        내목도리 지지 방식에 관한 연구

        This study is designed to find out the role and relation of the Nemok-dori support members in order to clearly specify the structure of the Dapogye architecture which adopts the Nemok-dori. The dori at the eaves in the Dapogye architecture was expanded to include Oemok-dori, Jusim-dori and Nemok-dori in cooperation with the bracket. The Oemok-dori is used to lengthen the eaves and the Jusim-dori makes the reasonable transfer of loads while the Namok-dori contributes to the stability of the building through the balancing of the bracket. Nemok-dori is located higher than Oemok-dori or Jusim-dori, depending on the slope of Jangyeon and the distance of Chulmok. But as it is not directly supported by bracket or beam, it needs an independent support. The vertical support of Nemok-dori is selectively involved with Cheomcha, lower Jangyeo, support Wall and upper Jangyeo. As the time went by, the vertical height increased, thus making the omitted members less. The horizontal support of Nemok-dori is made in various ways. There are also special cases such as the Nemok-dori □ type chain structure for small rectangular buildings, the ‘Nemok-dori = Jung-dori’ type for the buildings having small sides and the ‘Nemok-dori = Meongechangbang’ type appearing on the lower part of the Bankanmulrim type middle height buildings. The horizontal support of Nemok-dori usually uses either the support of the Toeryang type member, the support of beam directed Hwaban or the support through overlaying of internal Jegong. As the time went by and the number and distance of Chulmok increased, the multiple support structures acted together rather than as one support structure. Nemok-dori got stabilized as it has both the vertical and horizontal supports and this support structure also has he role of decoration.

        황금약침액(黃芩藥鍼液)이 신장조직(腎臟組織)에서 Oxidant에 의한 세포손상(細胞損傷)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objective : This study was undertaken to determine if Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi (SbG) extract exerts protective effect against oxidant-induced cell injury in renal proximal tubular cells. Methods : The cell injury was evaluated by lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release in rabbit renal cortical slices and lipid peroxidation was estimated by measuring malondialdehyde (MDA). t-Butylhydroperoxide (tBHP) was used as a model of oxidant. Results : tBHP at 1 mM increased LDH release and lipid peroxidation, which were prevented by SbG in a dose dependent manner over concentration range of 0.001-0.1%. SbG provided the protective effect against oxidant-induced reduction in PAH uptake by renal cortical slices and microsomal Na+-K+-ATPase activity. SbG attenuated tBHP-induced depletion of reduced glutathione. 0.2 mM $HgCl_2$ increased LDH release and lipid peroxidation, which were completely prevented by 0.05% SbG. Conclusion : SbG prevents oxidant-induced impairment in membrane transport function.

