        초등 AI 융합교육 프로그램의 교육 효과성 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 AI 융합교육 프로그램의 교육 효과성을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구에서 개발한 '머신러닝의 개념을 지도하기 위한 초등 과학 AI 융합교육 프로그램' 총 8차시를 초등학생 4~6학년을 대상으로 교육한 후, 'AI 기술에 대한 태도, 과학선호도, 융합인재소양' 검사 도구를 이용하여 단일집단 사전-사후검사를 진행했다. 각 요인의 정량적 변화는 R 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 피어슨 상관계수를 이용한 상관분석 및 대응표본 t-검정을 통해 교육 효과성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 'AI 기술에 대한 태도, 과학선호도, 융합인재소양' 모든 요소에 깊은 상관관계가 있었으며, 대부분의 요소에서 기술적 평균이 향상되었다. 따라서, AI 융합교육 프로그램은 교육적으로 유의미하며, 초등 정규 교육과정에 AI 교육 및 AI 융합교육이 도입된다면 긍정적인 교육 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of AI convergence education program. To this end, the "Elementary Science AI Convergence Education Program for Machine Learning" developed in previous research were taught to elementary school students in the fourth to sixth grades in eight times. The quantitative changes of each factor were analyzed by R program, and the effectiveness of education was analyzed by Pearson correlation and paired samples t-test. As a result, there is a deep correlation between "Attitude to AI technology, Scientific preference and STEAM Literacy" and technical average has improved in many factors. Therefore, AI convergence education program is meaningful in terms of education, and if AI education and AI convergence education are implemented into the primary formal education curriculum, they will have a positive effect.

        WiBro 환경에서 Overlay 기반의 Mobile IPv6 이동성 구현 및 성능 시험에 관한 연구

        A Mobile IP is considered for the efficient mobility function in IEEE 802.16/WiBro environment. However, during the deployment of WiBro, only some of the ACRs(Access Control Router) can support the Mobile IP function. Therefore, a WiBro network can not support the mobility function for the mobile node. In this paper, we implement an overlay-based Mobile IP function and measure the performance through a field trial. Moreover, we evaluate the possibility of commercial deployment and suggest areas that need to be improved. IEEE 802.16/WiBro 환경에서 효율적인 이동성을 위하여 Mobile IP 적용이 고려되고 있다. 하지만 WiBro 확산과정에서 Mobile IP 이동성을 지원하는 ACR과 지원하지 못하는 ACR이 혼재된 상황이 존재하고 있으며, 이럴 경우 단말의 이동성은 보장받기 어렵게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 WiBro 환경에서 지속적인 단말 이동성을 지원하기 위하여 Overlay 기반의 Mobile IP 이동성을 실제로 구현하고 이에 대한 성능 시험을 시행한 후 현장 적용 가능성을 검증하고 향후 개선 필요 사항을 도출하였다.

        아라미드 표면처리에 의한 실리콘/불소 고무와의 접착성 연구

        The interfacial adhesion property between aramid and rubber is a very important factor when aramid is applied as a reinforcing material for automotive heat-resistant hoses. This study examined the improvement of interfacial adhesion between aramid and rubber by applying plasma and a coupling agent to m-aramid. The SEM, AFM, and XPS characteristics were examined based on the plasma treatment conditions. The plasmatreated aramid was then treated with the coupling agent to analyze the interfacial adhesion with silicon, fluorine, and hybrid rubber. The plasma treatment resulted in an increase in the surface roughness of the aramid, and the mechanical properties of the aramid fabric decreased because the surface of the aramid was fibrillated. Moreover, the interfacial adhesion between aramid and rubber increased by 16.2% with the use of the coupling agent and plasma treatment.

        Java 3D를 이용한 가상 선반 시스템의 개발

        We developed an on-line lathe simulator which can be used for a CAM education on the internet. Previously, VRML or static images such as JPG have been commonly used to achieve the same goal. With the 3D tool like VRML, it was possible to describe the movement of 3D object effectively. However, G-code based modeling and real-time visualization for the cutting process including parts being machined could not be accomplished. By using the simulator, we can machine a part with G-code input from a user or modeler, and parts being machined can be visualized in 2D as well as 3D. The developed system is based on EMCO lathe from Eshed and can be used through a web browser.

