        컴퓨터 내장형 비파괴검사용 초음파탐상기 개발

        현재 널리 사용되고 있는 비파괴검사중의 하나인 초음파탐상검사(ultrasonic testing)는 교량, 발전소, 석유화학프랜트 및 중공업분야 등에 사용되는 각종 구조물의 사용전ㆍ중검사에 폭넓게 응용되고 있으며, 구조물의 안전관리와 품질관리에 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 또한, 이들 구조물에 존재하는 결함에 대한 정량적 평가 및 검사 데이타의 해석에 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 기존의 초음파탐상검사에 사용되는 휴대용 초음파탐상기의 단점을 보안하기 위해 컴퓨터 내장형 초음파탐상기가 선진국에서 개발되고 있으며 다양한 소프트웨어의 사용에 따른 검사 신뢰도가 향상되고 있다. 본 연구는 컴퓨터 내장형 초음파탐상기를 구성하고, 이를 콘트롤할 수 있는 프로그램, 검사결과의 저장 및 신호 처리 해석이 가능한 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. Ultrasonic testing is one of the most widely used method of nondestructive testing for pre-service inspection(PSI) & in-service inspection(ISI) in structures of bridges, power plants, chemical plants & heavy industrial fields. It is very important to estimate safety, life, quality of structures. Also, a lot of research for quantities evaluation & analysis inspection data is proceeding. But traditional portable ultrasonic flaw detector had been following disadvantages. 1) Analog ultrasonic flaw detector decreased credibility of ultrasonic test, because it is impossible for saving data & digital signal processing. 2) Stand-alone digital ultrasonic flaw detector cannot effectively evaluate received signals because of lack of its storage memory. To overcome this shortcoming, we develop the computer based ultrasonic flaw detector for nondestructive testing. It can store the received signal and effectively evaluate the signal, and then enhance the reliability of the testing results.

        H9c2 심근 세포주에서 외인성 nitric oxide가 허혈에 의한 세포 독성에 미치는 영향

        Background: Nitric oxide(NO) is known to have protective effects on an ischemic heart and to exert triggering effects on ischemic preconditioning. However, the effects of NO during the ischemic period have not been investigated. To investigate the role of exogenous nitric oxide in a model of ischemic heart cell death, we studied the effects of ischemic preconditioning and ischemia in a normal and an ischemic buffer. Methods: Rat cardiac myoblast cells(H9c2) were cultured in a normal and an ischemic buffered medium. For the ischemic culture of heart cells, the cells were cultured in a dessicator with GasPak for 5 hrs. In ischemic preconditioning, the cells were pretreated with ischemic buffer for 5 min and then perfused with normal medium for 30 min. For the measurement of the cytotoxicity, a MTT(3-4-Sdimethylthiazol-2-yl-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) assay was performed. A DAPI(4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole dihydrochloride) staining procedure and a flow cytometry analysis were performed to confirm apoptotic cell death by ischemia. Results: Cell viability, as determined by using a MTT assay, showed that the preconditioned group treated with NO showed more cell death than with the not-preconditioned groups in both normal and ischemic buffers. But, In normal medium and not-preconditioned groups, NO showed protective effect according to the concentrations(100,1000μM) . No treatment with NO produced the different results. In normal medium, the protective effect of ischemic preconditioning was demonstrated, but no protective effect of ischemic preconditioning could be seen in the case of the ischemic buffer. The DAPI staining and flow cytometry analysis of heart cells showed characteristic apoptotic features. Conclusion: NO added in the ischemic phase had deterious effects on heart cells. Ischemic preconditioning was more harmful than ischemia alone. The toxicity of the cells was characteristic apoptosis.

        면접조사를 통한 초등학생의 영양교육 실태 및 실천도 조사

        This study investigated the experience and practice of elementary school students on nutrition education. The data were collected from 217 male and female students attending 5-6th grade elementary schools in Seoul and Kyunggi-Do from March to June 2007, interviewing face to face by a nutrition teacher and 3 interns of a nutrition teacher. The results were as follows: 86.5% of the subjects learned about ‘Table etiquette’, ‘Reasons for eating fruits and vegetables’ (78.7%), ‘Food waste and environment’ (72.3%), ‘Healthy snacks’ (55.7%), ‘Food sanitation’ (52.3%), ‘Food culture of foreign countries’ (48.1%). Nutrition education experience was significantly different by gender. A total of 43.5% boys responded that they never learned about ‘basic food preperation’ (p < 0.01). They had learned ‘Nutrients for body’ and ‘Food waste and environment’ in school, ‘Healthy weight loss’, ‘Food culture of foreign countries’, ‘Food circulation’ on television, Most content (‘Table etiquette’, ‘Simple cooking’, ‘Food sanitati n’, ‘Eating behaviors for health’, ‘Reasons for eating fruits and vegetables’, ‘Healthy snacks’) was learned from parents. The practice after nutrition education was higher in ‘Table etiquette’ (2.14), ‘Eating fruits and vegetables’ (2.07) than others compared with education experience. The most reason of non-practice on nutrition information was ‘Troublesome’. In ‘Nutrients for body’, a boy answered ‘Difficult for practice’ 20.0%, a girl answered ‘Difficult to understand’ 32.6%, showing a significant difference between the gender groups (p < 0.001). They remembered the ‘Nutrients for body’ (49.6%), ‘Food sanitation’ (44.5%) because of ‘important content’,‘Basic food preparation’ (40.6%), ‘Food culture of foreign countries’ (36.3%) because of ‘interesting content’, ‘Healthy weight loss’ (52.0%), ‘Eating behavior for health’ (44.5%) and ‘Healthy snacks’ (33.7%) because of ‘need for my health’.