        기억기념과 집단기억의 예술, 모뉴먼트와 메모리얼

        오늘날 도시는 위인, 역사적 사건, 특정 장소에 대한 기억을 응축한 기념조형물이 공공 장소에 조성됨에 따라 거대한 기념공간을 이루고 있다. 1954년 한국 독립운동기념물로 첫 등장한 <광주학생독립운동기념탑>은 1929년 일제강점기에 일어난 학생독립운동의 정신을 고양하였을 뿐 아니라 한국근현대사의 흐름 속에 1980년 5ㆍ18 광주민주화운동 정신이라는 큰 물줄기로 이어져 동시대인에게는 감정과 경험의 공유를, 다음 세대에게는 전대의 역사를 전승하고 있다. 그러나 학생독립운동기념물은 여전히 서구적 기념비의 형식과 전통적인 요소의 차용, 기존 공공미술 형태를 답습하며 조성되고 있어 하나의 획일적이고 동일한 조형물로 군림해 가고 있다. 이제 기념조형물은 사회정치적 갈등, 제도적 차원의 추모에서 벗어나 ‘장소 특정적 미술’로서 사회적 의미를 지닌 공감과 성찰을 요구하고 있다. 그렇다면 역사를 기억하는 가장 예술적인 방식은 무엇일까. 이 논문은 집단기억의 매개물로서 기념조형물을 지칭하는 용어인 ‘모뉴먼트(Monument)’와 ‘메모리얼(Memorial)’의 해석을 토대로 1950년대 광주학생독립운동기념물의 등장과 현황, 특성을 파악하고 1960년대 4ㆍ19 혁명기념 조형물의 조성과정을 고찰하였다. 나아가 기억과 기록을 기념할 수 있는 새로운 방향을 재고하기 위해 <베트남 참전용사 메모리얼>(1982)과 <베를린 홀로코스트 메모리얼>(2005) 사례를 통해 과거 역사성을 전달하는 방식이 어떻게 변화하고 있는지 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 오늘날 기념조형물은 기억기념과 집단기억의 예술로서 공동체가 지향하는 바를 나타내는 사회적 상징물로 인식됨에 따라 공중의 미학적인 요구에 부응하는 사회적 합의를 통해 새로운 예술방식으로 구현되고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. The Contemporary city makes up the hugh space of memorialization as many different and disparate kinds of memorial artefacts that congeal the memories of great minds, historical events, and specific places occupy public arena. Built in 1954, the Gwangju Student Independence Movement Memorial Tower not only boosted the spirit of the 1929 student independence movement that took place during the Japanese rule of Korea but also conduced the historical watershed of the 1980 Kwangju democratization Movement, which grounded the shared experience and emotion among the contemporary citizens and generated the historial memory into the next generations. However, the Gwangju Student Independence Movement Memorial Tower remains an artefact of identity and uniformity precisely because it patterns itself upon the cliched public art form that follows the western style of memorialization with traditional elements. Today’s memorial artefacts, as site specific arts, demand the sympathy and reflection on their social meanings, refusing the confined meaning of the institutionalized commemoration and of the remembrance of socio-political conflicts. What would be the most artistic way of remembering history? This article investigates the building process of the memorial artefacts of the 4.19 revolution (The 1960 April Revolution) and analyzes the initiation of the memorial artefacts of the Gwangju Student Independence Movement and the current status and the characteristics of them, based upon the interpretation of Monument and Memorial, both of which are the indicative terms of memorial artefacts as the medium of collective memory. Further, in order to conceptualize the new ways of memorializing memories and records, the article also examines the evolving ways of conveying historicity by visiting the Vietnam Veterans Memorial (1982) and the Berlin Holocaust Memorial (2005). This study confirms that the contemporary memorial artefacts are recognized as the symbolic art of collective memory that expresses the community’s aspiration and that they embody new forms of public aesthetics coming from the social agreement.

        연구논문 : 고감성 의류용 축열 니트소재의 물성

        This paper investigated wear comfort property of heat storage knitted fabrics for high emotional garment. For this purpose, ZrC imbedded PET knitted fabric was prepared and various physical properties such as thermal, wicking and drying characteristics were measured. In addition, far-infrared emission characteristics of ZrC imbedded PET was analysed and tactile hand property and dye affinity of ZrC imbedded knitted fabric were also studied in comparison with regular and other commercial heat storage PET knitted fabrics. It was observed that Zr imbedded amount in the yarn was 19.29% by ingredient analysis and far-infrared emission energy was 3.65×102 W/m2, emissivity was 0.906 at the range of wavelength 6~20 μm. It was found that maximum heat flow (Qmax) of ZrC imbedded PET knitted fabric was lower than that of regular PET one and warmth keepability rate was higher than that of regular PET one, which means ZrC imbedded PET have heat storage property. Drying property of ZrC imbedded knitted fabric was better than that of regular PET one due to heat by far-infrared emitted from ZrC in the core of filament. It revealed that wicking property of the ZrC imbedded fabric was not influenced by far-infrared emission, but affected by fibre physical properties. Tactile hand property of ZrC imbedded knitted fabric was not influenced by imbedding ZrC in the filament but affected preferably by structure of knitted fabric. Dye affinity of ZrC imbedded PET knitted fabric was less influenced by dyeing temperature and time than regular PET knitted one.