        AI 융합 교육이 초등학생의 AI 인식에 미치는 영향

        4차 산업혁명 시대에 인공지능의 중요성은 나날이 커지고 있으며, 인공지능 교육이 미래에 큰 혁신을 가져오리라는 것에 대해 이견이 없다. 인공지능 교육을 위해 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있지만, 인공지능 교육에 대한 경험이 없는 학생들은 인공지능을 어렵고 두려운 대상으로만 인식하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인공지능 융합교육을 시행한 후에 학생들의 인공지능에 대한 인식 변화를 분석하였다. 인공지능 융합 교육을 초등학교 6학년 학생들을 대상으로 6차시 동안 진행하였으며, 인공지능에 관한 관심, 인공지능이 가지고 올 변화, 인공지능 교육에 대한 이해 등 인공지능 인식조사 설문지를 바탕으로 사전-사후검사를 진행하였다. 그 결과 모든 요소에서 인공지능 융합 교육을 통하여 인공지능에 대한 인식 정도가 향상되었다는 유의미한 결과를 확인하였다. 인공지능 융합 교육이 사회적인 요구와 미래 학생을 위한 교육으로써의 역할을 충실히 수행하기 위해서는 다양한 인공지능 융합 교육 프로그램의 개발이 필요하며, 이를 바탕으로 학생 중심의 교육 실행이 필요할 것이다. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, the importance of artificial intelligence(AI) is growing day by day, and there is no disagreement that AI education will bring great innovation in the future. Various attempts are being made to educate the topic of AI, but students who have no experience in AI education recognize AI only as a difficult target. Therefore, in this study, we analyze the changes in students' perception of AI by teaching them using AI. AI convergence education were conducted for 6th grade elementary school students, and pre and post tests were conducted in the form of AI awareness survey questionnaires which included questions such as interest in AI, changes brought by AI, and AI education. As a result, we confirm significant results that suggest the level of awareness of AI has improved through AI education in all factors. AI convergence education requires various AI convergence education programs as a form of education for social needs and future students, and hopefully a design based on this will help realize student centered education.

        T-형 $Ca^{2+}$ 채널 길항제인 Mibefradil을 첨가한 인간 정자의 첨체반응 관찰

        Objective: The sperm acrosome reaction is a $Ca^{2+}$-dependent exocytotic event that is triggered by adhesion to the mammalian egg's zona pellucida. Previous studies suggested a role of $Ca^{2+}$ channels in acrosome reactions. This study was conducted to investigate the T-type calcium channel is operated in acrosome reaction of human spermatozoa. Method: Human semen samples were obtained from healthy donors with normal criteria. The spermatozoa were divided into five groups: Group 1 were non-treated as a control; Group 2 where spermatozoa were exposed to 5 ${\mu}M$ $Ca^{2+}$ A23187 $(Ca^{2+}i)$; Group 3 where spermatozoa were exposed 5 ${\mu}M$ $Ca^{2+}i$ and mibefradil; Group 4 where spermatozoa were exposed 5 ${\mu}M$ $Ca^{2+}i$ and nifedipine, and Group 5 where spermatozoa were treated with 5 ${\mu}M$ $Ca^{2+}i$ and both of mibefradil and nifedipine. Spermatozoa in all groups were retrieved after incubation for 15 and 30 minutes at $37^{\circ}C$. After staining with PSA-FITC, fluorescence was observed under a fluorescence microscope, and AR was evaluated on a total>100 spermatozoa/side. Result and Conclusion: We observed on acrosome reaction inhibition rate in human spermatozoa the various of concentration of mibefradil, nifedipine. Maximum response was noted with 1.0 ${\mu}M$ mibefradil and the decrease of acrosome reaction inhibition rate 45%. Nifedipine in acrosome reaction inhibition rate was only about 25%. The $Ca^{2+}i$-induced AR of spermatozoa was significantly suppressed by mibefradil. Incidence of the suppression was depending on concentration of mibefradil. Results from the present study suggest that the human spermatozoa possess T-type channel. The observation that reversible inhibitor of T channels in male germ cells provides a new mechanism of contraceptive action.

        중권역 대표지점의 목표수질 달성도 평가 - TOC를 중심으로 -

        The attainment ratios of the water quality goals of the 114 mid-watershed representative stations, examined during the period2011 to 2015, were evaluated in the study. Of the four major river basins, the attainment ratio on water quality goal of the Geum River basin turned out to be the lowest. As a result of formal evaluation of the attainment ratios of BOD, COD and TOC, it was found that the attainment ratio of COD was much lower than that of BOD and TOC (I a circumstance thought to be caused by the higher COD/BOD and COD/TOC ratios of the water quality of the river than those of the environmental water quality standard). As well, higher COD/BOD and COD/TOC of wastewater discharged from point and non-point sources (other than those of the environmental water quality standards) might possibly represent one of the reasons. We also compared attainment ratio between the main stream and tributaries, which indicated that the higher attainment ratio was present in the main stream. The attainment ratio is also documented as more significant in the winter season than the summer season, possibly due to the contribution of non-point pollutants swept in by rain during the summer season during documented periods of high precipitation. Thus, water quality management in summer season and improvement of water quality of the tributaries might be important as a means of increasing attainment ratio on water quality goal.

