        어린이의 사시교정술시 인공호흡수와 심박수와의 상관관계

        Correlation between Respiratory Rates and the Degree of Bradycardia in Strabismus Surgery in Children Jong-Man Kang, M.D., Hee-Soo Kim, M.D., Chong0Sung Kim, M.D. and Myung-Kul Yum, M.D.^* Department of Anesthesiology, College of Medicine, Seoul National University, Seoul, and ^*Department of Pediatrics, College of Medicine, Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea Background: Strabismus surgery is frequent in pediatric ophthalmic surgery. Traction on the extra-ocular muscles can trigger an oculocardiac rdflex. We investigated the correlation between respiratoy rates and the degree of bradycardia to find another management for preventing oculocardiac reflex. Methods: NO premedications were administered. They were induced with thiopental and vecuronium and maintained with O_@-enflurane-N_2O. The tidal volume was 10 ml/kg. Respiratory rate of group 1 (n = 18) was fixed at 24 bpm, group 2 (n = 18) at 20 bpm, and group 3 (n = 19) at 16 bpm. We measured the mean heart rate from intubation to the beginning of surgery and defined this as the basal heart rate. We defined the lowest heart rate after traction of the extraocular muscles as the minimal heart rate. We calculated the correlation coefficient between the respiratory rate and basal heart rate, minimal heart rate, the change of heart rates and E_tCO_2. Results: There was a positive correlation between the respiratory rate and the basal heart rate, and minimal heart rate. There was no correlation between the respiratory rate and the change of heart rate. There was no difference in E_tCo_2 among the 3 groups. Conclusions: Can be increased both basal heart rate in anesthetized patients and minimal heart rate induced by oculocardiac reflex by making the respiratory rate more rapid if there is no significant difference of E_tCO_2. The oculocardiac reflex may be reduced by making respiratory rate more rapid if there is no significant influence on minute ventilation. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2001; 41: 450~454)

        HoSan, KangKyeJung was born on August 15, which is Korean Independence Day. He was an actionist to spend his life for the fraters and his country so that had been reached to a fraternity and a patriotism. As a Korean in Japan or Korean-Japanese in Korea, he stood without a peer. Ahead of time, he learned about a strong racial consciousness from his uncle, KangJinWon who was a chief of a righteous army. KangKyeJung fought as a leader of thousands armed Korean workers in SungJin factory against a discrimination and a mistreatment by Japanese. But also KangKyeJung worked for the Korean workers who were drafted from Hotkaido and were trodden down to rescue them. He worked for organizations and the fraters precedently than his private. He had never gave up for any business about the Korean Residents Union in Japan with any hard situation. After the war Korean-Japanese organizations were succeeded as one was JaeilbonChoseoninYeonmageng(在日本朝鮮人聯盟) - JaeilbonChoseonTongil Minjujeonseon(在日朝鮮統一民主戰線)-JaeilbonChoseoninChongyeonhabhoe(在日本朝鮮人總聯合會), the otherhand was ChoseonGeongugchogjinCheongnyeonDongmaeng(朝鮮建國促進靑年同盟) -JaeilbonChoseonGeoryunmindan(在日本朝鮮居留民團) - JaeilbonDaehanmingug Georyunmindan (在日本大韓民國居留民團) - The Korean Residents Union in Japan(在日本大韓民國民團) and some of the parts was succeeded IibonGongsandang Choseoninbu(日本共産黨朝鮮人部) -GogugBangwiwiwondhoe(祖國防衛委員會)- Gogug Bangwidae(祖國防衛隊), Undoubtedly, there were naturally prerequisited human interchanges between organizations. As roling a leader of The Koran Residents Union in Oosaka. He nomalized the Koran Residents Union and also organized the Korean Walfare Association that could be a role to solve the problems of fraters' mutual aid and union hall's registration. Also he had never stopped to support a material help to Korea in depression. Some of days KangKyeJung changed to a business man without any fund, he tried his new life only with his new ideas. He started from a rubber factory and had a hand in an organic business. He made prosperous his business with faithfulness, diligence and reliance that could be a basement of his recovery. KangKyeJung returned to Korea on August, 1957 just 20 years later and he made his mind to settle down in Korea permanently in 1981. KangKyeJung made every effort for Korean-Japanese and Korea, he was only who had limitations about a time and a spirit.