        HPLC/DAD를 이용한 림술푸론, 에타메트설푸론메틸, 트리베누론메칠, 클로리무론에칠 4종 성분의 잔류농약 분석법 개발

        Sulfonylurea계 제초제인 rimsulfuron, ethametsulfuronmethyl, tribenuron-methyl, chlorimuron-ethyl의 네 가지물질의 잔류농약 분석을 위해 HPLC를 이용한 분석방법을 개발하였다. ODS 칼럼(250 ㎜×4.6 ㎜, 5 ㎛ diameter particle size)를 사용하였으며 칼럼오븐은 35oC로 유지하고 용매 A(20 mM KH₂PO₄, pH 2.5)와 용매 B(acetonitrile)를 45:55의 비율로 1 mL/min의 유속으로 흘려주었다. 시료 주입량은 20 μL였으며 분석조건 하에서 rimsulfuron, ethametsulfuron-methyl, tribenuron-methyl, chlorimuron-ethyl의 retention time은 각각 5.92, 6.54, 9.28, 14.35분이었고 정량한계는 각각 0.02, 0.01, 0.001, 0.004 ㎎/㎏이었다. 회수율 실험은 백미, 사과, 콩에 4종의 농약 표준품을 각각 0.05, 0.1, 0.5㎎/㎏의 세 가지 농도로 spiking하여 수행하였으며 86.12∼116.26%의 회수율을 얻었고 표준오차는 모든 실험에서 10%이하였다. The method for residue analysis of four sulfonylurea pesticides, rimsulfuron, ethametsulfuron-methyl, tribenuron-methyl and chlorimuron-ethyl was examined and analyzed by HPLC with ODS column (250 ㎜×4.6 ㎜, 5 ㎛ diameter particle size) which was maintained at 35oC. Mobile phase consisted of solvent A (20 mM KH₂PO₄, pH 2.5) and solvent B (acetonitrile). Isocratic elution of the column with 45% solvent A and 55% solvent B at a flow rate of 1 mL/min resulted in retention times of 5.92, 6.54, 9.28, and 14.35 min for rimsulfuron, ethametsulfuron-methyl, tribenuron-methyl, and chlorimuron-ethyl, respectively. All injection volumes were 20 μL. The limit of quantitation was 0.02, 0.01, 0.001, and 0.004 ㎎/㎏ for rimsulfuron, ethametsulfuron-methyl, tribenuron-methyl, and chlorimuron-ethyl, respectively. Recovery rate test was performed with three farm products, rice, apple and soybean. Four sulfonylurea pesticides were spiked at concentrations of 0.05, 0.1 and 0.5 ㎎/㎏. The recovery rates were ranged from 86.12% to 116.26% and the standard deviations of all experiments were within 10%.

        Reversible Posterior Leukoencephalopathy Syndrome과 동반된 전신성 홍반성 루푸스

        Reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS) is a clinico-radiologic syndrome, first described by Hinchey, et al in 1996, which was reported to be associated with several medical conditions, including hypertensive encephalopathy, chronic renal insufficiency, blood transfusion and eclampsia. RPLS is also reported to be developed during treatment with immuno-suppressive drugs such as cisplatin, cyclosporin A, tacrolimus, and interferon-α, the acute phase of autoimmune disease, and post-transplantation state. Clinical manifestations of RPLS are headache, nausea, vomiting, altered mental status, seizures, cortical blindness, other visual disturbances, and motor deficits. Neuroimaging shows bilateral subcortical and cortical edema with a predominant posterior distribution. The association of RPLS and systemic lupus erythematosus has been rarely reported in the literature, but not yet in Korea. Recently we experienced a patient with SLE, who had RPLS during her disease flare.