        디자인 씽킹 기반 인공지능 교육 프로그램 개발

        본 연구에서는 창의적 문제 해결 프로세스로 주목받고 있는 디자인 씽킹 프로세스를 도입하여 초등학생 인공지능 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하였다. 인공지능의 이해, 공감적 문제발견, 문제 정의, 아이디어 창출, 프로토타입 제작, 평가 및 공유 단계로 디자인 씽킹 기반 인공지능 교육 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 초등학교 4~6학년 학생을 대상으로 개발 프로그램을 적용하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 확인하기 위해 학생들의 컴퓨팅 사고력을 사전 사후 검사한 결과 학년별로 컴퓨팅 사고력이 상승했으며, 학생들은 공감적 문제발견에서 얻은 통찰을 바탕으로 창의적 문제 해결을 위해 협업하는 과정을 경험하였다. 또한 인공지능 기술을 활용하여 문제를 해결하려는 태도를 엿볼 수 있었고, 프로토타입 단계에서 아이디어를 생성하고 팀원 간 의사소통을 통해 아이디어를 발전시키는 모습을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 디자인 씽킹 기반 인공지능 교육 프로그램은 초등학생들을 위한 인공지능 교육 중 하나의 방안으로써 학습의 연속성을 보장하며, 창의적 문제 해결 과정의 경험을 제공할 수 있다는 가능성을 확인하였다. In this study, the AI education program for elementary school students was developed and applied by introducing the design thinking process, which is attracting attention as a creative problem solving process. A design thinking-based AI education program was developed in the stages of Understanding AI, Identifying sympathetic problems, Problem definition, Ideate, Prototype, Test and sharing, and the development program was applied to elementary school students in 4th-6th grade. As a result of pre- and post-testing of students' computational thinking skills to confirm the effectiveness of the program, computational thinking skills increased by grade level, and students experienced a process of collaboration for creative problem solving based on insights gained from sympathetic problem finding. In addition, it was possible to get a glimpse of the attitude of using AI technology to solve problems, and it was confirmed that ideas were generated in the prototype stage and developed through communication between team members. Through this, the design thinking-based AI education program as one of the AI education for elementary school students guarantees the continuity of learning and confirms the possibility of providing an experience of the creative problem-solving process.

        AI 메이커 코딩 교육이 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상에 미치는 영향 분석

        This study analyzed the effect of AI maker coding education on improving students' computational thinking. The subjects of the study were 10 students at H Elementary School in Ansan, and a total of 8 AI maker coding education using the Instructional Model for Maker Education based on SW Coding was applied to students to find out the degree of improvement of computational thinking. Students who participated in the class performed a process of solving real-life problems through coding and making activities, measured the degree of improvement in computing thinking before and after education through a computing thinking test paper, and observed students' thinking processes related to computing thinking components through interviews. As a result, it was confirmed that the average score of all students' computational thinking skills was improved, and the deviation of scores between students decreased. Through the interview, it was found that students actively utilize their thinking skills related to computational thinking skills in the problem-solving process. Through this, it was confirmed that AI maker coding education can have a positive effect on improving students' computing thinking skills. 본 연구에서는 AI 메이커 코딩 교육이 초등학생의 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 안산시 H 초등학교에 재학 중인 10명의 학생이며, 소프트웨어 코딩 기반 메이커교육용 교수학습모형을 활용한 총 8차시의 AI 메이커 코딩 교육을 학생들에게 적용하여 컴퓨팅 사고력의 향상 정도를 분석하였다. 수업에 참여한 학생들은 실생활의 문제를 코딩과 메이킹 활동을 통해 해결하는 과정을 수행하였고, 컴퓨팅 사고력 검사지를 통해 교육 전·후의 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상 정도를 측정하는 한편, 면담을 통해 컴퓨팅 사고력 구성요소와 관련된 학생들의 사고 과정을 관찰하였다. 연구 결과 모든 학생의 컴퓨팅 사고력 평균 점수가 향상되었으며, 학생 간 점수의 편차가 감소함을 확인하였다. 면담을 통해서는 문제해결 과정에서 학생들이 컴퓨팅 사고력과 관련된 사고 능력을 적극적으로 활용함을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 AI 메이커 코딩 교육은 학생의 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다.