      • Liquid Silicone Rubber의 제조와 그 특성에 관한 연구

        α, ω-Vinyl poly dimethylsiloxane prepolymer (VPDMS) was prepared by the equilibrium polymerization of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), and 1,1,3,3- tetramethyl-1,3-divinyldisiloxane (MVS) as end-blocker. And also, α, ω- hydrogen poly(dimethyl-methylhydrogen)siloxane prepolymer (HPDMS) was prepared by the equilibrium polymerization of hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane (D3), 1,3,5-trimethylcyclotrisiloxane (D3Me,H), and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane(MS). The structures of VPDMS and HPDMS prepared were confirmed by the instrumental analysis. Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) was prepared by compounding VPDMS, HPDMS, and catalyst in high speed dissolver, after adding 30 and 40 phr of silica based on 100 phr of VPDMS. And also mechanical properties of LSR composite were measured by UTM.

      • 태국 회사법의 우리 회사법에의 시사점에 관한 소고

        세계화시대에 선진 제 외국의 상사법에 대한 연구는 중요하다. 그러나 그 외 중견 국가의 법체계를 검토하는 것도 법의 본연의 역할 면에서 본다면 통제나 보호 기능에서 우리에게 시사하는 점이 있다는 점에서 나름의 의미가 있다고 본다. 특히 중소 회사에 속하는 비공개주식회사에 관하여 중점적으로 검토해 봄으로써 현재 우리 경제가 처해 있는 갖가지 현안을 해결하는데 그 실마리가 되었으면 하는 마음이다. 즉 회사 중 90% 이상이 주식회사이며 이중에서도 90% 이상이 중소 회사인 우리나라와 태국의 경제사정은 거의 동일한 입장에 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 그런데도 불구하고 우리 상법은 그 규모 및 경영상태의 여하에 불구하고 모든 주식회사에 거의 천편일률적인 법률을 적용하고 있는데 비하여 태국의 민상법은 이를 구분하고 있다는 점은 우리에게 시사하는 바가 대단히 크다고 생각한다. 예를 들면 앞에서 본 바와 같이 우리 상법상 유한회사의 수는 전체 회사 기업에서 차지하는 비중이 아주 미미한 반면 주식회사 중에서 비상장 또는 코스닥비상장 법인의 수는 전체 회사기업의 대부분을 차지한다. 이는 경제 전체적으로 볼 때 구조적 불균형을 초래하는 원인이 될 뿐만 아니라 이들 다수의 회사 기업이 가지고 있는 문제점을 확대 재생산하는 근거가 되기도 한다. 이에 비하여 태국 민상법상의 비공개회사는 주식회사이면서도 우리 상법상의 유한회사와 유사하다보니 유한회사와 주식회사의 장점을 모두 지니고 있기 때문에 이러한 장점은 기업인에게는 다른 회사와 비교되는 매력으로 작용할 뿐만 아니라 국가 경제적으로는 다수의 중소규모의 회사 기업이 안고 있는 근본적인 문제점을 최소화할 수 있는 대응책으로서 작용할 수 있다고 본다. 물론 이에 관하여 우리나라의 코스닥상장회사나 상장회사는 상법 외에 증권거래법 등 특별법의 적용을 동시에 받고 있다. 그러나 문제는 여기에 있는 것이 아니라 비상장회사와 코스닥비상장회사에게도 상법상의 주식회사에 관한 규정을 그대로 적용하고 있다는데 문제가 있다고 본다. 이에 관하여 태국 민상법은 중소 주식회사에 관하여 주식회사형태를 인정하면서도 유한회사에 유사한 규정을 적용함으로써 중소규모의 회사의 안정적 설립 및 운영을 유도하고 있다. 우리 경제에서 현실적으로 문제가 되고 있는 경우를 보면 일부 대기업집단의 문제행동이 보고되는 경우도 있지만, 사실 중소규모의 회사집단이 안고 있는 문제점은 대기업 집단의 그것에 가려져서 자주 드러나 보이지 않아서 그렇지, 그 수의 다양성과 문제의 심각성이라는 측면에서는 더 크다고 할 수 있다. 입법론적으로는 주식회사 중 90% 이상을 차지하고 있는 중소 회사인 비상장회사와 코스닥비상장법인에게는 상법상의 주식회사에 관한 규정을 그대로 적용하기 보다는 태국 민상법의 경우와 같이 중소 주식회사에 관하여 주식회사형태를 인정하면서도 유한회사에 유사한 규정을 적용함으로써 중소규모의 회사의 안정적 설립과 그 운영을 유도하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다. The laws relating private limited company or closely held company and other business law in Thailand is covered under the "Thai Civil and Commercial Code". Three types of company are recognized in Thailand. They are public limited company, private limited company and partnership. In order to set up a private limited company in Thailand, the following procedures may be followed: The process of incorporating a company starts with the reservation of name for the business concern at the Business Development Office in the Ministry of commerce following the guidelines of the Office. A memorandum of association to be filed with the Business Development Office must containing the name of the company, business objectives, the province where the company will be located, the capital to be registered, the names of the promoters. The promoter of a private limited company need at least seven members. Public limited company and private limited company must issue always share certificate. A private limited company can not sell stocks publicly. Stockholder must underwrite all stocks are issued. But, stockholder who underwrite stocks may not pay total amount before do registration of incorporation. Public limited company and private limited company can not acquire treasury stock. Determination of shareholders' meeting is held by show of hand in principle. The public limited company and private limited company must put auditing phosphorus and auditing person must have certified public accountant's qualification as external audit. If the public limited company and private limited company issues new stocks, must flow special determination of shareholders' meeting always. Although there are no minimum capital requirements, the amount of the capital should be respectable enough and adequate as per the object of the company. Audited financial statements of juristic entities, that is, a limited company, a registered partnership, a branch of a foreign corporation must be certified by an authorized auditor and submitted to the Revenue Department and to the Commercial Registrar for each accounting year. A board of directors consist of not less than five members. They are responsible for registering the transformation and submitting required documents minutes of shareholders' meetings and the approved memorandum and articles of association of the company.