      • 변압기의 유동대전에 대한 유속 및 유온의 영향에 관한 연구

        本 硏究에서는 固體-液體 界面에서 液體가 流動할 때 발생되는 유동대전에 대한 硏究로서 大容量 變壓器내에서 絶緣油가 통과하는 通路를 모델링한 帶電 파이프를 設計·製作하고 대전 파이프내의 油路形狀에 따른 流動電流를 側定·分析하였다. 이러한 實驗으로부터 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 流動電流는 油速의 增加에 따라 線形的으로 增加하였으며, 油溫의 增加에 따라 약 46[℃]이하에서는 增加하고 그 이상에서는 感少한다. 2) 絶緣油의 흐름이 원활하게 되도록 油路形狀을 변화시키면 流動電流는 感少한다. In this paper, the streaming electrification generated at a solid-liquid interface is studied. Electrification pipe modeled on the oil path of the high power transformer is designed and manufactured. The Streaming current is measured as a function of oil velosity, temperature at each electrification pipe. From the result of this study the following conclusions are obtained. 1) The streaming current increases linearly with increasing of oil velocity and It increases at lower temperature than 46[℃]and decreases at higher temperature than 46[℃] 2) The smoother the flow of insulating oil is the less the streaming current decreases.

        측두부에 발생한 Cranial Fasciitis의 치험례

        Cranial fasciitis is a rare morphological variant of nodular fasciitis. It is characterized by a rapid growing fibroblastic proliferative lesion that develops chiefly in childhood. It has varying size and involves the soft tissues of the scalp and the underlying skull. Accurate diagnosis and surgical excision is the key to management. Prognosis is good with rare recurrence. We report a case of cranial fasciitis in the temporal fossa of a 20-month-old girl and present a review of the literature.

        대학 글쓰기 교육의 목표 설정과 지식 정보화 시대의 대응

        이 논문에서는 우선 대학 글쓰기 교육의 목표가 무엇인가를 탐색하고 있다. 대학 글쓰기 교육의 목표는 일차적으로 신입생 글쓰기 교육을 통해 전공 글쓰기에 도움이 되고자 하는 것이다. 미국과 한국의 여러 대학들도 학생들이 대학의 학술 텍스트를 잘 쓰기 위해 대학. 글쓰기 교육을 도입하였다. 이런 측면에서 보면 대학 글쓰기 교육의 주된 목표는 학술적 글쓰기 교육이라고 말할 수 있을 것이다. 반면에 이와 다른 관점에서 대학 글쓰기 교육을 바라보는 관점도 있다. 그것은 표현주의 입장으로, 글쓰기를 통해 개인의 자기 탐색, 자기 성찰을 중요하게 생각하는 관점이다. 한국에서 표현주의의 입장은 학술적 글쓰기와의 결합을 통해 개인적 관점과 사회적 관점의 조합을 추구하고 있다. 세 번째로 대학 글쓰기 교육을 인문학적 사고의 학습으로 보는 관점이 있다. 외국어 교육과 다르게 자국어 대학 글쓰기 교육은 다양한 고전의 학습과 함께 인문학적 사고와 성철을 수반하기 때문에 인문학적 교육으로 보아야 한다는 것이다. 대학 글쓰기 교육에서 이렇게 다른 세 가지 관점은 서로 상이한 철학을 지니지만 서로 혼용되어 사용될 수도 있다. 국내 대학들은 대체로 이 세 가지 관점을 섞어서 많이 사용하고 있으며, 학생들의 학술적 쓰기 능력과 자기 성찰, 사회적 비판의식 모두들 소중하게 생각한다. 이보다 대학 글쓰기 교육에서 더 중요하게 바라보아야 할 관점은 지식 정보화 시대에 디지털 글쓰기의 도전과 대응이다. 디지털 시대의 글쓰기는 쓰기 주체의 문제, 소통의 문제, 쓰기 교육의 문제를 다시 돌아보게 한다. 디지털 시대 대학 글쓰기는 매체나 도구의 다양성에도 불구하고 여전히 학생들의 쓰기 능력을 향상시키는 데 중점을 두어야 한다. 아울러 학생들이 자신의 관점을 되돌아보고, 인문학적 자기 성찰을 할 수 있도록 도와주는 것도 중요하다. This article inquires into what the principal purpose of College Writing Education is. Many universities newly instituted College Writing Education for students to improve in their scholarship texts. From this perspective, it can be considered that College Writing Education’s main genre is Academic Writing. However, contrary to the previous perspective, there are also different points of view toward College Writing Education. It is Expressionism in writing. Expressionism’s stance puts importance on individual’s introspection and self-reflection through writing. In Korea, the expressionism’s stance on College Writing Education is that it pursuits a combination of personal perspective and societal perspective joining with Academic Writings. Another angle on the College Writing Education is viewing the writing education as a study of liberal art thinking. This notion is based on the contrary between foreign language education and native writing education that native writing education accompanies liberal art thinking and introspecting with various studies of native classics. College Writing Education’s aim is divided into these three disparate concepts, but these concepts can be used together as well. Universities of Korea mostly combine the three stances and value all their scholarly Academic Writing abilities, Introspection, and Societal criticism. Above all, the perspective that needs to be considered more important in the College Writing Education is preparedness and response toward the information and technology centric society. The digital era’s writing leads us to look back upon the problems within writing subject, communication, and writing education. Despite the divergence of media, digital era’s college writing should place emphasis again on advancement of writing ability, students’ introspection towards their perspectives, and strengthening the insight of humanities.

