for partially contrast-enhancing masses in suprasellar and both hypothalamic areas that is probably postoperatively remnant or recurrent tumor of pituitary adenoma. One year after gamma knife operation, he presented with a febrile syndrome of unknown origin including rhabdomyolysis. All usual investigations proved negative. We diagnosed him as central fever with rhabdomyolysis. He received medical ICU care with cooling bed, ice pack. And his symptom improved. Postoperative hyperthermia may result following resection of the pituitary tumor. When central fever is suspected taking note of past history, a quick recognition of course of fever can help reduce the using of unnecessary antibiotics and hospital stay.

광산화-활성탄 복합공정에 의한 B.T.X. 분해에 관한 연구

In this study, The decomposition of gas-phase Benzene and Toluene, Xylene in air streams by direct UV Photolysis, UV/TiO2 and UV/TiO₂/A.0 process was studied. The experiments were carried out under various UV light intensities and initial concentrations of B.T.X to investigate and compare the removal efficiency of the pollutant. B.T.X was determined by GC-FID of gas samples taken from the a glass sampling bulb which was located at reactor inlet and outlet by gas-tight syringe. From this study, the results indicate that UV/TiO₂/A.C system (photooxidation-photocatalytic oxidation-adsorption process) is ideal for treatment of B.T.X from the small workplace. Although the results needs more verifications, the methodology seems to be reasonable and can be applied for various workplace (laundry, gas station et al.).

I employ "seduction" in the sense proposed by Jean Baudrillard, in analyzing The Crying of Lot 49. Seduction subverts the analysis of the Real through the play of appearance. For Baudrillard, seduction is "that which extracts meaning from discourse and detracts it from its truth." Thus, it is a game of "superficial abyss," which resists the manifest truth. In The Crying of Lot 49, seduction lies between the recovery of the real and the viewing of a performance. It promises to reveal something true in a scene. In the next scene, however, we only find absence, frustration. and promise restated. It is a game of potentially infinite duration. By the end of novel, Oedipa both the protagonist and seduced, is left alone, left to decide for herself whether an underground world(Tristero) exists, or not. However, she can not decide. She can not even distinguish realty from illusion. She ends up both dreading and longing for an alternative order in the auction room. This attitude of Oedipa seems to me to be the will to survive, whereas other characters in the novel end in closed systems of inertness. Mucho, her husband, becomes addicted to drug ; Hilaruius, her psychiatrist, goes mad ; Driblette, the director of The Courier's Tragedy, commits suicide. Thus, waiting itself can be read as possibility for her.

뇌성마비 아동의 쓰기동작 관련 변인과 쓰기능력 수준 분석

이 연구에서는 뇌성마비 아동의 쓰기 동작 수행 수준에 따른 쓰기능력 수준을 알아보고, 쓰기 동작을 취할 때의 근긴장도 및 시각-운동 통합능력에 따른 쓰기능력 수준을 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 뇌성마비 아동 52명을 대상으로 한글 자모 쓰기를 평가하고 그 쓰기동작을 관찰하였으며, 근전도검사와 시각-운동통합 발달검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 뇌성마비 아동은 쓰기동작 수행 수준이 높을수록 글씨를 정확하고 빠르게 쓰고, 필순의 오류도 적다. 뇌성마비 아동 중 대체적으로 근긴장도가 낮은 아동이 글씨를 정확하게 쓰는 반면, 근긴장도가 높은 아동이 쓰기의 속도가 빠르고, 필순의 오류도 적다. 이들은 시각-운동통합 능력이 좋을수록 글씨를 정확하게 쓰고, 필순의 오류도 적으나, 쓰기의 속도는 크게 차이가 없다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the handwriting abilities of children with cerebral palsy along with handwriting movements, muscle tone when posing to handwrite, and visual-motor integration ability. The Korean alphabet handwritings of 52 children with cerebral palsy were evaluated, and their handwriting movements were observed. Also, an electromyography(EMG) and the Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration(VMI) were carried out for the measurements. The summary of the analyzed results of the study is as follows: The higher is the level of handwriting movement performance of the children with cerebral palsy, the higher is their handwriting accuracy, the faster is their handwriting speed, and the fewer are their handwriting order errors. Among children with cerebral palsy, while children with cerebral palsy in the lower level of muscle tone have higher handwriting accuracy, those who are in the higher level of muscle tone have faster handwriting speed and fewer handwriting order errors. The children with cerebral palsy in the higher level of visual-motor integration abilities have faster handwriting speed and fewer handwriting order errors, there was, however, no difference in the handwriting speed.