      • 급성 세균성 감염증에 대한 Cefotetan(Yamatetan^ⓡ)의 임상적 효과

        Total 20 cases of infectious diseases were treated with Cefotetan at the Dept. of internal medicine, Chung Nam National University Hospital, Dae Jeon, Korea, from January 1985 to April 1985. Among 20 cases, 6 were the patients with acute pyelonephritis, 7 were pneumonia, 2 were acute cholecystitis, 2 were chronic bronchitis, 2 were cellulitis and 1 was lung abscess. The response was good in 16 cases, and poor in 4 cases. The laboratory tests were normal except I which was reversible. (mild elevation of SGOT and SGPT) The side effects were noted in 2 cases, such as skin eruption and drug fever, which were improved with supportive care. Cefotetan was thought to be useful against acute bacterial infections of respiratory, urinary, biliary tracts and cutaneous tissue.

        자발성 뇌지주막하출혈 환자에서 Cardiac Troponin Ⅰ를 이용한 심근손상의 발생율

        Background : More than 90% of acute stroke patients have measurable cardiovascular sequelae, but we have been often overlooked in formal discussions of treatment. If we estimate the incidence of myocardial injury in patients with spontaneous SAH, we may figure the possibility of cardiac dysfunction in such patients. This study was designed to investigate the incidence of myocardial injury in patients with spontaneous SAH using cardiac troponin I(cTnI). Methods : A prospective single emergency center study was performed to determined preoperative incidence of unrecognized cardiac injury in patients suffering spontaneous SAH. We include the spontaneous SAH patients who underwent serum measurements of the cardic troponin I immediately upon admission last six month period. ECG, CK, CK-MB and myoglobin were also performed at admission. We excluded the spontaneous SAH patients who had past history of myocardial ischemia and ECG abnormality. Results : Fifty-two patients(34 females, 18 males) with spontaneous SAH were studied prospectively. 18 patients(34.6% of the total study population) had cTnI level above 0.5ng/ml. ECG was performed in 52 patients and was abnormal in 15 of the 52 patients(28.8%). Conclusion : The measurement of cTnI has provided physicians with a myocardial marker that has a cardiac sensitivity for cardiac injury equal to that of CK-MB yet with greater specificity. So, cardiac troponin I is useful to estimate the incidence of myocardial injury in patients with spontaneous SAH. And we may estimate the possibility of cardiac dysfunction in such patients. This knowledge will hopefully aid in the care and improve the outcome.

      • 유전특성에 미치는 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌과 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 혼합비 영향

        The physical and electrical properties of electrical insulating materials due to the mixing ratio of linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) and ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) are studied. Specimens are selected as LLDPE and EVA of mixing ratio of 50 : 50, 60 40, 70 : 30, 80 20 and virgin. To analyze the physical properties of specimens, Fourier transform infra-red spectrum, X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry are used. To investigate the influence on dielectric characteristic due to Physical structural change of specimens, we investigated the frequency and temperature dependency of tan f for virgin specimen and mixture specimens in the temperature range of 25[t]~120['c], frequency range of 30[Hz] ~l.5×10s[Hz]. For the value of tan 3, dielectric loss, at each temperature of 35, 75, 100, 120[℃], it is confirmed that as applied voltage increase, α and β peak moved to low frequency area at high temperature area, and also moved to high frequency at low temperature areas, the width of peak widen. it is considered to be caused by the molecular vibration, reduction of side-branch density, reduction of crystalline with increasing temperature.