        청신경초종의 수술에서 골미로를 통한 접근법 : 후하골을 통한 접근법과의 비교 Comparison with the Suboccipital Approach

        The results of a series of thirteen translabyrinthine removals of acoustic neurinomas are reported From 1990 March to 1993 May, thirteen patients with acoustic neummas underwent translabyrinthine removal at Seoul National University Hospital with cooperation of Department of Neurosurgery and Otolaryngology. In four patients with the medium-sized(ll-20mm) tumors, complete removal with preservation of the facial nerve was possible. In nine patients with the large(21-4Omm) tumors, complete removal of the tumor was possible in seven. Preservation of the facial nerve was possible in all but one, whose facial nerve was incidentally transected at the distal intracanalicular portion and was anastomosed end-to-endly. In one, postoperative leakage of cerebrospinal fluid required reoperation. The results of translabyrinthine approaches were compared With those of suboccipital approaches performed during the same period. In medium-sized or large acoustic tumors, translabyrinthine approach was comparable with suboccipital approach in the rate of total tumor removal, preservation of the facial nerves, and complication.

A two-dimensional transient finite element model was developed to compute the temperature distribution for continuous casting mold. For thermal analysis using analysis result from ANSYS. In other to thermal analysis of continuous casting mold, many variables such as casting speed, cooling condition, film coefficient, convection and load condition are considered.

        닭 조직에 따른 Nebulin Isoform 단백질의 특이적 발현

        대부분 척추동물에서 골격근 내 filament들의 길이 조절은 근 수축 기작의 구조를 이해하는데 중요한 단서가 된다. Nebulin은 thin filament의 전체에 걸쳐있는 거대한 단백질로 골격근에만 특이적으로 존재하는 것으로 알려져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 닭의 근육과 비근육 조직에서 nebulin isoform 단백질들을 확인하기 위하여 전기영동과 immunoblot의 방법을 이용하였다. 각 조직의 단백질들은 soluble과 insoluble fraction으로 분리 준비하였다. 실험결과, 닭의 근육과 비근육 조직들에서 조직 특이성을 나타내는 다양한 nebulin isofrm 단백질들이 확인되었다. Nebulin은 성계의 골격근에서 500 kDa 정도의 크기로 나타났고, nebulett은 계배와 성계의 심장근에서 107 kDa 정도로 발현되었다. 그리고 계배의 비근육 조직인 뇌에서 380 kDa 정도의 거대 단백질이 확인되었다. 이 단백질은 뇌 조직의 soluble fraction에서 인지되었다. Nebulin isoform 단백질들이 서로 다른 조직에서 발현되는 양상을 보아 서로 다른 독자적인 기능을 가질 것으로 추정된다. The lengths of thick and thin filaments in the sarcomeres of most vertebrate skeletal muscles are precisely regulated and are important structural parameters in understanding muscle contraction. Nebulin is a usually large protein that spans the whole length of thin filaments in the sarcomeres of skeletal muscles. In this paper we used SDS-PAGE and immunoblot to identify nebulin isoform proteins in muscle and non-muscle tissues. We prepared embryonic chicken tissues including skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, smooth muscle, brain liver to compare nebulin isoform proteins. The proteins were divided into soluble and insoluble fraction. As a result, we identified tissue specific expression of various nebulin isoform proteins in muscle and non-muscle tissues of chicken. Nebulin was detected in skeletal muscle of adult chicken about 500 kDa. Nebulett was expressed in cardiac muscle of embryonic and adult chicken about 107 kDa. A giant protein with molecular mass of about 380 kDa was identified in brain of non-muscle of chicken. This giant protein was detected in the soluble fraction of chicken embryo. The unequal distribution of the nebulin isoform proteins suggests tissue specific regulation of the isoform expression and indicates a functional specialization of the encoded isoform subtypes.