제1대구치의 석회화와 맹출 양상

Among the permanent teeth, the first permanent molars play the greatest role in occlusion and function. So, early diagnosis for congenital missing, abnormal eruption and abnormal formation is very important to the first permanent molars in the course of arch development. The aim of this study is to analyse the differences between right and left first permanent molar's formation and eruption and between upper and lower one. A total of 545 children were selected am ong children who had visited our clinic, investigate eruption and calcification stage of permanent first molar, based on Gleiser and Hunt criteria for this study. 1. Gingival emergence of mandibular first molar is faster than maxillary first molar by 0.75~0.8 years, gingival emergence of maxillary first molar in girls faster than boys by 0.45 years, and that of mandibular first molar in girls faster than boys by 0.5 years. 2. There is the significant difference between right and left first molar on the eruption score and the calcification stage ; 5 year old children show the significant difference on the eruption score. 7 year old children show the significant difference on both the eruption score and calcification stage. 3. It shows the most active eruption movement of crown on the maxilla while the root is rapidly widening its furcation and completing root formation to 2/3, on the other hand, the most active crown emerging on mandible is shown when the root formation completed to 1/4 to 1/2. 제1대구치는 치열의 교합 및 발육에 중요하게 관여하며 기능적, 형태적으로 건전한 교합의 발육 및 유지에 필수적인 치아이다. 치열의 발육과정에 있어서 제1대구치의 형성, 맹출 및 형태의 이상이나 선천결손의 발생여부를 조기에 진단하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 제1대구치의 맹출과 석회화 양상에 대해 조사하여 형성과 맹출의 상, 하악과 좌, 우 차이에 대해 평가하는 것이다. 2007년 7월부터 2008년 6월까지 전북대학교 치과병원 소아치과에 내원하여 파노라마 방사선사진을 촬영한 545명의 어린이를 대상으로, 제1대구치의 맹출 위치와, Gleiser and Hunt의 석회화단계의 분류를 이용하여 제1대구치의 석회화에 대해 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 제1대구치의 구강내 출은은 하악 제1대구치의 구강내 출은이 상악 제1대구치의 출은보다 0.75~0.8년 빠르게 일어났으며, 여성은 남성에 비해 상악은 약 0.45년, 하악은 약 0.5년 먼저 출은했다. 2. 제1대구치의 석회화단계와 맹출 정도의 좌, 우 차이는, 5세에서 상악 좌, 우측 맹출 정도와, 7세에서 상악 좌, 우측 맹출정도, 하악 좌, 우측 석회화단계가 유의한 차이를 보였다. 3. 상악은 치근 분지부의 급속한 확대단계와 치근 2/3완성단계 사이에서, 하악은 치근 1/4완성단계와 치근 1/2완성단계 사이에 가장 많은 맹출 이동량을 보였다.

Screen Printing Method로 제작된 CdS 막의 광전도도

Photoconductive CdS films doped with CI were prepared by screen printing and sintering of CdS paste. The CdS paste consists of CdS, CdCl₂, and propylene glycol. The results of X-ray measurements showed that these samples belong to hexagonal structure, and the lattice constant were a=4.13A, c=6.71A. The spectral response of photoconductivity has two maxima. The one photoconductivity peak was observed at 524nm and the other broad peak at larger wavelength region at 285K. As the temperature decreases, the energy position of the maximum due to band absorption shifts towards shorter wavelength, and give a temperature coefficient of photoconductivity band peak of about ??. The rise and decay time of the photocontivity were 0.8ms and 0.7ms.

도시주거 유형으로서의 근린형주상복합에 관한 연구 : 일본의 사례의 분석을 통한 우리나라 도시주거지에의 적용

Spontaneous multi-use buildings are sufficing the demand for residential and commercial mix-use in urban residential areas, but they are arranged and built without any consideration for the quality of the urban and residential environment. So this study proposes 'neighborhood-type mixed-use housing' as a type of urban dwelling. The method was to investigate a selected residential area in Korea and analyse the structure, figure out the existing problems and analyse exemplars of Japan. And through the research, brief layout types were deduced that can be applied to the urban residential areas in Korea according to the hierarchy of the streets. By applying these types, the mediating zone between the street and the dwelling can be employed, offering pedestrians and residents a better environment.
